It was horrible experience. The place itself is not clean, it doesn’t look they follow any hygiene norms, looks dusty and messy.The person who did my manicure cut my skin on my fingers few times, she also was struggling to make the proper shape of my nails and it took her 2,5 hour just to make a manicure. The manicure was not done the proper way as she the cuticular was cut uneven. Besides while sitting there I was very concerned about getting some infection as I said I’m not sure they are following the hygiene norms as the lady removed the gloves in the middle of the procedure and started doing it without gloves.I let the administrator/owner about all my concerns and disappointments and she offered me to redo it, which I didn’t accepted as I didn’t have another 2,5 hour to spend at the salon and go through the same torture.I’m very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend anyone who cares about hygiene and professionalism to go there.Writing here after 2 days since I’ve got manicure done. Attached the photo. The manicure didn’t last long. The gel polish started going away, you can see at the picture. It’s the worst manicure I’ve ever done.

Everyone at the salon is amazing, very professional, caring, and approachable. Worth to mention that I am so happy to have found Aakriti, Samiha! I will only and always go to them! I chose to get french tips with such cute pink base that looked so amazing after they were done by an incredible staff “cherry” at beauty by Kamila. A cute comforting salon with all women who are very nice and make me feel welcome! I go here every single time.

GREAT SERVICE!!!A must visit salon, super cute girly interior, amazing view of marina along with free basement parking. All their mani & pedi chairs have massage for your extra comfort and pampering 💆‍♀️ 🩷.The Receptionist is super friendly and welcoming, we were offered welcome drinks (coffee/green tea/water)💛💛Reem and Anna are lovely ladies they did my and mother’s nails. We opted for classic mani & pedi without nail colour. The girls were very attentive and professional in their work.Even though we went through groupon they never made us feel any less than their other clients♥️.I highly recommend this salon to all. I myself will be going back to try their other services too!!

This is my eyelashes after 4 days extension.Please have a look at the photos below.I came for a refill, they didn’t ask me if I agreed to full eyelash extensions, plus they didn’t remove my old eyelashes, before adding new ones, they charged me for full eyelash extensions 300 AED,although lushes were empty.I don’t mind paying amount if the eyelashes were done correctly, hard lushes,wrong length,looking in different directions - terrible quality.The owner of the salon asked my opinion about the extensions, and I told her that the extensions were done incorrectly, as half the eyes were empty, half the eyes had extensions she just ignored my comment.If we talk about the salon, then the chair on which eyelash extensions are done is absolutely uncomfortable to lie down on the chair for 2 hours, where your neck hangs down It is very painful, plus it is on a plush blanket and it is very hot in the salon, the air conditioning is working very bad.Ladies ,read all the comments on Google before going to any salon for any services Unfortunately, the location Doesnt mean good quality.

A bad experience today with one of the staff an Indian woman from this salon, I should do gel for my hands she did a job even the standing ones wont do it half gel half my nails as its been two weeks already done, more than that she was angry she hurt me three times without apologizing at the end I asked her to stop because I couldnt continue with her she called me a liar in front of the reception, no respect plus verbal violence

The staffs are friendly and cooperative. They greet me with happy faces all the time. Best Salon, rates are high but it’s worth every penny. Definitely i will come back for my services. Special thanks to the Receptionist Maricar for making the easiest booking I ever had.

Easily the best nail experience I’ve had. I had my second manicure with Cherry. She’s gentle, precise, and very skilful. No more painful experiences like I’ve previously had. She takes great care and leaves my nails looking perfect every time. Highly recommend for a stress-free and enjoyable pampering session!

Anna was very welcoming and I had a nice relaxing scalp scrub with a hair treatment, hair was lovely after the whole treatment. Thank you a lovely experience.

I treated my gf to a lash extension appointment here and the experience was absolutely amazing. I won’t be posting pictures of her eyes/results but for her feedback the lashes are light and pretty. She had opted for the “cat eye” style. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, a special thanks to Cheryll for being professional and talented. The results look beautiful, will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!

