I recently got my nails done by the amazing Ms. Anne and Ms. Kinath, and I couldnt be happier! They did a fantastic job, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out.The shape and color are perfect, and the shiny finish is just what I wanted.What impressed me the most was how they managed to complete everything in such a short amount of time without compromising on quality.Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.Thank you, Ms. Anne and Ms. Kinath, for making my nails look fabulous! Ill definitely be returning for my next appointment.

Today was the first time visiting this cute all pink saloon located in Al Barsha, I parked inside the building itself (on the back of the building). I got an appointment same day, and ended up doing both my nails (french extension) and pedicure with gel. I am super happy with the result and the lady’s name was Kaimat, she was fairly fast and very detailed oriented and asked me a couple of times if i wanted something to drink etc 💓🌸 Very sweet girl. The lady who did my pedicure was Mona, also very happy with my result. Very resonable priced.

Anne did my mani and pedi…. I loved it and her banana cake was delicious. very patient and pays attention to details, She’s a master nail tech and I recommend you ask for her on your next appointment

Did my eyelashes here for the first time by Simran, she was very quick and it turned out so well. Best nails I’ve ever done, my gel extensions done by Anne were so beautiful and pedicure by Goolnas was perfect. Definitely recommend.

I visited this salon first time and I enjoyed my experience there and what I did is gelish hands feet, brow lamination and a hair cut! Since the gelish lasted for 2 weeks, I decided to visit again! However the second time I chose the red gelish color! 2 days later it came all off without even trying to remove the gelish! I sent them a message right away, they didnt reply! Now after one week they replied and said: mam you should inform us within 2 days! Yes thats what I did! Noting that I paid 150 aed for a gelish I wont come again. Ah and they still didnt reply

Terrible lashes that last 5 days maximum. Don’t spend your money there and go somewhere respectable so you don’t waste your money.Reply to the review -First of all, I never requested a free set of lashes. Second, my sister is 16 and wasn’t sure how to complain about you. She got them done on the 12th and travelled. She took those pictures on the 17th on her trip. When she came back from her trip on the 22nd, she showed them to me and I immediately sent them to you. I don’t understand why you like lying so much rather than being apologetic to regular customers who have been spending their money at your place. I’ve already explained all of this to you yet you keep lying. Besides that, my sister wasn’t the only bad experience. I came to you earlier this month as well with the same complain and you did nothing. Don’t offer a service if you don’t have technicians who can do it properly. Just stealing money out of people and lying about it. This will be reported.

Before the saloon was much better in lash extensions services and customer services. Prices doesn’t makes sense where the classic lash’s are 100 dhs , and the refill is 100 dhs! and they answer you that it’s because of the new owner pricing.And based on your reply no one asked to have the refill for free and it’s not fair to ask for it, instead you could’ve give a call to understand more the situation of a customer who has been seen the difference in customer services and services. The customers has the right to give a review for you to make better future changes, also no one has commented on the technician work, ( it’s the customer service team ) not having the proper way to talk to the customer. Or even explain or listen. Other than that I wouldn’t reach out here ladoll team!

They have a very limited selection of colours especially if u have brown skin, most of their base colours will wash u out. If u want veryy basic colours u can go ahead. I had my manicure done from one of their seemingly new manicurist, who was not so professional. She was very impatient and distracted. She kept pushing what she thought would look good on me and when i asked her to change the colour she said she doesnt have time for trials. Although their technique is fine and their final manicure turned out okay. I was quite unhappy with how i was treated by the manicurist and left with a colour and design i wasn’t satisfied with.

Best salon ever i must say with best service, the lady in reception and specially Ms. Anne she does her work at best i was there at last minute without an appointment but she did my nails so nicely and before my time very humble and i was getting nervous because i was getting late she made me feel so comfortable i left from there with smiling face only because of her i will definitely come again soon 🙏🩷

I went to get my nails done a few weeks ago at this institute. I received a wonderful welcome there. I was very well received and the service was really good. My nails were done with great seriousness and professionalism. The staff is attentive and very meticulous. Thanks to Kainat who took care of my manicure, and thanks to the lady whose first name I don’t know who took care of my pedicure. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.
