I visited Elena with the extensions that was done from another salon 3 days back. Honestly, cant stress how uncomfortable and unhappy I was with my set. As they were saying the management changed, I dont know how it was before ;however i loved them.Very welcoming and warm. Art Zone is a hidden gem in silicon, with professional and friendly staff.They have excellent nail masters - have had Dee, Elena and Yulia do my manicures and pedicures on different occasions and my nails always look perfect and the gel lasts between 3-4 weeks with no chipping or lifting at all, only need to change it because of nail growth.Nilu is also great at threading and waxing. The receptionist is always super helpful and friendly and I love how they send a WhatsApp msg with the appointment details and a reminder the day before.The salon is clean, and the ambiance of the salon is nice and chill, not one of those super busy noisy salons.Will keep coming for sure!

My wife has given them more chances than they deserve, but this latest experience was the final straw.First, their receptionist is completely incompetent. We booked an appointment, confirmed it with her, and even planned our schedule around it. Three days later, we were told the appointment never existed. This isn’t the first time this has happened—there seems to be zero accountability or proper management.As for the services, the manicure and pedicure are subpar at best. The staff lacks skill, attention to detail, and basic customer service etiquette. Hello,I wanted to share my extreme frustration with the experience I had at this salon.The first time, I booked an appointment with a specific pedicurist but ended up with someone else who lacked skill and it was her first day of work. I wasn’t informed about the change, and I left with bleeding toes and pain that lasted several days. Elena kindly stepped in to fix the pedicure, but I had to spend five hours in the salon, which caused me to miss an important meeting.Unfortunately, this was not the last time I’ve had a negative experience at this salon, I came in to get my roots done, asking for a brown color, but they ended up orange the first time. The stylist tried to fix it by dyeing my hair again, but my roots still turned out orange. I was left with damaged hair and was charged 150 dirhams for a color that I needed to get fixed somewhere else. I’ve wasted my money and damaged my hair, and my scalp was burning.The breaking point was when I had booked a manicure and pedicure appointment three weeks in advance and even sent a reminder message two days earlier, clearly stating how important this appointment was for me due to a very important event the next day. Despite this, on the day of the appointment, I was told that I did not have a booking. This caused me a lot of stress and left me scrambling at the last minute to find another salon.I was a loyal client, never complained, and always stayed calm despite these issues, but this is beyond unacceptable. They have asked me several times to post a review on Google, so I am sharing my honest and horrible experience. 0/10 recommended, I dont advice you to go there.

She was knowledgeable and had great skills. I get my eyebrows done by Nilu. All of them are skilled and friendly. Im planning on visiting them again for another Mani and Pedi along with gel extensions and I cant wait!! 💗

Had the best Pedicure after a long time. Elena did an excellent pedicure & she is a very Happy bubly young lady. Also guve good advice & tajes her time to do the pedicure with all her passion. Believe me if there was an option to give them less than 1 star, I would. Let’s start by how unwelcoming they are, we stood in the hallway for 10 mins, waiting for her to find our booking, which we did online, as we were asked to book online! How ridiculous, even after we showed her the booking confirmation, all she e could say was “the owner didn’t tell us about this online booking” “come tomorrow” as if we have nothing else to do in life. Not apologetic whatsoever, so much attitude, definitely won’t come back here.

I came from other salon and complained about the pains I had and Master Yulia solved my misery when she took polish off she advised me no for any polish and she explained to me all in details why I should not. What makes me happy is it’s just not I came to them for nails but I gained information and understanding how we should take care of our nails and not just go to anybody but should be done by real masters . thank u so much Art zone Avenue

If there was a zero, they would get it, just because of the receptionist who does not know her job. They agreed to give me offer orices since I am long time client and I took the opportunity for only 2 times. During this two times, I was treated horrible. She does not even welcome the guests. The new management slowly loses all the clients and will never see me again definitely. The receptionist goes out all the time and stays for 1h, when she is back she screams and offends for her mistakes.So, so disappointed.

I have been a client at style v for the past 5 months and they are incredible. Especially the staff including the nail artist samy who always does an incredible job and lasanthi who did my lash extensions for the first time and they looked incredible and she was super gentle. The hairdresser nilu too knows her work and did the haircut exactly as I requested. Overall very happy with their service.

I always look for reviews before i go anywhere also I am not a kind of person who puts negative review on google, but I was very disappointed when I had an appointment for haircut, balayage and pedicure at 7 30 pm confirmed by the owner but when I reached there at 7 30 pm , they said they couldnt do the hair color as it could take till 12 am, 4.5 hours for short hair color? i wish they could tell me this earlier before booking an appointment, not when i showed up .. the hairdresser finishes by 8 pm, so basically i did my haircut ( which i am not really impressed about) then pedicure and eyebrows which was fine. and they kept asking me to come the next day for the coloring, common!! i am travelling and clearly told to book me before I travel. I was very much disappointed, not going back again. I booked again somewhere else tonight for hair color and they told it will just take 2 hours for short hair. the place is good, parking is convenient, prices are affordable , haircut wasnt good. Hope they can improve

On Sunday morning, my daughter and I visited a salon. My daughter was impressed with the decor. Meena, who was working at the reception, attended to me and provided excellent service. She is a professional in both areas. However, what stood out the most was the way she took care of my daughter. She treated her so kindly and even helped her in the washroom. My daughter was so happy with Meena that she wanted to come back for her services. She has a long list of things she wants to do there, and we are planning to go back again soon.

Style V is my place for beauty therapy. I love the salon ambiance, its decor & that relaxing tune playing all the time. Though I had an exceptional nail experience with their nail technician today,Samiksha, shes a real pro.💅 All other services I am having with them are commendable anyways-and for a good price too👌😊

If there was a number 0 I would put it.My first visit to this salon was good and the service was excellent, but the second time I was not happy because the employees were complaining about the bad treatment of the salon owner and that she kept them busy from 10 Am until 10 PM and that she ordered them to deep clean the salon, and if one of them wanted to stop working with her She tells them that they have to pay the visa fees, which means that they are forced to work with her, but this reflects negatively on their performance and behavior with customers, as happened with me, but I will not go there again, I do not have to listen to the employees’ problems!!!!

Had booked an appointment at 8pm, but had to wait till 8.30pm for my service. They were apparently short staffed. While the staff are nice, it was frustrating to have to wait for so long even after booking the appointment. Would most likely not come back again.
