Today i treated myself to a relaxing fruit facial at Artisan beauty salon. Sanita has always been amazing and today she didnt disappoint! The process was smooth and she exceeded my expectations with the facial massage. Also had my nails coloured with gel polish and I am loving the colour. Thank you Team Artisan 🥰

I Visited Artisan just 2 days back. I wanted to try hydra facial since a long time but checking the high price range around Dubai I somehow dropped the idea of getting one. Then one day I met one of Artisans old customer and she convinced me to do Hydra facial there.I must say the girls did an amazing job. Very poor quality service. I did took a package and had a very bad experience. My eye got infected due to scrub on my eye and I m with optho and I m taking medication . Also I got so many face bumps on my face. You can see the quality of manicure. Pedicure they don’t scrub the foot. They have me a wrong package last visit and I paid extra bcoz of service. Totally spoiled the nails and lady was crying and seizing on her t shirt and did service without cleaning hand. Also, they took a creams in hand. OmG still it is a night mate and trying to get pack to normal skin. Such a bad experience

I got hair colour done here. I went for a very unconventional colour (red rose) and it turned out gorgeous! They colored my hair perfectly.Its been 10 days since the colour and I havent seen any nasty hair fall. They hair products are of good quality and I totally recommend them for your hair services. Definitely a must- visit.Just book in advance coz sometimes they can get quite busy. Have fun!

Worst hair experience! to Artisan beauty Lounge.I have done root touch up keratin treatment from artisan. I don’t knw what kind of product they use my keratin didn’t even stayed for 1 week. I am not happy about the service..When you enter they will never greet you (hi hello)Staff always busy with phone watching movies they don’t bother about clients. they r more concentrating on their phone.(Nepali lady) one of the most rudest staff she need to take lesson on how to talk to their customers rude behavior of Nepali lady she call herself hair dresser.I was really disappointed and told owner and I sent her my hair picture as well but she was not ready to give refund. After Arguing and insisting she refunded my money.Nepali lady she’s extremely DISRESPECTFUL! Showing attitude and laughing in front of me coz I asked for the refund😡I wish I could have given a 0 star ... because the way she treat meI dont recommend it to anyone.It’s our hard earned money

Visited Artisan Beauty Lounge in Karama. The salon is very good. Very happy with the staff and all the SoPs are followed.Did a service of Gelish Nail extensions.The staff was polite and loved how they work!Do visit the salon for your service! They also do home visits so do check them out!

It was just awesome & very positive experience with them & i am very much satisfied with the products & their service quality. All their stylists are very knowledgeable & efficient. I enjoyed their home services thoroughly & it was very affordable as well.. They did everything very professionally & beautifully with personal touch.Dont forget to try their facials , foot messages & Pedicure as the feelings was just awesome with me.Many varieties are there for facials & all the prices are very reasonable & pocket friendly.I am recommending others to try their all packages once & I am sure that you will go there again.

Hi Artisan , I must admit that tjis is the best home service I ever had . They are very very well equipped and through professional. Extremely neat and clean with immaculate service . I got my gel mani padi and body massage . Tania did great job with Body massage and Rubina for other services. Both the girls arw friendly and knows their job well . I highly recommend Artisan and looking forward to their service again . They are very reasonable as far as their prices are concerned but dont compromise with their services . This is Artisans USP .

Rubina is an amazing hairstylist. She understands the length I want and is very creative with her haircut styles. I’ve tried different looks and her work is great!Prices are affordable too for all services and they have many packages available as well. You can choose 4 or 5 or 6 with range from 150 - 250 covering many services!

Worst experience ever, hygienic standards are zero, ladies are not trained and do not have any knowledge about the procedures. Tools are not sanitized and used for multiple clients which is an absolute no go in this environment. Unfriendly staff which is lying… wanted to speak to the manager and had to argue 15 minutes until she provided me with the phone number. Staff is also speaking very poor English. Avoid this salon at all costs

Excellent home service!I have used their home service for the 2nd time and I am highly impressed by the staff Deuti. She is not only punctual but also very good at her work. Steady hand and well versed of the pressure points while doing the facial and giving massage. Also she cleans the space after finishing the jobs.Super impressed!

