I took my daughter to Avel hair & Beauty Salon for braids, and the experience was fantastic! We showed Michelle a picture, and she recreated it perfectly—honestly, even better than the original! The attention to detail and skill she showed was incredible.The service from the entire team was warm and professional, making us feel right at home. We were so impressed that I’m already planning to book a haircut for my daughter next.Highly recommend Avel hair & Beauty Salon for anyone looking for top-notch styling and great customer care!

I had a lovely experience today where I was fitted in for a quick haircut where I had limited time. It was my first visit and I was very happy with the results. The stylist was very professional and very well trained. I have fine, blonde hair and she did a great job with it. Will definitely return. Happy with the value too! I feel theyre priced very well and the quality, salon and experience was excellent.

I booked an appointment to get my hair done, arrived on time, and then had to wait 25 minutes, only to be told they wouldn’t have time to do my hair because they were closing in an hour. The manager, who is also a hairstylist, was present but didn’t step in to help with the other clients to ensure my appointment could be honored. Additionally, the Manager didn’t have the courtesy to inform me directly that they couldn’t fulfill the appointment due to time constraints.It’s much easier to be upfront with a client about not having availability, rather than wasting their time when it’s clear you can’t accommodate them. Very unprofessional and won’t be going back.

It was my first time at this salon, and I had a really lovely experience. I came for a wash and blow dry, and Nsreen really looked after me she’s amazing and I would highly recommend her. My mum came for a massage, and Anne was also really lovely. The staff were very welcoming.

I’ve been in Dubai 20 years and this is one of the best massages. Ask for Alma! She has healing hands! Thank you! 🙏

This is the best place to get yourself pampered. After a terrible experience with nail extensions at a different salon, I came in here wanting to get them removed. Noelle took the time to listen to my frustrations and explained to me what different methods they use, and actually convinced me to fix the nails and come in next time to try something new. Very attentive and honest! Also got a wax done by Alma who made sure I was comfortable the entire time. This is now my go to place in DH. You will not be disappointed xx

Disappointed ! Very frustrated with their quality of products used. I had long natural nails forLast 10yrs and after visiting them three of my nails broke not just chipped but actually broke and after that they charged me through the roof for 3 extensions. They could not care less that I was as is upset because I’m a working professional and going to client meetings with broken nails looks so shabby.And then to top it up, my extension also came off, they charged me again, and now again another natural nail is broken from the end!!Will never recommend

I am fairly new to dubai and so when my nail broke during the unpacking of my shipping, I wanted to get my nails done and just walked into the salon.I was welcomed and accommodated straight away to my surprise and although I just went in for a manicure I came out feeling so pampered. The nail technician took such care and pride in doing my nails. I was given the nicest cappuccino, water and treats and to top it off met the owner of the salon who is also from the uk and one of the loveliest most humble ladies Ive met in Dubai!We talked and I was telling her about my experience in Dubai so far and some of the difficulties we faced and she kindly offered me a complimentary service as a gift.
