I have been fortunate enough to have 🌟🌟Faith 🌟🌟as my stylist for several years now, and I can honestly say that my hair has never been in better condition. Before I started seeing her, I was struggling with weak, damaged hair and feeling frustrated with all the products and treatments I had tried that didn’t seem to work. Today I came in for blow dry, but left with hands done by Rose, feet done by Siri and hair done by Samira, who fixed the color, conditioned, cut and styled.

Great service provided by Farida. I had my hair colored and done by May. She did a great job. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend her and this salon.

I recently visited Beauty Room Salon Nad Al Sheba and was extremely disappointed with my experience with the receptionist, Gracie, she overbooked my appointment despite my clear instructions over the phone not to overbook me with anyone. This is not the first time this has happened; I always inform both Sheryl and Gracie not to overbook me, but they sometimes just dont listen. Today, Gracie was the one who picked up the phone, and I told her three times, repeating not to overbook me, yet she still did. This led to a delay in doing my eyebrows and a very frustrating experience. To add to that, I still had a good experience with my nail technicians and eyebrow technicians who I always go to. They are the best in satisfying me. I would like to thank Joselin, Josephine, Maricor, Monica, and Hawa.

A month ago, during a gel polish session, they mentioned that there was an issue with one or two of my nails, and they had me buy medication for it. Three weeks later, they informed me that all my nails had turned green, so they don’t recommend putting gel polish on them. So, this is a new issue. I suggest you think about what might have caused this.”

Worst hair wash & hair curling, it was bad!! the curls were not even showing it looked very loose not curly there were straight strands and wavy strands. not professional at all i could’ve done a better job on my own instead of wasting 200+ DHS. also prices are cheaper in fresha and more expensive in salon so they put u on spot. the only good one is the african lady!

Came all the way here to see the best hairdresser Zenia that I have found in Dubai. Previously worked at a salon on Jumeirah Beach road. Zeina is superb on coloring and haircut super detailed and with tons of creativity. Will never disappoint. Very happy customer. Thank you Zeina!

This salon used to be my favorite, but yesterday was disappointing. I was charged extra for ingrown skin removal during my pedicure, which I didn’t ask for, and it’s now painful to walk. What made me mad was the disrespectful laughter from the receptionist (Cherry) and technician (Maricur) when I asked about the bill. It’s not about the money! I don’t want the refund they offered, but the disrespect was unacceptable.Roseann and Sonia are excellent, but please bring back Sunshine, Ayleen, and the old receptionist at the Nad Al Sheba branch!

Horrible experience with my eyebrows.The lady made my eyebrows super short. I told her just cleaning but she took iniciativa and cut the last part of my eyebrows. Now my face looks totally different. Don’t come here please!

My go to salon for nails, blowdry, and threading services. Sonia always does an amazing job taming my eyebrows without taking too much off. I can always trust her blindly. Jocelyn helped repair the damage done to my nails at another salon - she actually cares about the health of your nails and doesn’t over-file/drill them. Faith gave me a great blow dry. The whole team is super friendly - they treat me like family every time I come in. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

I absolutely love their mani-pedi services! It’s the only nail salon where my nails don’t break after leaving Jocelyn is AMAZINGGGG . They also offer the best massages I’ve ever had. While they do a great job with hair, their prices are way too high and seem to change every time I go, even for a haircut.

I love Sonia so much for eyebrows I can’t trust anyone else, her hand is so light she doesn’t hurt and makes sure that you like everything in every step.

Unprofessional salon, even the managers couldn’t handle the situation. I wish I didn’t give this place another chance and went to bedashing salon instead!

It is with great sadness that I express my disappointment after years of patronage to Beauty Room Salon & Spa. I have always been a loyal customer at Beauty Room since it opened, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. Midway through my service, I was abandoned for another client, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued. Its disheartening to witness a salon prioritize certain customers over others. After all these years, I expected better treatment and respect, but it appears that loyalty doesnt hold significance here. Without a doubt, I will not be returning. Instead, I will seek out another salon where my loyalty and time are valued and respected. Unfortunately, based on this disappointing encounter, I cannot recommend Beauty Room to others.

I tried many services in this salon, from going for a hairstyling services, to nails and brow shaping. I would say its is definitely important to know who are the experts, but mostly my experiences were amazing. They have excellent customer service and the supervisor there is exceptionally professional (and very cute too). I would absolutely recommend this salon!

Hawa is a fantastic make up artist and is exceptional when it comes to doing eyebrows. I have be going to her to do my eyebrows for the past 12 years and follow her wherever she goes. The other staff at the salon are lovely and always warm and welcoming.

Ive actually I loved my experience there. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the services were top-notch. I got a haircut and color, and the stylist really took the time to listen to what I wanted and make sure I was happy with the final result. The salon itself is also very clean and inviting. I highly recommend Beauty Room Salon and Spa!

My favorite salon and favorite team. They have a good services and they are good in time management also. I recommend sonya and monika for eyebrows. Pedi and manni with siri, maricor, jolina, aileen, jocelyn and shella. And grace for facail treatment. For hair services najla, raja, faith and sabah. Ofcourse i cant forget the big boss kiran in managing the appointments thank you so much. 🤍

Update: The Salon rectified the situation and I had a great experience with one of their senior technicians, so I am revising my rating.Original review:----People seem nice and everything looks clean, but I got cut 3 times during a pedicure the other day, which is not normal. The technician apologized, but still I dont find it to be okay to leave with a cut and bleeding.Also the prices were not what they said at the appointment, it was obviously more expensive when I went to make the final payment. They charged for services that were not in the price list and I dont even know where they got these prices from.Average service. Cant give more than a 3*, sorry.

I always have Najla do my hair because she is amazing and really good at knowing whats best for the hair, and I trust her and the work she does😍❤️. Keran is a wonderful person who is so sweet and friendly I love her ❤️. Joselyn is a fantastic nail technician, and I love having her do my nails💅 , I also recommend Sonia for eyebrows she is really good 😍

The worst experience, always I arrive at the exact time on my appointment. and I have to wait for at least 30 or 40 min to start my service ??!!!! why when I book the appointment you don’t tell me that there will be Clint before me ? never coming back because it’s not the first time I face this issue. (the days I visit the salon and this issue happens are in the weekdays not weekend) DISSAPINTED 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
