At Beauty Bay Salon & Spa in Dubai Silicon Oasis, youll feel incredibly relaxed. I recently had a gelish manicure there, and after finishing, they even provided a soothing massage. I noticed others getting manicures, and they received the same relaxing treatment. I highly recommend this place! Just be sure to ask for the best service to experience the absolute best. My kids enjoyed the haircut, Hind a Syrian Lady is amazing, she also cut my hair… we did manicure and Pedicure… the Saloon is not that fancy, but the staff are good… i think they must put a partition in-front of the door for more privacy…

I go to this salon constantly as it’s super convenient and the service is excellent. Love my nails, they were done with such care and precision - despite language barrier. As I was waiting I got a complimentary massage that was so good it almost put me to sleep!

Bad experience…I took my 5 years old daughter for a hair cut for the second time convinced that the price was same as showing on the price list ( 70 aed) for my surprise she charged me 100 aeds saying that the price started at 70aeds. My Dear , that should be mentioned on the price list like other services you offer.What you did can be considering fraud . I am still waiting for a call from your boss.Hair cut not simetric at all.

I really love the service and staff and Beauty Bay, The new branch is very convenient for me. they are extremely professional.From your greeting you at reception with a smile at reception or politeness over the phone, they go through your history and enquire if you would like a specific team member who previously worked on you before again or a new member.I like that they tell me how long my services will last and keep me updated throughout my time there. on who will be working on me.they always offer beverages and they have that little extra attention to detail.I and waxing and the therapist explained how to reduce the pain.I had a Lash tint that looked amazing and my eyebrows tinted and waxed, which my husband complimented.I had gel overlay and a Pedicure and they were clean, fast and lasted approximately 3 weeks.The receptionist/manger can be seen to communicate with staff and follow up on clients services. all while interacting with the clients themselves.I am a very happy customer and will return frequently.

Been there thrice now. For Relaxer application and twice for braids. I always walk out looking stunning. The ladies are super sweet and friendly, very gentle with the hair..... AHMAZING!!!

Totally unimpressed. Booked in for an overlay and gel manicure, at 3pm...I am still sat here, waiting!!! I was assured the nail technician would be finished, with another client within a few minutes... That was nearly 50 minutes, ago!!! Im sat in your new salon in Meydan South. Im also surprised you only stock 1 bottle of colour which is not when more than 1 client wants it!!

I was quite hesitant to try this salon out at the beginning as there are more popular salons around the area but I couldnt wait to get my nails done and I could never regret coming at Beauty Bay! Other than the location is near my building, Sam did a really amazing job with my nail art and I am definitely going to keep coming back! Plus, the prices of their services are super affordable! Everyone was very accommodation too. Love love it!

If you’re looking for a high-end ambiance along with celebrity pampering I highly recommend Beauty Bay salon and spa in Dubai Silicon Oasis. All the staff were so kind and extremely professional. It’s very modern and clean, They have the the best nail technician I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. I really like the service in this Salon. They are professional and friendly. Lisa is an excellent nail technician and Hend is great with the blow dry.

Typically, I refrain from providing negative feedback, but in this instance, I feel compelled to do so. During my recent visit to this salon for waxing services, I experienced a distressing incident where my hands were burned. As a result of this terrible experience, I have decided not to return to that establishment and will not be endorsing it to others.

Visited here last evening- charged more amount than the actual price which I didnt realise until I went there again to re-do my nails as the nail paint got chipped in less than 24 hours. When I asked them for the same service they told me 15 AED for hands and 15 for hand and last evening they charged me 26 aed for hands and 26 aed for feet only for mail paint change . When I asked them a rate for hair curling, they told me 100 over the phone but when I reached at the salon send started getting it done they told me to pay extra. I was shocked with their pricing system

This place isn’t flashy, and all the better for it. Best pedicure, and the staff are modest, professional, polite and kind. After years of trying to get a decent short haircut, I decided to also try a stylist there - and I’m so pleased with it. Finally, someone who listens to me, takes the time over the cut, and is just genuinely nice. Thank you.

I booked an appointment and the receptionist did not understand the timing I wanted to book. I had to explain 3times and still she did not understand me. I asked her whether I can speak with someone that will understand me. The manager called me with a very aggressive tone and attitude. She did not wanted to solve the problem instead she asked me whether we can just book the appointment and get this done and over with. I was surprised with the attitude she gave me because I am a regular customer. I went for my appointment and the lady who did my nails did not understand my request, so she called the receptionist lady and when the lady came i explained as much as possible and slowly In English but still she did not understand me.I am disappointed in the lack of English and the manager with an attitude which I havent experienced before.

Have used the services if this parlour 3 times now and unfortunately I had to change my rating from 4 star to 3 star.The very first time ( since it was just newly opened) the service was good but I wouldnt call it great as there was a lot of communication issues ( the hair dresser doesnt speak English) & it was really difficult for me to explain things.The second time there was once again communication problem as this time the pedicurist did not understand exactly that I wanted my hands and feet soaked before doing anything else.And the third time round I was really very badly disappointed as once again there was communication problem. However this time it was more to do with understanding but giving the client false promises. To elaborate: I had booked a hair colouring session with the parlour ( for my mother in law) and was told by the receptionist that I could collect her in 1 hour. Then after an hour I was told 30 mins more. When I returned after 45 minutes to collect her,I was told 10 mins more.I thought this time for sure the service will be over. But even after 30 mins the receptionist still kept saying only 5 mins moreI must comment that finally after almost 4 hours the hair colouring service was over ( the initial promise was 1 hr + 30 mins). Truly disappointed with the whole timing thing going wrong. Yes I must admit that the hair colouring was done well and we are satisfied. But there is a very BIG question mark if I will ever go back to Beauty Bay ??????

Please do NOT go here for hair cut. Firstly the hair dresser could not understand English which made it very hard for me to communicate the kind of hair cut i was looking for, and she did not set my hair well due to which i couldnt notice the mistakes. My hair was in better shape before i went for a hair cut.

Not crowded place, many booking slots available. However manicure is done without rubber gloves, waxing and threading services are fine.
