Accidentally came to the wrong branch bb salon 🙈 i did my hair cut and color, was super accommodating and still did it for me without any fuss! I’ve been going to BB salon for various services for 9 years now, and despite all the changes with expansion and renovations, new staff or old staff, you can truly count on Always getting a good hairstyle and cut. Are you particular about your haircut and want someone to listen to exactly what you want? Come here. Do you want someone to suggest a hairstyle/ cut that’s a little different for you to try? Come here. Do you want a hairstyle done properly that will last all night and look professional? Come here. I just had my hair cut and blow dried last week by Mike, and it was great. He trimmed my hair ever so slightly, just like I asked, added some layers at the front, didn’t push me to try a new style, no pressure to dye my hair to cover my greys. And when I asked him not to use hot irons on my hair- without argument he was happy to do wavy curls in my hair with a brush and blow dryer and it looked super. Honestly looked like he used a curling iron, that’s how good it turned out. I’ll be going back for more hair-dries and cuts in the future…. will you?

Had a lovely pedicure (done well within an hour) but the gel they use cannot be good quality as it chipped after 2 days and then started coming off after 5 days!

I have been coming to the place for the last 2-3 years for my eye brows - unfortunately the front desk staff doesn’t know how to interact with clients and how to address queries! Not sure why this establishment doesn’t invest more in the employees. The landline is always disconnected.The front desk lady doesn’t even know when the staff is in or not,despite contacting her earlier in the day to ask if someone is available tomorrow and she said no she is off - so I came today and what did she say nope I told you she is off today….So disappointing to see a place I like become so awful in terms of service.

Mr. Ibrahim is absolutely amazing and beyond helpful! Really knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable. He breaks the mould; he is completely better than any other manager I have dealt before. I liked the salon work over and over again, there is a section for veiled women, I made gel nails, french fries for the feet, ombré for the hand, pedicure and manicure, although the decor is bitter, no, and there is no space, but the work is worth it, and I came across it by chance I advise the owner to arrange the place in a more orderly manner

They were very unsuccessful, to the point that their colleague in the salon did not like the cut or it was fair, but he just debated!!! I sent a message to the salon owner, Bashayer, and there was no response from her, but I asked for the mobile number to confirm!!! She also did very bad gel nails. She did them to me as if she was training for the job. She didnt know how. She played long and played with my nails. I returned to Saudi Arabia. She removed them. It was once pressing on the skin surrounding the nail. An experience that will not be repeated with this salon. Do not be tempted by advertisements. Go and try it and judge for yourself. She has light hands and her work and good hands.
