Im compelled to share my experience, even though Ive never written a review before. Unfortunately, the poor service I received was too significant to ignore.I booked an appointment online and was told Id be contacted with a time slot. After a week of following up, they finally got back to me. My appointment was at 5 PM for lash lamination and a manicure. Despite confirming my slot, I waited 30 minutes before they started my lashes and then over an hour for my manicure. When I inquired about the delays, the receptionist responded with sarcasm and suggested I could leave if I was unhappy—no apologies or remorse whatsoever. I had a wedding to attend and needed my nails fixed, so I felt stuck waiting.When my manicure was finally done, the nails were uneven and streaky. Just two days later, I noticed moisture bubbles under the polish, which I knew would lead to issues. I contacted them with photos, but it took another three days of follow-ups for them to respond, only to insist they wouldn’t change the color or design. My 5 PM appointment was pushed to 7 PM, and I waited another 30 minutes.When the technician started fixing my nails, and half way through claimed she didn’t have the same base color. I asked her to switch all my nails to a different color, and she dismissed me, blaming my nails’ condition on something unrelated. I refused to pay for a new set when it was their error. Ultimately, they made me pay again, and the technician refused to continue, forcing me to wait for someone else.The receptionist then told me I quote: she is a master don’t teach her to do her job.I don’t recommend this salon with have baked knowledge for anyone!!!I’ve added pictures to their manicure quality and they speak for themselves.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, making me feel comfortable and welcomed.I got my nails done, a lash lift and brow lamination, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!The entire experience was relaxing and rejuvenating, and I left the salon feeling refreshed, confident, and absolutely thrilled with the results. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The service is incredibly slow, and the staff is unprofessional, especially when it comes to applying eyelash extensions. The waiting time is unbearable, and the lack of organization makes the entire experience frustrating.To make things worse, they recently increased their prices, yet the service remains as poor as ever. For a place that charges premium rates, they seriously need to improve their efficiency and professionalism. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone who values their time and expects quality service.

They are very accommodating and the lady who made my nails are very gentle when it comes to cleaning my nail. And did my eyebrow lift and she’s very gentle and making sure I’m comfortable

I got my nails done at be you about 2 months ago and would like to talk about the retention. exceptional.i live in canada now and they not only looked stunning but also maintained their polish and strength for so long, and i doubt that they will fall off at this point. the people here have been very impressed with the retention. i have been to other salons where usually my manicure would chip or fall off within days, but getting them done at be you dubai, my nails still remain flawless and strong, showcasing the expertise and care of the technician.i had also got a lash lift and a brow lamination a little before this manicure and it was done very professionally. 10/10 service and quality of work and will definitely be returning.these nails were done by aika, so please make sure to book with her!

I got my nails done for my trip, it did look nice for the first two days but on the third day my nails started peeling!! Especially horrible while I was on the trip. Also she cut my cuticles way too much. Won’t be back.

I came here to get my nail extensions done just after 4 days they came off and extremely rude receptionist very unprofessional she was screaming at me! i’m sure this is not professional. They lie about their prices, at first i read their insta it said 70aed as i walked in and finished my nails it was 100? i asked why she said because i put a thin white line on it, why not they say this in their insta post huh? such a scam!! i am furious, I DO NOT I REPEAT I DO NOT recommend this salon at all, no matter what even if u we’re in desperate need of nails or lashes please find another salon, i wouldn’t want anyone experiencing what i experienced. This salon doesn’t deserve any customers!!

PROS: The nails done was fine, i was satisfied for the offer price of 50dhs. It could be better tho, uneven at some areas. The receptionist was so sweet and very accomodating, the place is so aesthetic, pretty and peaceful. They offer water/tea/coffee and sweets.CONS: BUT THE LASHES? Do not even think about getting it done by Gozel. It was so bad I had to go to The Lab to get my eyelashes fixed because i also had eyelash stuck to my skin. the 3rd video was when The Lab fixed my eyelashes. Also I was in the salon for 6 hours. 4 hours getting done a white simple nail extension, 2 hours to get this lashes done. I would be okay if she said she cant achieve the lashes i wanted but she tried 3 times and wasted my time. And her excuse was your eyes are small. They wanted to charge me for a 3D Mega effect when theres barely any lashes?? (refer second pic)also i paid 60 dhs for parking. 10 dhs per hour.I wanted to get a pedicure too but if i did, it would take me HOURS again. And no, the salon wasnt even busy, no waiting time.Not worth it to come here unless they have the 50 dhs offer but u basically pay the same as other russian salons bc they work so slow, u get charged for parking.

