Fatima was fantastic and very lovely, she did a great scrub for me, asked them to get me a delicious Moroccan tea at the end, which the perfect drink after hammam, and I relaxed in the relax beds area, until I felt ready to leave :) thank you Fatima, God bless you 🥰💜

Definitely my favorite place where I like to pamper myself. I have tried many salons (hair salon and hammam) and Argana spa Jumeirah is my favorite. A big thanks to Fatima (hammam) who does an amazing job ( I have a baby skin after doing a hammam with her). And also a big Thanks to Amal ( hair) who always style my hair and does a perfect blow dry. All the team is very professional and amazing!

I came first time in this salon for Moroccan bath. The service was very good but the communication of the staff was poor and they do not speak English. I was given a product for 50 dh which I was not told that it costs and it is for sale. I brought the same product that I was sold but they said they can use their product because mine wasn’t good. I refused to pay and the owner called she was shouting then she cut the phone. Very unprofessional move. So if you don’t speak Arabic better go other place my opinion

Im still traumatized from yesterday experience in this salon. I got attacked verbally from the staff and a customer after my sunglasses were missing in the salon. It turns out a customer took them and misplaced them in her bag. Instead of apologizing to me, the staff and this lady were shouting at me so aggressively. I was alone and I got extremely scared. The screaming lady came so close to me I thought she was gonna hit me. This happened only because I said my sunglasses were missing in front of the people in the salon and they said I shouldn’t dare to insinuate that someone took them from me (which it actually happened 😱😱) Im utterly shocked, speechless and traumatized. Please be careful to go alone.

This salon & spa is truly one of a kind. I did the Moroccan hamam body treatment and it was nothing short of amazing and I will definitely do it again next time I’m back in Dubai. After my treatment the ladies gave me a blowout and brought us moroccan tea and coffee. I felt so catered to. Amel and Rhea were great & super friendly!!

Superb salon, place is spacious, prices are fair and staff is lovely. They accommodated me as a walk-in for a pedi/mani and now I dont think Ill be able to go anywhere else. Ask for Sharon, shes spectacular with strong attention to detail. Wasnt expecting it but this was the best pedicure Ive had in Dubai.

I did the Moroccan Bath with Fatima. The whole experience is so cleansing and refreshing and she does it with such care. Everyone should do a Moroccan bath at least once a month.

Hammam was excellent.. i also had a back massage that did wonder.. I finished with a blow dry (probably the best I had in Dubai as they did not even use the straightener, only the hairdryer and the result was perfect)

My wife Had an amazing Moroccan Hamam by Khadija who did a super job and took her time in ensuring a quality service. The two Philipino ladies ( sorry did not take their names) did an amazing job on the pedicure and manicure- again taking their time to make sure an amazing result. Finally Amal did a really good job with my hair. Skillfull blow dry. Very clean place. Excellent friendly service. Very good prices. Highly recommend. We had the service this evening but could not wait to put our review.

Moroccan bath and massage was my purpose for coming to this Salon. Khadija did my Moroccan bath, she is professional and very nice, I highly recommend her. I also did a massage with Maris and was in a hurry to finish so I only asked for 30 minutes instead of an hour. However, the massage was very relaxing and I really enjoyed it, I asked her to extend it to an hour. I had so much pain in my neck and honestly Maris took all the pain away with her great techniques. I did not want the session to end... I really think she is talented. Now I am doing blowdry with shurooq and I think she is doing great job... i asked for her to do my hair because I saw her doing other clients hair and it looked very nice :)

Tourist in the city for a few days and found this place near to my apartment as I needed a place to get hair, nails done for Xmas. Whilst the services were decent and place is good and clean, I’m pretty disappointed with how they charged me. The price on the website vs what they told me on WhatsApp and what they eventually charged me just changed three times which is pretty ridiculous. The hairstylist also kept trying to upsell doing treatments when I just didn’t want one or have time for it that day. She then asked if I wanted a blow dry and I said no but she still carried on saying it’s a normal dry so I assumed that’s included as part of coloring my hair (like it is in my country) but no I was charged for that too even though I questioned it when paying.Finally the nail girls both did my cuticles so hard that I was bleeding both once on my foot and once on my finger.Overall pretty disappointed. Happy to pay if the pricing is transparent but I didn’t think this place is fair and open.

