If u r into going and trying a lot of salons, first impression might not be excellent. As the place is not very well kept and is pretty small. But then u look at prices and see the huge flow of customers so you think may be the cheap price attract people. But as you get the services you realise that they are doing some serious work. Most of their clients are very loyal and they come back again. I have been visiting this parlor for almost 1 year and I am very satisfied with their service. Usually, I used to do eyebrows, face waxing, and normal facials. All the services were great and satisfying. Yesterday, I tried their Hydra facial, and it was very nice. Ms.Aneesha was doing and she did it very professionally. And I got noticeable results. All the staff are friendly and professional. All the rates are reasonable and worth it.

I don’t advise to have your hair coloring done in this saloon .. it took more than 9 hours to do highlights and my scalp got really itchy and irritated due to bad quality of product and long time having that chemical on my hair.. was very bad experience .. my scalp was swollen & took me long time to get rid of the dandruff!

Even though I didnt get the color I originally desired, I still liked the outcome .The only problem was the chemical they used to dye my hair really hurt my scalp, I almost cried because of the pain, but I still liked the way the staff treated me, so Im still grateful. 😌

The worst ever saloon i have ever visited in my life. its far worst than a standardbarbar shop. services & products are extremely awful, i went for my birthday n they ruined all my day esp long calls by owner taking staff on hook for some complaint.facial:i got rashes & skin allergyGelish: got cuts under skin and cuticle cut badly with very bad Gelish manicurefootspa: i had to beg to the ladies to take out my feet as it was soaked for an hour.apology is one free service which aint gonna pay for th mental & physical damdge caused due to all this.I hereby request #Dubai Municipality to kindly force a rule for standard product, hygienic place & professional staff for all saloons to avoid all hassle, waste of money and medical issues.

Been coming to this salon every month from past 5 years now. Hydra Facial is newly introduced here and it is so relaxing and provides an instant glow. Other services also are very good and at reasonable rates. All the staffs are very warm welcoming.

Very professional team … Rubina is very talented and professional. VERY NICE SERVICE .So above review was few days back but when I checked the product they are using it came out local and cheap product .No doubt Rubina and her girl was very honest with her work but the salon owner clearly told me that they will use Brazilian products .I literally had itching in my scalp for three consecutive daysWhen asked the same they are telling me that the cost was for coloringClient safety doesn’t bother them .I was very happy with the service and work done by Rubina but it is the fraud with the customerI am really hurtTwo stars for the girls .

I want to say what a wonderful and enjoyable experience I had at Beautique Salon. My henna services from Anisha were great. I was able to just show her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate it. She is very talented and I would recommend coming here for services. I also initially spoke with Piyaly and she was also extremely helpful in getting me into the shop. I will definitely be back again for services.

I opted for a package that included: Gold facial + 30-Minute Full Body relaxation treatment + Eyebrow & Upper lips threading + Hair spa + Classic manicure + Classic pedicure.The lady who does the threading was on her weekly off, but the owner confirmed that the services will be completed on my next visit.Everything else was done by Maricel.And hands down, it was one of the best spa treatments Ive had in Dubai.Her massage technique is impeccable.The pedicure also left me very content with the results.All in all, a very good experience, and Ill definitely be going back soon for more massages.

Bad is small word for this saloon, highly ignorant staff Anisha put 3 cuts doing upper lips only and blaming myself that I did not tighten my skin properly. Despite putting 3 cuts she was so adamant to accept her mistake.

I visited the place during the service period. It was very normal. Dust is everywhere, and hair is on the shelves. Everything is disorganized. I don’t know where the owner of the salon is. Do you see all this chaos? In addition, I did my hair and added my nails. It was very bad if I did it at home. I would prefer some places where the color is not present. Some interest in this place by the owners

My wife wanted her hairs highlighted. She showed them what exactly she wanted to which the owner and the technician agreed that they can do it. They bleached her full hairs which made them of a completely different colour than it was meant to be. My wife asked about this mishap to them to which the owner lady was completely adamant to accept. After a lot of argument the lady agreed to mend it to the way of hairs she had walked in the day. My wifes hairs got damaged for at least a year. On top of this mishap the owner asked for the cost of hair colour which she finally did. How unprofessional that can be. Leave the 4 hours we had to waste alone!!

I visited this salon today for the first time. I found this gem of a salon through Facebook and Instagram. I was quite pleased with the services rendered. The staff are quite warm, professional and focused on their tasks. Despite the rush at the salon, they were pretty calm and composed and servicing each customer with good care and not rushing up with their work. They are running some fabulous offers and packages, far better compared to other salons in the area. I am very keen on making this salon my go to salon going forward.

I decided to give this place a try based on all the great reviews from other people, but I now regret my decision. I had a facial manicure and pedicure. The facial was amazing done by a Lady called Pooja she did a thorough job and I enjoyed it however the manicure and pedicure was so strange they don’t scrub of soak your hands and feet it was completely dry, they didn’t even lotion them afterward. Another reason I would’nt go back is due to the cleanliness of the place I felt that it was good standard everything felt a little icky for my liking. Overall if you do visit I’m sure the massage would be nice going on Pooja’s face and neck massage, I personally wouldn’t get anything else done there.

