The girls are very good. They provide good service and are very friendly. I am doing my gelish manicure with them. Malyn is very good. She is fast and the nails look very natural not thick. The owner should invest more in colours. Very limited.

Very bad service and irresponsible staff. Unbelievable behavior and im shocked this salon is still running and has customers. Please consider another salon especially if you’re looking for hair/wax services.

Hair dresser no doubt is good but I was very disappointed today with their receptionistI had to attend a wedding yesterday & today & booked myself with them for both the days at 3:15I was about to reach the saloon and receptionist calls and says ( Mam - your hair dresser is sick today and cannot take you )What ? You call me when I am reaching the saloon 😡& what am I supposed to do now -Run to diff saloon at last moment & all saloons nearby were fully bookedPls inform client few hrs before so they can take an appt in a diff saloon & this was a big shock to me (The receptionist is supposed to call in the morning & inform me as their hair dresser had not come to the saloon !I do use diff saloons but the receptionist always updates me about my services & appt & I do get message 24 hrs prior to reconfirm my apptI would appreciate if your receptionist handles appts & kindly be in touch with your clientsThanks 🙏🏼🙏🏼I totally agree you have other hair dresser but I had booked make up too & your receptionist who called me 2 min before my appt said your other hair dresser does not know make up &I have to go some where else for that - hair at one saloon & make up at other & I also have a waiting time as your other hair dresser had appt & was busyI only request you to update your clients before hand & we cannot wait after taking an appt as wedding function starts on timeThanks

I went to this salon because it was close to my office. Did a face wax (Shamma wax). She literally damaged my skin. My face is scarred. I should actually complain to the authorities..I will not go and not recommend my friends or colleagues to go.
