Hi I’m posting my own personal experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The eyelashes technician is professional and I like her work but she was not wearing gloves and was doing the eyelashes extension with a sharp nails without wearing gloves and i believe that her job is extremely sensitive. Plus I believe the glue they are using is not good quality as I had my eyelashes fallen slightly from the 3 rd day , whereas in many other eyelashes beauty spas the lashes stays 2 weeks without needing to refill them .Anyway I like to try somewhere else next time .

Ainura was my technician and she wast fast and efficient. I would definitely do my nails here again. I can recommend them.

It was bad experienceNails shape not the same nail extension it’s so thick for a pedicure. I was have one of my nails was broken and they repair it stuck on my skin also gel layer on manicure. It’s so much thick and nails looking so big also when I’m booking, they did not inform me anything about the removal charge and they charge meOver all I don’t like it I was my first time and it will be last

I finally found great salon for hard gel in Dubai, Ainura nail technician is always very thorough, and fast, even if I do french or ombre. I’ve been doing my nails with her for past 6 months and finally it lasts 4 weeks and everyone is complimenting how good it looks

My nails were perfectly done by Ms Precious yesterday.Service was very nice and she did my nails very well, even cleaned underneath. I appreciate how she clean my hands every after steps (spray it eith alcohol and wipe with tissue), hence, not anymore dusty, before proceeding to another step. I was a regular customer here. But today they lost me. First I got my toes done with hard gel and extension. Then two days later the extension broke. I came few days later and they fixed it.After few days the tip of my nail broke due to me opening the door. I texted the receptionist to re book so I can fix it and she confirmed with me both on WhatsApp and a text message that my appointment is at 1 pm. I took a taxi instead of driving so I can reach fast. Then I come and she tells me “sorry we don’t have a booking available I just noticed all of my team is busy.”I told her if they can at least file it to make it look better. She laughs at me and tells me maybe I can give you a file to file it and she did give me. Very very disappointed. I loved the staff and service but this is very unprofessional. A client is a client at the end of the day. And you just lost one. يا خسارة

The absolute worst service! They had me waiting for 1 hour without anyone talking to me and letting me know when will they start with my nails. In the meantime, as soon as I arrived someone removed my previous manicure, and after 1 hour my nail technician was till doing someone else’s nails and when I asked how much she will need for mine she informed me 2,5-3 hours!!!! Which their previous employees did in 2 hrs and were always on time! Absolutely horrible, no one even apologized!!!!DON’T GO UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE!!!! Horrible service

Ive been visiting this salon to get my nails done since April 2022 and I wont be stopping anytime soon 😊They have highly skilled technicians and a wide selection of colors and design to choose from. I have been to many salons across Dubai the past 12 years and this is the best Ive been to.

Overall my experience is good. The ladybin the reception is very nice and helpful, she offers me all the time coffee and tea. Its clean and calm environment. They WhatsApp you with all the details (helpful). Price is also very interesting and fare.Things to improve:- Parking is free but is hard to find. Ask directly the parking pin/ location;- The lady that i did the treatment doesn’t explain to you what you need/ your treatment. So if you need opinion, forget.She looks upset/ bothered for my hair being long and tough;I will comeback for more basic things. For technical stuff i prefer a place where the professionals gives their technical opinions.

Had my eyelash extensions done here recently and I’m very sorry to say it is not the best. I was pleased with them at first as they looked good, but least 10-15 of my eyelashes fell out within the first day despite me not getting them wet or touching them, and there were large visible chunks of glue which were scratching my lash line. There were also several lashes that were stuck to 2 natural eyelashes which became uncomfortable after a week.They do offer free eyelash repair which is great and they did invite me after a lot of eyelashes fell after one day, but really it shouldn’t be necessary if done properly

Best salon, master Ainura make my nails stronger that it was, i just have a motorbike accident, my arms crushed, but manicure still looks nice

First I highly recommend this Saloon for all type of nail services they are super clean and particularly professional with nail services. Second is my personal experience with short haircut, I finally found the hairdresser who knows all about haircuts (specially short hair which is super difficult). Veronika is the superstar.. she is not only professional/experienced but she is very friendly, welcoming and warm. She understands her customer needs very well and does her job patiently and with a lot of focus & dedication. If you want a really good haircut, unique nail services I advice to go to this saloon 😊

I was a little bit nervous about getting my first balayage after having 3 years break from hair coloring.But Veronika was very patient in answering my all queries and helped me understand different styles, hair textures, and colors. She dyed my hair fantastically. She also suggested to me the best yet affordable aftercare products.

