Day 1: I came from Abu Dhabi to visit and I found this nice place for some ladies services. I am glad that Shamim was the one who made my experience waxing amazing. She was PROFESSIONALS , VERY QUICK, and a JOY to have during the waxing experience. I will definitely take the “hour” drive to get this experience again!Day 2: I came and got a gel mani & pedicure from Sophia she was AMAZING!!! She took here time, made sure that ever nail was polished correctly and shined nicely! She is sweet and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you asking for SOPHIA!!!!

The staff was ok, they were nice and kind but i am afraid i can not say the same thing for the hygiene. staff is not wearing mask, even the lady who was taking care of me was coughing to my face. i know she did not intent do that but although i have warned her, she just pulled her mask half way across her face. In addition, before i sat my seater they did not clean the sink well enough and felt so insecure in this place. as you can see the pictures, towels are stained and things ate not sufficiently cleaned. they did my nails very nicely but i did not feel they are applying safety rules.

I had a waxing appointment with Shamim.She is super talented, sweet and polite.This is the best waxing I even had in my entire life.I did my eyebrows, whole face and so my bikini.It didn’t hurt as I expected to be and it finished quickly and beautifully.I am super impressed with her work.If you are looking for a place to do waxing, youShould DEFINITELY visit here and ask for Shamim :)

I have always njyed mani pedi service at beauty beat, Today I had a new girl called Bebo doing the service, very warm, professional, did a fab job, will be visiting again to do the service with her, keep up the good work :)

No value for loyal customersOn 21st June I booked an appointment at 1.00 pm for 23rd June with the specific person. I get a call on 22nd June to shift the appointment at 1.30 pm i say okay…. On 23rd morning they call to modify the timing to 1.15 pm …. I reach the saloon at the exact time and wait …. After waiting for sometime for that specific person to get freee and ask them why did they call me early if she was occupied… no answer…. They do confirm that appointment was at 1.30 pm . However no idea who called to shift timing at 1.15 pm . I sit till 1.50 pm and the person is still not free. And they say that person wont be free today and to come on Monday. ???? And made very feeble attempts to say that the service maybe provided by someone else, if I wish. I remind them i booked with a specific person for a reason. And mind this offer has been made only when i complained that am waiting.Seriously this is how you treat your regular clients… Very humiliating and upsetting experience for me. Had to go out for an occasion today. Did not expect such unprofessional and callous behaviour from them.And mind you they still donot know who called me.

Very poor services. Finished facial in 30 minutes. Including cleansing, scrub, massage and face pack. Massage was also not good

I have been a customer for more than 4 years and my last session for body wax was a nightmare, for the second time I faced payment issues related to a body wax package . Never had any issues with the nail / hair technicians (esp Grace / Shahin )but for wax where the technicians get offended if you do not renew the package right there !So while the session is on the technician Shamim comes up with an “unofficial” package of 1000 AED which is not listed anywhere inside the salon and which also made no sense ! I refused and the lady was harsh with the wax service.This has been repeatedly highlighted to the salon yet no change.Wax service with Sangeeta and Sophia has always been fabulous!

This has been the most horrible hair dresser experience ever. They have 0 products, the once they have are very harsh. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE

Grace did my acrylic fill. She did such an amazing job. The salon was clean & easy to find, the staff was friendly & I am over the moon with my new nails. I will absolutely be back & be asking for Grace again.

Wanted to book in for the first time. Lady on the phone was rude and unwilling to assist. Every time i asked for an appointment, there was no space. I asked for multiple days and timings. She sounded like she couldnt be bothered and clearly didnt want to talk to me or assist me. Fine, Ill go somewhere else, no problem

Updated review 2024:Would like to update my experience here, customer at beauty beat since march 2020. Getting waxing service from Sophia since 1 year now. She is an extremely professional lady who is not only an expert for nails but waxing as well. Would highly suggest everyone to try Sophia for waxing & nails.Old review 2021:Regular client here since 10 months. Excellent waxing service by Shamim. Shamim is really good & fast making the experience as painless as possible. All the other staff is equally good as well. Good value of money at very reasonable price. Also the salon is neat & tidy following all the SOPs needed 👍👌

