Sharafa is the best! I super love the Moroccan Bath!!!!! Lucy who gave me a massage was amazing! I didnt wanna end to be honest! It was so relaxing and it felt so good… both of them made my day! The salon is so clean and staff are all wonderful! I will definitely come back!

I visited for a manicure,First of all I was extremely disappointed with the setting of my appointment & even discussed this issue with the branch manager.second of all the nail polish they used was of very low quality.It felt like they were using outdated and The color of the nail polish will change after a few days.The pedicure was done by a young Vietnamese lady who was really a beginner.When I tried to bring this up with the staff, they were completely dismissive They seemed more focused on rushing through the appointment than ensuring customer satisfaction. For the price, I expected much better service and product quality.Very disorganized with poor management.I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone .

My mom and I recently visited this salon for a Moroccan bath, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. We waited for 30-45 minutes without any update from the staff. When I finally approached the receptionist, there was a Moroccan lady standing next to her. I asked about the service we were about to receive, and she abruptly informed me that my mom and I would be charged different prices, even though we had booked the same offer.To make matters worse, she casually mentioned that we needed to bring our own loofas, and if we didnt, wed have to pay an extra 30 DHS each. I was shocked that this crucial detail wasnt communicated to me when I made the booking.As I checked their reviews, I noticed another customer had faced the same issue. When I mentioned this to her, she said, That customer was dramatic. Her attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional, leaving us both feeling disrespected and unwelcome.Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I do not recommend going to this salon. Save your time, money, and energy—go elsewhere.

Spent time in wats app regarding deal online and said will pay at salon 1st took so long to get to end of conversation far to long on wats app.She advised me to come to salon once there she said I can’t find deal on line so can’t honor the deal, then she said massage girl busy it was a total mess up. The staff are arrogant and actually don’t care !! I have been here a few times and I believe I won’t be going back ! It was good when it 1st opened now it’s all about money not service !They could have recovered the service but they don’t like to honor the deals online !

I had hair coloring and facial done5/5 for facial services. Got it done by Sharafa. Amazing serviceFor Haircolor I will give 3/5 as the color stained my face and the water used for shampooing was extremely hot. If the weather is good,I wont mind taking my own hair color and getting it done from them.5/5 for the ambiance of Salon. They make you feel like a princess.

I bought a 3hrs VIP treatment and it was amazing. Sharafa who did the morocan bath was really good and so kind. Queen Elizabeth the lady who did my massage was so nice and the pressure was just right. I wasnt able to get the aesthecian’s name, but she really did a good job my face looked so fresh after. And lastly noor the lady who did the blow dry was really good. All in all it was a really good experience for me. Will totally come back for the VIP package ❤️❤️❤️

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Moroccan bath, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. Amina and Charafa, who attended to me, my mom and my aunt, were simply fantastic. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail made the experience truly exceptional. From the soothing ambiance to the rejuvenating treatment, every moment was pure bliss. Additionally, Michael, did a top-notch blow dry leaving the hair looking fabulous. I highly recommend this spa, especially with such wonderful staff members ensuring a memorable visit.

I uset to go there to put the lashes with Ms Aziza and the service was super nice , even the quality of the glue was on satisfied level. This time i decided to go for manicure and i was surprised thay i needed to do my nails at home after manicure in the saloon..as you can see the nails are not shaped and one is shorter than the other i tought maybe they will apply something and then make them tidy but acctualy no this was their service. I am so dissapointed coz manicure is simple thing to do and still not done properly although this saloon was on my favourite list.

Dont even think of wasting your money in this place. The worst experience ever!!! Some staff attitude is just about being unprofessional careless and rude. Massage is the worst I ever got. unqualified person. They sent me to a dark cold stinking room for which I had to exit outside in a cold weather right after I had a steamy bath. Just imagine yourself havinga so called massage while you are breathing a horrible smell coming from sewers of the bathroom inside. Talking about the morrocan bath. Be prepared to pay 32 dirhams for a luffah that costs 5 dirhams in carrefour just like I did. . All in all this place doesnt deserve a dirham spent.

I absolutely love the technician who does my nails, Bibi. She is incredibly talented, always smiling, and does a fantastic job. The only downside is the receptionist, who could be more welcoming and professional.

