After reading the good reviews about this place, I booked an appointment and was actually really looking forward to get my manicure & pedicure done at this place.I came in at 12pm, and this is when the salon opened:First of all, I was a little bit surprised that the salon wasnt clean, u could see the dirt and the hair on the floor (they definitely havent cleaned it the night before in preparation to meet new clients the next day).The manicure lady Antoinette started with my manicure, and she was friendly and we chatted a little bit.I did not like the pedicure lady’s (Vlada) attitude as she was not friendly, she was doing the pedicure pretty harsh, the exfoliating of the dead skin was not done thoroughly and few times I had to point out things: to change the shape of the nail, the gel polish had some lines etc., now I see that the cuticles were not removed properly.Going back to manicure: I brought my own medical nail hardening polish and asked Antoinette to apply that instead of the polish that the salon offers. She did and after she was done she put the bottles back in the box. And she left (not sure where she went, as there was no farewell whatsoever, she didnt come back to check if the top coat was dry, or to put cuticle oil, or to say bye)I paid and went home.Upon reaching home, I opened my bag to get the keys, and the polish was all over my bag, my cardigan, power bank, phone charging cable, my wallet, my credit card and my keys!It honestly ruined my day and my belongings and my manicure because of all that polish in the bag!Not happy!

Amazing work, amazing ladies, they even made me a lovely coffee ♥️I did gel color mani pedi, I even had a hang nail on one of my toes which you couldn’t tell after they finished.The polish isn’t bubbly or bulky, they made sure that the edges are smooth.I’m extremely happy with their work and would recommend them for gel polish.Price is very decent as well, 70AED for hands, 70AED for feet.They charged for removal but informed me the next time they won’t as I had my nails done there (sounds like a good deal to me).

Im in Dubai for 8 years. And finally I found the real professional in dying hair. Lama from Beauty Queen Salon is just what you are looking for when you decide to change your hair color, style or cut. Even if you do not know what you want, you can absolutely trust her ideas and vision. She follows all the new trends in colors, technologies and styles. Also in salon you can find any other beauty professional you need. Nada and Natasha are the best makeup artists in Dubai. Also they have manicure, pedicure, Moroccan bath, waxing, brows threading, eyelash extensions. I tried almost everything and never got disappointed. All the staff always very friendly and give you good mood with jokes and compliments. The time just flies when you are there.

I have been visiting this salon for a while now. All staff are amazing and very kind. Makes you feel so comfortable 💕 A special shout-out to Ansa who gave me the best facial i have ever had it was so relaxing my skin feels revived and also a lovely Eyebrow lamination. It was my first time trying both the services here as i usually do my nails, eyebrows shaping and haircuts. But i can say i was 100% satisfied and highly recommend for others to try out the same.Also if you are looking for a hairdresser who you can trust your hair with it would lama at this salon.

Had my hair colored and cut yesterday here, it was an amazing experience. The Vietnamese lady who worked at the reception was super friendly and helpful, she provided all the information over the phone very patiently. And the Arabic hair dresser was also really professional , did my hair very nicely with efficiency, I really appreciate the fact that she checked my hair carefully, then told me the truth about what to expect as an outcome, unlike some places, they would promise you a fortune, but not able to make it, which I had experience previously in many other places . Price was also reasonable, It was defiantly money worthy. I would love to come back again for future.

I was recommended beauty queen salon by a friend when I was looking for a reliable salon who genuinely cares for their clients and everyone from the owner to the employees are lovely. My nails are mostly done by Antoinette - never seen a more professional nail artist. Even for hair and colour they do a fab job. Ive been going for a year now and theyve just won a permanent client 💗

I’ve tried a few salons in Dubai but this is by far my favourite. I don’t live in Dubai but one of the first things I do is book a manicure and pedicure at Beauty Queen salon with Antoinette. I have never had my nails done so perfectly well and that last so long like it does with her! Antoinette really looks after my nails and I wish I could have someone like her in London! The salon is super reasonably priced, the staff is extremely friendly and there are a wide range of services available to get done at the salon. Would highly recommend!

This salon is simply amazing. I have been coming here for the past year and a half straight.The owner really cares about the customers and everyone feel welcomed and taken care of.The nail technicians are all great and very professional. I always get complimented on my nails💅.Lama does great hair too, I have done haircut and blow-dry with her.I also love their Hammam and Rashida is an amazing moroccan lady who knows what shes doing.Just tell them what you need and theyll make it happen for you, with a smile :)

Everyone working there is amazing and with an eye for details, super friendly and welcoming. Mrs Nada makes you feel like home every time you visit, and her all team is talented! Gladly recommending the place, last time Khalil did my hair and I was very happy

If anyone of you are as scared as me with your hair being in unsafe hands for any kind of service, take it from me .. I had one of the best best experience with LAMA in this saloon . She transformed my look to exactly what I was looking for . Me being a paranoid soul when it comes to my hair , she had all the patience and advice to give and voila the results amazed me. I colored my hair after 8 long years with lots of courage as I had very bad experience the last time . U can close your eyes and trust her with your hair , she does magic and when I say magic I mean it . She colored my hair with ammonia free products and gave me color which suits my skin and eye color . I was on cloud nine when I saw the final look . Thank u so much lama and the owner of the saloon these ladies along with their very welcoming and warm staff and doing amazing job .I would recommend this saloon to anyone who wants to transform their self or even her day today pampering .

