It was a real pleasure and I love, love the hair style and haircut that you created for me! :) I have never looked so beautiful and its all thanks to you. Also, you really helped me to relax and take the day easy. This salon is most likely the best spot in town for a haircut. Ive been coming to this hairdresser for years, and I can tell hes definitely a hair wizard. This salon is the way to go if youve ever had your hair handled poorly at a different salon!

The worst experience of my life! I came to this salon for a simple hair toning and haircut for my natural hair, but instead, they ruined it by using permanent dye without my consent. I had clearly communicated what I wanted, but no one bothered to confirm or explain the products they were using. Neither the management nor the colorists at this salon seem to know about the existence of ammonia-free dyes and toners.By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late. My once-beautiful, natural hair was left flat, rough, and stripped of its healthy, vibrant look. My hair was initially bright purple, and after a few washes at home, it turned into a terrible red-orange shade. But the nightmare didn’t end there. It took me 12 hours at a different, professional salon and $1,000 to fix this disaster.This isn’t just incompetence—it’s complete disregard for their clients. I’ve lost not only my money but also my time and peace of mind. If you value your hair, your wallet, and your sanity, do not, under any circumstances, trust this salon with your hair!I attached photo which was made is right before I was about to dye it again.

I had an amazing experience at the salon! I absolutely loved the eyebrow lamination and lash extensions—they turned out perfect. Kaya was incredible; she’s so skilled and made me feel super comfortable. Highly recommend her!

THE BEST hair treatment I’ve ever done in Dubai. (Done by ferdi)I’ve done hair botox and keratin for the roots, would 100% recommend, no hair damage, no scalp sensitivity, the hair is shiny and healthy.No chemical smell when they are doing it.

I had an amazing manicure and pedicure at Bae Beauty Salon! The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon was beautifully designed and super clean. My nails have never looked better—perfectly polished and long-lasting. Highly recommend!

Lashes have lasted 4 weeks and do not look tangled! the service is slow which is hard if youre impatient like me however their attention to detail is obvious in how long theyve lasted. I love them and 100% will be back

This is my second time in this salon to do my eyelashes extensions, i was very happy with the first time but unfortunately my second visit was not great! I noticed that alot of lashes were falling from the first couple of days and those lashes are not attached to my own lashes, i believe the glue used might not have been of a good quality.

First of all, they answer very fast on instagram and WhatsApp making the booking really easy (5 starts for that!)I came to them with very bad colour and hair condition and the hairdresser made miracles with my hair! I have been using BAE beauty salon eyelashes’ services since they opened. I have tried many other places , but BAE is the best. Very professional staff, beautiful relaxed atmosphere and very clean . The owner Ms. Aisu checks on every customer . They know exactly how i like my eyelashes and they never let you leave unsatisfied. They are keen on client’s satisfaction. I thought I had found myself the best salon which had the best nail and lash technicians. But as always the customer service isn’t priority to many businesses in this country and neither do they ever accept the customer can be right. I’ve had my lashes done here before, best set ever, wanted the same technician instead I know I was given a trainee. That turned up 30mins late and after showing her the style and volume of the lashes I wanted she confirmed she understood. The receptionist was interpreting. After 2hours plus every time I asked her how long it was 15mins.I can’t even remember how long it took in total. I ended up with anime style when I asked for cat eye and wispy.She had another client so I started with my nails I asked them to fit me in with someone to fix the style as it was really not for me. I was told she’ll call me when she’s done and I can have my mani/pedi simultaneously to save time as it’s been 4hrs plus that I’ve been in the salon. First customer of the day. After much confusion and falsely telling me she’s more experienced lash tech I’m in the chair again. For 20mins and this time I put on a timer because now it’s not feeling like I’m getting pampered anymore but tortured. After that both eyes were different and I was done when I started to explain to the lady that spoke English her and the tech decided to lie and say I showed 2 different pictures. But one was style one was volume. When I asked to speak to the manager she also tells me I’m a liar and insults me as if I wanted a discount when I said actually I shouldn’t pay at all with this sort of attitude. She suggests to go back and have them removed. And waste more of my time.she was incredibly rude didn’t care what I was saying. On top of that no one was apologetic for wasting so much of my time. I was supposed to be out a 1:30pm I left at 3:30 with a 920 dirham bill. I am happy to pay that amount if I’m happy with a service and I expect to be given good customer service. I was going on holiday the next day and a quarter of my lashes had already fallen out before the next morning.Having said that the nail techs there are exceptional. And if I used to come to the salon every 3weeks a 45min drive. However if there is no value for customers and I’ll be disrespected by the staff when actually there is plenty of better ways of dealing with an unhappy customer. Especially when you know English isn’t their first language and maybe they haven’t understood what the customer wants.Anyway. When someone pays for a service they expect some sort of customer service. Not to be treated like they’re lying or trying to get away with not paying. Next time it’s only fair that trainees are priced lower since the service takes longer and so the customer can expect to not get the results the wished for. Not let them practice and charge full and waste other people’s time and call them a liar. When actually on 3 other visit or more I had nothing but good to say about this salon. That is the shedding after brushing my lashes once. Within a week I had barely any lashes. That’s what you get for 480.