Did keratin with Mariam, she’s absolutely amazing. Does work with integrity and clean heart. Salon is big and clean.

I attempted to call them many times, but they are not responding, and their line seems to be non-functional. I’m so upset. 😣

Mariam the hair stylist ruined my hair. The place is very fancy and the name too but most of the therapists are extremely unprofessional. My natural grey hair turned yellow color after she did the protein. No consultation, no advice and no recommendation at all. Professional hair stylists are supposed to advice and give full information on the result of the the treatment which she did not inform me about. Extremely upsetting and disappointing. It’s been 10 days and my hair color is still yellow. And she told me my color will return back to the original color after 2/3 washes. So far I have washed it 10 times or more.Even the Filipina who did my pedicure cut my skin near the nail and did not say anything. After she finished I saw it and was hurting bad and that’s when she said oh sorry it happened by mistake. Is this how customers are to be treated? This was my first time and absolutely disappointed. Will Not go back there again.Even the eyebrow therapist just applied the henna randomly in a few seconds even though I very clearly mentioned to be applied only on the hair! It turned out extremely out of shape.

I did my keratin treatment which I found it very good once it was done but after I washed my hair keratin was fully gone all frizzy hair came back. Then I asked them and even went to their salon receptionist argued with me blaming me that May be I have done wrong method to wash because according to her hair dresser didn’t do any mistake. They told me we will do rectify but we cannot guarantee. Many argument happened. Their customer complaint they don’t give any acknowledgement. Didn’t expected this kind of treatment my hair treatment fully gone.

Ive never had an experience as bad as this in this salon. Not welcoming team, receptionist screaming at me… I don’t recommend this salon to anyone

I have been doing my regular spa sessions for sometimes in the spa center, staff are great, very professional and very welcoming all the time.Sharafa is always doing the satisfying Moroccan bath, the experience is always relaxing, professional, always feels good after her session;Farzana is also great at facial, always doing her best job, Mimi is also great Masseuse, always feels extra relaxed after her massage.

I did my protein treatment, the place is good expected a bit more professional.Mariem was very sweet and she really took care of my hair.At the same time, my sister had a very bad experience with the hairdresser. She was new had of the time she was on the phone, one time she left her in the middle of a hair wash to receive flowers ( that was acceptable) but after that also she didnt bother her client is sitting on the washbasin with half hair washed she was busy taking pictures with her flowers. In between she came to help Mariem to iron my hair and I had to stop her bcoz in one hand she was holding her phone and talking while she was ironing my hair carelessly.

I recently had my hair cut and Mariam did my haircut, Mariam really listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. The attention to detail was impressive, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. The atmosphere in the salon was pleasant and very cleaned, and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

I had the worst worst ever moroccan bath i couldnt stay more to even finish the service i just want to leave quickly and I have been doing almost more than 10 years moroccanbath but I never experience like this very disappointed from the beginningun professional and LAZYI wont recommend and dont believe the socialmedia and decor. I went and tried the makeup artist. There is a girl who is crazy and has a lot of work. Wow, her name is Dania. I highly recommend her. She knows the details of the face and works from the heart. I really had a wonderful experience with her.

I booked the VIP and manicure pedicure offer on Groupon and I can tell you that I was really afraid because the price was extremely low in exchange for the services provided!But I got surprised by how kind is the team and how comfortable and satisfied I felt!The most important thing that made me write this review is that I lost my gold necklace at their place and they were so cooperative and they find it for me even though I informed them after 3 days from its loss!I would recommend this salon to others and there will be another time for sure!Thanks to the friendly team

