I have been doing my manicure and pedicure in this place since I arrived in Dubai. One friend recommended to me and I really love the way that they work. They are very dedicated and the service is excellent but since I came today to my appointment I’m very surprised of the prices.Today I pay 380 for pedicure and 330 for manicure hard gel.Honestly yes is good the service but overpriced.How come you charge 50 AED just to put diamond powder in the nails?Not worthy. Is sad to me cause I love the place but I will not pay anymore this amount.I’m not coming back

I love Arfi nails! The girls do such a great job. My nails last for 3-4 weeks. All girls are very professional, it’s hard to find a place with so many professional masters. My favorite ones are Uulai, Masha, Leili, Parvina.. but honestly, they are all very good! And the place is beautiful and they take good care of you. All details matter to me❤️

I had a disappointing experience. I requested a specific color, but it wasn’t applied as I asked. I felt very frustrated, especially since the color on my hands and feet turned out completely different from what I requested. I do not recommend visiting or trying this salon!

Leaving a review for the hear dresser service..I came to fix a previously disappointing results with highlights, the lady was very professional, listened carefully when I explained what I wanted to achieve and provided her experts advice and suggestions. I was fully satisfied with the colour, especially given that we used a semi permanent base. The blowdry was also done well and lasted for 3 days while I was attending a conference. Can recommend!

I went for an eyebrow service, and the experience was terrible. The technician didn’t understand English, and when I asked her if she could understand me, she said yes but didn’t explain the steps. Instead, she proceeded without any guidance, and only after ruining my eyebrows did she show me the results. This was my first and last visit to such an unprofessional place.

Kaia was the lady who did my nails, I asked for normal gel color and she did not disappoint! I think it is my favorite nails ever! The place is small and packed but it’s alright! Also they serve a nice tea with “Glucose biscuit iykyk 🤭”. It is expensive and far away but in my opinion it’s worth it! Definitely coming back!

The attention to detail by the nail technicians is amazing here. Nails were perfectly shaped and not a single chip in my nails (hard gel) in three weeks. For my manicure I included some special designs and the technician made sure they looked perfect from every angle, including over the edges of the nail. Particular shoutout to Maftuna for the BEST pedicure ever, beyond happy with the results.

I visited the salon because of their work from Instagram but I left disappointed.The reason some of us choose to pay higher price is for the peace of mind of better quality work than regular salon.The technician that was given to me was reluctant to make my nails, I showed her the base color I wanted and she tried to push a totally different color that was easy for her and i refused, it was a hard gel refill but she wanted to use soft gel in bottle for my refill to do a easier work which would not work for my nails since i have soft delicate nails, the nail artist did not use the proper brush for the gel refill instead she was using gel polish bottle brush for a hard gel refill which left the nails unleveled and the corner of my nails where without product at all, i requested for French and she immediately wanted to rush off without the French and apply a top coat, when I told her I wanted French she sighed in disappointment and did a rubbish work, the French was one coat and some are big while some are small with uneven lines, its unfortunate that they do cheap work just like regular salons, the quality of work has gone down the drain, i wasted my time and money coming here. If you have better technicians I will be back but for now the work done is not exceptional and professional like advised on their social media. The receptionist were nice though.

The best manicure I’ve ever had since I moved to Dubai (10 years ago). Antonina did my lilac French manicure which I wore nearly month! Antonina is not only experienced manicurist but also polite and friendly lady.Salon is so beautiful!

I have been coming to Arfi salon for many months and can honestly say this is the best salon for overlay, nail extensions and pedicure so far. The technique and procedure used is very different than other salons in dubai. I have not come in once for a repair because the nails are so strong and durable. I used to get refills every 2 weeks but am good to go for 2-4 weeks now!Very reasonable priced too. I always get my nails done by Dilya, she is amazing!! They are doing manicure in a professional way.But last time I came to the salon-suddenly the workers came and started to drill, put curtains and be super noisy…of course when you come to a salon and you pay a decent price for your manicure and pedicure you expect to relax and not being disturbed by men workers.The renovation could be done when there is no customers.

