Yesterday, I visited Beauty Garden for the first time, and I was absolutely delighted! The receptionist I communicated with on WhatsApp was very polite and attentive. Even though I didn’t book in advance and just mentioned that I’d like to come the same day, she managed to find a convenient time slot for two services – Brazilian waxing and nail care.I want to especially thank the master Mooda (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name) from Africa. She is a true professional! Everything was done with great care, precision, and speed. From now on, I will book only with her.I’m also very happy with the nail service: they removed the old polish and strengthened my nails with hard gel – the result is perfect.The salon has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I was even treated to hot chocolate, which was such a lovely touch. At the end of my visit, they gave me a coupon for 20% off my next appointment, and I’m looking forward to using it to try more of their services.Thank you to the staff and masters for their hard work and attentive approach! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high-quality services and a comfortable experience.

This is my 2nd time trying the 90 minute facial at Beauty garden and I just had to write this review. My beautician Chinara does such a wonderful job , everything from her extraction technique to massage is smooth. I have an oily skin to which my acne occurred sometimes, but immediately after my first facial of 90 minute that I took I saw my sebum being controlled. I tried the green tea facial in case anybody is also struggling with oily skin, it was very helpful.

I had an amazing experience at Beauty Garden Salon. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I felt well taken care of. I was specifically looking for a safe and durable nail polish, and I’m thrilled to say that two weeks later, my nails are still intact and look as good as new! A huge thank you to my nail artist, Usha, for being so gentle and meticulous. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality and long-lasting results. ❤️💅🏼

I recently had a Gelish manicure at beauty garden Cluster Q , JLT , and I must say it was a complete disaster. The entire experience was far from satisfactory, and I left the salon with nails that were in worse condition and crying,First and foremost, the application of the Gelish was appalling. The technician applied the Gelish so thickly that it was full of bubbles, both on the surface of the nails and around the skin. It was messy and unprofessional, to say the least. Additionally, the use of a machine during the manicure was incredibly painful, to the point where I was in tears. The technician used the machine so aggressively that it caused me significant discomfort, and I had to request ice to soothe the pain.After enduring the painful application process, the final result was nothing short of a mess. The lady at the reception even acknowledged the poor quality of the manicure and instructed the technician to remove it immediately to avoid repeating the mistake. However, the removal process was just as bad. Using a machine again, the technician failed to clean the nails properly, leaving them weak and damaged. There was a significant amount of Gelish residue left around the nails, and some Gelish even remained above the nail surface.Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was the application of the Gelish subpar, but the removal process further damaged my nails. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon for a Gelish manicure until they improve their techniques and customer service.

I did hdra-facial with Mody. She was amazing 🤩 I loved each and every step of the process. It was deep and through cleaning. I feel each and every pore was open and cleared. Also the massage is she was doing was absolutely amazing. Will come back definitely 💯

Marise, is friendly and helpful…who is very skilled in her field. Today, I had my first black wax session done by Anita… I was extremely nervous as I have never used this wax before & wasn’t sure how my skin would react but Anita was calm & patient with me & my skin. She is very knowledgeable & does her job to perfection. She also shaped my eyebrows perfectly. A week later I had a skin radiance facial with Anita & she did a fantastic facial… my skin was looking revived & glowy days after. Mary did my classic pedicure & she was phenomenal… & gave me skilled advice. Will definitely be back. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

I had great experience with beautician Ms. Ghazale, who is extremely professional & expert in her work. I had got done hair straightening, the result was fabulous. Also the receptionist Ms. Lilian is very kind & welcoming. I would recommend to try & use services of this salon. Would definitely be visiting Again soon!

This establishment is an excellent choice for nail services and hair botox treatments. I have been a dedicated customer for over three years, and I highly recommend requesting Asma or Mary during your next appointment.

Visited the salon for the first time today . The Skin Radiance 90 minute facial was just amazing! Anita, the therapist did such a great job and this was definitely one of the best facials I have ever had. My skin feels so soft and glowing!

Ignes is amazing! She gives a lot of good tips for your hair and is very knowledgeable. The other ladies at the salon were also very friendly.I got the max pro straightening and a trim

I had a 90 mins facial at Beauty Garden salon today. Thanks to Anita, She was friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. She checked my skin concerns carefully and chose the best treatment for me . Also helped me how to take care of my skin and what products to use. my skin has never been better. It’s so clear, smooth and radiant.This was one of my best facial experience! Can’t wait for my next one.

I had a cysteine treatment with Ignes today. She was very professional and the results was remarkable. My feels soft and smooth after the treatment. Highly recommended

Wanted to do some self care during my Dubai trip and tried out this place - will definitely be returning in future visits!! Even before beginning any treatments Marise gave us the warmest welcome and best customer service! Mary did my pedicure and was so gentle while also so thorough, love my new pedi. Got a wash/blow/cut with Ignes and it was so relaxing and the end result was exactly what I requested. If you’re in Dubai looking for a pamper, this is the place to come!!

My first experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Marise was very welcoming and really helpful during the hole process. Many thanks to Usha who introduced me on my first gelish nails and did it amazingly well. Ill definitely come back!