My favorite salon, always exceptional quality of service and everyone is so sweet and attentive I love Kamila the owner she is the best and she always working on improving the salon! New products, new colors for nail polish or renovating the floor, new brands on display, etc. every time I come I see something new and I think that is great never stop growing and improving 💕 the massage seats where I get my nails done are so comfortable to sit in and getting a relaxing massage while both my hands and feet are being pampered. Looks lovely from the outside...inside is ok. No real ambiance to the place. It isnt maintained well. The room I had my facial in, smelt like wet clothes.I had a facial done, so I only speak for that. But I was not impressed at all. I had booked for the brightening and energising facial, only when I got there the therapist let me know they only had the basic facial available, however at the end of my facial it seems as though the therapist was wrong and indeed did have product to do the facial I booked for. I feel like that is something that should have easily been communicated, a basic facial I can practically do at home. And if I wanted a basic facial, I would have booked that.The facial did include steaming and a mask, but the rest was just rubbing it on like I do at home. No facial massage or anything extra.It was probably the worst facial I have had, and not associated with any kind of relaxation.I wouldnt recommend anyone uses them for facials based on my experience.

Had my nails done today by two amazing ladies called Ana and Ruth! They did simply the best job ever, since suggesting colors, removing my ingrown nails and treating me very well! The salon is clean, atmosphere is great and service excellent since booking until the payment time! Upon many bookings they give you gifts such as free blow dryer and massages! Will be back for sure! Thank you ladies! ♥️

Do not recommend! The worst saloon in Dubai! I had an urgent need to do my manicure and pedicure before going for vacation. And kindly asked them to check the availability. Saloon representative told me that there is no availability within next 6-7 days. They are publishing group on offers and then fake their availability. The lady was telling me for the whole day there is no availability, since they are balancing group on and normal customers. And when I asked if I can go there and see if there will be someone who will cancel. For what she said there is queue for the waiting list as well. So after very long conversation when I asked her to put my name on the waiting list, she asked me what kind of service did I book. Saloon was instructed to fake the availability. I strongly do not recommend this saloon.

Went here today as a walk in (no appointment) lovely friendly ladies at the salon and very helpful with choosing treatment and colours. Lady who did my nails was very good and took a lot of care.Would definitely recommend this place and will come back next time I am in Dubia.

We had a very lovely experience with there Winter Package its really the best deal. All technicians are very friendly and professional. We are greeted by their amazing receptionist who helped us all the way to our bookings until we finished. Definitely we will come back again.

I had the best experience in this salon yesterday, I had eyelash extensions and gel extensions on my hands. The technician was amazing at doing both eyelash an nail extensions the salon it’s self is very beautiful very instagramable, tidy and clean. The service was 5 stars. Also the owner Kamila is a very nice lady and very attentive to her customers which I absolutely loved. This salon is definitely going to be my new salon I use for everything from now on. If you haven’t been already I highly recommend you all to try I can promise you will not be disappointed.

I had such an amazing experience I have ever had at a salon. Everyone at the place took there time to do. y hair and nails, and me and my cousins spent 6 hours there. 100/10 I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a good experience.

The people at the salon are nice. But I didn’t like my lash set at all. The lashes used were too synthetic and plastic for me. But my next holiday I would try their manicures as they looked fab

The first time they made thin nails, they broke after two days. Remade and made goblin nails. They also took 50 dirhams plus.

Very nice salon with a super friendly staff. It was my first visit and I am really happy. From the reception Ms Anna welcomed me with a smile and was very accommodating. My nail technician ladies were soooo good and hard working, Ms Ruth and Ms Eishel (I am not sure pronunciation is correct). They helped me to choose the colour and did a very amazing job on my nails. One of the best beauty salons in Dubai from all aspects. The owner Kamila is so sweet and professional and her staff just as lovely. They always make me so welcomed as if Im at home. They even remembered it was my birthday and they brought me cake and sang for me :-) The salon offers so many treatments and they do it to perfection. I would give more than 5 starts if I could.

I had the worst salon experience. Staff are very beginners. Don’t know how to do nails at all. 2 hours for 2 people to do manicure and pedicure. The result was not nice at all!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Place is beautiful. Location and view stunning. But quality of work is horrible.

