I wanted to wait until after my third visit to Beauty Box Ladies Salon to write an honest and detailed review. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my honest review.My most recent appointment was a complete disaster. I had a 10 AM booking but ended up spending over 6 hours at the salon, which caused me to be late for an important commitment. For over 2 hours, I just sat there with my hair braided, waiting for my unit to arrive, which was being made elsewhere. I was told would arrive at 2 PM and it wasn’t until just before 2 PM that I was informed that Careem had been called to pick up the hair, and it didn’t actually arrive until about 3:30 PM. I left the salon around 5 PM. I wasted a whole day there to leave completely disappointed.This appointment was specifically to fix a unit that was made too large. However, the owner of the salon claimed they didn’t know this appointment was for a remake, which is completely false—they offered to remake the unit and scheduled this appointment for that reason. It felt like excuse after excuse, and no one took responsibility for the poor communication or planning.Once the hair finally arrived, the install and styling felt rushed as the stylest had another client waiting for her.To add to my frustrations from the first visit. The original unit was made the incorrect size—it had bumps in the back and felt too large, making it impossible to tie up neatly. The hair quality is also poor, shedding excessively every time I brush it, leaving alot of hair all over the floor.The salon itself seems unorganized, and the service is far from professional. Even the checkout process always seems chaotic, with staff unsure of what’s going on, making it unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.The only positive experience I’ve had at this salon was with Neslihan. She has done my lashes twice, and I was very happy with the results. She was gentle, skilled, and thorough, and the chair was very comfortable.In summary, I would not recommend getting hair or units made here. The poor quality, lack of organization, and unprofessional service make it a terrible experience. However, their lash services are excellent and worth trying.

The only reason I came to Beauty Box was because of Queen’s anointed hands, she was highly recommended by friends and I just had to come see her work for myself, absolutely gentle and attentive. Beauty box offers great customer service and I was made very comfortable, absolutely loved my hair.

I had such a wonderful experience at beauty box today! From the easy booking process to the professional and friendly service, I felt completely comfortable and at ease trusting someone new with my hair. The staff were warm and attentive, and meeting the owner added a personal touch that enhanced my experience. I’m so happy with what Rebecca did with my hair (steam treatment and corn rows) and i’ve already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend this salon. Thank you ladies!!

My gel extensions were done by Esther who was very professional and gentle and very keen, my pedicure by Melissa was just pure perfection and Tatenda was also good at styling and shampooing which was thoroughly done but gently. Friendly and professional staff I highly recommend

Rebecca did my hair extensions and she did a great job. My hair turned out better than expected. She was extremely fast and professional. Would definitely come back.

I would say this establishment needs to train their receptionist on customer service. I believe as a business the individuals that deal with clients new and existing are key. I had the unfortunate experience with dealing with the receptionist today and I would say training is definitely NEEDED.I had an appointment at 4pm. I called around 11.30am to see if I could come in earlier. I was informed that this wouldnt be possible and in may be a possibility that may have to move my appointment to later. Now, if you know you are running behind why wouldnt you reach out to a customer FIRST to let them know there may be a potential delay to their start time? It’s common courtesy to respects peoples time. I informed the receptionist that this wouldnt be acceptable as I have an appointment afterwards. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me that its normal for delays in this kind of business... PATRONISING MUCH. Now, I dont need to be told that. Yes things happen but why not communicate in a professional and respectful manner to a client.I then pulled her up on her tone and attitude and I was met with an utter lack of understanding, outright rudeness and hostility. I decided to end the call and send a message to say that rudeness is unacceptable. I had decided I obviously would not be attending my appointment due to the lack of etiquette displayed by the staff member. I was then further insulted in a message boiling down to me not being a fit for them and they have cancelled my appointment? The audacity of it. Why is a person not a fit for a hair salon? Because one wont condone rudeness or disrespect towards their time.Appalling and disrespectful experience with this business.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Queen is incredibly talented and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. She listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My hair look amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments.

Went to beauty box for the first time today, Queen did my hair, absolutely gorgeous, she’s so efficient and quick at the same time. will most definitely will be going back!

I purchased hair from here thinking it would be better quality and it was not. There are so many gray hairs mixed in and the texture is dry and coarse. I thought washing it would help but there’s no way I can use this hair. DO NOT buy hair here, it is not raw and it’s not good quality.