Unfortunately one of the staff (now ex staff) hasn’t done a very good job on my nails (gelish hands) and when I informed, Lilian on the reception put it right straight away and also offered me a free voucher “foot spa” and a lovely tray of hibiscus tea. Thank you so much Lilian you’re a star and I really appreciate your excellent recovery service.

I went in with a layered haircut and asked the stylist to refresh the ends. Unfortunately, instead of blending or filleting the ends for a softer, more natural look, the hairdresser simply cut the ends straight, which made the style look uneven and harsh. I was really disappointed with the outcome, as it didn’t give me the fresh, layered look I was hoping for.

Disappointing ExperienceI purchased a voucher, but unfortunately, it was valid for only a very short period. As a result, I lost 370 Dirhams. Additionally, no support or assistance was provided to resolve the issue. Due to this experience, I have decided not to visit this salon again.

Definitely a 5 star rating for both Liliane (Receptionist) and Asma (Manicurist).Liliane is professional, cooperative and proposes solutions/guidance when needed. She recommended having a package monthly and it was a great offer to manage spending and make use of the different services at the salon.Asma is a remarkable Manicurist! filing is clean,professional, and she is highly attentive to details.The gel-based manicure always lasts for not less than a month time! Asma is a superstar,highly recommended for Manicure!

You will get the results you want. 100%.I had my hair straightened here with Agnes. honestly, I was extremely nervous and concerned that I might not receive the results I was looking for, but It was the opposite and I am happy that for my first experience with this beauty salon, Agnes completely impressed me with her patience and excellence. I hate it when some hair stylists just rush it to get the job done but Agnes was super patient and polite. I will definitely go back to them again and I do really hope they will maintain the same quality that they are currently offering.

I was their client for a year now, no complaints. Until I decided to cut my hair. Its a disaster! My hair was cut horribly!!! When I reported it, they just apologized and took a day to get back to me.I ended up going to another hairdresser trying to fix the horrible haircut I received. Extremely Extremely disappointed and they definitely lost a client.

The worst service ever! My cuticles are bleeding. It was extremely painful, also the nail technician was pushing the wooden stick under the nails i almost cried of pain. They don’t have any certificate or diploma (I asked the owner, she said my question is not legal lol). They are not able to do the simplest things properly.The receptionist became super rude when I started to complain. I mean… are you serious?? Of course I will never come back.PLEASE, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Extremely bad service , they ruined my hair , I left with hair that is falling apart from my head , and the technician burnt my skin badly by the hair iron , on top bad attitude, below my hair photo after 2 days which doesn’t look like any of the photos on their instagram, I had hard time even brush it after the first wash.They just argue and try to prove that thier poor service, and untrained staff is right, with that in mind I still paid a heafty bill which they refuse to refund.Not to mention the receptionist was blaming me getting angry and hurt because I visited the salon while pregnant saying “ we understand you are not happy with our service as pregnancy make you more nervous” ignoring the fact that she saw herself how bad my neck was burnt and how my hair was falling apart. Totally offensive and unprofessional.Please don’t waste your money or time in this salon.

Worst service ever!!!! Never recommend itFirst i booked for lashes and blow dry with wavy style , the lady who made for me she was not friendly in the beginning she was all the time pushing my head when she was doing for me without even saying sorryI asked her not to forget to make the baby hair in the beginning and she didn’t my hair was looking terrible and not looking wavy at all and then all she was making putting spray!I went to the manager complaining to her as it was my first visit and then she mentioned that she will check with her and will re touch my hair once I finish the lashesI made the lashes it was very nice and the lady was politeThey start to re touch my hair and it was burning!! And the lady she was making for me mentioned that I can’t re touch it because there’s alot of spray i was so upset and then they tried one more time but guess what the receptionist came and said to me“ you have to move because there’s another client “ !!!!At the end i went out with my hair looking triable and not wavy and it was just my hair !They didn’t respect me and that it’s normally for me to be angry seeing my hair is burning and the attitude of the lady was very badAnd then they gave me 20% voucher for the next timeHorrible place ! After so much research finally i found a great Salon 😃 i got my hair cut done from Zara. She did an amazing job👍🏼 I absolutely loved my new look and my husband love it as well.. no doubt hairstylist is very knowledgeable, all staff are very polite and friendly thank you so muchand yess coffee and tea is complementary🙂

It was my first time to experience Beauty Garden ladies salon and I honestly wished that Ive found them sooner. Marise, the wonderful receptionist was very welcoming and professional and Ignes, the amazing hairstylist, worked so hard on my hair to get this absolutely outstanding result. I love my highlights. I got Cysteine treatment and my initial experience was great. The Staff Ignes was amazing, she made sure the entire process went smooth and was not harmful to hair. Lovely salon.

