My experience with them was nothing short of brilliant ♥️ Went in for a gel x manicure that was Halloween themed and the team executed my idea perfectly! Incredibly talented and cooperative! The staff was extremely professional too ♥️Definitely would recommend this gem!

I initially visited for my daughters appointments, and we were all delighted with the results. Today, we returned for nail extensions, and I cant praise the team enough! They are exceptionally professional, incredibly kind, and wonderfully welcoming. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and their pricing is more than fair. We truly appreciate their outstanding service and cannot recommend them highly enough

I’m so pleased with the services at Beauty Lair! I went in for a blow dry (with soft curls) and got gel mani with nail art.I went in with complex nail art ideas and they executed it so well! The nail technicians are well trained and they know how to do various types of nail art. I love the attention to detail. I had a broken pointer finger nail and they fixed that as well.On top of that, their salon is so clean & hygienic unlike most salons I’ve visited. They made sure to wear gloves while doing my nails. I wanted to pamper myself so I asked for a hot oil hair massage and they got rid of my split ends!! I would recommend this salon to everyone as it’s affordable & great quality

New found gem!! This place is located at Al Wasl behind Boxpark and I love it here! Pampering myself after long vacation and Beauty Lair Salon is the best place to go. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. I got Gelish mani, classic pedi and hot oil treatment. My hair became so smooth after the treatment plus they gonna massage you that makes you even more relaxed. Their service was beyond my expectations, they were so good! You can even see how much I love getting my nails done 💅 I’d really recommend this salon to everyone!! 🧡

Went for my refilling . And i must say the nail technician is very professional and polite . I just love their services ! Also i have done their famous Alovera treatment !!! One should must try this treatment if you are facing dull rough hair !! Trust you will get the results from the first service ! My hair feels so soft and manageable after even 2 washes !!

To much waiting. And would have hoped it would have been a better experience nothing much and my nail just popped off in 2 days. I was using a remote nothing else. The pinky finger nails r different sizes and the overall service was so bad

My mom and I visited this salon on the 23rd for nail extensions. Sadly, within a day, two of my moms nails popped off without any significant activity. We returned to have them removed before our event in India. However, we were surprised to be charged an extra 60 dhs for a basic leg polish, especially since the initial nail extensions didnt even last 24 hours.Additionally, my own nails started lifting, and due to time constraints, I wouldn’t be able to return . Its frustrating that we paid over 500 dhs for extensions that couldnt even last a day, and the removal should have been free.Given the risk of more nails failing, it doesnt make sense to return just to fix a couple of them. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially considering the importance of the upcoming event.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THE SHOP IS HALF FUNCTIONING AND OWNER IS A THIEF.I went there for a package deal including eyebrow threading and top lip threading, hands with acrylic, pedicure, arms and legs wax + Brazilian wax; only to get there and see they had SUBPAR tools. No hot wax, a limited range of gel colour; no working hot water. no nothing. I decided only to do my hands and literally get a pedicure on my feet (no colour). The entire package with the original 7 things was meant to be 500aed and I literally only did one and a half things and was asked for 376aed!! I didn’t even finish my feet! I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact that the owner wasn’t there and I didn’t want to do that to the staff member because she didn’t deserve it. The owner ran out knowing that she was ridiculous for that price. Absolute horror. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

This place is going to be my regular for nails! I got nail extensions done for a special day with gel nail paint and a pop of chrome nail. I am not a fan of long nails, so I requested them to keep it short but make it look trendy. They suggested a square shape, which was perfect for me. The quality of their work combined with the neatness and hygienic ambience has made me their regular client.

Terrible experience. Lady at the reception was extremely rude - she made a mistake while making the booking and blamed me for showing up on time to the appointment that she booked incorrectly on their side. I asked to get in touch with the management and she refused to put me in touch.Did a gel mani here - poor quality and clumpy result and doesn’t look anything like the reference picture that I had shared.Update: Shared my complaints with their social media team via WhatsApp. They assured me that the experience with the booking won’t happen again (no apology for the rude lady’s behaviour though). I asked about the quality of the manicure, and they ghosted me. No response at all.Update 2: Followed up again on WhatsApp asking for management’s contact number. No response. Have filed a complaint with DED.

