Nice looking place, cozy. Great internal service, coffee snacks etc. Nail extension 2h timing was good. However „quality to price” - I am very disappointed. 3 days after the appointment the air is coming next to my cuticles, nails are the shape of shovel, not even on top, lack of perfection and definitely no long lasting since already they are getting detached. On top of that I paid 600AED. Very very expensive. I usually go to salons like Shakirovna where they really make a very good job for half less price. Even after The Lab i have better results. Will not return to the salon after all. If you charge your clients this much for your services, at least bring your standards up.

The cosiest and cutest salon in the heart of dubai Business Bay with sweet and profesional ladies. The nails are done in 2 hours and last for a month. Mani are up to 300 aed , the best price in dubai if you ask me. Oh and don’t forget to ask for a drink it’s always so good and comes in such cute tray.I highly recommend visiting the salon.

It was my first visit to the salon and I enjoyed this experience!The staff is very welcoming and polite, ready to help any moment.The salon look very nice and cozy.I did hair treatment and I really love the result: my hair looks healthy and shiny. And even after few days I still have nice silky hair.

From all the salons I’ve been to this is by far the best for nails and lashes.The first time I came my manicurists was just amazing (gulzar) she made sure I am happy with my nails and honestly she did the best french manicure I had and lasted for my whole vacation. My lashes were just amazing perfect and she did exactly what I asked her for.My second visit didn’t disappoint too, the staff is so nice and makes sure you are happy with the service. The receptionist is extremely helpful.

I visited this beauty salon today and was impressed! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. My master did for me cold hair restoration. I got healthy and shiny hair. I also appreciated that the salon uses high-quality products for hair care. I will definitely be returning .

Limited products.. very basic .. the lady who did my facial is not friendly at all!! She didnt help me with nothing!! She asked me to hang my own abaya.. she was sitting thewhole time not hospitable not welcoming..as for the treatment..hydra facial(fake one with no serum) very basic ..the offer they had for 299 I could have used to buy products and do my own facial at home I DONT RECOMMEND

I visited Bash Lab in Business Bay for Russian Manicure and was truly impressed by their service. The venue is modern and chic with stylish decor. They offered hot beverages, water and dry fruits. My nail technician was amazing and she did a great job. Certainly would like to visit them again.

Very good beauty salon 😍 I took a six-hand combo, namely manicure, pedicure and eyelash extensions. Honestly, at first I was worried that with my eyes closed I wouldn’t know the process 😅 But the girls are very professional, friendly, good and you can definitely trust them 😇 They did everything in two hours and so efficiently! Nice administrator, professional craftsmen, beautiful and cozy salon with pleasant music 🥰 So I recommend this place!

Went here for hydrafacial and the treatment was much better than I expected! I actually tried a few salons before, and none of them cleaned my white heads when I did a facial. Here they are really perfectionist and I was so happy with the result, definitely coming back for more. Ah, and a detail I loved was that they have a menu with drinks for clients, thats very thoughtful.

Zero quality. Im very disappointed with the media propaganda on instagram. I went to do my nails and lashes, lets start with my nails smudged like a kid has done them at home. Its supposed to be dry after hrs + they had noooooo color options besides 5-6 shades of pink & red only. The lashes are not even close to the pics they post ok instagram + they shedded already from the first day. Iv been doing my lashes at a place since 2020 but decided today since im pregnant j want to do the multi service at once. Waste of moneh honestly. No quality i dont recommend this place. Only thanking the pedicure cleaning. Only. Thats the only thing i think i benefited from

Ladies, if you never tried Russian manicure, you have to. After you get it ones, youll never go for any other. Its just amazing. Manicure is so clean and gel polish under cuticles. I did mani in many countries, but only girls from Russia know the stuff.

I had my eyelashes done by a new specialist, whom the admin recommended to me as a very good specialist. The eyelashes took quite a long time to do than usual, vapors of glue entered the eye, I would also like to draw special attention to the fact that the master’s work table was on my forehead) the master glued ribbons with eyelashes to my forehead and worked like that. Immediately after I opened my eyes and looked at the work, the fox effect was as I asked, but I was very confused by the fact that they were sticking out in different directions, to which the master told me that they would settle down tomorrow 100% so that I wouldn’t even worry. Of course, things only got worse. I am attaching a photo of my eyelashes on the 6th day after the extensions below 👇🏽 I wrote to the salon on Instagram and they offered to redo the work for free. And today I come to have my eyelashes redone at the appointed time and in the salon they give a girl keratin straightening, I would like to note that The room is ABSOLUTELY not intended for such a procedure. I started having an allergy, my eyes started watering, burning and itching, I said that I had an allergy and I didn’t even have allergy pills with me, to which the hair specialist answered that they only needed 10 minutes! I said that I couldn’t wait and I needed to go out because I had an allergy, I couldn’t breathe a little more chemicals and poison my body. In response, I heard that I could stand outside for 10 minutes and when they were finished, I could go in for extensions) of course, I asked for my money back for the eyelashes and left. There was no customer focus in this case. Now I’m lying with a swollen face and irritated eyes. And I took the antihistamine on time! And even if it were not for allergies, such a procedure requires a specially equipped room! Anyone who has been to the salon understands how many square meters there are and that from the place where keratin straightening was done to the chair where pedicures and eyelashes are done is no more than 1.5 m.

I visited cosmetologist Anastasia, they did a combo of 7 procedures (cleansing, cleansing, Hydrafacial, RF lifting, biorepeel peeling, soothing mask), I really liked everything, I recommend it!

The “Happy Hair” service is stated as washing, care, haircut, stylingTreatment is a hair “mask” for 5 minutes, after which the hair is not combed. And the master tore them off for me rather painfully afterwards. At home after my mask, everything was combed perfectly..Pedicure - good, from a VIP master. But other employees came up and constantly demanded that my master change his chair, right during the procedure. This is tactless! I, as a client, have no need for these feuds.There is a “medical pedicure” service. It costs more than usual. But there is no podiatrist or specialist with medical education in the salon, so you can’t expect anything from this service. I recommend that the salon change its name so as not to mislead customers.The entrance is through a creepy parking lot, and the room itself is 3 in 1 - in one small room they do hair and pedicures, manicures and eyelashes.