I initially gave 5 stars because I truly enjoyed my facials with Chinara, unfortunately she won’t be there anymore.But now I changed my rating because I went for a hair treatment and I am not happy with the results. I discussed with the stylist what would be better for me the Botox or protein treatment, as I wanted less frizzy hair but not super straight hair because I have very thin hair. After consulting she suggested the protein treatment and assured me it won’t be very flat and I’ll still have some waves in my hair. I have washed my hair several times and my hair is so flat, so straight and looks super greasy and oily I’m so disappointed as I have a family reunion I have been looking forward to and my hair is horribly flat and oily. I’m hating my hair every day. When I informed the receptionist few days later when I visited the salon, her response was horrific. Firstly she was not apologetic at all!! Secondly she suggested me to go swim at the beach, or pool water and to wash my hair with shampoo that has sulfate. Basically all damaging methods. There was no apology whatsoever. I was also charged for a trim which was barely done “for the ends to not look dry” and funnily enough I see split ends in my hair after treatment and after that “trim”. I really regret trusting them and wish I just went and got the Botox treatment done initially where I did it in December.(My original 5 star review:Finally found a salon that does a good facial. Chinara took her time with the facial. Cleaned, massaged and took care of my skin well. After the facial I really felt my face was taken good care of. Will definitely go back for facials with Chinara.)

If you have curly hair, DONT COME HERE! Trust me i am not one to complain but they charge extra for almost everything. No finesse in their work and made my blow dry look like straws and when I mentioned something they blamed it on the hair texture when I have gone to many places that don’t act like this. Also had to keep my eye on what they are doing every second. I came with my sister and she made me wait to do someone else’s hair first even though I had booked an appointment before this person. There were multiple times I wanted to get up and leave.

I went for a gel mani and classic pedi, it was quite alright. The woman doing my pedi was super nice and gave a lovely experience. The manicurist also did an good job however she kept cutting into my skin and instantly blaming my cuticles for being too thin? I understand that it happens from time to time but she kept commenting on how my skin was sensitive almost like she was afraid for me to complain...I told her it’s alright and after the manicure she said ‘she didn’t want to touch my hands anymore‘ 😅 She took her time with me and did a good job but I wished she would have also said something positive and thought a bit before she made comments like the above. My fingers are beautiful too 😂😂Overall, I recommend this place, the ambience is great to just relax.

Holy nasty job, I double confirmed with the “super professional designer” and she promised to me everything would be fine ! I guess maybe “fine” is not my fine ! The haircut is so dumb even Musk’s bots can make it better ! Holy toxic experience !

Worst experience of my life in whole DubaiThey insulted me yelled at me didn’t accept to provide me service because I look like a sales person and kicked me out of the office by pushing me accompagnes by the manager that didn’t want to show up at first time when I required to talk to her for the only reason that I wanted to see the saloon before getting service done

My first time here and it was perfect!! I was very nervous about cutting my hair, but the receptionist was very sweet and reassured me that the hairdressers are very experienced and professional, and she wasnt wrong! My hair is cut exactly how I want it and the price is very reasonable and affordable. My hairdresser was Mouriza (I hope Im typing it right), shes so talented, sweet, and smooth with her hands! The salon vibes are very cozy and relaxing as well. Best haircut experience Ive ever had. Totally recommend getting your hair cut here! ♡

Such an unprofessional place. I booked for hydrafacial and even though we had phone calls, they only informed me that their machine is not working just a minute ago to start and trying to sell some other services. Don’t loose your time and money.

The only place I go for for Kismet powder dip. Recommend trying it as it doesnt damage your nails like gel does, my nails grow and kismet lasts up to 4 weeks! Love it 💕

I had a fantastic hydro facial treatment today with cosmetologist Chinara. She was incredibly professional and executed the treatment with precision. My skin feels rejuvenated, and I highly recommend her expertise.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!Why?! Check photo.Master couldnt normally apply the color, everything was on cuticles.After all horrible and painful experience you will be charged as basic manicure.There are cuts around, all nails and fingers still hurt, burn.

Went first time for blow dry and was lucky to have amazing hairdresser Zara. She did a very perfect straight blow dry and my crazy unmanageable hair was so silky and smooth. She took her time, wasnt rushing and really did perfect blow dry. Lady at the reception is also very welcoming and lovely.

I love this place. I recently got my lashes done and also had a chance to take their signature hand and foot spa. Sandeep did my lashes and they look very natural and beautifully laid. She was extremely polite and made sure I am comfortable throughout the service .A special mention to Yasmin and Kristin for the lovely hand and foot spa. My nails have never looked prettier!!

One if the best beauty place in the JLT. More than a year doing the gelush manicure there and its perfect👌 Leila is my master and she is really fast and my manicure lives long and it looks amazing till the end. Thank you Beauty Garden for such service❤️

Bad skin allergy from facial and bad service .it was my second visit . Booked facial for one hour . The therapist couldn’t speak English . Out of 60min facial I was only trying to explain and get my concerns translated which took almost 15min of the facial . She wasn’t experienced and i have very sensitive skin. She was using products which were harmful for my skin . The facial was over in 40min. I spoke to the receptionist and she didn’t do anything . Gave me the managers contact details to complain and took my payment. Absolutely horrible . I will be complaining to consumer court too