My experience with them wasn’t pleasant. I am still waiting for a refund. The nail technicians are not experienced. It’s contradicting the beautiful style of the salon where you expect professional services. She did not used the right tools to refill my gel extensions and doesn’t have technique. I stayed 1 h and half for nothing, she is slow… sorry

The girls did an amazing job! I chose the 5 treatment deal for AED500! Received massage, facial, head and scalp massage, blow dry and curls. It was such a wonderful and relaxing experience. Would definitely reccomend this salon!

Everything looks beautiful and glam!All treatments were perfect! So amazing! I walked into the salon and was greeted by Kamila who is also a famous singer. I was offered marshmallows and water. I then got a mani-pedi which was so amazing and the lady was so gentle and sweet. Camila did a hair mask for me and she gave me a well-needed scalp massage. I then got my hair blow dried and straightened. 10/10 experience I am going to come here every time I come to Dubai.

This joke of a salon keeps deleting negative opinions. This place should be closed and owner that old plastic lady should learn how to speak to paying customers. I had a disappointing experience at Beauty By Kamila. The quoted price for nail extensions over the phone was 300 AED, but when I went to pay, it suddenly became 420 AED, with no prior explanation. Apparently, the increase was because a Russian lady did it, which was never communicated beforehand.I called again another time to book using a Groupon coupon, I was told the next available appointment was 10 days later, which is not a professional behaviour. I dont recommend it and would never go back again!

I wanted to write this review to offer some feedback that I believe could help improve the service at the spa. I booked an appointment for a facial using a Groupon voucher about a month and a half before my wedding, which was in May.Unfortunately, the same day of the appointment, the spa called me to cancel, saying they were overbooked and too busy to see me, even though I had made the booking well in advance. Although I was already on my way to the spa, I received a message on WhatsApp telling me the appointment was cancelled, which was disappointing and stressful, especially given that it was only 10 days before my big day. I searched for another spa near my home that could do the facial as soon as possible, but wasnt successful.I finally use the voucher and had the treatment a month later, and while it was good, it didnt quite meet my expectations. I was hoping for a more wow experience, given the late cancellation and ‘overbooking’.Overall, I appreciate the service provided but would like to encourage the spa to be more mindful of their schedule and avoid overbooking. Providing customers with top-notch experiences should be a top priority and is sure to help keep them coming back.

The service is good but they have only two reserved parking for the salon. It’s so difficult to get a parking and if you book through Groupon then they give you a date for appointment after so many days. I called them for an appointment and they gave me a booking for 2-3 days later, when I texted them on WhatsApp they agreed to give me an appointment for the next day itself, why like that?

Special 5 stars to Samiha ! I had the chance to have make up and hair styling several times and every time I was satisfied I would say one of the best coiffeuse in the town !

The salon is dirty and the service completely unprofessional. You can see the bubbling that formed from bad nail polish application and the painful scratch I got when the tech was buffing the top of my feet (??). On top of that it’s quite pricey for such a dump.

The salon has promotion on Groupon but when making reservations they will tell you the next availability for Groupon is many days after the day you called and when trying to book on the available dates I got told that it’s a holiday so they wont accept Groupon customer… This place is a joke. When I told them my voucher is going to expire, they don’t care like it’s not their problem. Glad I never get to try them, terrible customer service..

Never mentioned the booking with groupon was any different from a normal booking, and when i arrived for my pre birthday appointment was told I couldn’t use it and had to find another salon because I didn’t want to pay 3x the price (I already payed for). Worst customer service and 0 respect for groupon users like we’re trash. why are you on groupon if you don’t want people getting a discount?

I booked Groupon coupon for pedi and mani. When I called, she said that it is available. But when I mentioned that it is a Groupon coupon, she denied me to come. That someone I spoke to was rude. If you guys do not want anyone to take Groupon coupon, you should definitely remove the ad from there. Wasted my time and energy!

It was my first time there and I was feeling like home. Ive done my eyelashes tinting and lifting and it turned out so beautiful pedicure was great to especially the champagne one. Will be back soon.

