When you enter, it’s very unsuspecting and you might be unsure if you are going to receive up to standard treatment, but don’t let looks fool you ♥️ I was rushing and had like 25 mins max for a whole wash and blow, binita a Nepalese staff, really really took care of me. She managed a perfect blowout in the timeframe I had given. The L’Oreal products made my hair so so so soft. Massage was amazing. She listened to every request with a genuine smile and wasn’t unhappy. Her skills for the blowout as well was out of this world, for the timeframe I had, she still managed to perfect section by section super quickly, no flaws. It’s been two days and my blowout is still in place. I will be coming every three days now as I don’t need to explore with any other salon after this, and my workplace is right beside 😜 lovely experience, you’re missing out if you don’t come from a first look.

This is a hidden gem and worth every star. I discovered it via a friend in JVC and I can highly recommend it both in terms of price, customer service and amazing results! Huge shoutout to Jamila who did my eyebrows, hair and make up. I was so impressed and she is transformational! If you want somewhere that is reasonably priced with luxurious results- go here!

I was lucky enough to secure a last-minute appointment at Aura. My baby is 2 months old and I needed some nail support before a photoshoot, everything was very rushed. The girls called me back having had rearranged to make my late request work, then the service was lovely, with everyone helping to make sure I was finished quickly - my nails looked beautiful, my baby and husband didnt suffer without me for long, and Im so glad the Aura girls made my day easier xxxx

Its my first time in this salon and definitely not the last! Tracy was my naild tech and shes amazing! Shes very patient with my wants and needs. I did a gel overly and they look natural, which I like. She also did my pedicure and it was a relaxing treat, fast and yet efficient. The price is fair and just.Customer service is topnotch, everyone is friendly and courteous. I would suggest to come here during weekdays so its less busy, they get to be back to back full on weekends. Thank you, Aura!

Went for a back and shoulder massage, but chose to do a full body massage instead. Very relaxing and was a lovely experience. The masseuse Mumtaz was very professional, warm and friendly. She had a very good technique, and gave good attention to little details. Was a very rejuvenating and relaxing experience!!

The previous undercoat(red) was not removed properly from the sides, as the master was not using the machine but just filed it . The new coat was all over the skin and distributed uneven. The place lacks the tidiness.

Great experience! With the Moroccan bath and massage. I loved the clay and coffee mask after the bath, it is a pleasure to have Maya during this experience. I highly highly recommend to everyone to go for their different service. All staff are amazingly friendly.

Bad customer service.. I have done manicure and pedicure and wax full body now I have been burnt in the bikini area and had blue spot in my shoulder and I called them at phone and said I paid 464 AED and its not a small number.. she answered me you only paid for waxing only 250 because its offer i said to her I dont know you have offer before I come second thats not the way you handled angry customer and all my body hair cut not removed from the roots and its first time something happened with them so I old customer with them but it is first time I need the customer service and she is rude.

Hairdresser is amazing- she color my hair exactly as I wanted. She could be a bit faster but her work is very good.Salon is small and clean - more for come, do and leave then pampering style.

Facial was nice and relaxing, nice staff. But this review can hopefully help improve the experience - very cold in the room, cold water was used and no hot towels. Definitely would be more relaxing with hot water/towels and some music playing rather than just silence. Thanks

Would like to thank Jameela- the hairdresser and colourist. Excellent!!!!she has got such amazing skills when it comes to hair colour. I would never think of going to any other salon .

Their service is very good, and price is also reasonable. I was there for 3 to 4 hrs, In that 4hrs I noticed all other clients whoever came for others services are also very very happy.

Jamila is always the besthighly recommended especially for curly long hairWithin one hour the hair will be transformed from curly to wavy or straight and it will stay up to one week

Very nice, welcoming salon with very good professionals. I had my hair done by Jamila who is fantastic! My blonde locks are beautiful. Jamila takes time in her work, she is meticulous and attentive to customer requests. Its difficult to find good hairdressers to take care of blondes so believe me girls can go there with their eyes closed
