Update September 2024:Overall, staff are friendly (manicure and reception desk):Hygiene seems to be OK.One manicurist would cut my cuticles to the blood.After some time I changed to another, and cuticle work seemed good. However, nails were overfiled and the last three visits resulted in color peeling off completely of several nails.Even though the price is good, I guess the quality of the service equals it.FYI: on Sundays the staff girls (hairdressers mostly) have their own day at the salon, hence the booking will be full.

I’ve been going to beauty Avenue for 13 years. Occasionally when I need a quick appointment and they can’t fit me in, i will go somewhere else and always end up disappointed. Beauty Avenue is the best for waxing, mani pedi, and everything else. ❤️

Well to be honest I come this salon a lot their work is clean. But their behavior towards the customer is really rude. I have been sitting here for quiet sometime now. I can see some girls are free to do my pedicure but they are avoiding me or not even approaching me. I almost hesitate to ask them because their attitude makes me feel like i owe them. And this isnt with one agent its from the receptionist hair stylist nail artist everyone.

I go to beauty avenue salon because of Anna, she is so professional and neat in her work, she understands the customer’s needs by second word, and the results are just beyond the expectations. So happy to have found her as it is very difficult to get a good hairdresser in Dubai. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to beauty avenue for years and specifically Anna’s customer for 10years now! Never ever heard her screaming nor using bad words! She is extremely sweet and nice and very professional at her work!! Its a shame when someone tries to provoke and humiliate the other in public in such way written below! No one ever has the right to describe and write bad explanation about her body, her tattoos or her facials just because she didnt like the price that she has to pay against the service she got!!! This is unethical!

I have gone to many places but this is the best salon in silicon I found till now. Prices are very reasonable. Anna is one of the best stylists she listen to u whenever u want to do anything. She always cut and color my hair and usually I get a lot of compliments from my friends after I style my hair specifically in occasions.I recommend also both Lina & Laura for mani/paid/waxing/threading very professional and always very cautious while handling my nails as I have a very soft skin.The salon also offers a lot of hair products which is really good for the hair.The place is your spot whenever u come to silicon oasis.

I have been using this Salon for the last 9 years, and they have a consistency in their quality. Anna is my go to hairdresser for anything related to my hair, hair coloring, bleaching, hair cut….etc.All the ladies are friendly and professional and the products used are good quality.

Guys, hands down the best affordable and professional salon I’ve been in. I am known for being a harsh critic and am very picky with the salons I go to, to the point that I would rather pamper myself at home and do whatever I want to do to my own self. Mila is a go-to for a clean, professional and a literally perfect haircut and color! Not to forget mentioning her bubbly personality and the positive vibes she spreads. Lisa was the one who did my manicure and let me tell you, she is a sweetheart. Very clean and her attention to detail is on point. She gives you a complimentary quick back massage while you wait for your nail polish to dry. They also have breathable nail polishes for people like me who want their nails to look perfect but also pray! 😃I don’t normally rate salons but this one is genuinely worth it. Bravo to the owner of this salon and great job to the employees in there.

Been going to Beauty Avenue for many years as I used to live nearby, always received amazing treatment and professional service. Even after moving to a different area, I still choose to go there, and I highly recommend it - mani/pedi service is top notch (Lina, Moon), for haircut/hairstyling - Ana.

It is my favourite salon, it feels like home. Anna is amazing she is a professional and an expert. The service is perfect, the products are very highh end.

They have the best service staff, I like their work its different from any other place Ive tried in uae. Yet I will never go to their saloon again. After repeated incidents I cannot be understanding anymore as its disrespectful to me ! I left today upset and very very annoyed from there I booked for eyebrow thread service at 4pm, on my 1 hr break from work. I arrived 5 mnts earlier and waited till 4:18pm and still they asked me to wait coz another costumer changed her mind and chose gelish and took longer time instead of apologizing to her and tell her that its my appointment and explain. I had to wait and wait even longer therefore I decided to leave. Their receptionist always does this mistakes with appointments, and I know about changes so last minute. Also I been trying to get a hair cut appointment for a month now but their short hair stylist always busy. Unbelievable

