This place is amazing. As I walked in, loved the interior. It is very open and spacious compared to other salons. It has a very luxury feel. I did my manicure and pedicure for the third time and kept coming back because they are really good in shaping the nails and they do an excellent job. All the ladies as equally good, I did manicure/pedicure with Kadijah, mariam and haya. Totally recommend all of them.

This place is nice and staff are welcomingBut not all are professional at least my experience was badThey were busy and they told a lady to come do manicure for me , she hurt my nails and was rough. She made the nail polish layer very thick that scientifically it will not dry it didnt dry in 5 hrs and got ruined after 2 hrs

My first visit, very relaxing environment. I had a manicure and pedicure done by nail technician Mariam and she was just amazing, very friendly and warm and did an amazing job with my nails😍 The chairs are just so so comfortable, very relaxing.

I visited the spa for a Moroccan bath. Fatoom was great. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed! She’s amazing.The only thing is that the bath is advertised at a basic price with a lot of extras for even simple tools like a loofah. Maybe it would be better to include this in the basic price. Otherwise, it was amazing.

Ive tried almost all the services at Arez Beauty Center, and I can confirm that everything is amazing—from the salon vibe and atmosphere to the service itself. The Moroccan bath and massage are top-notch, along with hair treatments, facials, lash extensions, and nail services. Everything is excellent, and the workers are the best.

Such an aesthetically pleasing salon. The customer service is impeccable and the ladies are very sweet and professional. Rehab has been such a sweet heart and is truly talented with nails. Definitely recommend.

The Moroccan bath experience by Fatma was superb and the facial with Sue was also fab! I would only recommend to add relaxing background music for those having facials to add to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very pleasant and the convenient retail parking next to the salon makes it easy to access.

Ive lived here all my life and this is one of the best salons I’ve ever been to in Dubai. Service is impeccable and the staff are super sweet. Got my nails done with Khadijah. She really took her time I lovvvee my nails I got exactly what I asked for 🩵. The environment well decorated and not crowded at all.

I had my hair cut and styled with Mrs.Rehab. She was so kind and patient with me. She was super fast and that was something i loved alot!! I highly appreciate the calm environment and good vibes of the salon.

Nice setup and interior decoration but extreamly poor quality of service. I got Gel nail/pedi and bikini waxing. There was only one nail technician so it took me 3hours to finish (I was only customer there and without any removal). And my nail got chipped after 2days and one of my toe nail got peeled after 4days. Waxing lady was sweet but she didn’t take care of remaining baby hair at all. It’s somewhat toleratable since it was rather cheap(80aed). I paid 330 for very basic gel nail. When it comes to the payment, the receptionist said the card machine not working. So I had to go withdraw some cash from atm to pay. The owner really need to look into how to improve the quality of service and hire more skilled technicians. Won’t go back to this salon.

While drying my hair, she started speaking to the lady in the next chair, and told me 2 mins I’ll be back, and just started blow drying her hair. I kept waiting and had to eventually tell her to atleast ask someone else to dry my hair or I’ll fall sick.Bought a Groupon coupon with a facial included, we were told the facial personnel is not available. The center refused to give us any valid substitutes (the only provided option was threading, which is evidently not equal value)The Moroccan bath was done well, however the reception/staff did not convey it to the lady (who had a little difficult understanding us) that I also had a body scrub. And it being my first time I didn’t know.The place is made beautifully and has so much potential. Overall very unsatisfactory experience.

I recently visited one of the best beauty centers, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff are all professional, polite, and friendly. I had three services on different days: a Moroccan bath, a Gelish manicure, and a classic pedicure. I also enjoyed a French manicure paired with a classic pedicure. Ms. Lamiya, Khadija, May, Christi, and an Egyptian lady who did my pedicure were all amazing. The Moroccan bath is always a treat, and every service I received was exceptional. I highly recommend this beauty center to everyone. The receptionist was very kind, and they even offer complimentary coffee or tea while you enjoy your treatments. Overall, it was one of the best experiences Ive had!