I had bought the 3hr VIP package through Cobone and was under the impression that this place would be such a blast and luxurious but was surprised to find that the place was far from that. The VIP package included a Moroccan Hammam, A Facial, A Full Body Massage, and A Blowdry for hair length of 30cm maximum. I could not do the hammam because I’m under skin medication that restricts me from rough exfoliation. Before buying the voucher from Cobone, they had told me that it is possible to remove the Hammam and I should just mention it to the staff at Baravia on possibly alternating it for something else.When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly and borderline rude because she wasn’t cooperative whatsoever and wouldn’t even listen. After a few mins of discussing things, I finally managed to get extra mins on each of the other services. We headed upstairs and I started with the facial with Sharafa and she was very sweet. My face and skin was burning due to my sensitivity, but overall I was glowing after the facial. The room where the facial was taking place was honestly below average and felt like I was at the dentist.I then was escorted out to do my massage only to find that two of their staff members were sitting in the waiting area seats, each holding their phones watching shows and none of them would get up to have me seated. I literally stood there to wait for the masseuse to prepare the room because they were sitting in the chairs dedicated for customers. I then did my massage with Mimi, and she was also super friendly although the massage wasn’t the best I’ve ever done..Finally I went downstairs to do my blowdry with Farzanah and she did a great job with my hair and gave them extra curls to compensate for the lack of my Hammam service. I asked for a glass of water for someone else, half of it was spilled out onto the tray and she didn’t even apologize for the mishap.In general, besides the fact that Sharafa, Mimi, & Farzanah were cordial enough to do as I wished, I would never go back again due to how unprofessional and “cheap” the entire experience was. Staff members were rude to each other. They’d call for each other from the ground floor to the first floor and vice versa by shouting several times. Their general attitude is not to cater for the customer and they have zero sense of spa experience or salon experience. The whole process was supposed to be relaxing and calming and honestly the total sum of my 3hrs at the place was full of unnecessary stress due to their below standard services. The whole experience felt extremely cheap especially when I was going under the impression that it would be a wholesome VIP experience.I would have given 0 stars if I could because the place is an absolute mess of a salon and needs lessons in customer service and satisfaction.

Update:Another shocking experience!Got a voucher as a gift for this salon. When trying to book I got told that they stopped accepting vouchers and wont honor it, even it has not have expired.What a waste of time.....Not a great experience. Booked and got a confirmation via WhatsApp. Then someone called to confirm a complete different service.Showed up for my appointment. Had to wait for a while before getting called over to finally check in and then get my hair cut. I advised the lady that I would like a trim and to keep long layers. Lady cut and blow dried my hair. Did not really like the way it was dried but thought, that I would just do it differently. But it was much shorter than I had expected. After all I asked for a trim and now about 30min had just been chopped off.WhatsApped that I hated my hair cut and got asked if I had it done at Baravia Beauty Centre. When I replied that yes I had it done at their centre they ghosted me. Never heard from the salon again, even I have messaged a couple of times.FAR from a great experience and I still HATE my new hair.Sorry but can NOT recommend.

I have visited many other saloons for morrocan bath but i always get disappointed.in Cabello Lounge I finally get the right one, Soad was very professional, dedicated, and she knows exactly the right way, ask about Soad if you want to pamper your self with a real morrocan bath.

My lebenese hairdressor was booked up today as 31st dec so then i booked Michael in cabello lounge by bavaria, highly recommeded as Im so fussy as it is, he knew exactly what I wanted for myself and my sister and gave great ideas, n most of all he listened did a beautiful colour and blowdry which is very rare to find in dubai. Went with my daughter for a mother daughter day. Fantastic Moroccan bath, lovely massage and blow dry. A bit disorganized as space is limited and they take walk inns. As a result even if you have an appointment you are compelled to spend time waiting. Not good if you are on a tight schedule. Overall a good experience and lovely staff but Just needs a better receptionist who is more organized.If you are looking for a typical spa experience, this isn’t the place cos it’s noisy.

It was an amazing experience. I had a massage session and dyed my hair to blonde. Mariam was a fabulous woman, she really a professional hairdresser. Elizabeth who did the massage for me was incredibly talented. I am so happy with such an experience.