I have been visiting them from past two years for waxing, haircut and mani pedi but their services in the past few visits were awfully disappointing. They have been disrespectful and providing below average services and today’s service for gel manicure and pedicure was worse.Just writing this review to share the disappointment and disgust. After last visits bad haircut , I was in doubt to go again to this place to try something else apart from waxing but I still booked an appointment. When I reached there both the spots were full and I had to sit on a table for my filing. Had to direct the girl in every few minutes to do the shape properly but was still she wan not doing it properly.I showed the girl what type of gel nails I wanted and she said she can’t do it as she doesn’t know how to do the French nails. She asked me if I said I want French nails and I said nobody asked me on the call what I want, they just confirmed. She called the person on reception desk (Sangeeta) and told the full incident.Sangeeta rudely came at me saying you didn’t booked for French mani pedi, and this lady doesn’t know how to do it. There was only one person who can do it and she is already busy. How can you expect someone to dream of the fact that you only have one person who knows French mani pedi, and even if that is so you are supposed to confirm on the call that the client wants French or classic.They were rude and unprofessional, with no intention of solving my issue rather just wanted to finish the job and get on to the next client. This repeatedly happens at beauty beat where they take back to back appointments without realising that they are doing unjust and providing mediocre service to those who are paying.I was asked to just get the normal gel, which I didn’t signed up for so I left without getting the full service. It was a very bad experience where I wanted to relax and spend a good weekend day, these people can just take the money without providing good service.Won’t go at this place again and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because no one deserves such an experience. Zero star to their staff and below average client servicing, if anyone wants to go please go at your own risk.

I didn’t like the fact that the technician kept asking for a tip. It was indirect but she mentioned it 4-5 times during the session and I was pretty annoyed. She even mentioned the amount of tip required which was 25 AED or more. She mentioned personal things about her life..how she is struggling in life..the hard work she does. I kept trying to show that I am busy by doing random things on my phone but she just wouldn’t stop. I paid a visit for a service and wanted to relax; I certainly didn’t sign-up for this. She even tried to get into the details of my personal life and I couldn’t take it anymore. I wanted to share the complain with the receptionist but she followed me, in hope of getting a tip and it felt like I am being forced into it very politely. So I am sharing this unpleasant experience here. I am not sharing her name because I don’t want anyone to lose their job for a behavior that can be improved. But the manager/owner should look into this and try to improve their team’s soft skills. I do not recommend the services to anyone.

Okay guys so I’ve been going to this saloon only coz of shameem for my waxing and it has been an incredible experience with her she’s really talented and always do the best… love her work 🤩🤩🔥 “Note - these stars are only for shameem”On the other hand I have been also doing my medi and pedi with them occasionally and it is always a mixed up experience between good and bad… just recently I’ve done my medi and pedi and due to being late for some time I requested to do my pedi after a day or so but there’s a lady sangetha I guess her name and she completely refused me stating that they can’t…. Even thou I’ve been a loyal customer for them they treated like it’s my first time I did not wanted to create a scene @ the saloon but gosh it is certainly the worst !!!!!! I don’t like her for this fact and also a very long time she had spoken very rudely to me such an untrained staff !! I would never visit this saloon it is only because of shameem I’m going to this saloon !!!P.S; kindly train the staff to speak politely and consider the loyal customers request !! We are paying for this and if they’re well spoken we will certainly tip them off !!!!

I travel all the way from Sharjah to get waxing down just because of her.I have not a better service from any other person other her in whole of Dubai. It’s totally worth your money.

Ive always get my nails done for years and never been so disappointed for once. The quality of the gel polish theyre using last longer about 2-3weeks depending on how you look after your nails. I had an amazing experience at this salon for waxing. I was quite apprehensive initially about waxing but Shamima is very proficient in what she does. The waxing was quite painless and she finished it very fast. Highly recommended for anybody who needs to do waxing and first timers definitely this is your place.. Gonna visit again soon.

It was a horrible experience. Just wanted to get out of there, there was no hygiene at all! The nail tech” did not even ask if i want to cut or file my nails. After i asked her to shape them, each finger was a completely different shape than the other. She literally filed my skin!!! And did not apologize for hurting me in the process (more than once) their nail polish was so old it was so sticky and peeled off and moved right after i left ! The experience was just traumatizing! Not sure the health authority knows this place exists because they would’ve shut it down for sure!!

Shamim is a goddess! She has a wonder professional approach. I’ve been to quite a few salons in Dubai. But Shamim has been the best so far. She makes her clients comfortable and she’s always on time. She genuinely does above and beyond her service which is rare to find these days.