Where do I even start to describe the attitude of the staff ?We went there for my daughter’s haircut, and upon reaching when I asked who will be doing the hair cut I was asked back “whom do you think? I will do!”Which was rude.Anyway, when I told the length and the style I wanted, I was asked a question yet again, “are you sure you want this hair cut ? I think it’s too short for her. “So according to them I can’t decide what length do I want for my daughter’s hair and I’m also questioned the ability to decide for my daughter who is just 6(in case you are wondering).If you have a suggestion to make to the client who visits you for a service, please share but that too only when you are asked for it.I wish I never went there.. felt like being judged by the hairstylist.Pathetic attitude. I would never go back there even when there is no choice.Thanks for reading.

Disappointed!! The one I have had haircut was extremely showing off the bad attitude. When she got done with the haircut she immediately went somewhere may be to get refreshed ! She did not made my hair dry completely also the hair cut was not at all good wasted time. I need to wait up for least 3 months to get a better hair style.

I wanted to change the hair, i am naturally blonde but wanted to add some highlights.Starting from the reception, the lady was very nice and greeted me making me feel at easeArax made my hair and i fell in love with my hair, great service ❤️

Good for waxing, eyebrows and upperlips threading not a good place for hair related services be it haircut or blow dry. They dont treat the customers well and after shampoo u have to keep waiting for so long for the next step to be done although almost each staff lady there could be seen free roaming around,talking to each other but no attention to customers waiting. Have tried getting haircuts twice both times the services were unsatisfactory. There are better salons and parlour around try somewhere else. These people seem too busy to be interested in good customer service.

This salon has the best in everything such a staff members good and professional ladies for hair mani pedi hair cut hair color etc..Especially Anna she the best very professional very pleasant personality she knows exactly what u need … i highly recommend this amazing salon 👍🏻

Staff are so rude and very unfriendly. Despite of your unreasonable price, you should act decent since we customer are not coming in your salon for free. Even your receptionist are not even smiling. To the owner of this salon, change all your staff!!!

Love going to Anna, been my hairdresser for a year now. She keeps my hair fresh with every cut. She advises on different cuts and what fits me and what doesnt, she tells it to you like it is 😂👌

I had an appointment here to do my hair and makeup for graduation. I showed the lady a picture of exactly how i wanted my hair (simple hair curling with curling wand) I ended up with my hair looking exactly how it did when i entered the salon. Also when i asked her to re curl a section of my hair she denied it and said it was good when clearly it hasnt been touched. For my makeup, the actual makeup artist couldnt even stick my false lashes. She had to get another lady to do so. Even after that, the lady sticked the false lashes to my actual lashes (its supposed to be glued to the skin right above the lash line) which made most of my real lashes fall out when i took my false lashes off. Moving on to the face makeup, she used a very light foundation shade. Also it was very very patchy. I showed her a picture of a very simple eye look and she couldnt even do the outcome. Very very very disappointed. Never ever coming back again. Even 1 star is too much for this salon.

I went for a facial and opted a whitening one . I reached the salon at 5.00, they started my facial at 5.15. I should say this one was the worst facial I ever had, they did noting other than steaming for more than 30 minutes , and just two or three times putting cream on the face without a proper scrubbing or things. I would never recommend this saloon for facial.tho it charged 399 including bleaching and tax , I would have opted for a 5 star services which would give me a best service . And after all they finished my facial around 7.15 just making me wt for noting not even a proper face mask 😒

Lina is my go to for eyebrows and Anna is the best for blow dry straight. Affordable place for all your beauty needs.

Technicians are great with mani/pedi and waxing, hair care on the other hand is terrible. I’ve gotten my hair done several times and it was below average, on top of that the hairdressers are really rude with the exception of one. They clearly favor women from a certain background and always give them the upperhand whether they have an appt or not. I would only go there for waxing, threading, mani and pedi otherwise look elsewhere!

Their attitude is very unprofessional. Make sure you go very dressed up and dont go just for one small service like threading, otherwise they wont admit you, telling that all of their staff is busy at the moment and to come back later. Ive experienced it whenever I went to this place dressed casually, not wearing any make up. Once when I went there all dressed up, wearing makeup, they were behaving normally and all smiles.

