I had initially booked for a blow dry but figured I’d get my nails done too. The blow outs results were lovely but the method was odd. Barely any conditioner was used during the wash and then my hair was completely dried before the actual straightening process? In my head that’s double hair damage. I was supposed to get a manicure and should have stopped her as she started filing my nails dry - I thought you have to soak nails first? Anyway, she was brutal when buffing and cutting cuticles. My finger nail was bleeding so bad and she didn’t even think to try doing anything about it till she was done with one hand. She started putting something on it to make it stop then continued with my other hand. Should have just stopped when i realised it was dry nail filing. She’s left my nails damaged I didn’t even ask for colour. They don’t even feel buffed. On top of all that and me complaining, she charged full price anyway saying “oh we put medicine so you have to pay”. It’s been a week and my cuticles are still hurting and cut up. My nails are all scratched up too. Don’t go here

Had a great experience with this salon. Ms. Aisha did my haircut and she was very skillful when it comes to hairstyling. For my nails, the owner, Ms. Ivy, was so kind to upgrade my service just so she can meet my nail peg, with no additional cost. Also, me and my friend were, I think, the last bookings for that day, we started at 7:30, and finished at around 11:30 which is way beyond their closing time, but I never felt that they rushed any of the services we had, and still got great results. Ill be back for sure!😊

I did acrylic nails and classic pedicure and so so happy with both the services. They’re quick and very efficient. Initially I was scared they would mess up, but the end it was perfect. Got my manicure done by Chedi (check spelling). I recommend and will definitely visit again! 😍

I had a good feeling about the place before trying it out and I am especially pleased with the results. From the time of booking, they were helpful and responsive. I was able to get an appointment at my convenience and they were punctual about it.Overall, the place is clean, very well maintained, the staff super friendly and polite and they kept their masks on at all times. Went in for a protein treatment with Aisha, she is very professional and has the gentlest hands! She took her time and made sure it was perfect. Beth was very accommodating and I felt taken care of well. I would definitely recommend them. This is definitely going to be my top choice of salon services in Dubai.

Lash extension is great.Face services are good.Nails not as good.The staff hardly speak English, only one Indian lady does.They also didn’t show respect to each other.Easy parking.Value for money is ok.

If you’re looking for a ladies salon in Al Barsha, I recommend booking an appointment here. They offer promos and their gel polish lasts for a good 2 weeks. I’m a regular and I highly recommend Beth for nails & waxing and Nabila for eyebrow threading & waxing. I also recommend the lady from reception for hair & nails. The owner is nice and she also assists the customers as well.

The staff are very pleasant, professional, kind and very accommodating. If you want to have long lasting beautiful gel polish, it is the place to be. Footspa and pedicure also the best! I am very happy with the service at this salon.Firstly, they are very flexible to for booking. Very often I call and ask if I can come immediately and they mange to assist me.Additionally, they are able to perform 2 services at the time: manicure and pedicure with makes it very fast.And last, but not the least: the hard gel nails that I am doing here look amazing and last for full month.

It was my first time visit, honestly they were good with my nails. I requested a package, they advise that eyelash tint won’t be advisable as it’s dark. What annoyed me is the hair trim, when we agreed to swap, another colleague is repeatedly telling the Pakistani girl that’s it’s just a hair trim, I obv wanted to trim my bangs which a really small amount of hair. After blow drying she’s asking me if it’s fine, how could you tell if it’s not straight whether it’s fine or not? It’s obviously curled up and can’t tell if the length is fine. My hair isn’t even dried properly and I felt ugly leaving the salon and completely dissatisfied. I will never go here again. They need to work on their professionalism & try and be flexible. Also, they’re quite racist when it comes to the whites.

My favourite salon for gel manicure and pedicure. Also I did my hair keratin here and I love it. And all the staffs are so friendly here. Highly recommend this beauty salon.

The best mani-pedi salon in Dubai. Going here for few years now.Girls are doing fantastic job, quality is unmatched.Also they are very fast.Not even once my nails were chipped, gel stays for the whole month. Great selection of colors.Would definitely recommend to anyone.They have other services as well, however personally never tried.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. The staff was rude. I was double-booked with someone else. The technician was distracted and didn’t pay attention to my needs, as she was regularly checking the girl’s nails in the next seat. She didn’t create the shape and color I wanted, and she disregarded my comments when I asked her to fix it. In the end, I was tired of repeatedly telling her what to do. My nails looked horrible, they were so bulky and started chipping off as soon as I reached home.

It’s my favorite salon, I used to stay in Al Barsha and go there now I moved far and still I choose to go there every time. Their ladies work hard and pay attention to details love my acrylics. It’s been a year I’m using their service. Much appreciation for always doing my nails flawless

They ruined my nails and burned my hair with keratin, eyelashes wasn’t good too, the whole salon and workers aren’t professional at all, some of them are very rude as well and haggle you in price. i stopped going there because of that