I had the worst experience with this salon! I want to emphasize that the master Aya is a professional in her field, an excellent master! but the service of the receptionists is just terrible, firstly I went for a manicure and pedicure, the master was in some kind of confusion because the receptionists did not even warn them, very noisy girls could be heard from the first floor, for me going to the salon is some kind of relaxation, but I just didn’t relax, I just ran away, as it were, the noise was just terrible, for some reason the receptionists started singing a song, talking loudly to each other, then some kind of quarrel with the client, I understand everything, but this is all not in my understanding, 3 days they could not answer the wa , then when I was paying the girl from the reception says:- “369 dirhams”I say what for? then the price changed to 169 dirhams, then she says-“Madame, Im sorry, Im new, you have 189 dirhams here” to which I say:- “it says here that you have a 20% discount”- “but the gel manicure is not included” my answer is“but it says here what is included ”then she couldn’t give me my change for a long time, sorry, but it’s terrible! I found the salon through the Instagram , I look at the owners Instagram , I really sympathize, but Im sorry, it was terrible, I felt like I was in a salon somewhere in a long-forgotten area 😬 its just awful! change your receptionists, or teach them how to behave and communicate with clients ! The worst customer service service I have ever experienced in my 14 years accessing salons in the UAE. Firstly I was given a quote, which was then increased x3 by the time I went to pay without any discussions before refitting my hair. When I came to pay and questioned the increase in price the receptionist was extremely rude and at one point said ‘take all her hair out then’. Very unprofessional. In addition the salon had a horrible atmosphere with staff seemingly bickering and speaking abruptly to one another. Lots of disgruntled clients could be heard whilst I sat and waited three hours for a job that should have taken one hour. A horrible afternoon which I will never repeat.

I got the worst hair cut done here yesterday, asked for a hair style with a few layers which shouldnt be that hard for a hairstylist. The hair dresser spent 10-15 mins max on cutting my hair very harshly which showed she wasnt doing the job correctly already and didnt bother to ask any questions about length which I continuously asked to show me. She then cut it the layers in the worst blended style ever and thinned out my hair unnecessarily.There was a younger girl there who was standing literally a few inches from me the whole time, talked about my earrings falling when I made it clear thats how they are then she proceeded to touch my ear. Which I found very disrespectful as she was clearly not even a hair style employee and was just standing on top of my hair and being quiet touchy to a customer unnecessarily.None the employees knew how to communicate with customers and had no answers for any questions. They make you pay at the beginning which is clearly because they get alot of complains and wouldnt want you to not pay after the service.Overall an awful experience and now I have to go to a different salon to fix my hair style, For sure the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Not blended, the layers on one side are longer than they are, its not proportional at all and she did not even consider the length I asked for and proceeded to do her own idea.I do not even want to give a one star, very awful service.

Fist we entered ,they asked how many are we ( which we where 4 ) , then immediately told us to pay without asking what we wanted to do for our hair we where forced to accept their service which was horrible which led to our hair not turning as we asked + THEY DIDNT HAVE HAIR SPRAY , they told use to bring hair spray from home + our hair before going home began to open , like we didn’t even get out of the salon yet. Thsi isn’t my first time going to this salon , it was a good salon, but after every visit it gets worst and worst.

This salon is very 50/50, my experience is sometimes either very good or very bad. Theres just no consistency with the services.Everytime I go there, things are very unorganized. I see people doing services on more than one client at the same time. They leave a service in between and go to the next client, and then jump back to the first one. I have experienced this too and the process is really annoying. Someone was drying my hair, they were half way complete and they left to wash someones hair? And then came back. (Werent even sorry about it). This has happened a few times so I have a feeling they are trained this way. And if now, then it seriously needs to change.Theres alot of unnecessary waiting time, always. Even if the service I get done is good, it takes forever, so the experience just gets ruined. It has taken me 2 hours once just to get a hair wash and eyebrow threading done, even though I had an appointment.The receptionist has always shown a rude behavior (not Joanna, shes decent). She has argued many times over unnecessary things, and never admits to her mistakes and just wants to prove someone wrong all the time. Ive worked in customer service too so I gave her the benefit of doubt the first time it happened, assumed she had a bad day. But this behavior has been ongoing everytime I go.The only reason Im giving a three star rating is for my hairstylist, Mariam. Her work is professional and she is skilled.

Did a cobone package. Hammam experience was relaxing, made my skin feel smooth after. The massage therapist was super friendly and did a strong massage. Blow wave was quick and looked amazing for 3 days after. The facial was average and seemed quick. You get a robe and locker and its a spacious salon. Overall great experience

I have been visiting them for last 2 yesrs for Moroccan bath and massage and blow dry...the reception staff is extremely professional and Alice is fantastic with her Moroccan bath...also the hair blow-dry was nice....they could upgrade the changing room and maintain the quality of towels..

