I visited this saloon today for the 1st time and I am giving my very honest review about this place. I always go to a saloon which is not so close to my house due to which I gave a visit to this place. My main intention was to get my eyebrows done but thought of giving few other items a try since this place is very close to my house. I did hair spa which was the only good thing as my hair feels fresh, hydra facial for which they charged me 250 but did nothing of hydra facial, it was merely a clean up service they provided me with. The equipment looked old and had used only once on my face, but that shouldn’t be the case. Last was my eyebrows and I can without a doubt say they did a HORRIBLE job at it. My eyebrows are in 2 different shape now, I can’t look at my face now Cz it is that ugly. All I asked that lady was pointed shaped eyebrows and she did a freaking line on my face and has taken hair from certain places that it looks like I have patches on my eyebrows now.Would never recommend this place to anyone and this would be my last time to visit that place. Even after complaining this, the lady at the counter had the audacity to charge me for the eyebrow service. I couldn’t get the name of the lady but she is the only Indian/pakistani lady in the saloon who is tall among all the other staff members.Wasted my money on something not worth at all

My favourite saloon, they do amazing job for nails. Good quality and good prices. My nails never break. The girls are nice and professional 🌹

-Very bad service ( facial)-Poor customer service especially receptionist- they do facial in 25 minutes and forget about you forever with the mask on …

Very unprofessional staff! First of all, the girls shamlessly walk around clients with no masks on & acted confused that as a customer I insisted that they dont come near me with no masks on. If am wearing my mask the entire time I am in the salon, as employees why shouldnt they? They are extremely childish & gossipy infront of customers. Ive never liked this particular branch & after yesterdays experience, am done. The girls dont respect the clients space, they lack manners & talk & laugh so loudly without any regard of how their behaviour impacts the customer!

Worst service ever. Lied about prices to our faces and when we asked them to check the cameras and recording, they avoided. Made the price 350 when we agreed on 150 in the beginning. Very rude staff and all of them are liars.

Absolutely terrible service, they’re a scam. They tell you one price before starting then after they’re done with their services they INCREASE the price without telling you. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Avoid it you’ll be doing yourself a favour…

They provide good services and value for money.Convenient location near Al Futtaim Health Hub, Al-Qusais 2.The staffs are very friendly especially staff Shazia she done my beauty treatments and Shazia helped me to find suitable products for my beauty care. So happy for their services.Reasonable rate and they are using good quality products only.I would like to recommend to those who’re looking for a good salon.

Wrong location 😒 there is another salon over there : perfect nails salon !!!

The service is so professional all people are kind i loved the nils both manucure and pedicure were perfectly done ❤️❤️

The staff was nice but I got burned today because of the Brazilian waxing , plus hair was not removed completely , won’t go back anymore .

The one hour massage its actually 40 minutes. Even though at the moment we are required to wear face mask the masseuse wasnt wearing it, same as some others staffs.