Guys, I have been going to Artisan Parlour for the past several years and must say that of late the Service of Artisan is not like before :1) On every visit you find that some of the old staff has left and someone new has joined.2) Their Manageress Rubina is very arrogant and does not take any effort to welcome the customer.3) Rubina is constantly in chat with the Nepali girls and just ignores the presence of customers waiting in the parlour.4) Rubina screams and shouts at the staff in the presence of the clients which is embarasiing.5) Every time you go to pay by Credit Card, Rubina says that the POS machine is not working and insists on Cash payment..Why ??6) 5% VAT is always charged for any service, but a bill or receipt is never given, although it is mandatory and against consumer rights.7) Some staff also complains that they are sent for Home Service and forcibily asked to do Pedicure of MEN.8) The same towel is being used for 2 or more customers for Pedi / Mani.

I am a regular customer of this salon due to good value for money, professional staff and quality services. Due to lockdown I couldnt visit the salon and requested for home services. The home services are equally good, staff was professional and to my surprise they had all arrangements like tissues, towels, disposable sheets...I just had to give water...they cleaned everything after the work was done. I am glad that I can use their professional services at home as well now😍

Other than regular services I recently got hair Botox treatment as well and I’m really happy with that. Ravina and Manisha are great what they do and spend proper time in providing services rather than finishing it in a rush or hurry. The most amazing saloon i have been..its soooo clean as compared to other saloons and as per Karama standards. The staff is excellent and so is the owner who is soo polite and advise the best.Very reasonable priced also worth paying more for the service they provide..I got protein for my hair the rand my friend did keratin extremely satisfied. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I went there for haircut facial and pedicure. I was pretty happy with the lady who did the pedicure, results were amazing. However not happy with the haircut and facial. The leftovers of facial was there all over my face and hair. I had to go myself to wash after everything was over. Blowdry results were terrible. On asking, the lady blamed my hair type and that my hair was oily. I shampooed my hair at home then from where the oil came ?She said because of the facial creams the used on my face the hair had became greasy..thats how oil came. I guess that wasnt my fault.VERY highly disappointed. Will not visit again or recommend anyone. Sorry though.

My wife visits this saloon since 1 year now... the best saloon i have been even as compared to those expensive saloons in marina or jlt.. I went to them for the second time for Hair Botox. The first time I did it, was very satisfied. However this time, am extremely disappointed to say the least.I did the botox approximately 15 days back and exactly after a week the texture of my hair is returning to my normal texture with little to no effect left of the botox...A complete waste of my money. Before I do a treatment I always put forward my concern coz am very skeptical when it comes to experimenting with hair..Yet instead of giving me a solution, you create a bigger problem for me!! Something bani really needs to work on. Dont promise if you cant deliver! Its that simple!! I have never given a bad review for any service Ive received yet this time I had to cuz am that disappointed..

Took waxing service- the lady burnt multiple areas and waxing job was done very shabbily. Still facing peeling and awful dryness from the hot wax even after a week. Also saw that the salon was not very clean. No proper clean up after wax also. Waste of time and money and needless to say wont be visiting again.

Their in house service is pathetic took them 2 hours and more for a spa manicure pedicurewent for a blow dry and the lady rubina got mad since i have super straight hair anyways she used tongs to curl them and didnt spray hair setting spray and the curls became straight immediately it was my mehendi day and i looked horrible because of herwent for a gold facial later and rubina wasnt very pleased with me using the pending service after a long time anyways she mentioned to the girls to finish it and it was done in 30 mins flathorrible service time and againlady rubina is horriblewill never recommend and go there ever again!
