I am a regular and happy client of Ashtamudi, Qusais. For the first time, my 74 year old mother, who is on visit, accompanied me. Though reluctant, she agreed to come along as she had never been to a parlour, and she was so happy as she had an amazing experience. She felt pampered there. As my mother had issues walking, the staff there were very helpful, and they saw to it that she was comfortable throughout her services. We need to thank Sachini, Aadhi, and Aari for the way they did their work professionally with all smiles. 😊Special thanks to Sachinis coffee, too ☕. Visited ashtamudi salon for my hair. After delivery my hair was very frizzy and I wanted a treatment which will benefit me and at the same time will not cause any issues as I am breastfeeding. I went for Botox treatment at this salon month back .As i dont like 100% straightening of hair i opted botox. The stylist told me that after 4-5 washes, I would get the expected outcome of the treatment. But a month later my hair still does not look like it should. Its still 100% straight,.My previous experiences with Botox in other salons were my hair looking natural and maintained hair with no frizz, I am so disappointed with Ashtamudi. If u cant deliver the service what customers are looking for then inform them.

Went to the Qusais branch. Ambience is good and rates are reasonable as they have offers from time to time. Got excellent service from Sannu( hair stylist) and Adi (pedicure) who are both very pleasant and good at their work.

Last month i visited Ashtamudi salon in Karama and got my hair colour done, in the first week of this month i got the root touch up of my hair colour done again in the same salon and they advised me to do hair spa , both these were done by manpreet , after the hair spa i started getting itching in my scalp and it became worst, so called up the salon and told about my problem and last Wednesday i visited the salon and they washed my hair and checked for any swelling nothing was there but the itching increased and no use of telling them as the staff couldnt understand my problem and they dont have solution for such problems .Then i insisted on speaking to the owner and spoke to the owners husband and he understood my problem and advised me to visit a dermotologist for the itching problem. For 75 dhs hair spa i ended up paying more than 500 dhs for the doctor and medicines and still suffering from the same itching for the past 11 days. i had done other services that was really good but i had done the hair spa first time in my life and not happy with their hair spa services as it affected me too much and suffering from the service. Also one thing i dint like was when i was speaking to the owners husband the receptionist Linn was just standing there and watching me like a watch dog and listening to my talks. this shows shes very indisciplined and i should really thank sangeeta for making a call to sir and allowing me to speak to him and explain my problem to him. i hope this will not occur again with any other client and if it occurs atleast they should know how to tackle the problem , find the solution and not sideline the clients and shoo them away just because its affecting their business.

Just wanted to share my experiences i had with Ashtamudi.I have never ever had done any treatments for my hair for years i use to do self treatment at my home. After months of research in google i finally thought to do something for my hair. I consulted Ms. Monica and said all my issues about my hair and what all i have done. She patiently heard and suggested me the hair spa treatment. Her service was awesome! well expert person in hair.I really suggest people who wants to do some hair treatment to visit Ashtamudi and consult Ms. Monica.

Very happy with their hair colouring service with Shreya for last one year. Shreya was on leave & Aleena cut my hairs. TOTALLY SPOILED IT !!!!!!! I ask her to just trim 1cm but she chopped off my protein treated hairs so badly, reduced length, made V shape from back ( why) & bad layering as in picture !!!!Really wasted my protein treatment money spent last month only (December 2024) !!!!!!! And Jan 2025, I had chopped hairs !!!!!