I was lucky to have discovered this place. Very satisfied with the service, I like the atmosphere of the salon. The salon itself is clean, cozy, pleasant smell, tea, coffee, sweets. Also, in addition to the service, good and experienced masters in two spheres (eyelashes and manicure), I recommend this salon to everyone 😍✨😘💕

Love their work and prices. The masters always do a good job and they don’t speak English but are still very friendly and kind. They always have lesser waiting times than some of their competitors and their service in general is very good despite the low price.My only 2 problems are they don’t do gel extensions (they only do the stick on extensions) and the parking in the building is very expensive.

I was lucky to have Alina do eyelash extensions . Nail master Elenora she did a fantastic job, I am really happy. The experience at first was good. I came in few minutes late due to traffic but they were kind to accommodate me and my friend even they said they’re fully booked after my slot. However halfway through, my friend’s cuticle was bleeding. She’s crying in pain.On the other hand, my nail tech’s technique was flawless. Only issue was that she agreed to do ombre french nails for me as per my sample photo. After several layers, the gradient was still almost non existent. In the end, she said she couldn’t do same as what I wanted. So naturally, I asked to change for a simple french nail design since I’m not satisfied with what was done first. She removed the gradient layers even though I said there’s no issue with not removing it. Of course it took longer.In the end, when we’re paying, the receptionist told us what I did was “not good” as I ate up time for the next slot. I explained what happened yet she only said the same. I understand the services are discounted at an attractive price, that’s why I decided to try them out in the first place. But I’m still paying for a service, and as a paying customer was I supposed to just accept a nail work that I did not like and leave? If I’m paying, then I want to get good service which is what they gave until this part.I felt bad that she said that in front of the people inside but I chose not prolong the whole thing and left.

Came in for lash extensions with the 50 AED promo, and I’m so glad I did! Originally had booked with another lash master but they were not available so Alina did mine and I was so so happy with the results! Salon itself is clean and comfortable with impeccable service!

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. We called ahead and were told we could walk in without an appointment, but when we arrived, the receptionist was unwelcoming and informed us that wed have to wait a long time since we didn’t have an appointment.I asked for a brow lamination, gel manicure, and pedicure. The results were disappointing—my nails were uneven and I could still see my natural nails underneath. They used a hard gel that made my nails look thick and fake, which was not what I wanted.When I asked the receptionist to fix the issues, she dismissively said there was nothing they could do and insisted I had to pay. I refused to pay for subpar work and insisted they remove it. She agreed to remove the gel but stated she wouldnt do my pedicure. When I asked the nail tech to fix my nails, she claimed she couldn’t because she had another client, even though the salon was empty and closed.The receptionist was rude and even created an issue with my friend. Overall, the service was awful, the staff was unfriendly, and the wait was unnecessarily long. Save your time and money—this place is not worth it. Please add an extra 50AED and pay for a better service.

SHUT DOWN THIS SALON IMMEDIATELY. RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE. SERVICE IS VERY BAD. PRODUCTS IS OLD. I went to do my lashes and they all fell off the next day and not only that but i got nail extenstions as well and they all popped off in literally a day!!! Gul was amazing ! Love her work . This is one of the best salons I’ve been to . Such amazing hospitality, they serve coffee , water and even provide mobile charger to make u feel comfortable . 1. this salon is complete, They will literally give you full relaxation mode, they will offer you Wifi, Tea or coffee and phone stand and bag holder,(like what) like its just amazing. you dont see these kind of salon in Dubai,2. The Owners, they are just amazing, they dont treat their staff as a worker for them, very kind, i hope they will open more branches and give opportunity to women who are passionate.3. to ENESH who did my pedi, and GUL who did my Mani.these ladies, i think they have OCD in good way. very perfectionist. they do the cleaning so clean, idk how to explain it but just amazing.4. just all over the staff are friendly. some of the Russian salon are not friendly TBH, but BE YOU is amazing.

They are so sweet , the place is good my all over experience I was happy but here is couple things if they fixed it woils be perfect1. Lash extension master didn’t wear mask while Procedure no gloves so ever2. The lashes looks beautiful it took a long time to fix them the lash master was making sure that I am happybut the glue they using I believe it’s not good quality In first week I lost major of them still looks good but I maintain them well ,usually last longerTo be honest comparing to the price it’s a very very good experience

She didn’t even wash her hands after smoking cigarettes outside, it was so smelly.My eyelashes turned out to be all over the place and looking messy, hurting my eyes, because she didn’t even model them properly and poorly stuck them so they got stuck together. I had to complain and redo them in different salon, yet they still charged me for that disaster.Such beauty salons should not exist. No sanitary norms and unprofessional staff._____Absolutely shocking eyelash extensions. I did eyebrows and eyelashes, I liked it, but the only thing I don’t understand is the price list, on Instagram one price is indicated, but in fact they say another, like their smm people forgot to change the price. Please change the information on Instagram to the new price list