The salon is decent for manicures and pedicures but they use poor products and normal nail polish and gel after a few days is ruined. The hairdressers are totally incompetent, especially the Lebanese girl who recently worked there. She cut my hair and not being able they asked me if I had cut it myself. Incompetent I do not recommend this salon to anyone and moreover after having ruined my hair by doing the highlights they offer you and are also insistent treatments that honestly are useless and are very expensive. I advise these improvised hairdressers to go to school in a good hairdressing school because either they have not studied at all or it is definitely not the most suitable job for them.

I got my hair cut from Lama. She did a great job and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it - I love it! She listened carefully and clarified what I wanted before she made the cut. Everyone in the salon was super friendly. I definitely recommend this salon :) I will be returning again!

Excellent service for reasonable prices. I tried the protein hair treatment and getting my hair cut (both with Lama) and it turned out to be absolutely amazing. Also, Antoinette and Twee did a great job with my gelish nails. I love this place - happy staff, great service and good value for money. That’s all that matters.

Beauty Queen salon is my local go to in JVC. Friendly staff, great service and a nice variety of services offered at reasonable prices including hair, nails, skin and morrocan bath.Although Ive been doing keratin for several years, I was looking for something less damaging to reduce the frizziness. Lama at beauty queen suggested the caviar protein treatment which worked amazingly. It lasted several months and it was safe enough for my 9 year old daughter to do it as well. It takes her long, thick, frizzy hair and made it manageable on a day to day basis. Shes the happiest girl right now!Lama is amazing with hair. Her party/ formal hairstyles are fab and shes great with cuts, colour and anything hair related.Ansa has worked on my eyebrows over several months and corrected the shape which had been ruined at other salons.Thu and Antoinette do a great mani pedi. I recommend to try them out especially if you live near or around jvc.

Its very hard to find a hair stylist that is fast and good! But I found her and u can thank me later.. her name is lama.. she is so calm and confident, she listens, and she is a hair magician.. she blowdries frizzy difficult hair so easily! She does not hurt... and she is awesome at haircuts ...For premium makeup at great prices, Nada, the sweet owner of the salon will transform ur face. U won’t want to take it off at the end of the night ...she uses top quality brands and she is so light with her makeup tools.. she does the makeup of tv hosts, so u know ur in good hands! Try her out next time!

I came here by absolute chance since my regular saloon was fully booked, the staff are super friendly in a very decent manner and they know what they are doing. The work is so organized even though the place was busy.Will surely come again!

I got my hair cut done with lama and she did magic on my hair . SHe did exactly what i wanted. Highly recommended. And subu is expert in waxing . I didnt feel any pain at all. I will defintely go again for ther services. Best of luck.

Amazing service and care! They have accepted an appointment on a thursday evening, which is normally busy. They have received me although I was late. The hairdresser was so quick and kind, thank you. I will definitely come again!

I took my 11 year old daughter for a trim on a bobcut, the stylist trimmed her hair which didnt seem professional at all... she was done in about 10 minutes, did not even do a blow-dry, just a quick dry and left half the hair wet so obviously if anyone who looked at the haircut couldnt tell she actually had a haircut. I then checked my daughters hair and realized there was a long uneven strand left and the stylist conveniently blamed it on my daughters face mask that she was wearing while the stylist was trimming her hair. They charged me 100 Dhs for this service with 5 Dhs VAT. Absolutely outrageous for just a trim that lasted not more than 10 mins and not even decent blow-dry to make it atleast look reasonably nice!!!!

Very Happy with the service..i did keratin with lama ..she is very experienced and really know what is suitable for my hair...also the eyebrows with Ansa is amazing..Ive never got this eyebrow shape before...really all the staff are cheerful and smiling and helpful...highly recommended

I went for a haircut today from the stylist named Lama. I was very very happy and satisfied by her service. She works magic. I would totally recommend this salon. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Please I don’t recommend this Moroccan bath place to anyone is the worst place ever to do Moroccan bath. Yet they charge me. More for absolutely nothing. Buh I didn’t just wonna complain. Cos some tins left not to be said at all. Worst experience ever👎😡😠. Everything is dirty and thy charge more. Worst mistake ever never again. If ur a tourist please don’t go to this place. Worst location ever no taxi so ur on ur own.

It was a great experience for cutting my hair with lama and eyebrows thread with ansa and thanks for caring of my baby until I finished.

I went there for my little haircut as I have seen good reviews here .She chopped my hair I don’t know how and look very bad.When I asked to fix it ,she showed me an attitude and she asked to charge me more for the blow dry request.Also there is no proper and enough parking area around the saloon.They charged AED 105 for the bad haircut😠which is not worth to pay and the staffs there very unfriendly and I am NOT recommending 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
