I had my hair cut and dyed by the owner and the amazing team of salon girls, and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, making me feel completely at ease. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I left with a style that suited my personality perfectly. I absolutely love my hair! Everyone was so friendly, and the prices are affordable for such excellent service. Highly recommend this salon.

This is the best salon in town - I have gotten absolutely every service done here and it’s always amazing. I only get my hair done with the very experienced owner and I loved the results. I don’t go anywhere else because this is the most hygienic and detailed service I have gotten at a very reasonable price. They have the best packages and u can get a lot done and be pampered. Give it a shot you won’t regret it. Below is my hair cut, highlighted and blow dried - loved it !!!!

I have been a customer for almost 8 years and enjoy their services and lively staff especially at the Karama branch. Noor in Karama is especially good with hair and waxing. Dahlia in Bur Dubai is excellent with manicure and pedicure. The owner Amitha Sequeira gives the best advice and recommendations based on her experience in this field for over 25 years. Highly recommended.

I had a very bad experience today. Worse customer services and staff have no manners. Today I did eyebrow threading and she made it very thin and shapeless. If she doesnt know they need to ask. After finishing one side she realised both eyebrows are different shapes. When I asked about the beauty package she replied very rudely as if only one beauty salon in the whole UAE.

Really poor customer service. Waited for 40 mins post my appointment time. Me and my friend were later told that we cannot pay for services separately ... we were forced to take a package each. When we explained what services we needed which didn’t match the package the owner actually yelled at us! If I could give this place less than a star I would !

I have been using BKS services for last 9 year and not even single time i am disappointed with the services , true value for money !.Noor Julie Dalia all are very dedicated and hardworking and make it worth visiting everytime. Their packages are best !