If I could give them zeeo stars, I would. Worst hair cut in my life. The employeest are self-tought and not qualified to be able to perform the services. I asked for a hair trimming and got half my hair length chopped off.. Dont expect any understanding from the Manager if you are unhappy with your service. Anna defends the staff and seem to know what I said even though she was not there..

I regularly visit the salon for waxing. Farzan - the technician is really does a great job.However, recently I visited the salon again and this time I availed the VIP package - which included 60mins Moroccan bath, 30mins Facial, 60mins full body massage and blow dry.The salon overbooked themselves which led to me waiting for 20mins. Then getting a 20 - 30mins of Moroccan bath (which no doubt was really nice, however, a full 60mins would have been even better), waiting for another 20mins to get my facial (cannot really tell if it was worth but Farzan did an amazing job. My face had a amazing glow after the facial) and finally after waiting for another 20 to 30mins to get my body massage (Gewen did her magic and tried her best to make me feel relaxed but my luck I was asked to get the massage in the facial room which had a very uncomfortable bed). Finally when I got my hair blow-dried i was exhausted with all the waiting. Which eventually showed up as it felt like hair style was up to taking some revenge. The blow-dry experience was horrible.And finally the cherry on the cake, the receptionist who did the booking did not even say sorry for the inconvenience as clearly it was her fault as she booked back to back appointments which led to these delays and horrible “relaxation” experience.I am still wondering if it was worth paying AED 159 for all of this.A word of advice: please think 10times before availing their VIP package coz the overall experience doesn’t really give you the feel of a VIP

The most horrible experience ever. The lady doesn’t know how to cut hair and ruined the whole thing. Very bad altitude too. When coloring the hair, they r so u professional that they even forget to put the protection for my clothes that the color was on my shirt. Even when I asked for a tower, she said to me there’s no need. When she was washing my hair, Water went everywhere on my face. When I complained to the reception, I didn’t even have a sincere apology. Even asking for a cup of tea, I waited to 1 hours and I had to talk to 3 stuff for that. Definitely don’t come or you will regret.

It was a traumatic event. They say on groupon 1 treatment is 1 procedure now they have changed it to two treatments. So many extra charges. I will not be coming back. The women where so rude and i found there behavior unacceptable.Ask for a lady call faith she was amazing. She did an amazing job. I really liked her.

WORST TREATMENT EVER. Blonde boss is very rude, doesnt have a good way to speak with costumers. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years now, i come do my eyebrows with Ferzana (shes very good) but today the boss talked to me in a very rude and unacceptable way i was very shocked. I brought 7 of my friends to this salon and they loved it because of me. Now i told them all not to come because of this bad treatment and way of speaking to me. Also this 20% increase starting from march is too expensive especially 40 dhs for eyebrows

I go to Baravia regularly mostly to get my root touch ups and hair colour. Ive been a regular customer here for at least 3 years now, and they have gotten the job done very well every time. I cant remember any instances where the staff have been rude, although the place sometimes does seem frantic and messy, that stuff doesnt really bother me.I buy the offer packages on Groupon for this place, previously I have gotten:Hair colour (regular root touch ups, full recolour, and highlights)HaircutsFacialMoroccan bathUpper lipManicurePedicureAll these services have been great for me. I do feel there has been a slight drop in customer service quality over the past year, for example a few weeks ago I kept trying to call the salon to book my hair appointment, but they were unavailable for a whole week, absolutely no answer. Eventually they called me back to say I could book my appointment.Overall a great salon, the one star has been deducted for little things like being a bit disorganised, and the moderate waiting times.

A friend of mine offered me a 3h relaxing treatment, so I booked an appointment, I went there a bit later, my bad so Hammam were not available anymore, so went for waxing instead, the lady at the reception is not welcoming at all, getting information from her is like asking her the impossible. Ferzana who did me the waxing was very good (only problem I had spots when my hair grows), the facial wasnt too bad, I was surprised to have at the same time my pedicure and manicure done (not the nail polish). Khadija at the Hammam is really nice. The massage wasnt bad but you can feel that she wasnt a professional, my hair were wet and AC was running so had to ask them to close it. I was ready to book again with them but I changed my mind after waiting for a cost and to have a confirmation... The place itself look really old and need a refresh...