This salon is great. They accommodated my timing. They were professional in everything they did. I went with my hair damaged, hair is dry and the color was really terrible and I was extremely panicked. Ferdican handled me so easily and transformed my hair and got me out of the salon happy, confident and with healthy great hair. A great thank you to him and his work is really really brilliant.

This time I called to book the manager started to speak inappropriately!!!!!!!cuz I couldnt make it last appointment she did not even give me a chance to apologize for showing up and she just hung up!!!!!!

Theyre the worst experience i ever had in my life, when i went i showed them a picture of the russian filling i wanted and when they couldnt do it they claimed that they thought its the nail polish design that they thought i wanted, even i noted before i went to my appointment that i needed a professional for my ingrown foot nail. And now 3 weeks later i notice that my nail was cut wrong and my nail got deep in the skin that it got way worse that it was. Neverrr go thereee

GIRLS PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON! 😣😣😣 ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌Ive been getting eyelash extensions for 5-6 years and have tried several places, but this was my worst experience. My regular technician stopped working, so I found Bea Salon on Instagram. The photos looked good, so I decided to try it.The technician didnt speak any English, and it took me 15 minutes to explain what I wanted. After she finished, the lashes looked terrible—shiny and plastic. I decided not to return, but after just a week, the glue was causing my eyes to burn and tear up daily. Normally, good quality lashes fall out gradually without damaging natural lashes, but here, the glue was so strong that when an extension fell out, it took my natural lash with it. Fearing Id lose all my lashes, I returned to the salon and paid extra to have them removed.The technician struggled for over half an hour with various products, but nothing worked due to the cheap glue. She then tried cutting them, which made me upset, and another employee took over, spending an hour removing them with tweezers. By the end, I had only a few natural lashes left. When I complained, the owner blamed it on the natural shedding cycle of my lashes, offering no apology. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone.

Have been here for the hair coloring and cut. Honestly, really pleased with the consultation and the service I have gotten. My master (Jan, if I’m not mistaken) did a great job without losing the quality of my hair. The booking process was nice and easy, so also giving credit to the receptionist. Definitely would use their services again :)

This is my first time at the Bae Beauty Salon. It is not secret that Dubai is full of beauty salons but all I can say is WOW! From the time you enter the Bae Beauty Salon you are beyond looked after. I got my lashes and eyebrows done and they were perfect! All the girls are patient and friendly and get exactly what you saying when you show them a picture of what you want. The prices are amazing too. Finally, I will be coming here from now on!

One star for the technician who did a great job! Very good and attentive to detail.However, there was lack of transparency: on social media they were offering a promotion that I did not get at the moment of the check out. It just did not match the services that I got and I wasn’t informed of that. I’m upset and disappointed. The price was too high for what I got. I recommend to ask before getting any of the services.

I did my lashes extension one month ago, it was the worst time ever. I used to have my lashes done in another salons and its always great, this time I did in this salon and my eyes got allergic and turns red, I came to remove the lashes in the same day, they saw my eyes and did not even gave me my money back. I was admitted in the hospital and I lost my baby (miscarriage) because of this allergy. Please be careful.

Amazing service and happy with the results! Was surprised how easy to reach this location from al-khail road. No single traffic light on the way. Parking is free too for this salon vhisitors. I was doing lashes on their super cosy transformer chairs. The process was so relaxing and enjoyable I didnt even feel she touched my lashes😃. After 1 and half hour I saw very neat result of my new lashes 😍. She followed my preferences and even made my eye look more beautiful with the lashes shape. I’ve been going to this salon for a manicure (by master Sima) for a year now and I’m very pleased. The nails last for more than a month. Sima is not only an excellent master, but also an excellent conversationalist. Time flies by quickly with her.In general, I found my beauty salon and my master.And in the salon you will always be offered a cup of coffee with sweets.
