Just visited avenue 21 to get lash extensions and I’m so happy with my experience. The staff is so friendly and offer you coffee tea or water. If you have children along they make sure to Check up on them too.My lashes turned out so good and the lash tech was so gentle and professional. This is my goto place now for sure. And the salon is also a vibe 💖 can’t wait for my next visit

Went for the first time today for eyebrow threading and my salonist was very attentive and eager to make sure I was satisfied with the final look. I enquired about nails and what styles and services they do and she was happy to answer all my questions and I received an appointment that day. My nail technician was very thorough and meticulous with her skill, and suggested techniques that would be best for my sensitive skin, we had a wonderful conversation and overall she did a fantastic job. The vibe at Avenue is very relaxed and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. They are proud of their craft and they will take very good care of you. I can’t wait to go back and become a regular!

I did massage with the therapist Lurline. It was really good. I enjoyed it very relaxing, very nice atmosphere but calming. I will come again for sure.

I visited the salon requesting a straight cut with side bangs, but the results were disappointing. The cut was uneven, and the bangs ended up looking nothing like I had imagined. When I asked the hairstylist to fix it, she made it worse. I realized she lacked the professionalism expected from a salon.I also noticed that she took too much hair for the bangs, which is something that professional hairstylists usually avoid. Now, half of my head looks like a bob, while the other half has long hair. After the second attempt, I decided I couldn’t trust them with my hair anymore, fearing they would cause even more damage.When I requested a partial refund, the salon refused and only offered to correct the cut. However, having lost trust in the hairstylist and not wanting to take any more risks, I declined the corrections and didnt get my money back.I want to warn future clients about my experience at this salon. Be cautious!I attached photos below.

While I was walking my dog, I saw a cool sign that said Avenue 21. I thought it was a coffee shop, but it was actually a fun salon with free snacks and coffee. They even had a photo booth! I checked out their prices and booked an appointment for the next day for highlights, nails, eyelashes, and a facial. The service was awesome. The hairstylist, Helen, fixed my hair just how I wanted, even though it was orange at first. The nail technician, Salwa, was quick and did a great job. The facial made my skin feel great, too. I came back the next day for eyelash extensions, and they looked super cute. They were really nice and even gave out free snacks. I want to thank the owner for being so kind. Ill definitely go back again!

Mena the Manager, shes absolute sweetheart and super cooperative. Her facials are really good. After only first session my mom had an instant fresh look.I had an amazing hair highlights and dye experience and all thanks go to Helen, she was really understanding and patient with me and didnt hesitate to give her 110% service.Overall had a great experience and service.

My second time doing my nails @avenue21 and both times the overall experience is amazing , all staff are professional nd friendly , Saloua who did my acrylic today is a nails master, quick , precise and clean, i’m in love with my nails. The best ladies salon near Palm Jumeirah and Marina. It was a 10 minutes drive from my apartment on the palm but the quality and service is better than any salon I tried in the palm.Definitely will be their permanent client.I tried the hairstylist, I forgot her name but she was the best I tried so far.

Just saw them on fb and tried to contact. They are very responsive and answered all my queriers. So I didn’t hesitate to try their service and girl… they didn’t disappoint me. From the time I entered the room they were very friendly and approachable. Service is top tier, no argue with that. And it was my first time for nail extensions and it was so worth it. I couldn’t get the design that I want for some reason but voila, it turns out to be so gorgeous. A big big thanks to dear Salwa! She’s such a great nail tech, very pro and knowledgeable. She really knows what she’s doing. And to Ms Mina who keeps on checking on me and making sure I am comfortable and everything is going well, thank you so much. At Avenue 21, I had an amazing experience. My technician, Salwa, was incredibly skilled. She did acrylic Russian extensions on my nails, and they turned out beautifully. The salon had a great atmosphere, too. I left feeling pampered and confident. Avenue 21, with Salwa’s expertise, is now my go-to spot for beauty treatments

Management instead of apologising and correcting themselves, started calling and harassing me by phone and what’s up asking to remove the feedback .” Cheating” is exactly what happened to me - not ownering listed prices and not giving 20% advertised discount . And above all -tgey again claiming surcharge was “ 5% VAT”. Remind you - according to UAE law VAT had to be included in listed final prices, not added to customer final bill when customer “says payment by card” .Now I am taking this case to consumer protection and Tax Authorities on VAT violation . . Good day .

Best nail saloon in Dubai. Very close to springs community.

Services was ok but they are cheating on prices . They charged me more that their printed price list, when challenged , they said “it’s outdated”. Really? When just opened ? Then they advertised 20% promotion , that was never given . And they charged me 5% on top for paying by card . I don’t think I will return .
