Beautiful manicure and pedicure gelish, attention to details, amazing style, colours and great customer service.Salon is very clean and spacious and it is not noisy so I could relax during my treatment unlike other salons in Dubai.Highly recommended!I am going to come back for sure !

I had an amazing experience with my nails at Beauty Bay. The service was really good & I really enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable massage chair while my nails got a new make over. Everyone was super friendly. Beside that the prices are really good. I already booked my next appointment.

I left the living room in tears.I went to this hairdressing center to remove my brown roots which had grown back (bad contrast with the blonde). The hairdresser tells me that this is not possible, so she suggests I add highlights of my natural color (brown) to hide it. It seemed strange to me but Im not from the profession so I let it happen. Once work is finished, not very satisfied, I head off to my other activities. The next day I noticed that the result was still terrible, especially in terms of color. With that I return to the living room to have this color changed. Do you want to laugh? The hairdresser, who takes care of me for a good 3 hours, and who assures me that there was a misunderstanding the day before regarding what I wanted, but that this time I would have the result (I show her a photo that she herself will take a photo of afterwards and look at throughout) I only change my root (something I had asked for the day before). So I find myself with a honey blonde root, hair with a faded and sun damaged green blonde, and locks of my natural brown color. The lady told me at the end, to my amazement, that she didnt do anything else because she couldnt, and then she was starting to get tired. His manager apologized and of course told me that I should not pay for work that was not done.I left the living room in tears.never again
