After 14 bookings and almost 5000 AED spent with them I am treated like a first time customer. The admin person is not able to make sure from my first booking to follow-up my loyalty points. This is so unlikely all the great services that we usually get in Dubai.I am so disappointed, the customer service of Balinese Salon is one the worst I encountered.It’s been 19 months since I started getting their services I booked 14 appointments in total. The staff ladies coming home are very nice and efficient they can do a lot in 1 hour I really appreciate them.But the wrong part is the company/admin. After booking almost every month I was wondering if they offer a loyalty program.They do but never brought any physical card I had to guess myself ???????I already requested one in august but never received it.I made a quick calculation and I spent a total of 4,890 AED with them. Am I the one who needs to request a loyalty program follow-up? It is not the admin job??????I should have the right to 4 free services based on what I spent with them but they tell me I need to show a full stamped physical loyalty card. They never ever brought a card with the staff so am I supposed to print one myself? It’s crazy. What a shame!So now they refuse to consider all the bookings and money I already spent with them and to give me what I deserveSo they lost a great customer and I will make sure my friends won’t book with them again.On top of that they charge you 20 AED of transport charge even when you reach 500 AED of services.I hate when businesses voluntarily hide some information from the customer just to make sure they don’t claim what they have the right to. Is it even legal?
The ladies arrived 1 hour late. They were very lovely but after less then a week my gellack nail polish started peeling off. It was my first time trying this company. I will however not use it again. I been doing gellack for 8 years on my nails and never had this experience before.
Misleading address. it should read as Balinese Home Salon Dubai Office and not make it sound that you provide services. Also the person on the mobile refused to give the exact location and was directing to International City.