Got very nice haircut with ignes , she is very professional and patient. I had cery dameged hair due to coloring alot now i have much more healtier and still long hair. Very satisfiedI had my infant with me who is crying and fussy the stuff and receptionist all helped to keep her amused meanwhile i was getting haircut . HORRIBLE experience! I absolutely do not recommend. I asked the hairdresser for long layers on my extra long hair and said please cut bare minimum and they ended up cutting to the point my hair became medium length. More than 6 inches and I said maximum cut 2 inches of each layer...then the hairdresser walked away from me, did not apologize. The receptionist also was rude, filled with attitude. They violate basic consumer rights. and when I say I will call consumer rights on you the receptionist replied with ok call them can you believe it? I asked to get on the phone with the owner/ manager and I was refused repeatedly . I asked for the hairdresser name I was refused. The other lady in the salon was giving me nasty looks..hostile environment. I could say about 20 more RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL conducts the staff carried out. They took my hair out from the trash to prove they only cut maximum of 12 cm...how does extra long hair become medium by a 12cm cut? You need to have had cut way more...Then they blamed me for not saying anything to the hairdresser during the cut. Like excuse me does your hair dresser not know how to follow instructions or basic math of what bare minimum means? Does she need clients to baby her and guide her each step of the way?? And now they are resolving this issue by lying and twisting all the facts and scenario. From one customer to another do not go here. Highly unprofessional and distasteful inappropriate staff behaviour. This salon is a disgrace to Dubais hospitality. Even if you look at the other reviews look how horribly they have rectified customer complaints and treated customers. I dont know how they have not gotten black points. I am sure they will reply to this review with some BS.

I have been to Beauty Garden a few times now and my experience has been wonderful each time so far. The lovely receptionist is a sweet and polite lady who checks-in and takes good care every time I visit. I visit this salon mostly for eyebrow architecture and hair treatments.I recently got Pure Cysteine treatment done and Ignes did a wonderful job - she mentioned concerns with my hair type, recommended the best ways to apply the treatment, took great care, was super meticulous with my haircut after and I absolutely love my hair after the treatment!!Pros of BTGarden compared to others I have visited:- Treat every Client with respect and politeness, I can go as myself with no hesitation or fear of not fitting in (Yes, Ive had bad experiences in other salons if Im Indian or looking too casual)- Special discounts and offers for members- Most up-to-date hair treatments and other services that some other salons in JLT dont even know about.Yes, the price point could be high, but so far, Ive felt that with the discounts/offers they have, the service is absolutely worth it.

I planned to use the entertainer with my mom for hair cut and made a booking in advanced. The salon tried to get me 4:15 PM appointment and 5:15 PM for my mom. We arrived on time but we had to wait because there was only one hair dresser Stephanie who do all hair jobs. My turn started 4:40 PM with exhausting hair dresser, no time to sit or have a sip of water. 5:25 my hairdressing is still on going but a Manager who did the booking informed me there is a customer who will do hair color so Stephanie will need to attend that customer and my mom can continue one hour afterward (hair wash was done while waiting but not dry). There was an argument which the manager only said that we made it clear before taking appointment...but it’s only on her side not mine and logically nobody gonna accepts the understanding in such way she tried to convince. Agreed to pay for the entertainer price (but salon did not take the entertainer code) and have my mom hair dressing 2 days later.but when it comes to appointment confirmation, the manager said wash and blow dry were availed, only hair cut that she can do. When I questioned about how could you make sure hairdressing is good without wash -trim -dry and manager said the salon is not charity to give a repeated service with no charge. And she refused to return money for undone service because the promo of the entertainer which she didn’t take at first. This was a fine line that makes me write the long review but honest to a new comer and I can forget money I lost because the needy needs it more than I do. For the existing customer, I trust you will have a continually good service. Good luck for all who wants to try this salon.No apologies accepted

The service is not bad. The prices are decent and the place looks good. The stylist was really stressed because she was booked with three people at the same time, she was doing a haircut, color and styling for the three of us. She was trying to do her best but end up rushing everything because there was another lady coming after me. The only one that had decent time was the one washing my hair who gave the best head massage ever :) So wrapping things up, admin person, please book proper time for each client, it seems you have great staff but no one can do things properly without enough time.

I had an offer to visit salon and try the services. The most suitable option was the haircut and the booking was done smoove and easy. Next day I explained the master how I wanted: simple and easy straight cut, but specified regarding being accurate and showing the prompt technique. Being patient and seeing that the lady by eye started to cut my hair, straighten it and ready to blow dry I asked several times how she knew that both parts (right and left) were equally. Even looking from font I could see. Huge difference in a haircut. I could not find arguments from her and admin lady professionally as previously I had experience with a prompt understanding of the process. I could not hold the tears, kindly asked to let me go. Unfortunately I did not find it professional and prefer to choose other place to redo my condition with the hair.

Good morning. I came in yesterday for the diamond facial and I just wanted to let you know my feedback. I was feeling quite down about my skin as I normally have clear skin but recently have had crazy breakouts. The facial was amazing!!!! The clinician was very professional and knew exactly what my skin needed, she was able to recommend what I should have done and carried out the treatment so well. I have been to other places where my face is painful for a whole day after having extractions which have been so rough and left me with more marks than before!! Its only the day after my treatment and my skin feels amazing! Can wait to see the final results 🥰

Wat a fabulous experience it was! I saw the post on Instagram for Beauty Garden and did a bit of research to find their facial was quite good! So took a chance and went ahead with it! It was a bday gift for mom and for myself..and i must say we both were very happy with it! I absolutely loved everything about the salon, the place, staff and most importantly the service!! Our therapist moudy (hope im spelling it right) was an absolute delight! She was super friendly and had magical hands!!she recommended our facial after a skin analysis and it was a the perfect one! She clearly explained the process and what followed was absolute bliss! We came out glowing and so refreshed! I also just loved thier pedicure and foot spa which my tired feet really needed! I even booked a foot massage for mom which was super relaxing!I highly recommend this place if you feel like spending a bit on an absolutely relaxing and refreshing facial!!