I used to love Arfi Nails Salon, I was a very loyal customer and particularly loved the staff as everyone was friendly and welcoming. However, the reason why I went was because the nail artist/master was exceptional and I was sad to hear that she was leaving. I have experience with bosses undervaluing their employees and I wish that Arfi nails had done more to keep excellent staff. I will no longer be returning as a customer and urge the management to think about retaining good staff in the future. As a customer at a nail salon, I care more about the quality and relationship with the nail masters than the management/owners.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a manicure for even two weeks, this is my first time, my master went on vacation, so I had to quickly look for a salon where they would do a pedicure and a manicure at once, I signed up at Arfi, I have no questions about the pedicure, they did it well, but on my hands - this a whole story, unfortunately in this salon they do not take into account the wishes of clients and do as best they can, as they know how, I asked for thin, light, neat nails, which I came with from my master (with a clear example on my hands), but they still gave me thick, heavy, pot-bellied ones nails, I didn’t even comment in the salon in order to quickly leave there, because this master cut off a strange shape for me and I asked to correct the shape on one of the nails (it was wildly ugly) in the end she tore my finger to pieces (it was swollen after that 5 days), and then I just cut off the nail and extended it, and still managed to file it down again so that it faces to the left, so I had to correct the shape on this finger myself, as +30 minutes had already been spent on this, about the Dubai climate and so on, that supposedly it affects the wear, as you can see, it doesn’t, I spent all this time with these nails in Europe, and not on the beach in Dubai, and still the jacket was chipped and one of the nails (the coating) fell off. This is my first time getting such a poor quality manicure. With a manicure from my master, I can safely walk for 3-4 weeks while sunbathing and swimming, and it will still look decent, so draw your conclusions. I am attaching a photo of nails from my master (who knows, will see the difference) and a white French- this is a French manicure from Arfi) manicure for 12 days, while I did not do household chores and was not in the heat and the beach!

Ive been to this salon twice.-The first time they gave me a manicure and they suggested strengthening my nails with gel, since they were a little long and the manicure would hold better. I was traveling and I needed a “high-quality Russian manicure, like the wives of Arab sheikhs,” but apparently this is only a description and pictures of one master. EVERYTHING FELL AWAY JUST BECAUSE I TOUCHED MY HAIR. In two weeks I only had a couple of nails left. I am attaching photo number one. They just started to move away from the ends. They contained air, dirt, water, and so on. And they began to chip from touching hair or clothes.-Gave the salon a chance. I came for my second gel polish manicure. I chose a French design. One nail was shorter than the others, they suggested that I get it extended. I am attaching two photos. The extended nail looks like a stump. There is no work with the form. Then the gel polish chipped again! Less than 10 days later! And the extended nail cracked.I paid 340 dirhams for this and I want excellent results and a guarantee of good wear! I will not return to this salon again! I dont recommend it to you either.In addition, on this day, at the next table, a woman in shorts, without a work uniform, was walking back and forth from the “work room”. Next, she sat down at the table and brought 2 cutter attachments to the Master and said, “Don’t be sorry for drinking,” giving her hands to the table to the master, who had just finished the client and there was a short break between clients. This woman didn’t pay for the manicure and simply went into the workers’ closet, grabbing a drying lamp from the pedicure area and gel polish to finish (apparently) the gel polish herself. She went out and walked back and forth for 10! once ! Annoying all the customers!It’s a shame and disgrace to charge that much money for a manicure and not even know how to look after your employees! Why should I pay but she shouldnt? This is working time and everyone must pay for the work.(It was September 16 at about 1 p.m., at least figure it out and look at the cameras)Update!!! I went to Elenas eyebrow salon for correction and coloring. The master is wonderful! She did my eyebrows absolutely perfectly, she took into account all my wishes, corrected the shape according to all my wishes, explained how to take care of them after coloring, very polite and pleasant) I also liked the atmosphere in the salon, the staff is smiling, everyone is polite) coffee, water, they brought everything, in general the service is at the level) only positive impressions, I recommend it, I will definitely come again))

Very nice salon! I would like to thank master Lola, I have been trying to grow my nails for a long time and went to several salons in Dubai, but my nails constantly broke and did not grow. Love the decor in the salon. Dilya did my nails on my hands and she is super thorough and did a really nice job. Kaia did the nails on the feet and she also did a fantastic job - So very pleased!! I really recommend the salon as well as Dilya and Kaia very much!! 😃💕
