I tried the salon for the first time (colour, cut, blow-dry, hair treatment, and massage). I wouldnt recommend the salon for a massage though. The room is not sound proof and the music in the salon was loud so the experience was not relaxing. Best to go elsewhere for more experienced massage therapist. I would highly recommend hair stylist Majd. I got so many compliments on my hair :) This salon is great for all your hair needs.

The best nail, hair and massage spa in dubai. Barbella has one of the best technicians out there in every service. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. Inas, the owner, makes you feel your visiting her house not her spa. Everything is impeccable. Tania does the best nail extensions in the country. Julie does amazing pedicure and Majd is a great hair stylist (love the wavy, curly style he does for me).

This is what happened to my nails after 2 weeks😩 out of 10 nails, 8 simply peeled off due to air accumulated between the nails and the gel polish. Within 14 years experience of gel-polishing, that much happened first time!! Most worst thing that when I inform the salon about situation and even explain that the master didn’t use PRIMER which is just “must” be used, they didn’t even apologise (just only after I pointed it to them) and asked me to come to remove last 2 gel-polish from nails😵‍💫🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve never had so bad experience. Please, make your conclusions before to make appointment (pictures for proof). And good luck to whoever will be brave to try them!

I dont understand the bad reviews, I couldnt have better experience, I did my nails French style normal polish 1 week ago and till now they still perfect, they shine like gel polish and anyone sees them thinks is gelish, trey are just perfect. I did also a skin booster and I passed from everyone asking if Im ok and telling me that I looks so tired to everyone telling me that I look so good and I shine. I also tried 30 minutes massage and was soo relaxing. I cant sayanything bad about the Salon, plus they have free parking.Thanks to everyone there.

I came to the salon because of the master Svetlana! She does her job conscientiously. The salon is cozy, the reception is always friendly, it is always clean and they offer everything to make you feel comfortable 🥰

Extremely disappointed! Today I had an appointment for filing and polish change and the lady cursed me saying Why are you so RUDE.I did not disrespect her, or curse her or said any bad word to her?!the lady started my nails and i was on my phone, one of my nails was totally broken in half and she filed it and left it broken, i told her why did you leave it without fixing it, she said you didnt tell me as you were on the phone, I was surprised & told her that it goes without saying as you are the professional, then she said to me the bad word??!I was shocked from the attitude and this is my first time to face such a way.. the manager came and they were trying for 15 min to convince her just to apologize.. a total disappointment that the manager left and they just asked her to say sorry and to continue, when i said im not comfortable with the same lady to work with me again, they said nothing and the manager was already on her desk?! I see it unacceptable, disrespectful and it was not even handled from the management.I had a good experience in the same place once before, but I couldnt believe that I will ever face such way of communication.

When I find a salon that I like and trust, I stick with it to ensure I always get the service done the way I like it. Ive lived in Dubai for 12 years now and never found a place that did my nails the way I like, with a reasonable price. Im so glad I found Barbella because Rama is just the best. I now look forward to get my nails done, not only because I know I’m gonna love the results, but also because Rama is the sweetest and kindest lady. On top of that, Jawad has done my hair 4 times now and I’m obsessed with the results every time. He always gives me exactly what I want. Never cuts off too much and gets the color down to perfection each time. Everybody that works there works hard to ensure top guest experience. Ive never left the salon feeling anything less than amazed and excited to come back. I cant recommend this salon enough.

Even though Barbella is new to the community, it has one of the best waxing ladies you will ever experience in your life. I have been to several salons around the neighbourhood and UAE in general, and there I can tell you, there is no one like her. If you do plan on going to Barbella ( which I totally recommend) try waxing with Marilou. She does facials and manicures as well. I mainly go to her for all my waxing services, and I can tell you, her job is perfection. I would also recommend her for manicures, she is detail oriented and very talented.For pedicures, I would recommend Ann. She is kind does an amazing job.Overall, this has been my experience at the salon so far, I can’t wait to try out more services! This is definitely my new go to place to relax and keep myself maintained and pretty!