I was very doubtful when I came here,but am really happy with the service . The facial I took was diamond peel which was worth 300dhs quite expensive and the acne removal and all the white head and black head removal was painful 30 mins procedure later there was no massage or relaxation . A quick 15mins of applying 2 to 3 products on my face. I was not at all happy after the treatment but one day later I am really happy because my face has never felt so soft in a very long time. So kudos Maudi you did a good job,thankyou. And the products are also excellent thanks to the owner.Now the antihairloss treatment I took was also good. my hair felt moisturized and my scalp was really cleaned., but again the price is too high. But I got a offer price so was really happy.Next I did Mani and pedi. That was the best service so far. Sandeep Kaur 5stars and Yasmine mani 5 starts. Thankyou so much dear.So overall its a little overpriced But the result is good. You can trust the products for the above services. All products are Russian made I guess.

Happy customer here! A few of my friends are regular customers here and I’ve heard a lot about salon. Was a bit suspicious of their prices as it’s on the lower side, but was very happy with the results. I did a haircut and manicure and definitely will be returning again.

I visited this salon for the first time today and I absolutely recommend it , I did hot oil treatment and hair cut with Ignes which was extremely relaxant, the head massage was amazing and she is very gentle with your hair. Very good experience overall!

Today was my first visit to beauty garden. I opted for the skin radiance facial. My skin therapist was Moudy. I have say she was so amazing n she made wonders my skin is so clear n glowing. She is well versed n she was well aware of wat she was doing. She kept me informed in every step during the therapy. How can I forget the other staff . They accommodated with my appointment with my convenient time n kept following up until I reached the salon. Wonderful service. I recommend beauty garden.

This place is overrated.I used to like it my first times here… when the service was super 👌🏻👌🏻 But the last ones not at all, but I consider that everyone has a bad day.. so I give the chance once more…I went there with the expectations low because I knew what I would find.The hairdressers are not that much friendly… I felt uncomfortable, no need a red carpet but I felt like she were angry at me. I explained in advanced by instagram that I would like a English speaker to avoid stress, misunderstandings, no repeating 100 times what I want.I wanted layered, trimmed 2 cm and long fringe that’s it! as my hair was quite long and needs shapeShe showed me different hair styles in google photos……… just to don’t explain more and confuse more the situation for something so simple as cut the trim and layered I chose the picture where the hair was wavy 🤷🏻‍♀️When she dried my hair she didn’t use any heat product and is Beauty Garden no? Is the least that they could do???My hair is straight and she didn’t use even a spray to make the waves last….the waves went down 2 min after and has a very weird shape that I have to straight it my own after paying 200 AED today… and the layers are ok….Is very sad… I came here for a lot of services as haircut, manicure, ped…As said …. Overrated 👎🏻I will not come back.

BURNED AND NO REFUNDBeauty Garden JLT is a sorry excuse for a beauty salon. The “professional” hairdresser managed to burn my head with a straightener FOUR TIMES. She also used a hairdryer so hot, steam was coming out of it and they had to open a window so as not to alert the fire alarm. I came home with a red scalp, and had to go to the clinic to treat the burns. When I notified Beauty Garden about this incident, they refused to take any accountability, give me a refund, or even apologize. They gaslit me into believing that it was either my fault, or that I made this up, and exclaimed they were sorry ‘if I felt’ like I got burned, as if this was just a feeling and not a very physical and painful injury I needed medical assistance with.This is truly an abysmal parlor, if you can even call it that, with terrible services and rude employees for incredibly high prices. Unless you are looking to be robbed of all your money and end up with a great big red burn on your head, do not bother stepping foot in this pig sty.

My second visit was completely different experience and big disappointment.I asked for the same hairdresser who trim my hair two months ago, unfortunately she is already on maternity leave.I took a chance and let other lady to do so.From the moment I started to explaining her what I want, she was confused and didn’t understand me correctly.When I asked her to call receptionist who speak English, she got upset why I wanna call for assistance that she understands me.I explained her pls don’t wash my hair only use straightener and machine to make it shorter.Exactly what I was having. Simple, nothing difficult.Anyway she did her way of using siccers and then machine and then correcting it etc.They also asked me to pay different price for the same service I got two months ago.Either make sure you are charging right amount or make sure your hairdresser can communicate proper way.Or mention that you are accepting just Russian speaking clients.BUT I appreciate that they fixed my cut next day without any charges.The lady on reception saved all situation in nice manner.

The worst salon I have ever been to. They advertised a facial, made me book in, for me to turn up and them tell me I can not have the facial they booked. They explained they advertise a fake facial to bring in customers. I explained this is fake marketing and advertisement and illegal. They are out of order and do not deserve custom.