I don´t know why so many people are saying that she has the best beauty salon in dubai. Very good friend of me had the worst experience of her life in this studio. Also i think as a Boss Lady you should be serious and not making really weird storys and posts on social media. Very unprofessional and not serious Lady in my opinion.So be careful when you go in this studio, i think at the end of the day she only wants the customers money and doesnt really care about the service and satisfaction.If it would be possible to give 0 from 5 stars i would do..

After visiting many salons, and looking for the best in Dubai, I have to say that it is the worst salon that I have visited in my entire life, bad customer treatment, bad service and racist behavior, how sad to feel it even in 2023, dont lose your time or money

I love everything on this beauty saloon but the best thing that gives credit is the massage chair. Free massage while doing pedicure or manicure.

Very very bad experience i had with hair treatment.even after 2nd wash my hairs start having waves..and message and sent them pics of my hair they simply ignore..highly non recommended.if you dont want to lose your money never ever go to this salon for hair treament.i wish i can give 0 star.

We spent a wonderful afternoon with my mother. It was really great. The attentive staff, a superb manicure, pedicure as well as hair removal, blow-drying and magnificent styling. Several services are offered in the lounge as well as drinks served at any time. Superb location, with magnificent decoration all in pink. I have used various services and am very impressed. The team is very friendly and service-oriented. Everything is designed to ensure that you can relax and be pampered. The manicure and pedicure were pleasant and I really like the result. The massage was pleasant and very relaxing. Finally, I had a head massage with peeling. This was also very pleasant.Scheduling appointments online was easy, even with very short notice appointments. I even received a WhatsApp reminder. The prices are absolutely fair and there are combination offers. I can highly recommend the salon and would be happy to come back.

I was here spontaneously today and for the first time. I received a very warm welcome and the wonderful lady took me straight in without an appointment.I got new fingernails done.The window seat overlooking the marina is a dream. I even got water and coffee. Its comfortable and theres great music playing.There are approximately 140 colors to choose from. I chose two :)The manicure was very professional. She worked very detailed and precisely. The studio is very neat and clean.I paid by card. 40 AED was added for card payment. So I paid 205AED.Im looking forward to the next time and can wholeheartedly recommend the studio.When I said that I would like to write a review and would like a photo, the ladies took a few of me. Thank you very much, that will be remembered :)

I rarely give bad reviews, if I could put 0 I would have! I made an appointment on the phone saying that I wanted the same price as groupon which was 57dh, I arrived at the institute which is also very beautiful, we put on varnish I wanted to do a French I was told that I had to add 60dh for a line on nails that had never been seen before! Obviously I refused, after the woman who took care of my feet put them on me haphazardly and their low quality varnishes, not to mention the woman who took care of my hands who He put varnish everywhere, it was up to me to tell him to clean it up!! And whats more, she wasnt gentle and didnt seem happy at all! I arrive at the checkout and they dont even tell me the price, I pay 75dh!! While we had agreed on a mani/pedi for 57dh, and the woman at reception lies saying that I didnt tell her about the groupon price. I didnt want to cause a scandal, I left. It was the first and last time in any case I do not recommend

The place and location is nice, you can park next door in the building for free.Nevertheless, NEVER again!!I bought from Groupon and with the voucher you can only choose limited colors, which of course is not stated in the conditions. E.g. A completely normal white is not included in the price. You have to pay extra for that.Groupon users should ask beforehand and then buy.A lot of things have to be paid extra.You are a 2nd CLASS customer.You also pay extra for the removal, which also costs extra in other saloons.I actually sat there for 4 HOURS!!! For manicures and pedicures. My whole afternoon was gone. Instead of both being done in one. Never there again.Or maybe give the removal as compensation for free for 4 hours of treatment!!!Some employees also dont know the difference between shellac, acrylic and gel. In my opinion they should be trained.Unfortunately mine worked very slowly but her work was ok for the 2 stars.I would change the appointment coordination team.I wouldnt visit the store again, not because of work, but because its not transparently declared and that makes you feel cheated. Despite the deadline, a disaster.Even Tipn Toes is clearly better and cheaper.