Had a great new haircut, very nice color with highlights. My daughter was treated like a princess and she got a very nice haircut and pretty good mani-pedi. Very good staff all is friendly at the same time they give the best what you want. If your looking for a nail technician that you want to remove your ingrown go to this saloon there are very very good even for hairs, massage, facial and waxing. I really love this salon even they change the management, the new management is more more more good. Im long time client in this salon, until now still satisfied for their work especially to all new ladies from new management. They are giving also good price. By far the worst salon experience in my entire life! I made a booking for 8 PM and was even punctual, the ladies who were already assisting probably a regular customer looked at me from head to foot, then one of them asked me with an annoyed tone, what I needed, I said that I came for my appointment, I booked their promo for mani & pedi, they were talking to each other and apparently, bookings overlapped. I swear if I didn’t need my nails to be cleaned, I would’ve just gone out. They close at 9, one of them started doing my toes expecting that when her colleague finishes the other customer, she would help her with my hands but she didn’t, instead, she asked me to pay because they were about to close. I asked the lady already doing my toes if they were going to be paid overtime and they won’t be. since it was already 8:45 when she finished my toes (we started around 8:20) she did my hands and kept on complaining that she wished she did it first, she was pulling my fingers, filing the flesh around my nails, trying to keep her calm but all she was, was grumpy. The Indian lady who just finished with her client was more than willing to jump in and finish my nails, even apologized if I felt rush because even the owner made me feel I was the reason they were closing late. I don’t feel entitled but I am still a paying customer, at least give me a proper service that I paid for 🤷🏽‍♀️

Im very thankful to Nabila and to Beauty Salon team . I had done Full body wax and she was very patient, neatly done the whole procedure and very professional. She practise good hygiene. They scammed me with my Fazaa discount by giving me a discount on one service only and not the entire bill, while my actual discount was on the entire bill 😊 They first lied saying, “oh mam this isn’t our saloon” when it’s 100% them! They then pretended to call their “manager” and refused to let me speak to her. All I can say is that if you’re looking for a decent saloon with professional employees, PLEASE stay away from this place.

I came today for a haircut, at around 8:30 PM. Good thing they are still open and accommodated me tho its quite late. The price is reasonable and they really did a good job and so far I am satisfied with their services.No need to look for other salon around the area, ill keep this salon in mind every time i need some services to pamper my self.

Its not easy to find a stylist who can cut a short pixi, especially if you have wayvy hair like me. Having said that, I gave Ivy a try and I have no regrets. I absolutely love what shes done... Its classy and sassy! So if you are looking for a wonderful stylist, give Ivy a shot, you will not be disappointed!

I came to this salon with a frizzy and dull hair, and I came out satisfied. The staffs were able to repair my damaged hair and give life to it. Easy to find the place..But base on my experience i am not satisfied,the way i want my toe nail to be clean they have not done it and they will not ask you if you would want to cut your nail or just file it!!

I am very upset , I went for brow lamination ; the lady didn’t even know how to do it properly I had to do it for her then and I told her the product was burning my skin she still left it for a few minutes . She didn’t speak English nor could understand but my hairs started falling off after a couple of days after the « lamination » . Be careful

I popped in for a haircut as I was staying locally. It was a pleasant salon with lovely staff. I was very pleased with my cut and the blow dry was fantastic. I left feeling like Rachel from friends! I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice salon, I did gelish nails and collagen hair treatment. Nails are awesome, but hairs treatment didnt give any benefit. Overall the owner and all staff is very nice

Very bad quality of nail paint. Completely peeled off. When i returned they said its classic so itll come off. In one day???!!! Upon insisting they agreed to redo but it peeled off again in 2 days. Definitely not going back. They were also avoiding me to retrurn the next day as they didnt want the owner to know about it.

Worst salon experience ever after 7 years in Dubai. Following a recent pedicure my teenage daughter had some pain in her toe. We thought at first nothing serious, but then became far worse as infected. Yesterday she had to go to Saudi German for anti-biotics and today - at The Dubai Podiatry Centre - we found out the nail was clipped too far down one side. Aside from the pain this has now incurred over 400 dhs in cost to correct a really poor and unprofessional service at this salon. And she may even need surgery if the nail doesnt grow straight. Called salon to lodge complaint but they couldnt care less. Avoid this place. Its apalling. Wouldnt even have given 1 star if that was an option.

Good salon for a quick hair fit. Do not expect that they could make you really stylish looking...you need to explain and ensure in detail if you need some sort of styled cut...I had give in some efforts to.explain a wedge bob and the lady still did not cut it as wanted..however the cut she gave me is something inbetween a wedge and french bob,so no real complaints.Make sure they actually use the products that you paid for as they applied the same hair conditioner during my keratin treatment that they do normally for any hairwash.thr keratin results are amazing though. Howeber they sold.me the keratin onky.for me to later find out that there was an offer with a free hair cut ...but I had to pay for cut as I only.booked.keratin afterwards...so make sure you know and or ask for any offers going on. Otherwise friendly atmosphere.

Very bad experience.. This was the third time i had come to this parlour.. and both the time I had got rot color and hair trim with blow dry.. with the same idea I went today.. they told me the charge and they started.. they gave the work to a trainee who recently joined and the senior hair stylist was shouting at her in front of me and other customers.. they tired to sell their product ( hair mask) and I did not wanted as I already have one.. after that the senior persons attitude changed and she was cold to me.. they said they won’t do blow dry only normal dry.. and my hair was still wet.. I had no option option but to pay the extra 120 Aed.. as I was there with wet hair.. absolute unprofessional behavior.. definitely would never come back here again.. and suggesting all the people who go here.. pls check on all the minute details with them and set the price.. else they will keep charging you.. and you will be in half state where you can’t leave but forced to pay..I am not sure if the management is aware of all this.. as there is no receptionists