I booked for a root colour and blowdry.I arrived for my appointment at 1. I was waiting until 1.25 despite telling them I had a meeting at 3.30 and needed to be on time.Meanwhile the stylist assigned to me was arguing in front of me with the receptionist about how she will not take me till her other client is finished. So I was handed off to a newbie (obvious from manner and uniform) who did not even bother putting a protective cloth/gown over my clothes or prepping my hairline with petroleum jelly!!They look so good in pictures but do not honour timing, respect customers and provide substandard treatment! Strongly advise that what seems too good to be true probably is.

I have been a customer of this saloon for several years now. They have definitely improved over time in terms of appointments and bookings. You can even make appointments via whatsapp and their response is prompt. They have never denied me an appointment, so I am unsure why others are complaining.Although their vouchers are very reasonably priced, they do not cut corners and take their time while they offer their services whether it is mani-pedi, hair colour, waxing, etc.I have no complaints and as long as they continue the value for money with the same continued level of service, I will be a lifelong customer.I have also recommended many friends and family over time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Keep it up 👍

Love the place. Moroccan bath is very nice so as the lady. Mani and pedi nice, facial its ok they are all friendly. But the masseus the black lady ia not friendly. Only they kept me waiting for an hour nobody assist me where to go next and that chubby lady is blaming me why i didnt go to the next service which i dont have idea. Over all its nice.

I am not one to usually write reviews but after the horrible service I have received here I must warn others not to come here. I came here after being called by the salon offering a deal. I came in for pedicure, manicure and eyebrows. My nails are horribly shaped, I’m still baffled that this work was done in a salon. My nails are completely botched and uneven. While cleaning my toenails they cut into my live skin, albeit my accident which started to bleed. I could have done better myself at home. My eyebrows are also uneven, one brow being significantly shorter than the other. The staff here are not well trained and a few of them are rude. When I expressed my unhappiness with their service, the staff blamed me! I don’t understand how you can blame your customer for the untrained service that they are giving. I advise people to choose another salon for these services. Safe to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

I had the worst experience. I would have given it a zero if this allowed. Went for colouring and highlights.The staff even though were free and no other customers, were arguing and did not want to work. After 20 minutes waiting for my hairdresser, she came, Nadia, didnt speak English properly. I showed a picture of the hair I would like to have and she seemed she could have achieved it.After putting an excessive amount of die on my hair they left me there for 45 minutes without checking on my hair.It wasnt until I chase one of the 30 girls sitting around that Nadia, that was getting her hair done by her colleague, came to check on my hair. But I knew the dye had stayed far too long.Nadia asked me a me if I has previously treated my hair. No. She just screwed up my hair.I would not Recommend this place to anyone. The hair brushes are dirty, full of other peoples hair; the place is run down and overall super dirty. The staff is not polite and fight in front of customers. They dont offer water even though you are there for over 2 hours.They is no service. So, definitely not going back.

Ive been going to Baravia for almost 8 years now. I definitely believe that it is one the few salons that are value for money. Ive been doing my highlights with Maryam from the beginning and never has my new change in hair gone unnoticed. Their pedicures are the most thorough pedicures in Dubai, however I do recommend taking your own color. Lucy and Baraa are amazing with blowdries and they last me days. Farzana is spectacular for eyebrows. Shes a magician, she can fix any issue with it. Take an appointment and make sure that you reconfirm it. They tend to double book clients. They have a new manager who is extremely helpful and is a very happy face.

I had Mariam cut my hair . She is really amazing, knows her stuff perfectly.I had Mimi do pedicure, she is so kind and hard worker.Wasema also amazing , she cares and welcomes everyone with her beautiful smile.