I went to this spa for a facial treatment with Joy yesterday, she was really professional and friendly. She gave me a 60 min bespoke facial customized by my skin needs, along with some reflexology when she was waiting for the mask.Will definitely come back soon for different services, the reception was also super helpful and lovely !! I highly recommend this place

Left salon crying 20 min agoWent for eyebrows threading & tinting, fringe cutEyebrows: thanks to the lady, I don’t have any eyebrows in my face anymore. She did FULL threading and cut was is left. Now instead of eyebrows I have 2 straight lines and look like a clown. For the next 2 months I’ll have to grow my eyebrows from 0 and draw them everyday. Lady 100% not professional and don’t know how to make any brown shape etc, so she couldn’t fix anythingReceptionist agreed with me and then she said “ Oh I actually see that your 2 eyebrows are completely different from each other. Will you pay by card?” And then she give me a foot spa if I’ll come for pedicure! Haha, do you think that after your removed my eyebrows I’ll come again?Fringe cut is good, professional, friendly

I made a mistake by giving this salon a second chance after my painful mani pedi experience 4 months ago. I went for root touch up, very simple, and i specifically asked that the roots match my hair color. Now my roots are visibly darker and my hair looks awkward. Even the blow dry afterwards was very effective because my hair curled in the next hour (mind you the weather wasn’t humid because it’s winter) I even washed my hair thinking the color would look better but no.. same awkward difference. I used to be a customer, but every time I go there is a new hair technician and the one you get used to is gone. Says a lot about this place. I’m never going again. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix the mess in my hair - such a waste of money.

Worst experience , sorry guys ! But I am so upset I came for a simple blowdry and from the beginning the girl didn’t know how to wash hair , the. She burn my hair , and I went out of the salon like I’m out of bed do not even look like I did a blowdry ! I had an event so I had to go to another salon in the next cluster and to do my hair again and then we found out she burnt my hair ! Apparently this salon in jlt is taking all your non happy customers .I understand why you keep sending offers on Groupon and text message . Start by the beginning maybe with a smile to welcome people , and to hire real hairdressers .I won’t come back again and don’t recomend peiple to go there really I am very disappointing for the damage you caused me !

I am so happy that I found Beauty Garden at the F&F event at Sofitel Downtown. I love all their staff and the owner. They are all so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable.I had my hair colored at the salon and I am super happy with Lizann.. she is the best hair colorist I have been to so far in Dubai. I love how she explained everything to me about what color would look good on me and did the coloring with minimal damages to my hair . She and the owner also clearly mentioned about the shampoo that I need to use so that the color lasts longer ..I will be going back to them to avail more services!!!!Thank you !!!!!

I did gelish removal and it was horrible. the girl who removed my gelish she removed them with a file incorrectly which caused my nails to be so weak and she removed a layer from my own nail. when i tried to complain about it because my nails hurt so much the receptionist dismissed me and told me it’s normal which is absolutely not normal and she offered me hair services which i absolutely declined! as if i’ll pay them a dirham. i always remove gelish nail polish and they were never like this. i absolutely do not recommend this salon at all. you can find better with professionals. this salon is anything but professional.

Stephanie, the Hairdresser gave me a good haircut and guided me well on my hair color and highlights. But being the sole hairdresser was a bit difficult for her as there was another person there who came later and she had to juggle between us. But overall, it was a decent experience.The facial from Joy was great and my skin has been glowing since.Recommend for sure. But they do need more Staff in the hair dept.

I did my nails with Yasmine and the result was sooooo beautiful! I showed her the dress I was wearing for an important event I had and I let her go crazy. Didnt even show her a reference. And I absolutely loved the result. Ask for Jazz la tunisienne, shes honestly so talented!

The best place in Jlt to go to get your hair, nails and facial done. I’ve been here several times and their level of service and class never ceases to amaze me. My acrylic extensions lasted 4 weeks and I only needed to get refills as my nails grew out. I have also had my highlights done and the colour doesn’t fade and not much maintenance was required. I don’t think you will wanna go elsewhere once you have been here.

The 4 stars goes to the attentive polite reception team as well as the nail technicians. Unfortunately the hair lady was not upto my expectation at all, as i requested blonde ash and showed her my hair in person, and she promised she will try her best but it may be a little darker. When she colored it it turned into very dark brown almost black. Disappointing.

I had a Diamond Peel 90 min facial. I really enjoyed, even extractions part wasn’t painful. Sure, a bit redness is normal, but after 2 days my skin looks perfect. Thank you so much.

Nice looking on the outside and staff were helpful on making the appointment. However, as soon as you enter there’s no rush to get your treatment started. I was told to sit a table, with not the cleanest cloth on it. After about 5 mins, I had to ask to see nail colours. After another wait a young lady - didn’t tell me her name - started my manicure. She nicked my little finger and blamed it on my dry skin! No feeling for the pain or the blood. Fifteen mins into my mani, the lady doing my pedicure came over. She had no compassion either - she told me to put my foot in the water- it was boiling hot! She laughed and there was a soulless apology. I had to try twice more before she adjusted the temperature correctly. Very unprofessional. I won’t go back. There was no soul or ambience to the salon. No one seemed to be enjoying their job, it wasn’t welcoming and quite frankly just not good enough.

