Its entirely different.main thing the lady of the owner is so weird behavior with customers.using little amount of products with the high amount of charge . Thats why no result. As you guys know after ironing hair look nice but after washing no result. Such an irrespectful lady . for 800 AED this is the look same day when it washed .She dont care about the customers , we are booking appoinment for to avoid unnecessary waiting time . She started after 1 hr and 20 mts . While waiting asked for wifi password she said not working , but network active there and shd is using it with her phone . No washroom inside . 3,4,5 hrs treatment no washroom for customers .

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you want a happy experience, do not visit this place. Gave me an appointment and after confirming a few hours prior, the salon was closed when we reached. No one answered the phone or WhatsApp message!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Never go here!

Horrible experience.I was getting a keratin treatment done and the owner Ati walked in, covered her nose and started making disgusted face gestures complaining about the smell of the product.She then moves me to sit at the entrance literally in front of the door, where people kept walking in front and looking at me. Never felt more uncomfortable.Even with my complaint about the situation, she didn’t care at all and said sorry the AC is not working… way to make a client feel welcome and cared for !Then she took my hairdresser to talk with her during my service, and I overheard her telling her to charger me 500 aed more than the original price discussed.The salon was completely empty. I was there for 4.5 hours, and only 1 client walked in by the end. Tells you all you need to know.

I did a Brazilian blowout with Saeideh which I’m very pleased with. She is a professional sweet girl and the result was as expected. She’s an honest & reliable person, when i asked her if I can use the Volume shampoo, she said that she would check with the company. I would give 5 star to Saeideh & her work. I paid 800 AED for the treatment ( I don’t know the prices in Dubai so I can’t say if it was ok or pricey).The salon owner, Ati, is a sweet likable person too.The reason i gave a 4 stars is due to 2 reasons: the area which i was sitting wasn’t clean enough. It was lots of hair probably from a previous haircut.Then, the behavior of some other staff wasn’t welcoming. In the Service industry, the most important thing is the quality of your service which is including the nice & welcoming behavior.

Unprofessional lady . Beware guys ❌❌❌❌🚷🚷🚷🚷 never go to this salon . People are going just because of searching in google and seeing salon pictures. Reality is entirely different .she is cheating customers like not using adequate amount of products . We wondered no customers inside . Behaviour is so bad dont waste money there . Such a horrible experience .

I suggest not to use the services of this salon at all. you will regret Work with a professional hairdresser and dont waste your time and money.

I really recommend this salon. Clean manicure and pedicure and take care of the semi-permanent well was done. The eyebrow hair removal was careful, very satisfied with the result. The staff is welcoming and smiling, I will come back!🙂