Even I work in CX and there are always protocols to deal with customers. P.s: also you are NOT doing a favor or doing this for free. I visited cabello lounge by baravia to do keratin treatment, the hair expert there suggested to me to do protein treatment because my hair was very thin and weak, to be honest it was a great suggestion from her and I decided to put the hair extensions.. Ms. Dania was the experts for the hair extensions moreover she’s a makeup artist Really I had a great experience with her she was so kind, friendly and so professional of installation the extensions and how she made them look like natural hair also I tried her makeup honestly it was great .. Attending the calls and attending customers need in a friendly manner is their problem. In case you are going for Hair Keratin or Hair Botox service then this is not the right place to go. They will ignore you and they will fight inform of you that they are not willing to do the service as its harming there health and they already worked enough for the day. Once you enter the Salon you will be very welcome by the receptionist however there mode will change once you are directed set and wait for your turn. The staff make faces and you can realise that you are not welcomed to do the service. All these problem are appearing due to very bad time management from the receptionist , very bad customer management, heavy employees working roasters and lack of employee training.

Very unprofessional place. They let you purchase package, they not inform you when does it expires ( apparently it’s 1 month for 5 sessions of Marocon bath) and then they agree to extend ur package timing and then again they refuse to give you to use remaining ones. Shame. But so glad that they lost already 4 customers and the best Marocon bath therapist.

I went once and never again to this salon, especially to lady who call herself on Instagram nyuosha_lashboss who did my eyelash extensions today. From the beginning making appointment thru her Instagram made herself really like she boss. The greeting from the door was literally ZERO. Nothing like customer service it’s zero as well. I asked where is toilet - her face was not happy to let me use it, of course there is inside can’t find toilet papers things. Her full mood for work day was like I push her to work on this day.Inside other rooms all inside very loud. Staff talking shouting at somebody, on the phone talking.And the eyelash extensions she made so awful it’s called 2d volume full of glue.

Not happy with the services at all the pakistani lady was more intrested in knowing which package and in how much price i have booked and very rude .Have booked full body wax and she was doing it so fast that havenot done it properly. Eye brow she did ok but rest all and her behaviour was very bad.Even the room for waxing was so conjusted and not neat and clean.

This salon has serious issues with staff training. I visited them a few times, mainly for root touch up and waxing. I dont dare to do any other services here, as this is not a professional salon in terms of cleanliness, tidyness, or the courtesy of employees towards customers. I had a couple of negative experience with them, one was with Aziza whose done a root touch up for me. She was so careless both when she applied the color and washed it. She was going out of the hairline towards my face and not caring to wipe it even! And what she washed it, I still had a big patch of hair color at the back of my head and discovered it in the other salon I visited which I trust cutting my hair with!Another incident was when I had my roots done with another lady as I told the receptionist I want anyone but Aziza. The lady was so under trained and was asking me a lot of personal questions. She also asked me to leave my handbag where I was seated while I was leaving to shampoo my hair. I normally take my beg with me and dont leave it unattended. She was insisting to leave my bag! Her excuse was so no one takes your place. I told her there are plenty of free spaces. If this happens Ill just use another free space! She did not have good intentions at all.If you are to visit this salon, limit it to waxing and root color ONLY! And be very careful as some employees are fishy!

I went to this salon to make highlights for my wedding pictures. It was one of the worst days in my life!!!!I ended up crying after 5h in the salon with the hair completely yellow and then another girl tried to solve the disaster but I ended up with blue hair. I showed a picture with exactly what I wanted ( which it was highlights in Ash colour ) she told me that she new how to do it and I new from the beginning that something was going wrong... To sum up; If you love your hair dont you dare to appear in this salon!!!

I hate giving 1 star to places but I have to be honest so other people have a fair and honest review.The first thing is that the place is filthy. Clutter everywhere, tools not sanitized, brushes full of other peoples hair thrown together in a big stand, dated and dirty equipment. Ill add a few pics to this review. The second thing is that they have employed cheap labour in the form of foreign ladies that are not trained or qualified. I went in on a Groupon voucher where you receive 4 services. I chose a hot oil treatment, blow dry, hair cut and then hair styled into curls.The whole thing was erratic and busy and everyone seemed confused.But anyway, I had my hair washed and conditioned - no hot oil treatment was ever applied. I opted for a trim because I had realised that this was not the kind of place you trust with a complicated hair cut, the lady gave me layers - I have attached a photo so you can see that the layers which basically involved cutting my hair at two completely different lengths - horrendous doesnt even cover how bad it looks. Im not a hairdresser but I have been getting my hair done long enough to recognise the things that trained hairdressers do, certain ways of separating the hair, holding the scissors and that kind of thing. This lady was clearly just told you cut hair today and didnt have the guts to tell her boss that she doesnt know how. I had a blow dry but it took forever because there seemed to only be one hair dryer that was powerful and the ladies kept swapping and arguing over who would have it and who would have the rubbish less powerful hair dryer. My lady got dibs on it for about 10 minutes.And then finally I got to leave. Overall the experience was underwhelming and now Im left with hair that looks like steps.

