I visited the salon and I had the worst experience ever, first from the entrance there’s hair dresser with attitudeSecond, in the hamam room they lady try to upgrade the service and proposed a body mask are under promotion without giving full information i selected 1 mask and at the receptionist i paid 2 masks i tray to explain that im not aware about this.Team are not responsible for any issue or miscommunication they work separately there is no customer service provided and handling complaints.The receptionist she didn’t even try to apologize or give any attention to the me.I feel disappointed because they just showed me they want only money.The mask didn’t deserve that price…I paid the full billThis is my first and last visit.

This is my last time visiting warqa branch. After i took package with maria and paid full amount she started showing me attitude and her behavior was bad as if she is doing it for free. Will never go there again . Worst experience ever.

I took an appointment for hammam 2 weeks ago for Sunday 16th June. I arrived at the salon, and it was closed. I appreciate it was Eid, but some businesses were open, and no one cared to give me call to reschedule. Complete disrespect for the customer. This was going to be my first visit. I prefer giving my money to places who really appreciate customers.

Today I had the worst Moroccan bath experience. While I’m inside the hamaam the lady scrubber kept coming inside asking me if I am done. While I specifically told her not to open the door for the obvious privacy purposes. She gave me such bad anxiety, I ended not even finishing my shower I just left. Then the cherry on top is the owner! Instead of siding with the customer who is so upset literally in tears she is asking me to have respect for the customer who is waiting for the hammam. Hence it was 3 of us shoved into 1 hammam. Technically we were supposed to be in for 3 total hours. But it wasn’t even 2 hours completed that she started walking in and opening the door. The scrub was 4/10. The customer service 0/10. But mashallah the owners attitude 10/10. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your money and be treated bad!

Affordable, clean and friendly staff.For the cleanliness of the place the rates are very reasonable.The treatment done is also very professional.Maria is my go to person here. She does her job well!

Hanan is the best for hair …my hair is African she knows how to deal with it I do masks trimming and she knows how to style it.The salon is so clean and the staff are very friendly and professional.

I visited this salon for hair colour only, once I got there sold me the pedicure n hair cut so I went ahead with the extras. The lady got the colour stain too much on my forehead and while trying to remove scrubbed too much that it become really sore. I explained my priority was to have it removed as it really looked terrible. The Egyptian lady became aggressive to me. I contacted the manager who also then said just dont come again if u have a problem BIG NO to this salon coz the girls lack customer skills. I was on the call to my husband whilst the lady then came to my face and I had to ask her to move away from me as I felt she was going to hit me or something so I also was going to call the police. I told the receptionist several times just give me the bill so I can leave and Ill just escalate this to the authorities. Unbelievable how these ladies treat clients. I also noticed a Chinese lady came in and the staff were so rude to her also. One of the workers then said to me ahh youre Pakistani and started shouting stuff in Arabic knowing I dont know arabic, totally bad experience so just avoid ladies!lol at not any point did I refuse to pay. I also explained to your receptionist several times to draw up the bill to let me pay and leave! yet I was verbally attacked by your staff members and one of them even came to my face and I had to tell her to move back which you can look back from your cameras if you have any. from your reply also you can tell how unprofessional you are anyway. you clearly do not know much about customer service as this is no way to allow your clients to be treated and then speak to them in this manner. to clarify also I called before I came and your reception confirmed its ok for me to bring my own colour n to apply so its funny how now your saying this when I even called before coming lol like I said your very unprofessional and should learn some customer skills

I would love to recommend this to everyone, Amina is the best for Moroccan Bath. She is so professional with her work and so nice. And I would like to mention Karema from Egypt, she has done amazing bleach for me. Thankyou guys yu are amazing. Much love. And I will come again soon.💗

I had a most wonderful experience in argana beauty salon, first i am highly recommending Mama Aziza for morocon bath, it was really amazing, and second was 50mnts full body massage from Ms. Jane, her hands has really magic power. I am really recommending this salon for every one, you will not disappoint..

I had an appointment and waited for 1 hour and didn’t do my facial they just kept me waiting and ignored me even when i left the salon ! And my friend took Ramadan offer for Moroccan bath and it was less then 20 mins just a normal fast shower didn’t even scrub her well not even offering water or a juice after it! It was not a Moroccan bath at all, it was just wasting of money & time ! She had the first and bad experience!

Unprofessional & lazy to work.. I called before I go for roots color, they asked me to come. A lady called Hanan came too see me and the she asked the receptionist to call another one her name Maria who was not even on the salon! The salon was free and Hanan was not in the mood to do her job!

The first second I came in the lady who was cleaning very kind tell me to come in..and when she asked the 2 ladies inside I want to have manicure and saw me quickly said no and one of them told me no we cant and was very rude way to treat me like this in the first min..then they decided to call Madam to ask her!!! I Didnt wait a min and left. They could say nicely they dont have any lady working now..and there were no clients that time!!..never go back..
