Visited the salon twice recently and both experiences were fantastic! Safa did my hair and Aicha did my makeup on the first day absolutely loved it. The next day Sara styled my hair and Katreen did my makeup, and they were just as amazing. Great service, professional staff. Highly recommend!

I did my highlight in this salon and ended up having two shades of color on the highlight it self !! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻i communicated the hairstylist and she said that it is due to my old hair color and we will fix it after 2 weeks by rinsage ?! As a hairstylist you have investigated about my history then why should i end up with such result !!!! It is supposed to be done the same day, it was as if it will guaranteed that I’m coming back as she kept repeating the two weeks later!! And add on she said that she gave me more than what i deserve as a customer ?????

I did my hair style with Ma. Safa the hairstylist. She’s excellent I do recommend. And special thanks to the Makeup artist Ms. Maryam she did an exceptional makeup on me. Thank you.Only one comment on the nail polish it was a bit old and didn’t stick nicely on the nails as till next day I can press and move the color. (Does the job for yesterday evening only, I had to remove again and apply today in other salon)

I’m really disappointed from their behaviour. me and my sister went to salon to do polish.There were two nail technician ladies( Yoland and Elizabeth) they were rude and very serious. Especially Yoland, she was behaving with my sister in a rude way, I didn’t like her behavior. My sister cried because of her attitude and she didn’t want to continue the service. My sister is teenager and they should be aware of how to treat teenager clients. Really disappointed I will never aver go back to this salon.

I love doing my manicure with Elizabeth and pedicure with Yolande. They are both friendly and professional in their work. The best massage is with Maricar; she has a lot of experience and knows how to make it really relaxing.

I absolutely love my ombre manicure from this salon, made last night! The color transition was so smooth and natural-looking. They/she paid great attention to detail to ensure that my nails looked perfect. I also appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the salon, which made the experience even more enjoyable.💚 Ombre nail is a must try here!💅

Very bad experience with this salon I removed my gel color for 36 dirham and they didn’t want to remove with machine the old gel because also it’s extra they just want money they don’t want to make the costumer happy , and this Elizabeth is very rude .

I dont know what kind of salon is this, they do not appreciate customer timings, they give us appointments a day before and at the same day they CANCEL!! saying that staff has training 👎🏼 very unprofessional!!

Disappointed. I wanted to book an appointment but the way they represented the clinic in texts is so unprofessional I can only imagine the treatments to be the same. I asked questions via Whatsapp, they didn’t even say hi or used question marks and answered my questions in two words, I couldn’t text back for a few hours after I just had a 17 hour flight and wanted to rest, they started to call me out of nowhere. I was interested in more than one treatment and wanted to book an appointment because one of my colleagues recommended the clinic now I’d rather choose another one.

The best of the best. I come all the way from the UK to see Rana and the ladies in Dubai I cannot go anywhere else. The service from start to finish is nothing but amazing and the clinic is beautiful I am never disappointed and feel like a new woman every time I leave and I love love love my lips!!! Thank you

I just started going there a month or so ago n I love the ladies there. They are so helpful n friendly I got my nails done with design n was so amazingly happy. Also do get lash extentions n I absolutely love them n there prices are some of the best iv seen especially for the work. 5 🌟

Worst saloon ever, i came from sharjah to do my hair, they told me different price on call, when i reached there they doubled the price(the reception lady called jersey and teresa). the owner should check these issues.

Amazing place for relaxing

The female employees are respectful and the style is courteous. We tried makeup, hairstyle, nail installation, hair washing, and hairdrying. Their nail treatment is nice, but they are one of the worst salons in makeup and hairstyle. To be honest, they said that they support four makeup artists. We tried with one of them. We chose distinctive makeup, a distinctive hairstyle, and also a simple hairstyle, but before When we arrived at the party, I chose my hairstyle for my sister and I, and the makeup artist who did the makeup never mastered makeup. She doesn’t know how to do contouring, she doesn’t know how to combine colors and foundation, and she doesn’t know how to draw eyebrows. I mean, imagine the amount of confusion and stress she caused me and the bride. My hair is soft and has a light fluffiness, and I washed it with them and It became rough and tangled and had a terrible fluffiness

Worst service, I don’t recommend at all, the only nice thing was the manicure and pedicure by Sultana. The hairstyle is average (I only did wavy) the makeup is absolutely horrible!Bad experience, I do not recommend it at all, especially makeup, Hanooood makeup. On their Instagram page, they deceive you and offer a professional and nice job. When I walked into the salon, I was shocked that only a Nepalese woman does makeup.Teenage girls wear better makeup than her. The blending is bad, the color news is bad, and the blush is a disaster 🤢 Because their work is so bad, I feel ashamed to be a prisoner of the shelter in this way, the makeup is so bad. I dyed it for light, but the makeup artist did highlighting. I wanted to dye. She said, “I can’t dye you just anything, just locks and it looks nice.” I warned her that she didn’t want a blonde or yellow color and its shades, but it came out the opposite of what I wanted. She did a remnant, but the color disappeared and it didn’t look nice at all. I told her to make a cut. Gradual or Layers, she stopped in front of me and said, Okay, this is Layers, unfortunately not at all Professional and they do not listen to the customer or take her opinion. The problem is that I come with an approximate picture of the color, but there is no life to whom she is calling.

Sarah has the best dealings with customers and the best job 😍❤️❤️ What a salon she has been doing for years ❤️ The sweetest and most beautiful person.. delicious ❤️ I advise you to go and try her work.. she deserves it ❤️

I do not advise anyone to do brow lamination with you, because frankly, their work does not deserve even one star. They ruined my eyebrows and the material they put in, just get out and do not hold anything in their work.