The girl Anisha is excellent...I am coming to this salon from last 4 years....This much perfection in work, customer service, behaviour I saw very rare.

The beauticians are very lazy and dont want to work. Twice I visited the parlour in International City and the beauticians didnt attend to me. I had to leave without getting any services done. The excuse they gave was come earlier as we close in 2 hours. Does it take 2 hours for waxing? Does it take 2 hours for facial? No, it doesnt.When the owner was in the parlour, the ladies worked with efficiency but overlooked the hygiene. The facial equipments are not sterilised. The ladies only rinse the bowl and the blackhead removal tool. I was highly disappointed.

Yesterday my wife went for hair keratin and the result were just amazing. I was not sure as this was her first time to try their hair services and i must say they all are professional and friendly. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. All must try.

Worst salon ever, with pathetic cheap offers, using fake products. I took the package for hair keratin and hairvlor with highlights, I showed the pic to hair stylist about the colur i wanted, she ruined my hair, after asking what u did, she again applied the colour on my highlighs, more than 3 times pathetic chemical dye applied on my hir. and after that keratin which she did of fake product, my hair after one wash evem with suplhate free shampoo got back to orignal texture due to chemical of haircolor(4time) and highlight my hair have became frizzy dull and damages. I have a 2year old kid, i took 5-6 hours for 2days dropping her with dad for my hair, but this unprofessional staff ruined my hair. Plz don’t get attracted ro their cheap offers. This small dirty saloon is nothing but to make people fool. After menicure mu skin arund the nail got allergy. After waxing i got pipples arms. Plz don’t get attracted to their cheap pathetic offers, always go to clean and professional salon. I regret going there. Cheap salon. Also she offers one free service if u put review on google or facebook thats why people are reviewing more and more. If u love ur hair don’t ever go there

It was my first visit & the only good thing I liked was Pujas prompt service ( waxing & eyebrows ).She is professional & knows her job wellPedicure was done by another lady.. She used the same soap water for soaking my feet... then scrubbing & then washing 😂 ... something I never experienced before 🤮, however I kept quiet.I booked Gellish Manicure but since they did not have beige & nude colour options , I decided to go with the regular one.Manicure was good 👍🏼No moisturisor / cuticle oil used 😂I was expecting more due to so many comments .Yes it is pocket friendley, staff are friendly however would highly recommend to book with Puja only.

I went for a haircut because of their good price and reviews but unfortunately i am very disappointed. there is a hairstylist from philipines i guess (i am not sure if i should even call her a hairstylist), at my first visit she said your hair are too thick so we will charge extra, and i told her, if i had to pay you extra i would not have waited for an hour and would have gone to some other parlor, and secondly she never informed me before cutting my hair that we will charge extra.on my next visit she refused to gimme a haircut of my choice and told me your hair are too thick. tbh i have been going for a haircut since i was a child and i have never heard a hairstylist telling me that your hair are too thick and i cant do this haircut.if she is not able to do a haircut according to customer s choice , she should simply stay home. i even told her to not blowdry my hair if that is difficult for her but she ignored me and went outside the parlor. this is a very rude way to treat a customer.please hire some expert hairstylists!!

I came here with my friend in November last year, who loves Poojas way of doing work. So rather simply sitting and wailing away my time I thought to do hot oil. Although everywhere hot oil is for 30 mins, mine was done in about 15 mins. I was so irritated. Later I went for waxing with the new young girl. I am not exaggerating but she doesnt know how to wax, coz my armpits were both burning the next day and I got a huge black/burned spot.The next time i visited the same saloon, I had shown her the spot and in return she replies that you are not used to waxing. Now that is a joke!!So here I am not going to visit you ever again!

Very bad experience.Not recommended. In this panademic they tell to visit on appointment basis.Even if u visit them on time they will make u wait.i waited for 45 minutes and then I left. The staff is too lazy to work.One person was busy on phone the other had customer and she said wait for 5 mins, likewise wasted my time.I found out a better parlour besides them.@Owner bcos of this behaviour of ur staff u will loose ur precious clients.

This place is not hygienic at all they use the same sponges on every customer during facial also the staff named maricel and the other Filipino lady is very rude .. if you arrive one hour before the closing time for any service the Filipino ladies there give weird glances and repeatedly keep asking as to why did you come at this point in time ....zero in hospitality very very rude staff .

Just for hair color and normal 100package.. I waited for 9 hours at the salon... after they were crowded and busy, still the appointment was confirmed.. and had to wait 2 hours for someone to attend to me ... really bad service

Very bad experience, this is the second time I visited them. I called them and checked for the service and reached. Customer service is very poor,none of the staff had the courtesy to attend. And this is the second time same thing happened. I will neversuggest it for anyone.