My review is only on the receptionists Ms.Anna. I was calling the Salon for the 1st time for booking for my Hair Treatment. 1stly I was communicating over watsapp msg. Since the replies were coming late I thought of calling as I didn’t want to miss out on the booking. When I called for booking I had few queries regarding the treatment so I wanted to clear it out before going. I was shocked when Ms. Anna told me directly to cut short the conversation. This was 1st time I had such a customer service experience. She was so implolite and rude. Second time she told me that she can’t hear me talking as there was loud noise. If there would be even some noise I would too hear it but I didn’t. Yes there was music but not as loud as she mentioned that she couldn’t hear me. She said she wants to talk over watsapp. I told her I don’t mind but this is no customer service and there’s always a manner to deal and talk with your clients. Before even I could think of visting having such a rough experience leaves a bitter note. She literally had no decency to even apologize. She kept arguing over watsapp without even once apologizing of such an unprofessional behaviour. I wish who so ever is the Owner of this Salon should look into this.

I went to the salon because a friend recommendationCalled before to ask price and did my bookingI had an nail extension that I needed to remove, also asked the price for itBut at the end they charged me for the first extension removal and for the extension refill… which it doesn’t make sense… if I’m paying for the removal of the extension ( which I asked), why I had to pay for the refill….. Try to talk with 3 different person. Ended going home not satisfied and not happy at allTo be fair.. the nails looks nice but not coming back or recommending…

Going to ArtZone since they opened. Usually doing my nails there. Gellish manicure lasts 3-4 weeks. It could be even longer but my nails grow quite fast.For the last few month Im going to do eyelash extensions also. Assem is my technician. Lashes last for 4-5 weeks. Such a relief for my eyes to be without mascara.I always recommend ArtZone. Good services, good location, and not overpriced.

The best quality nails in Dubai! On my first visit Guljan did my nails so perfectly, I havent gone anywhere else since. Also cleanliness at its best, they sanitize the equipment with UV light. Highly recommended!

I have done my nails with Precious the First Filipina in a Russian saloon but she did my nails with a Russian technique and with ombre that lasts more than a month and didnt hipped at all .I praise the owner that she hired a Filipina where we Filipinas can be comfortable doing with .Thank you Artzone for being considerate to any nationalities visiting without discrimination. more power.

I had gone to do my nails, I entered at 5:45 but left at 10:20pm. I had a bad experience . The nail technician Victoria was extremely rude and had no sense to talk with clients. She was acting as if she was doing favor on my nails. She was distracted and very weakly did the process and left it half way. Then the owner called another technician at 8:30pm and promised me she is good. But since it was already late...things were done quickly. I had no choice but to continue doing as it was mid way. End result was good, but since it was done twice on the same nails, my nail got weak and the nails started coming out just after 15 days after the extension.200 dhms was a complete waste.I have contacted them and sent pictures as well but no reply.Very unprofessional and horrible experience.

Tried to go to the salon several times, but people answering their instagram or whatsapp are very unprofessional, hardly speak English either and easily ignore your message. Then I went for extensions removal and they DRILLED MY NATURAL NAILS, not only extensions but nails, didnt use acetone or a gentle file, she used only an electronic drill! to a point that they hurt for days and look pink purple and uneven. has been worst experience, never coming back for sure and not recommended, let alone i paid more than advertised. Horrible service, specialist as well as receptionist. 1/10 !

Crowded and dirty place. Dusty shelves, moody nail technician although really good. My nails lasted 3 weeks. Very unfriendly staff. Nail technician and another staff had an argument and all this made me very unwelcome. My booking was doubled, I was placed at the pedicure area which was greatly uncomfortable for a manicure. Never returned again!

I would give them no stars if I could. Yes the nails/nail art is good but the staff is extremely rude. I missed one appointment and the lady said that she hates me. Rude, moody, and no regard for customers. They are not able to accommodate for the customers. Never come here and never waste your money here!

As my first time there, I really felt welcomed and taken care of ! Even when waiting (just a few minutes) The owner helped me get out my comfort zone by showing me all the different designs they could do and even helped me choose my colors, which I thought was really thoughtful. I visited the place to remove my gelish mani, one of the nail technicians who was sitting free stoop up to welcome me, the moment she knew I was there just for the removal she said oh sorry we dont have time for that while I could clearly see she was free ... very disappointing, wont be coming here ever

The ladies in this salon are extremely rude, especially the lady who takes the appointments, extremely rude rocky mother and daughters , I wonder if the bad treatment we get is because we are people of colour , I wonder if other people also get treated in this manner. Please always remember that your customers maintain your business ,the receptionist is very very rude. Extremely disappointed 😢

I booked for gel overlay reached there and they told me that I had no booking ! she booked for me eyelash extension whoever spoke to me not sure what was her name was extremely rude to me and it was her mistake not mine ! to me I wont ever come back to this saloon no matter what happens and I will make sure not to recommend it to anyone.