I bought a groupon voucher which included several services including hair colour and hair cut. My hair was blonde but after she coloured and rinsed my hair I was shocked to see it became light brown so I told hair not to cut the hair and only trim it just to get rid of split ends. She finished and to my horror I had one side shorter than the other. I complained to the manager who did not even offer apologies but offered to fix it and I ended up with very short hair. Bottom line they ruined my hair and look. Do not you ever go there.

I visited the saloon for the second time. First time i went for the services i did hair color and hair cut. Morocan lady did my full hair color and she spoiled my hair. She didnt even cut my hair properly.Later she told me to buy a hair product for conditioning. This time i did my hair the lady was good her name is Ahlam. The lady who did pedicure and manicure was also amazing, her name is Meryloo and the one who did my waxing was alo good.. In saloon the staff dont offer you water.

I had the vip package i was happy when i started the morrocan bath with bridget the i got excited for the massage after the amazing hammam then i git so disappointed with the massage done by meme it was so bad the worst massage i have even done in my life i have so much pain in my hand now that i can not move it it really pisst me off and i just wanted to leave the salon i even did not do the other services , she was really so bad and now i have yo check a doctor for my hand , i will never go back , its like she was not in the mood at all to do the massage and just want to finish i dont even think she know what she was doing

Had the worst experience..I wish I have seen the Google reviews before I go there..stayed for 3 hours had the pic with the color..the supervisor said we have to leave the highlights to achieve the same colour. The Salon looks good, clean and organized. Staff are friendly and well knowledgable with their job. I had Gelish Mani Pedi, it was great! Highly recommended

Ridiculous service.i got gel extensions from this salon and they fell off 2 hours later.They fixed them the next day and within the span of 2-3 days 5 fell off AGAIN. They use old and cheap products which is the reason to these bad nails by them.They have broken gel bottles sitting on their shelves that they use for gel extensions and gel nails.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...I PURCHSED A VOUCHER DURING RAMADAN TIME...AND WHEN I WANT TO BOOK SERVICE THEY SAID WE DONT PROVIDE DURING RAMADAN ( ITS OK WE UNDERSTAND , I DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM )..LATER IT WAS CLOSE TO MY VOUCHER EXPIRY DATE...I CALLED...THEY SAID DONT WORRY WE WILL EXTEND...NOW WHEN I GOT BACK, THEY SAID SPEAK TO COBONE.....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL...A LITTLE MORE HONEST APPROACH WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED..

Went to Baravia last weekend and had such a lovely time, the staff was super sweet. I went for a cut and blowdry, and loved the results! You should definitely visit 😊

I went to this place a while ago and had an amazing moroccan bath experience with Khadija. I had baby skin after the treatment and felt extremely relaxed. I highly recommend it!!!

The hair treatment was good liked the outcome but they do not really do anything special, i was there for 3 hours and they didnt even offer water which was quite dissapointing.

All are good, but I am very sad because very costly.Its not like the same as we have before offers.Now we are paying so much with the same packages.All your staff are very professional. Keep it up.

Not recommended at all...v rude receptionist..not friendly at all..only asking for additional charges for poor services...they didnt bother their clients time and values.They charged more additional charges as mentioned on their packages..and than even didnt bother to listen when I went for fix my hair colour...if there is any specific time period for fixing they have to mention while they are only sitting for additional charges..and v rude behaviour of all staff sitting on reception.This was my first experience and imv disappointed with their services and rude behaviour.

The lady at the reception wasn’t very accommodating when we got in. Gelish mani pedi was okay, it over two hours. The nail technician was lovely.

Terrible experience... been there for the first time to do just 2 nails for acrylic refills they took an hour and half to do just 2 nails and rhey did such terrible job and looked so big and fake...plus un fell off after a day!! Such a waste of time and money...