Went for hair coloring, toning and styling of my naturally blond hair. The hairstylist Stephenie is very professional and is definitely an amazing expert for blond hair. I loved the hair color that Stephenie created for me and definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to achieve a natural blond look.The salon manager was very professional and helpful too. I don’t recommend this salon at all! I asked for a simple hair cut to remove hair splits and they completely destroyed my hair and it looks such a cheap haircut and this lady looked like she didn’t know what she was doing.I did my nails accrilic extensions there which was quite expensive and made my real nail break in the middle which was so painful which never happened in other saloons I went.They told me to get refil because it would be supposedly a bit cheaper then later after the service they came and charged me for full service which I didn’t do for all the nails.Horrible experience!!!!!!! So disappointing!!!

I asked the lady at the entrance if I could get the gel removed with acetone instead of a drill and it seemed like an offense. They need to improve in customer service and flexibility !Everyone knows acetone is doable, I had it many times, the problem is that using a drill is faster and they don’t care about damaging your nails .I was NEVER asked to sign any form, your answer below lying openly shows even more your lack of professionalism.

Very bad experience with pedicure when i got infection because technician cut the part of the skin on my toe.Very very strange politics, I had booked haircut with Kamila there 7 months ago, and was very satisfied, when asked to book again , owner told me that Kamila is outsorced and Beaty Garden clients cannot book with her- with no emphaty or customer communication.I explained that my hair is dificult and that it was very dificult for me to find good hairdresser -no avail.I even saw Kamila in front of the Saloon( as I live in the same building) and ask if i can book, hovewer ovner didnt want to honor due to their internal politics.They recomended Natalia for Haircut and I took recomendation, booked apointment -showed picture, asked to save the lenght and not to cut bangs…hovewer I finished with short hair and bangs…I paid 200 aed for hair cut and styling, they asked if I will do blow dry before straightening-they will charge additionally…why i will do blow dry if I will have straithening….Very very hostile enviorment, scarcity…employees are clueless and controled

I had an excellent experience getting my hair colour done from Ines. Very professional team and lovely ambience.

I used to be a regular customer of this salon for 2 years, unfortunately not anymore. The nail service is better than in most salons in JLT however what disappointed me the most is the hair service. I had a consultation with the hairdresser and as per my demand I need a treatment that would make my hair less frizzy and straight, so I went for the formaldehyde free hair botox (Previously I used to do keratin and hair botox in other salons and at a more affordable price with better service). Firstly, it completely ruined my hair color which I had done recently as it made my hair lighter and brassy. Secondly, after the first wash I noticed my hair became curly and frizzy again as if I havent done any treatment at all. Thirdly, the hairdresser was pulling so hard on my hair while straightening it was so painful and unbearable as she was ripping my hair off my head, and I had to sit and tolerate this and even after telling her its painful she just ignored me until I told her again that she is pulling too hard. After this torturous procedure my hair is in complete horrible condition, my scalp has become oilier and flakier, and my hair is falling out much more than before. Ive spent money on hair color and 1000 on hair botox in one which completely went to waste in one month (for this amount I could go to any other salon in Dubai to get a much better service and have long lasting results). After explaining to the manager and hairdresser at the salon that this is not normal and this is not how hair botox is supposed to work from my previous experience, my claims were rejected saying that it worked well and the maximum I was offered is some straightening spray or 400 cash back...and this is how salons lose their full-time loyal customers, I rather go elsewhere.

This was my second time visiting the salon and I was as very disappointed. The first time I went I absolutely loved my haircut , and I met my hair grow out again and was excited to get a new haircut but it’s a disaster.I asked for layers and explained exactly how I wanted it to be , but the way she cut my hair was horrible.I regret visit this salon again, I asked to only cut the ends, my hair reached my waist and now it’s reaching my chest.Very disappointed!!Another thing that was very bad, the other ladies in the salon kept coming to the lady that was cutting my hair and asking if she would join them for coffee while she was still busy with me, and when she told them that she has to finish my hair and that she is so tired, the other ladies would say ‘ugh’ and rolled their eyes. Which makes me very uncomfortable as a client while having my hair cut.!Very bad.

Will be my 2nd and last visit. I live in the same bldg so I really wanted to be their regular customer. But sadly, they cant do proper cleaning for a pedicure and cant even remove dry skin. They only rely on the machine they’re using. I really have deep, bad dry skin on my nails so i used to go to salons so that technicians will remove it for me. They don’t do it here. I’d rather clean it myself or look for another salon here around jlt that even dont look like as fab as them, but can render the service properly. I just finished now and my nails look good on the outside. But inside i can still feel and see all the dry skin on my nails & it irritates me. Will look for another salon to repeat it. Really waste of time and money.

