I went for hair keratin and I am not happyI Dont know about the result yet but the salon was very crowded andBarely there was chair to seat It was not clean that muchThe staff were not bad they were respective to the costumers .but the one who did treatment for me kind of she was angry with something and instead she was fighting with my hair and my head. Strongly she was pulling my hairThe iron was too hot and my skin was burning .Today I saw some wound on my head skin 😫 hope nothing happen to my hair .I PAID first then I sit whitch It was a wrong decision! I shouldnt pay full amount really!I dont know the staff name but I am very disappointedIt was not first time I did keratin treatmen but It was first time somebody thought I am a wood and she can do anything she wants!!!Never had this experience beforeStill I HAVE headache since last night!😔😔

I paid 350 dirhams for a job at all, it is not acceptable, and the agreement was 250. I asked her to dye my hair for me and I gave her the picture. She did something completely different. She does not hear the opinion whenever I comment on the job because it is not the same. I ordered it in a hurry. This time, the dye fell on my eyebrows, pulling my hair forcefully. This is in addition to the fact that there is no cleanliness in the salon, and the female employees are fighting with each other over my head, and one of the female employees is smoking an electronic shisha. It is assumed that this is a women’s salon, and I am a veiled person. The salon’s door was opened by the same employee. Talking to a man standing at the door more than once is a very unacceptable thing. I asked her if she could give me the same dye as the one in the picture, or even something close to it, and she said, “Yes, and it is not the first time she has dyed hair.” Based on her experience, she ruined my hair. Washing the hair was not done in a clean way, and the water reached the bottom of my back. The hair underneath is all dyed. I talk to her and tell her that she does not listen to her experience, that the color does not blend with the hair, and that the most important thing is that there are no orange strands, and the rest of the hair is brown, and the result is very bad.