Worst saloon in Dubai, staff are very disrespectful make ppl wait for more than 45 minutes despite pre-booking and no sense of others value of time without even an apology, other staff was free but she won’t take you because you are assigned to other staff even when she is free!!! Manager is busy chatting inside doesn’t want to show up!!Very disappointing highly recommend NOT to go there

Very underrated salon! The place is small but clean and maintained. Sangeetha did my waxing and shes efficient, fast, and pleasant to talk to. Havent tried any other service yet but I am planning to come back already and become their regular. Nice location too on the 6th floor of Fortune Tower.

Hair conditioning & trimming - Shahin - she did excellent job and was very polite and helpful.Gelish nail polish - Nora. She was doing good till she found after applying top coat on my thumb, polish lost the shine. So she applied 2 more time top coat to rectify and the end result was bulging nail and no shine. For third application, I asked her remove and reapply as it was looking very bad. Then there was lot of grumbling and convincing that this is perfect. Once she understood her next appt was cancelled she started removal process saying to me that ‘ I am lucky’. So I understand that if there is any problem it’s not their job to rectify. After 2 buff and nail wrap still nail polish was not removed. She then starts using nail file to remove nail polish roughly thereby injuring my skin and it had started bleeding. That’s when I stopped this service as no point in continuing. I had extended my parking with 1 hour and still she could not rectify it properly. My finger was stinging next day also, so could not go to rectify it.

Shamim offered excellent service. I needed an appointment urgently and she let me know as soon as she had availability. Her waxing was quick and painless. The parlor is also clean and services are affordably priced.

The worst experience ever! They have a serious issue with the full ambience! First and the most important is the hygiene!!! The shelves were fully covered with dust which was disgusting, Im not sure if they clean the salon on daily basis.As for the music, very bad, the acoustic depression songs caused me a headache. Coming to the service, I was very unhappy with the final result, also not felt welcomed because as soon as I entered, no one noticed me and I kept waiting for 8 mins until a lady approached to me and said Hi. Not recommended at all!

I booked a massage online through their booking service and when I got there they tried to give me a massage in a barber chair with my jacket on. Never have I experienced any massage in a barber chair or with my clothes on. When I questioned why it was in a chair and not on a massage couch they said they had double booked then told me I should have called to book not book online. If you don’t want people to book online then please do not offer this service, only offer appointments through calls. They then said someone tried to call me a number of times but when I showed them my phone there were no missed calls and they had the correct number so clearly no one tried to call me. They were not particularly sorry either even though I had wasted time getting there for an appointment I was never going to be able to have and could have been going somewhere else. I will definitely not be going again.

This is the best mani/pedi in all of Dubai. Nomura has been doing my nails for the past 8 months. She always takes the time to get my hands perfectly manicured and my feet soft and beautiful. I appreciate when Shaheen helps with the prep and does a great job with the paraffin and I’m in and out within 90 minutes. Beauty Beat is a gem of a salon in JLT. So happy my friend recommended the salon to me. My gelish manicure always lasts 3 weeks plus which is excellent with my busy schedule.

Full Body WaxAs young girls we are very private and conscious about a FIRST time full body wax and it is all up to the aesthetician to keep the atmosphere safe and comfortable. I have to say I felt as though I knew my aesthetician for years and was given ample care, comfort and affection throughout the entire process. Thankyou Shamim!

Terrible Customer Service and Impossible to make a booking.Last Thursday, I called several times to make a booking for me and my friend. I made the booking for Monday and I called several times on Thursday to confirm since the lady on the phone didn’t speak proper English.Today, before leaving for my appointment, I called them to let them know I’ll be coming in. Since I didn’t receive an email or SMS. They told me that they moved my booking to next week because they were busy, because of Eid. They did this without my permission/informing me.Me and my friend are so angry. We cancelled our other plans for a nice day out to get our nails done. Which didn’t happen in the end. I got a refund from Groupon.

Recently did the gel mani and pedi service and highly disappointing how the nail paints are looking so shabby and spread over my cuticle area and within 10 days the nail paints hv started coming off .. on informing they mention about touch up but I wonder how much a touch up will help because it’s not jus one or two fingers or toes . I couldn’t visit them to do touch up due to busy schedule but spending time and money and ending up with such poor quality, don’t know what to say more !!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I went for a full body wax and the woman was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Kept making horrible comments about my skin condition and treated me with so much disrespect. Don’t give these horrible people your money. Absolutely disgusting.
