Beauty Room Salon & Spa

I’ve been going to this salon for many months now and I have no complaints. The staff are always very friendly. I got a haircut from Fatima and she did an incredible job. She listened to all my requests and did everything exactly how I asked. She was also very friendly and willing to answer all my questions regarding hair care. I also go for eyebrow threading and they are great at that too (especially Nida).

Comfortable and clean place and their service is excellent. I tried a shoulder and neck massage from them and it was very nice experience , Ask for Mrs.Auu she will make for you Awesome massage , I also love the coffee there and it’s free.

I have had my eyebrows threaded with Ritu and she was amazing. She has also done waxing for me and I loved how fast and professional she is. Everyone at the branch are very polite and professional. Ica has done pedicure and she is the best of the best. The salon is clean and extremely welcoming.

This is my very first time leaving a review on Google, and it’s truly deserving of one. I’m beyond happy that I decided to try my very first hairstyle in life here, and it was an experience worth sharing. My hairdresser, Ms. Fairooza, was an absolute gem, so kind and attentive. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely at ease. She understood exactly what I wanted, without me having to explain much at all. I couldn’t recommend her more highly as a hairstylist, she’s simply wonderful! I will be visiting them again.

I had a very bad experience at this salon. The hairdresser was so unprofessional that she completely burned my hair while blow-drying it. Even after washing my hair with shampoo, the strong smell of burning was still coming from my hair, which was extremely unpleasant. This clearly shows the lack of skill and care by the hairdresser.When I complained to the supervisor at checkout, they simply said, ‘There’s nothing we can do now, but next time we’ll provide you with better service.’ This response was unacceptable. The person who did my hair was an Arab lady. I absolutely do not recommend this salon to anyone. Please be cautious when choosing your hairdresser!

Everyone is great. Firuza colors my hair beautifully, but all stylists are great (Celia, Fatma, Mehek).Ica is amazing with nails, Sunshine & Mel too. All the nail techs are good.I’m a regular customer & they always accommodate me, even as a walk in. They take Esaad as well.

Lovely clean salon, really great customer service and I left the salon feeling very happy with my gel nails. Not too pricey for Dubai either

Very bad customer service. They have a technician calls may. She was about to start my service and then she left to do for another client. Even the saloon manager didnt even solved the issue as if its fine with her. Though i had an appointment at 8.45 and came on time

Never came and had a bad experience im always happy with my haircuts here the products they use are also very nice my hair feels so soft after washing i tried there nail service too with ms.mariso and brow threading with ms.rito was very patient with me and had a very good attitude even though im sensitive with my brows and ms.fatima was also the same my hair was cut perfectly i really appreciate their attitude sweet girls

Ferdows was excellent in greeting us when we enter the salon. She manges all services we need to finish early and for Ritu I new her today when she did my eyebrows and she is one of the best 💕

Nida very good for eyebrows and Elham amazing for Blow dry especially for people with curly hair.

My go to place for nail and hair. Good ambiance and staff. Head massage from Rosemary is really good 💕I had a hair wash and she just gave the most relaxing head massage I ever had.

Fairouza at Beauty Room Salon took my hair from dark black to chocolate brown, and it doesnt even feel damaged. The color is flawless, no spots. However, all hair stylists are talented. They all know what theyre doing. Fairouza was absolutely amazing. You wont be disappointed, I dare you.

I did a lash lift two days ago and the result is that there is no lash lift, my eyelashes are still the same and as if i didnt do eyelash tint either, 250dhs wasted for nothing ,

I went to this Salon in Nad Al Sheba branch which is new. The staff were professional and seemed to all get along and be relaxed which is a nice change. I got a really good mani and pedi, no detail missed then I tinted and lvl my lashes. Great experience, good products Kerastese, Essie many more. Very clean and hygienic.

It is with great sadness that I express my disappointment after years of patronage to Beauty Room Salon & Spa. I have always been a loyal customer at Beauty Room since it opened, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. Midway through my service, I was abandoned for another client, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued. Its disheartening to witness a salon prioritize certain customers over others. After all these years, I expected better treatment and respect, but it appears that loyalty doesnt hold significance here. Without a doubt, I will not be returning. Instead, I will seek out another salon where my loyalty and time are valued and respected. Unfortunately, based on this disappointing encounter, I cannot recommend Beauty Room to others.

I came to the salon to do a hair style. By mistake I think they didn’t log in my appointment but they generously accepted me in and Ms. Fatma Alzahra did a wonderful job i LOVED her work. Then I asked for makeup! And they accepted me also as walk in 😭♥️ Ms. Mehek did my makeup and i loved it. Everything came better than what i expected! Much appreciation to the manager too.
