I visited fees days back in evening at 10pm. It’s been 6 months I visit the saloon but this time I had worst experience. I always do a combo. The haircut was fine but for hair spa I felt the guy put only conditioner, he didn’t steam the hair and while washing did not even shampoo them. Just washed with water. Before I always did the same combo they put steam for hair, washed with shampoo and then conditioner. For DeTan he washed off the product applied in just 5 minutes. I requested to apply to back side of neck which he charged me extra money, still accepted. But they really rushed which ruined the experience! I took my precious time to self care which was wasted and money as well. Hope the owners take it seriously and train the staff to give treatment equally.

I have been a regular client of A One Salon, Dubai, receiving consistently excellent service from Mr. Jiggy. I always overlooked the negative reviews until today, but my latest experience compels me to share this for the benefit of potential clients and the salon owner.On December 26, 2024, I visited the salon for a haircut, only to be informed that Mr. Jiggy was unavailable due to his day off. I called again on December 27 to schedule an appointment and was told that Mr. Jiggy would be unavailable until January 2. Consequently, I booked an appointment with Mr. Mayur for 11 AM.I arrived at 10:45 AM, but the receptionist informed me that Mr. Mayur was busy and could not take me. When I spoke to Mr. Mayur, he claimed he was not informed about my appointment. After confronting the receptionist, he denied receiving my call. When I showed him the number I called, he insisted it wasn’t theirs. To confirm, I called the same number again, and it rang at the very shop. This was a blatant lie.When I questioned the receptionist about his dishonesty, Mr. Mayur intervened, rudely demanding that I leave the shop and not return. His disrespectful attitude was shocking. I asked why he was interfering when I was speaking with the receptionist. His response was that, as a senior staff member, he needed to handle the situation. However, this so-called seniority was used to dismiss a customer rather than take responsibility for his teams failures.To add to this distressing encounter, I must mention that Mr. Mayur practically ran toward me, displaying aggressive behavior that could be interpreted as an intention to confront me physically. I am confident that other customers present in the salon witnessed this incident and may think twice before returning to your establishment.To fellow customers: if you encounter similar issues, know that there are many other salons within a 100-meter radius offering comparable services and treating clients with respect. My loyalty to A One Salon stemmed from my positive experiences in the past, primarily with Mr. Jiggy. However, Mr. Mayur’s attitude has changed my perspective entirely.To the owner: you have numerous competitors in your area, and if you want to maintain and grow your business, you must address Mr. Mayurs behavior. Please review the CCTV footage to verify this incident. It is unacceptable for a senior staff member to drive customers away and dismiss their concerns. Take action before you lose more clients due to this kind of conduct.

Worst at attending customer. Booked an appointment at 10:50pm, didn’t attend even after waiting for half an hour. At last they tell that person who took appointment has left and still accepting new customers rather than attending present customers.

I made a mistake going to them. The ambiance is just a show off. Doesn’t know how to do a hair cut. The barber whom I had my beard set , just did it for the sake of setting it. Soo disappointing. When he shaved while setting my beard ,made small cut below my ear and never used an after shave. Seems they are interested only in high profile customers. I would never recommend this shop.

The worst service by Mr.Vishal the way he handled my hair and spoiled the entire look and unprofessional way of haircut and the manager is also not that serious to take action against him and he is not providing the business owner mobile number to complainI don’t recommend their services to anyoneRating:- 0/10

I have been a loyal customer of Aone for 5 years but seems like the management is not interested to run this business.They don’t have any products (Hair colour ), no staff for manicure/Pedicure, towels are unhygienicThe staff is 10/10 but unfortunately the salon is not capable to handle the customers.

Worst saloon. They don’t respect customer time. They asked me to come after 1hour then somebody else who might be the friend of hair dresser he assist him first. So disrespectful. I will never suggest anyone this saloon.

The website states that the saloon opens at 8:30am however they never open on time, I’m standing outside the saloon and it’s 9.00 am and no sign of anyone even though it says on the glass that we are open, the door is locked, also the number provided ever seems to pick up calls, this is not how you provide service

I have been a customer of this Salon for over a year now. Staff is courteous and do their job well. One of the expert is Mr. Deva. He is truly an attention to detail guy. 1 star is deducted because of the waiting time. Please do take appointments by calling on their landline number.

There are customers waiting for almost 1.5hr and the employees along with their manager is just chilling, chitchatting and smoking outside. Clearly they dont seem to need business even though the staff number is already half now. Not coming again ever.

Giving 1 star because no Zero rating available in Google. I had pathetic experience with this salon. Went there since it was new to try it. but barbers are not enough skilled. They dont try to understand clients requirements and start cutting. I asked to cut a medium hair, this guy make it so small that my skin is clearly visible which I cannot go with in my office. I am in fix. Seriously not worth to go to this salon.

I have gone here few times but i find hair cutting charge is a bit more expensive and not that professional barber. Only one or two staff are good and have idea on how to cut or give suggestions. Moreover you wont have a mental peace while you sit for haricut because its too annoyed that the person who is cutting your hair is more keen in marketing keratin treatment. I dont know whether they got some target to accomplish.

WARNING!!! Total ripoff PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS PLACE!The worst place for a haircut! I was there for a simple cut. They showed me a list services and packages and barely got half of the services they offered on the list. The barber wasn’t even cutting my hair how I wanted and kept saying it is good and kept putting products to hide the mistakes. I had to ask for manager even then these guys should be a lawnmowers.

My husband and sons always here for their hair cut. Friendly staffs, good services and clean.

Went for a hair cut and they were very professional and their uniform was clean and neat.. and a barber named Mayur was excellent.

Good luck booking a 30 min head massage after your haircut; be prepared for it to be over after 10-15 min.