I went to Arez yesterday and did a herbal morrocan bath with FATOOMA, it was amaaaaazing my skin still feels great 24 hours later, very soft and smooth, loved her service very professional and hospitableI also did my lashes with Khadijah❤️🙏🏽 it was amazing and my favorite lashes so far in dubai! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I did my gel Pedi and gel Mani. The Nepali lady who did the work on me used such a high temperature uv light on my to dry my nails saying it will be done faster that I literally came out with dark tanned hand and toe fingers, i already told her that its very heating up inside so she said yes it will he faster and bla bla, she used such high UV temperatures that my fingers are still dark than rest of my hands and feet. Also the gel nails are coming off. She was in such a rush that she skipped steps in between and also she didnt even apply the nail paint properly, she left corners of the nails untouched . Also all the staff in the salon kept calling the Nepali lady to finish quick as their carlift was waiting, literally since the time I entered the salon 7:40 I was the only customer and heard from others because of the crazy rude staffs the salon hardly has customers.VERY POOR SERVICE AND UNEDUCATED STAFFS.

The pricing is reasonable too, especially with their frequent promotions

Very rude receptionist (blond lady) and a lady called Khadija, arrogant. They give a price and then charge you extra when you go there, it’s like scam. You will feel cheated and humiliated by their way of doing and attitude. I do not recommend you won’t have a good experience

Tried them twice. Although the salon is very well designed and comfortable they are still quite new and require alot of training and organization to meet the expected standards of customers and to be at the level of similar service providers in the market.First time to be in a salon with no fixed price list, they tell you contradicting information and do not know how to deal professionally with customers. After confronting on the phone that mixed prices and information was received they decide to say “ok we will refund the discounted amount”. Also, who does not take payment by visa in 2023…Too much work needed to be up to expected standards in managing customers.

SCAMMERS! I tried to book a blow dry with them, first their staff Khadeeja told me I need to buy their groupon for a deal on the blow dry (I was at the location so she saw the length of my hair), I went back home and bought the Groupon, when I returned to their location, she said I have to pay additional due to the length of my hair. Now, I have no issues paying a fair price if its mentioned to me earlier but its very unethical to get someone to buy a deal and then tell them you have to pay additional. Their staff is VERY rude and unprofessional, especially Ala Moazen and Khadeeja. Dont recommend them at all, you might as well go to the many other better providers around the area - youll at least get the service you pay for.

Very disappointed with Arez Salon. This was my first visit and I was hoping to have a good experience, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. They have a very laid back and unprofessional way of working. Does not follow appointment timings. First gave me a time slot, then messaged saying the previous customer came late so we want to move 45mins later. After 45mins I reached the salon they asked me to wait for 10 mins which got to 15 mins and then again they wanted me to wait for 10-15mins. And the same answer the previous customer came late.. There is no professional way of running a salon. Quite disappointing. Would go back or recommend this place.

How do u have employees who don’t know ur prices and rules. i came for a blow-dry and although she did it nice she asked me if i wanted it straight or wavy and didn’t say it would be extra for wavy. she blow dried my hair and left it frizzy to curl it later on then half way thru another employee comes to tell me it’s additional charge of 100 and that the one doing my hair didn’t know. if she doesn’t know and didn’t tell me then who should know?? it’s not the customer’s responsibility to know ur prices and rules. now my hair had to be blow dried twice instead of once.

Before I state the 1 stars are for what,I would like to say The salon is very nice, clean and new, staff very welcoming, tried mani and pedi, Moroccan bath, eyebrows, 10/10 I would highly recommend using these services. staff professional and welcoming, Alaa the receptionist , fatma Moroccan bath, all sweet ladies.Nevertheless went to do my hair, hair color, horrible, horrific is the least I could say, it turned out copper red instead of light brown.Thats not the worst part , the worst part is that the hair dresser kept insisting it was the lighting and its not red.

I bought a coupon from groupon for a classic or french mani and padi.. it’s well known for any mani and padi that normal color is included but after she already applied color on my feet she said it’s not included and I have to pay extra.. when I told her that the color should be included she said that’s not how it works in their salon.. anyways, I think that the coupon is misleading as any human being would understand that the color is included since it says “classic or french mani-padi”

Very bad experience when i was doing hair protein as refill , they didnt use proper material and I the effect was already gone after 3 days from that session , will never ever go there again and i dont recommend for anyone to go , loss of money , not really worth it at all !!

When I prepared, I was surprised that there was no loofah and I had to buy it for 50. I complained and told them that no one told us, of course they did not care about them. DisappointedI tried the eyebrow service with Safaa and the quality was very bad. It was very dry and I did not like itAfter I finished, the girl didnt even tell me about my eyebrows.