I did my Manicure for the 1st time here and I must say its the worst one ever. If you look at my manicure it looks like an amature has done it. So so frustrating. The nail color is all over my finger untill i asked them to do it properly and they did a half hearted job. I’m never going back here ever again.

I was a regular customer here for quite some time as its pretty close to my residence, and prices are reasonable.A couple of weeks back, I had an appointment booked a week in advance as I would be traveling on the same day and I was kept waiting for 45 minutes until I left without getting any services done.There was no manager on duty. My number was taken and I never heard back from them.Average services, horrible customer care.

Worst Saloon Ever !! Ladies If you are planning to visit this saloon, My advise is never Go there. They cannot even Do a proper haircut, Bad attitudes, Snatching money, Fooling clients. There is a new saloon Bianco Spa in cedre villas around spinneys. I recommend everyone to Go there. my personal experience with beauty avenue has been worst. their hair dressers Donot know how to style hair , Went for highlights, She did lowlights & took the amount which they dont deserve at all. Good place for eyebrow threading but not happy with the mani pedi.... the girl who did my mani pedi was hurting me so badly... I kept telling her but she didn’t seem to care. One of my fingers started to bleed and the other still hurts... she kept justifying why she cut my cuticles so deep despite seeing it bleed. Did the service around 5pm,now it’s almost 11pm and my hands & legs r still hurting

Poor customer service1. The coordinators are so lost that they miss people on queue. often choose not to respond while you keep waiting cluelessly even for a small job.2. Unlached doors during bikini wax. Once i was getting a bikini wax and one of the coordinators just pushed open the door. How embarrassing!Sorry madame is not the answer of negligence each time.

Salon is fine.They can make the ambiance better. Hairdo rates are too high so wont recommend it from here.Paid 200 for a messy bun which wasnt even looking like a bun.Waxing services are fine.

I requested for a soothing facial which costs around 175 aed + tax. It was a waste of money all the technician did was steam it, put a mask, massage and thats it. No cleaning of pores, no scrub. This was one of the worst facials Ive ever had.

I have been going to this place for more than 10 years now. Service has downgraded a lot, however I always go to Moon there, she is detailed and smart. If she is not there, I cancel the booking.

Hair coloring, hair curling is horrendous. Waiting for your turn to do hair is even more disappointing. Had arguments with hair ladies several times and got another service. I went to them for a blow dry for my family shoot and had to wash my hair before I go for the shoot. I was in tears!!

Its not even worth a starI had a pedicure and the girl didnt even scrub my feet .I didnt notice until I was on my way out ,I could actually see the dead skin my feet wasnt clean even ,so I asked the receptionist to call the girl and when she came she was soooooo confused they didnt know what to do or what to say so they ended up telling me YES WE KEEP THE FEET HALF CLEAN UNLESS U WANNA PAY MORE SO WE FINISH CLEANINGWHAT !!!No one informed me I have to pay more I asked whats the price and I payed it !I hope customer care would read thisAnd whoever think about going there plz think twiceIll make sure none of the ppl I know go there

If there was a rating less than one star, I booked an appointment and we agreed on a price. The Armenian hairdresser was talking on the phone throughout her work. She did not deal with me properly. She was the only one among the workers who spoke Arabic. After finishing, she asked for a price higher than what was agreed upon, and when I asked the person in charge of the place, she shouted at me and almost hit me. He was with me. My young daughter, up to this moment, is afraid. Where is the consumer protection for this unethical behavior? Violence that reaches the point of beating. I do not recommend this place. It is psychological destruction. My daughter wakes up at night and screams. The evil woman will beat my mother. This worker is dangerous.

I want to reach the owner. I have a complaint against the Armenian worker. After she asked for a price higher than what was agreed upon, I told her that I would go to consumer protection. I shouted loudly that I could not threaten her with consumer protection. She followed me to hit me. Be careful, ladies. The Armenian worker was the only one who spoke Arabic. I don’t know her name, but she has frightening looks and body tattoos. And strange clothes