This is the 2nd time I am doing the keratin treatment with Amal, which I highly recommend. She’s really professional, patient and she really takes the time needed to do your hair. The products she is using are great and do not damage them. My hair stayed perfect during a bit more than 3 months before I booked another keratin appointment. The blow dry with her is also amazing

My N1 place for relaxing, and one of the rare places in Dubai to experience a TRUE Hammam (called Moroccan Bath in ENG for some reason.. as we all have Hammam ritual in North Africa 😂 had for centuries, Ottoman/Turkish heritage).The prices are - in MY opinion - reasonable, you get what u pay for, for a full Hammam package (and it IS full, . The therapists both inside the Hammam and for nail, esthetics, hair etc.. are all nice, welcoming, and professional. They dont rush, they really take their time, which is really valuable for us customers. Most of them are from Morocco, especially the Hammam therapists, so they know their stuff, the rest are southeastern Asians in Gal.So you get out from Argana pampered, relaxed, clean as a new coin (to use a French saying!). My go to therapists - but I truly think theyre all good in their own way, its jusy personal preferences and habits - are Maylin and Julia for manipedis, Naima for Hammam, Soukaina for waxing. But AGAIN, Ive got zero problem going with the other ones, which I dont necessarily do in other places, if my usual therapist isnt available.Finally, Id like to mention Kati and Noor, the 2 sweet African girls, their smile, their welcoming demeanour, and the Moroccan tea (again, why Moroccan, I dunno 🤷🏼‍♀️😅).Rhea at reception/appointments, knew her for a long time.And finally the owner, not to mention her name, shes just a peach! MashaAllah

Amal did my hairstyling for me for my sisters wedding. Super professional, able to handle curly frizzy hair and follow hairstyle inspiration pictures. I have been going back to the salon ever since. Always great blowdry and hair styles for evening events. Highly recommended!

WORST PLACE WORST SCENARIO WORST SERVICE I’ve never had such horrible experience in my life. If I could give 0 star I would! And the owner was just unbelievably RUDE! Please NEVER go there! The water stopped in the middle of our moroccan bath and they didn’t do ANYTHING about it and when we complained all they had to say is “well not our issue”!!!!! Like SERIOUSLY!!!!! I’m BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!She blocked my Instagram account so that I can’t post my comment 😂 and she insulted me and my friend on the phone when we spoke to her! Just unbelievable.

It was our worst experience for Moroccan bath in dubai , they was not professional at all, even they talk between them about you in front of us , when we still didn’t finish our services they come to ask about payment, they was in hurry we didn’t enjoy our moment at all, if they see their customers they will leave you do all Moroccan bath alone , I’ve never seen like this staff they was very unprofessional, unfortunately the salon is very nice the decoration also but the staff 0 , this was my first time and last time i will never come back.

Client for 2 years. Dark price policy. You have to insist on knowing the prices that are not displayed any where. prices according to whether he likes your face. Sometimes the girl at the reception runs after me in the street to tell me that she forgot to count me a few things. At my last visit she stole from me by charging me for unused care and was not even ashamed. I was not refunded either. Too bad it was one scam too many. I have often heard clients make claims about same ithem and over booking.

Went for French mani/pedi and ended up with 4 injured fingers by the nail technician. She cut cuticals so deep that i was bleeding. Informed the reception lady many times and no one cared. Salon has no managerial support. No one bothered calling back to check if i am better or no. They got money and thats all. Funny!

Nice ladies but very old salon.everything is broken and old.the smell of humidity all over the place.Their facial room looks like an old hospital room.it smells bad and no efforts are made for relaxationIt is sad because the ladies who work there are really good at what they do.

Today I tried a Moroccan bath at Fatima, and I swear it was amazing work. This is the first time I did a Moroccan bath and I was very disappointed. I came out and my body was soft and very very nice. Her style is very elegant. God willing, I will be their client for the last time I deal with them. Try the hammam at Fatimas, you wont regret it.