Nothing about this salon was decent. The first time i visited i dealt with house of lashes only for eyelash extensions and didn’t not do another other services.the second time i booked with beauty box services and it was the most traumatizing experience ever; first of all other than the depressing scenery of the place, it’s said to be a ladies salon and there was a male client getting his hair done. the staff is so noisy and doesn’t take a moment to be quiet. the time management is horrible, I started my manicure and halfway through it they took me to start my lashes, my fingers were bleeding from the terrible cleaning of the nails and not only that but the “technician” left half way through and went to another client!!! she didn’t continue my polish and didn’t even start my pedicure. as for the lashes, the beauty box technician kept poking my eyes with the extension and the glue. i informed her that my eyes are burning and she ignored. she was so rough and it was painful! when she finished the end result was disgusting and far off from what i asked for. she removed it and re did it again. i asked her to see halfway she ignored. and again the burning was still there and i told her. it was still not done well.i left the salon with the scariest looking reaction in my eyes, they’re bloody red and it keeps getting worse and worse. the next day i came to fix my lashes with house of lashes and the lashes look nice but my eye is in terrible condition from the traumatic application on the day before.my eyes are hurting me and are so sore even blinking hurts. the lash technician doesn’t speak basic english and the communication was such a struggle. i wouldn’t spend a cent there. and if condition develops with my eyes i will resort to legal action. also note that the picture is taken two days after.

Ella was excellent, she took her time and listened to my requests. I absolutely love my hair. Also, everyone at the shop was so respectful and customer service oriented. I will be back.

I have never had such an efficient and pleasant experience til I went here! I took upon the eyelash extension, mani, and pedi deal. I was very surprised to have them done all at once and it was amazing, I have never been out of a salon quicker! Fatima did a great job guiding me on what lash style and length I should get, and her execution was just as splendid. I feel so good! Esther did an amazing job on my gel extensions. She freestyled a part since the reference picture didnt show and her creativeness matched what I had in my head; I didnt even have tell her haha. Melissa did my pedicure and how sweet was she! She also made me feel so welcomed to Dubai. Such sweet staff and just as amazing skills in their artistry. Would wholeheartedly recommend! I would also recommend checking their Instagram for deals they have!

I love this salon, it is my favourite in Dubai! I get everything done here from my waxes, to my nails, lashes and hair. The staff are so friendly and efficient and the services are high quality. All of my hair services from perms to sewins have been done by Queen and she is amazing , I never leave disappointed 💕

My 7th time coming here. Great service as usual. Tried a new style and Queen really did it well. Obsessed with the styling. Melissa always gives me the most natural gel manicures too! Love Beautybox 😘

Absolutely amazing service!Ladies all listened to what I was after and created an outstanding set of nails and lashes for me.Even had the owner come in who was so lovely and chatted to me about all the things she’s doing for her business. Parking on site free for the first 2 hours.Would recommend this place any day ❤️

Melissa provided an exceptional pedicure and shellac French tip. My feet feel incredibly soft, the French tip is perfectly even, and the foot massage was amazing!

I have visited here twice now and although its far from where I live, they cant be beaten on efficiency and quality work. Lots of services to try but so far I have had a manicure, pedicure and lashes done here. Special shout out to Mel and Mel who really made my visit enjoyable. I lovedddd my experience at the Beauty Box. I got a silk press, full face wax, pedicure and manicure and everything was amazing. Each one of the staff members was very professional and friendly. The price is also amazing for the quality. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in Dubai. In terms of booking, everything was super easy and straightforward. You only need to message their WhatsApp number and tell them what services you would like and for what date. 10/10 stars!

The most traumatizing experience!I have been to this salon for 3 times, 2 of the 3 I did only lashes with house of lashes, which was amazing and I thought that beauty box will have the same standards but ! The third time I did with beauty box.First of all the place is so noisy, there is a person who is always talking so loud.The owner decided to assemble a machine while me and other customers were there, and a big piece of the machine fell on my shoulder and hurt me, the staff apologized and rushed to help me but the owner didn’t even apologize which was so rude.I have no complains about the technician who did my nails she did her job very well, but it’s not worth it to go through all this.

The service was amazing. I got a silk press and nail extensions. The staff were so friendly and efficient. My hair usually curls in humidity but after this service my hair stayed straight without me having to re-straightening it and kept its volume. I will most definitely be returning.

I made an appointment at the hair salon and they cancelled it last minute day of.They asked me to come a random day and when I replied they never responded.Just not professional but things happen for a reason I found another salon with great reviews and service.Goodluck with Beauty Box.

Loved my visit. Beauty Box is what Dubai has been missing. Lovely modern salon, friendly staff, key location. It’s a beauty lovers one stop shop. And has the Luxury feel without breaking the bank.

Been in dubai for 5years and this has to be the worst hair i have ever made. called in for and had them do microlinks on my 4c hair, the links started coming off the second, and the weft was ridiculously scanty, paid 2100dirham for hair i couldn,t use for my birthday that it was intended for. never again....

If you are looking for a very fine and nice looking eyelashes Samira is the one. She is so delicate and gives attention to details, my eyelashes are perfection exactly as I wanted.

Really bad. All my nails pilled off after 2 days, they cut my cuticula at 4 nails after manicure, and after pedicure both 2 big nails start grow inside the skinAwful experience
