Nina who started my manicure was very unprofessional after I pointed out that she didnt do my nails properly. She had attitude asking me if I want to cut my cuticles more, I explained to her that as professional she should inspect the clients nail before she begins and that she cant ask me what shall she do. She tried pointing out that thats normal what she did and she have other client. Well I dont care about others I was not satisfied with her service. I asked for the person in charge and there was no one I could talk to which made me even more frustrated. Lily on the other hand took over and she was great on covering up, however my experience was ruined. I wonder if the owner of this place knows how unprofessional staff she/he has.

This salon keeps everything well-organized and clean all the times. Staffs are very friendly especially Laureta, the way she pamper to client is like WOW I really dont know how to explain her services. I always go there specially to meet her and to get pampered by her. I really appreciate the way she provide the service, her compassionate and understand the exact what client concern and requirement. She never RUSH to client like others.

I had the worst experience in this salon. I went to this salon twice for the eyebrow threading which takes 10 mins maximum and they rejected to do it twice. That receptionist or whoever manages the phone asked me to walkin when i called to take appointment and they clearly told no on my face. The beauticians are rude as well. May be they should hire people who is more deserving and appreciate what they do. Shameless !

Super disappointed. I have been coming to the salon for a long time and I was there on Wednesday 15/05/2024 with my aged mother-in-law. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the lady who did her threading. My concern was handled poorly and I asked for a call back from the manager. No one has reached out yet.

It has been 2 years since I have been coming to this salon and I am always in amazement with their professionalism and kindness.I took the risk of getting my Brazilian wax done for the first time in my life with Nafisa and she has been waxing me ever since. She is such an amazing, professional, and talented worker at this salon and will always recommend her for her services. She made my first experience very smooth and less frightening than I thought, and have trusted her with my full body waxing ever since. She has helped me with my eyebrow shapes and ever since, I do not let anyone one else touch my eyebrows. She gives amazing facials and massages and I feel super relaxed afterwards 🫶🏽.If you ever need someone to help you with your waxing and massages, I 1000% recommend Nafisa and trust her.

I had hair spa and the service was just okay.But what annoyed me was they waited me for more than 45 minutes after getting an appoinment. I was there at time and the staff was not ready to take me. Finally after the long wait, I had a staff who was very new there, she doesnt know where to get things from and no one there to help her.I just dont know how a 30 minute hair spa cost my 2 hour time that too after taking an appointment, besides I left my baby at home.Very poor serviceBad customer service

I had a very bad experience with nail extensions within the first week i lost 4 nails, they just fell apart cracked up then i got them done again on sunday and its tuesday now it happened again. After spending so much money this is what i got.

My favorite ladies 👉Jenny (nails), Maria (nails) and Selena (waxing) are all very good and meticulous with their respective tasks. Fary, Lina and Lily are very friendly and ensuring that clients are comfortable and satisfied. KUDOS!

Just got back from this place and oh so disappointing.The staff are not trained, lack professionalism, lack care while doing the services, lack sensitivity.You know sometimes your willing to pay for services and when you realize the services are a bag of trash it’s then useless.They are apparently located in a mall sort of building, so immediately your standards for the place go up. But all to entice people.They put big hoardings of NO DOUBLE DIPPING and forget about DOUBLE, it’s more than 5 times dipping, I’ve seen an earlier comment about this concern and guess nothing changed so I will take this up now with health authorities.Your towels came in plastic sealed bag to show apparently “not touched” but when you open it, they have all stains on it. How???No care and lacks sensitivity when waxing - drops all over.I pay for the services and you make faces when I ask to take caution? WowYou need to adjust to my needs, basic needs of not pressing my skin too hard with your thumb to get support you need. They also try to act deaf sometimes because they don’t want to cater to customer service.Their receptionist ( this girl was filling in for someone else) lacks knowledge on how to use the fresh system and was asking me how to use it, I don’t mind helping but where is the confidentiality on your part if I have a full view of your CRM.Well no offense with the girls as they are probably told what to do or not event trained properly to cater to all this.It’s like those places, start a business and put random people without bothering about anything as long as the money is coming.My honest feedback. I’d love to hear back on you.

Very bad attitude from the receptionist. On a Sunday afternoon I just walked in for a quick upperlip threading and she told me Id have to wait for 15 mins because they were short on staff. I was OK with waiting but the way she spoke with rude attitude and just went inside and left me standing at the reception where theres no sofa or a chair to sit. She could have asked me to sit inside. Very pathetic service which is why probably they are never fully booked. Sad

I’ve had a wolf cut a couple of months ago at Beauty Salon which turned out more than what i was expecting. Yesterday i went for a short haircut, and Jan has done an amazing job in understanding my needs. She knew exactly what she was doing and gave my hair a fresh healthy cut. She did not brutally cut my hair like most salons do.On the other hand, Maria did my manicure and pedicure which - as well - turned out magnificent! Soft hands, attended to details and was such a nice lady.I would definitely recommend the place for the mani’s, pedi’s and haircuts.Also, one heartwarming experience, Jan had an old lady who came in for a haircut, she attended her request peacefully and happily. I was so happy and impressed that the sweet old lady went out super happy about her new look.Well done ladies. Keep up the amazing work ♥️

I used to go to this salon for full hair color, protein and hair cut, but i’ve noticed the Pakistani lady who’s doing all these services doesn’t seem that she likes what she’s doing. She burned my scalp for using the wrong hair color twice and whenever she blow dries my hair, SHE DOESN’T CARE IF YOU’RE GETTING HIT BY THE HAIR DRIER, she will NEVER say SORRY. I regret going to this salon. And the last time, I was asking for a pedicure, they refused because they said they were fully booked, but they entertained the lady next to me who has a child who wants a massage. The one in the front desk - JENNY, she’s rude and always acts as if she owns the place, wake up girl, you’re an employee there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and RACIST.

