I visited first time here,and felt like Im coming since years , the ambiance, the staff, the services were awesome. Highly recommended in dubai.

I visited here second time and got the same experience, i had in my first time. I did haircut with the owner and got the exactly same, i expected . All staff is very friendly especially the girl at reception. I really liked the ambiance. I did hydra facial which was so relaxing

It’s my first time in Beauty avenue ladies salon, DG. Lyn did my manicure, pedicure and gel nails. She is professional and did a wonderful job today. Really satisfied and happy with the services. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Definitely will visit again👍🏻

The besssttt!! Every staff was very friendly and kind. I had visited multiple salons before beauty avenue but none gave me hope to fix my hair as the tangles were very hard and deadlocks were impossible to remove. From the very first visit to the day i cut my hair, they were consistent and followed up with me. If you are looking for a makeover and wants to feel assured then this is the place for you!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you sooo much beauty avenue. I will never forget this day when my hair felt normal again. Kudos to every staff member❤️

I have tried many salons in this area before but I never got the satisfaction that I get from Beauty Avenue. Got my facial done from Sumi and it was ultimate. Really happy with the services received each time and not to forget the way owner Mariam handles her clients. She is also the reason I have stuck to this place from many years.

I was looking for something better and new experience for parlour in discovery gardens. I checked google and this one had highest rating with one more competitor, I opted for this somehow. The salon looked hygienic n also the staff were polite. I have took a package, however just got my threading done out of it.The staff did it beautifully. I am happy. Their package like any other salons in discovery garden - not reasonable but not very expensive as well. The best package has validity for 2 months unlike others for 1 month.The package services are yet to be completed

Folks this is THE BEST Salon/ Parlor in Discovery Gardens and no double one of the best in Dubai.I want to congrats the owner of the salon for hiring such diverse staff still they all have their own expertises which make each of them unique in their own way. Specially Sapna, Sashi and Fabiola are awesome in what they do.I am precisely writing the name because i have taken most of my services from them but during my visit the way other staff member were doing their work, we can clearly get the sense of years of their experience.This Salon is very customer oriented and takes care of how , when and what customers wants.Entering inn gives the vibes of happiness as staff is welcoming and their lil happy jokes with each other make the Salon a happy and joyful place.I highly recommend this Salon , if you want good services with pocket friendly budget this is the place for you.

Made advance appointment but still had to wait, place looks a bit tired. Lady that did my nails listen to my requests. She was nice and professional. Still it was my first time holding a bowl with water on my lap during the manicure.

Unprofessional, Rude and disrespectful staff with a ZERO customer services skills.I called them and asked them if their branch in Discovery Gardens takes walk-in for nails services for my wife and she confirmed and i told her that i am on my way to them and she also said yes. Then, We i took my wife she did not accept her saying that they dont have service and that not what was asked to her. I called her again and she start giving silly excuses and trying to blame me and telling me that i did not even call their branch and i called another one with a high tone of voice.DONT GO TO THEM. 👎🏼

I opted to go to this salon because of the high ratings so I was expecting to have a good experience. I appreciate that the salon was well-lit and properly styled. It was also clean inside and the staff were very nice to accommodate me even if I didnt have an appointment. i told my hairdresser the style I wanted and even showed her a photo. But as she was cutting my hair, it didnt look anything like the photo. So I told her to make it a bob cut instead. Even with this instruction, she still was not able to achieve the look I wanted. I noticed that this staff in particular was handing out instructions to the other female staff so I am guessing she is the staff head. She may have been distracted during those few times she was giving the instructions and greeting guests at the same time. I am sorry but I will not be coming back to your salon. You must learn to organize your stuff before coming to work and focus on your client to keep them satisfied and coming back. The star is for the nice ambience and aura of the salon.