I had gotten mail extension for the first time and i had the best experience here. they did my nails so amazing and it was exactly what i had asked for as well. overall loved the experience and my nails so much. i can’t stop looking at them. the people are also so sweet.

Very bad I cut my hair there and it was very slow and with my result I was also dissatisfied. In addition, it took her so long to blow-dry and pulled my hair out. Not recommended although the service is friendly

The service is amazing the staff is very professional! Since the moment I entered the salon the service has been amazing. They were very accommodating with their time, with the booking. I came with extremely bad nails that were broken and they fixed it in the most professional way.They were very accommodating with even while doing the service while I was having my food to do my nails. And in terms of consultation, they gave really good advice for my nails and my skin.The best service and experience i have ever received at a salon. Will be coming back here from Saudi, it felt like home doing my nails and hair here.I am someone who has ADHD and cannot sit still but they worked around that haha.Will be coming back every time here when i am in Dubai.Xoxo

The staff and their work were so lovely and professional. Took my sister for a blowout and hair styling for a special occasion, Rose did her hair, and the hairstyle was beyond our expectations and beautiful, and stayed put the entire night. Cannot recommend Rose and the salon enough and will definitely be returning.

Very small salon i did blowdry but it wasn’t professionally done, my hair still was frizzy but they did prep the hair before styling with wow products, i think it was from the stylist that did my hair plus she was slow

Really bad eyebrow threading do not go.Did not thread properly left my forehead and middle full of hair and only used tweezers not even proper threading.Chairs aren’t even good seating you have to push yourself down with your own body.Do not go there it’s not worth it. Awful service!!!

The beauty lair salon offers a range of different services for an affordable price and quality experience , all the ladies at the salon were extremely sweet and patient , would definitely recommend and will be coming here for everything :))

A Gem in Dubai.. i visited this place all the way from Abudhabi.. They amazing staffs.. My hair stylist was amazing and she clearly mentions about the do’s and dont’s. The most important information is about the hair care which most of the salon doesn’t mention. I highly recommend this place

My daughter went today and had the worst experience the nails were fine but the owner was extremely unprofessional she kept interrupting the lady who was doing her nails and insisting her do the client who came after my daughter because that client was a friend which I think was extremely rude my daughter felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable.The owner kept pointing at my daughter and whispering to her friend which made my daughter feel horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Answer to your response:My daughter called and she was told to come anytime b4 4:00 she came at 3:00Secondly it took her 4 hours not 2 or whatever only because the lady who was doing her nails was being asked to do the other client again and again so the lady shifted to the other client and my daughter was then assigned another girl who didnt know how to do nails and she even said madam I dont know how to do Ill try. After which the First Lady who was doing her nails had to come back who also said that if something goes wrong then again Ill be in trouble.Also she ask and was told yea she is the owner and her daughter was also at the saloon. So unfortunately I am not assuming and only stating facts. As clients we also have the right to give reviews of our experience.

I got the Aloe gel treatment done for my hair, it was truly refreshing! Followed by blow dry with curls and they turned out to be super cute🥰Super friendly staff and clean space!

I asked them specifically to cover my grey hair using ammonia free colour.They had assured me that my grey hair will be covered but after the application there were so many grey hairs still visible. When I had asked the why this happened they told me since the colour was organic 100^% grey coverage could not be achieved. This was not told to me in the beginning... even while doing the patch test they did not check my grey hairs but insisted and assured me that it would be covered.Furthermore when I asked them to do something about the grey hairs that were left they said nothing can be done. I even asked them to reapply the ammonia free hair colour on the grey parts but they were so hesitant to do it bc they didnt want to waste their products.Really upset that they did not tell me that my grey hairs could not be covered using their ammonia free products. If only they would have said that I would have gone to a salon that have ammonia free products that could cover my grey hairs. Really selfish of them to say that they can do something when they are unsure about it just to get the customer.When I came in for my appointment they didnt even have the product with them in the salon, the owner went out to go buy it and made me wait like 30 mins which clearly shows that they dont even have a proper products on hand in the salon to use for the customers.The hair stylist was also using my phone to talk to the owner about which products to buy bc she didnt have credit.Overall a very bad experience experience with the salon