Very poor quality of gel manicure. It peels off within 7 days. Not worth it at all.I have the experience of doing gel manicure in different salons in Dubai. This is the first time I have had such a terrible experience.The owner is using false claims to justify her stand. I very clearly mentioned to her the timeline and my activities during the week. Hence, I am clear that the quality of their products is below par.

Worst salon I have ever been to the staff are so rude. Went for a full face wax and she left hair on my face where she missed I told her and she would not thread it. She was huffing and puffing to do the job and when I sat down she said oh I have a full face to do now Im going to be a while here. Felt uncomfortable and to top of it all off my face is swollen now. I have had a full face done every 2 week but never will I use this salon to do it. First and last time !!!

Went there for waxing, the receptionist looked so not interested in delivering good services. The wax used was so hot that it gave me rashes and burns in my sensitive areas like armpits and elbows. The girl who did my waxing was in such a haste to finish her job, was so rude to talk to and also showed no respect. Would never go again. Worst salon in Dubai!

I always come to this salon, I like it’s service and staff however today 1 of the team and receptionist at the same time just talked to me in a very rude and mean way just bcz she is not in the mood. The service from beauty corner was very poor. The staff dint have any coordination. The products used were good, but if you are looking for pampering time - this is never the place. The attitude of the staffs was really stressful.

Went for hair colouring..Very unprofessional and a bad experience.. Have coloured my hair previously but this time it felt like an amateur did my hair at home..Poor quality product used..Doesn’t have any effect on my hair after keeping it for 45mins..Utterly disappointed after spending 470AED on this.!!! To be honest i dont even want to give one star to this Salon at all. Literally the worse salon ever. i went here to get my hair dyed and she ruined my hair completely. My hair came out light from the top and dark from the bottom and it looked really bad. That Moroccan girl (Fatima) who did my hair she has such a bad attitude, She thinks she’s better than everyone and is really un-professional and rude. She even told me to “Shut Up” after telling her that I wanted her to fix my hair back to its original colour and she refused to do so.Would never go there again and don’t recommend anyone else to buy a service with them and waste their hard earnt money. im so disappointed.

Quality of service deteriorated extremely! After being my go to place for eye-brow threading - which was still an ok experience - I decided to have my eye lashes tinted. The lady who did such a good job on threading suddenly wanted to TAPE a sloppily folded tissue under my lower eye lashes with white medical tape! Imagine..... using medical tape on the very very delicate skin of the under eye!!! I was mortified! I just advised her that NOT to do this and use wet cut into half cotton pads instead.... she didnt have any and just shrugged her shoulders so I just got up, paid for my eye brow threading and left totally scandalized!!! DO NOT go there!Update: 11.6.2021 Received an SMS today that allegedly I have an appointment tomorrow at 2pm for two treatments coming to 750 dirhams! Fat chance. Called them and complained.... unbelievable!!!

Could not use the service today even making an prior appointment. The room was occupied I waited 20 mins and still the staff was asking me to do a facial sitting which I disagree as it is supposed to be relaxing. Things like this happens but my only problem was why the staff could not inform the client beforehand instead big wasting time. Also please get ur card machine fix.

Did the hairstyling for New Year Eve with Fatima, arrogant Moroccan lady hairdresser. She charged me AED 190 for this so-called styling which even didnt last till I reached the party. From the start she didnt act professionally, didnt even asked what exactly I wanted, started to do something different. I wanted her to do the blow drying and then waves, she obviously was not in the mood to do a good job or probably any job. The worst hair service Ive ever received in Dubai for 10 years! Think twice using their service.They use cheap hairstyling stuff like the hair spray for 20dhs from Carrefour and charge you like an expensive luxury salon where the tools and hairstyling stuff are from expensive professional brands. There are plenty cheaper and much better salons in the neighborhood in Ibn Battuta for example. Very dissapointing, no quality, no nice customer service, very unprofessional!

No well trained staff.. i got my manicure done but tge staff cut the skin near my nails.. she dis that repeatedly to 5 of my fingers.. and it started bleading.. and when i askd her to go slow she said thats how it is done.. and the previous time when i visited another staff waxed my upper lip twice which caused bruises and was in pain for almost a week.

I dont usually make a revieww so Im using my hubby acct 😝 but in all fairness what was negative reviews here Im doubting it anyways I had my hair done the result is amazing Im sharing the result and the Manager is very friendly yet professional 👍👍👍 ill be back again to try other services I get to know they are now in groupons.

I’ve been visiting this salon since the day it was open ,many years!im regular client ,and the reason why i’m keep on going back it’s the golden staff that they got Jannette!she is a star!but with reception management should really work properly and explained how to do their job!!Since always reception was giving me wrong slots ,every time that i have appointment i have to wait 10,15 sometimes even 20minutes ,bcs staff is not yet done ,i cant blame staff bcs it’s not her fault who get ppl in,its reception who manage !i can count on my hand how many times i came in really on time!management should really hire professional receptionist ,who can handle such job!One day i called just before they were abt to closed ,someone replied to me ,and said that they will call me back ,and no one called me back!But today it was really the worse situation,i called around 13,00 o’clock today ,to make appointment for 16,45 receptionist said that there is available slot u can come,i came on time ,and i see that the staff with who i supposed to have appointment was busy,and she wouldn’t finish any time soon,i asked receptionist when she will be able to take me?and then she just told me ,don’t worry she will take you!!!really!????so i just should seat and wait ,until she will be done ,waste my time ,bcs receptionist cant do her job properly ????honestly ive been saying i’m gonna write review many times bcs of this situations .but never wrote !But today it was way too much!very unproffesional!I hope management will read this ,and change something!