I asked for a white color like pic #1.. I left with yellow hair pic#2. They were also overbooked and it was very stressful being inside, another lady wanted to dry her own hair as they were rushing us out. My roots were done wrong 2 times as well pic #3 and I was asked to wait 30 minutes with wet hair as they were overbooked… I also paid the full price as it was to stressful to even complain as I was waiting behind another lady complaining. Very bad energy I just wanted to leave

Finding a hairdresser that can do great blonde highlights at an affordable price is not very easy to find. Today, I tried Natalia at Beauty Garden in JLT. It is honestly the best blonde colour I have had (and I am very fussy about my colour) The whole experience was wondering. Natalia Is so knowledgeable, the salon is beautiful and well managed and the price.. I have never in my 16 years of living in the UAE paid such a reasonable price for a full set of high lights. Thank you Beauty Garden, I have found my gem and will definitely be back again.

I went for a couple of service but I specifically went for Hair Keratin treatment I went to this salon bcoz they were offering Keratin (without formaldehyde ) which I was pretty much interested in it..but after the treatment after 2 washes the hair near my hairline has absolutely changed also it became worse than even before. I paid 800 dis for the services wen I contacted the salon they said they cannot do anything about it! Had a Horrible experience I am specifically writing this review it might help someone who is ging in for the same service!!

Ghazale was wonderful and sweet. She did an awesome job for my haircut.

The receptionist is very welcoming, and Yasmeen (the nail technician) is the best!! She did a new set of extension gel for me and it was very beautiful and neat.

I loved my foot spa! Kamla did a great job and help me to relax and to enjoy the experience at its maximum. Lixma was very efficient by no leaving room for suffering at my eyebrow and upper lip threading and my hands have that princess look thanks to Leila. Very happy here, so elegant and clean. I am deffo coming back! 👏🏼

Pathetic and rude service by the front desk. They never apologize for there bad work. My daughter went for hair cut and came back home crying. She asked them to cut 3cm max and they end up cutting 6-7 inches. I request not to go there for any service. This salon should be shut.

After a change in management (at reception) the services are no longer interpreted the same. I got a straight line trim in the past where they would simply trim all my hair (including layers) now unless your hair is the exact same length across (which is basically nobody) you have to pay for a full haircut regardless of how simple / complicated your cut is. This is purely a money seeking tactic, no focus on customer needs / experience. Super disappointed

Very discriminatory pricing. Lilian the receptionist is terrible with taking booking, i was double booked with another client and she wouldnt answer me and was massively rude.She really makes hard to come back to this salon

Worst hair dye experience i ever had , the color wasnt right and it wasnt symetrical have blotches of diffrent shades all over my hair!! And the salon didnt even apologize or show any emotion to my ruined hair! When i asked for the lady in charge all she did is some n say your service is free n didnt even apologise for making my hair look like a multicolored parrot ! Very unprofessional and cold staff

Super unprofessional and very rude Russian owner with very cheap attitude and more than disrespectful, shouting and raising the voice after calling 100 times for being 15 minutes late and threatening to cancel the procedure. I did inform I’ll be running late due to a blocked road and I was driving and answering all her messages which was very inconvenientI did reach in time for the waiting time permitted and she told me on the second how long I was late very military style and treating me like a little girl In school being punishedNot to mention the attitude that she doesn’t have time to waist talking to me and “we are done talking” telling me how she rescheduled 1 person to accommodate me and their technicians are very well paid, telling me all her internal drama I am not interested inPlus speaking over me arguing and not letting me finish my sentence no respect or common senseAlso 0 customer service and this is against the rights of their customers not to mention how dirty it isI only offered a feedback which she should listen to and definitely is a very cheap salon and the only reason I was going there was because is close to meNo client should be treated this way for being 15 min late and terrorized with calls 100 times and messagesYou go to a salon to relax for a beauty day not for the owner to terrorize youHer reply “don’t come here again”I suppose they will receive a check up very soon since someone would complain for the customer rightsForget the apology she was to full of herself to say i am sorry or be polite

Horrible experience with the receptionist, I haven’t been to any salon who has so arrogant and rude reception ist. And I have been a regular to this salon for almost 2 years. The other staff is really nice , but the receptionist is very rude arrogant, have no empathy for clients and thinks we all are in dire need of her beauty salon or we will not survive. I am stopping going to this salon totally and this is not my 1st time , it had happened to me thrice. I do not go to a salon to get treated harshly… Thanks but no Thanks…Ladies DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON, YOU WILL BE TREATED HARSHLY

We loved the haircut here a year ago. The hairdresser we liked is on maternity leave and the other hairdresser gave my kid a really bad haircut. UPDATE: they called us back for a haircut correction and Nathalia fixed it all.

My wife went to get her nails done here she made an appointment over the phone and got a price quote with the owner. When she arrive for her appointment the owner started saying oh this is going to cost more for this and that blah blah blah . My wife is a licensed estetition in Italy and knows when someone is making up lies to try to swindel money out of people. The owner was rude and argumentative so my wife decided to be more of a lady and just walked out so not to argue with an IDIOT and a lier...Consumers beware !!!

I had an algae full face mask and it was amazing - as the mask was covering eyes and month, the therapist talked to me before applying the mask and reassured me that she would be next to me in case if I feel a bit claustrophobic. On the contrary, I drifted to sleep while she was cleaning and preparing my skin.

I love love love. My technican was Russian lady Kristin. She did amazing work. My pedicure so accurate and neat
