This is my new favorite branch of beauty room. A lot of my favorite nail techs from the previous branches that I used to visit are here now.I went recently to get gel nail polish done on my hands for Christmas. The nail art done was neat and on point. Everyone who saw my nails loved it. For some reason, I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the girl who did my nails, and I hope the salon puts it in the comment below. Can’t speak for their other services Because I haven’t tried it, but manicure and pedicure is really good here.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Mai, the hairstylist, was incredibly fast and did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I absolutely love the result! I had a wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waxing (sana) and mani-pedi (elinne and nice girl sorry don’t know her name) services were both top-notch, and the staff (lovely receptionists) really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ill definitely be back!

Their services are amazing especially with hair and eyebrow threading, they’re very sanitary as the eyebrow specialist uses gloves which is something uncommonly seen, and for hair they’re really good with hair cut and blow drying as they tend to be very skilled with their hair cutting.

I had a wonderful experience colouring my hair with Sawsan at the Nad Al Hamar branch. She is incredibly kind and professional, and I will definitely come to her again.

I am so disappointed with the management decision! 👎👎👎👎 We always talk to the manager about the ways that they are transferring their staff between the branches and they keep ignoring our satisfaction, which is affecting us as customers!! We will not always seek the staff while they are always shifting to different branches! This is not a good way to treat your customers! I guess i will try to find another stabled salon where we are comfortable with their staff!!

The best hair stylist I have ever visited is sawsan in beauty room at Nadd alhammar Union coop . She understands my type of hair and does the best waves in town . Today i got waxing done by Ritu and she was amazing!! Her service is amazing, there is absolutely no pain, she is super sweet, and she cares so much about her clients. She did an amazing job 10/10 recommend.

I really loved the mani and pedi service with the 30 minutes shoulder massage. I always go to this salon and I love some of their services. Today I did my eyebrows with Marwa and she was the worst staff ever. She literally removed all of my face hair with a thread while all what I asked for is to do my eyebrows and I kept on telling her that I have a wedding to attend and I’m already late. At that moment I felt a bit shy because you know like a “ forced compliance” and just let her do what she’s doing. I’m truly upset

From the first time Sawsan did my hair, I immediately bought the 7 times package with no hesitation !!! Magical hands mashallah and super professional, humble and sweet. Hair is top! I’m blessed to have this salon around my hometown!!!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Nad Al Hamar branch. The level of incompetence and unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff was unacceptable as im a regular customer at your branch.1. I had an appointment booked with a specific hair stylist, but upon arrival, I was informed that the stylist was fully booked. I was given a different stylist.2. She damaged my hair by applying the wrong color, not just once, but twice.3. When I tried to address the issue, the supervisor and branch manager escalated and involve the police, and the way of talking in front of many clients at the branch was completely unacceptable from the hair dresser and supervisor.Not recommended at all

I love Samah for hair style and hair color, she has alot of experience, she is honest. She will tell what hair color suits you and whay hair color catch before she put the hair color. Besides of that the saloon is so clean. They use everything disposable. I love this saloon its the best saloon in nad alhamar.

Special thanks to Firdaus for her reliability on time.. even though they were clients and the hair section was crowded.. and yet there was no effect on the time she set for me.Special thanks also to Samah for her amazing hairstyle, and it only took her 25 minutes. I really loved my hair and it stayed until 12 AM..Additionally to that, I was greeted with a very enjoyable coffee..

Rule number 1, never lose your loyal customers that have been visiting you for years, a business only grows with the loyal people that keep coming back. This honestly used to be one of my favorites saloons, but they are extremely terrible in their customer service and everything at this point I’m considering a new saloon, they are over priced and I never minded paying extra for the service but now it’s actually not worth it, I was charged extra several times, they keep giving me different prices, and on top of all that, they always read and ignore messages, when I’m trying to schedule an appointment I can tolerate anything except contradicting information, whoever handles their front desk services need to be changed and more professional people should be in charge they over complicate very simple matters, I’ve been doing the same service for years and suddenly they’re like we need a consultation for a blow dry? 😂😂 what joke is this!! Anyways, there are plenty of other places in Dubai that are way more affordable with way better customer service and don’t twist words

I made an appointment for my wife via telephone and was told that procedure would take maximum one hour, however I had to wait 2+ hours outside with a baby. Initially wanted to visit the Nad Al Sheeba branch but it was closed due to renovation so had to go this one. Facility doesnt have a waiting area for families not even a kids area. It wasnt a pleasant experience waiting outside with a baby especially during Ramadan. Reception was not professional at providing information. Representative should be more accurate with providing information to clients. After all was not provided with invoice for services.

Loved the positive energy as soon as I walked in the saloon! Cozy atmosphere & the staff are very welcoming. My new favorite spot for a fresh blow dry. I had it done with Samah and I LOVED IT!

I wish to share a highly disappointing experience I encountered during my last visit to your salon. As an influencer with 120,000 followers, I bear a responsibility to share authentic experiences with my audience.I am not originally from this country and am not familiar with the local terms for waxing services, which differ from those in mu country. The beautician clearly understood this, as I was unfamiliar with the names of the waxing types. Initially, she confirmed a “bikini line” service. However, she suddenly claimed I had opted for a “Brazilian” wax, thereby inappropriately increasing the cost. After checking my phone and reacting promptly, she corrected herself again, reaffirming it was indeed a “bikini line”. This manipulation, leveraging my unfamiliarity, suggests a deliberate attempt to overcharge.I am extremely disturbed by this apparent attempt at excessive billing. I sincerely hope you will take measures to ensure such practices are not repeated.Sincerely,

I prefer Farrah when doing my eyebrows. I was disappointed on the one who did mine the second time. She didn’t clean my eyes properly and went home with sticky eyes after lashlift and i had to tell her what to do with my eyebrows and wasn’t cleaned or shaped properly.Mani & pedi were amazing! 5* for that

Manicure & Pedicure were amazing, Roseanne deserves 5* alone, she was so thorough and my nails have never looked so perfect! I have only kept off 1* as I booked for eyebrow threading and I only needed them tidied. When I originally booked, the price was 35dhs. Once at the salon I was quoted 80dhs a because the therapist has a certificate- which seemed pretty expensive just for tidying which takes 5 minutes. Anyway, she said she would give me a discount. After the service I was charged 85dhs! I’m really disappointed as I’ve been coming to the beauty room for almost 3 years. Otherwise the new branch is absolutely beautiful and as always the staff are so kind, helpful and professional ❤️

I love this salon and all the staff. I have been a customer for years and in different branch and I have just tried the new branch in union coop nadd al hamar. It is bright, clean, comforting and soothing. the management is doing a great job. Tried the swedish massage with jenaline today and I can assure you that all the exgaustion i came in with is gone and changed my mood feeling so good after. I got my nails done with Rose Ann and I usually dont trust anyone with my nails but she did a great job.

One of the best saloons! Cherry did the plastic nails it looks so natural and pretty,, their hairwash and blowdry is also good,, and their full body massage is the best!!! I’m so happy they are near my house,, I go to it every week, it is so relaxing after a hectic week 😍😍

So I just came back from this salon as it was eid I understand the hustle bustle but before I agree to wait the reception woman said may b 1 hr as she have 4 blow dry so I agreed to wait after waiting for 1 hrs she said its my turn and I m sure of it as I heard her telling this to one hair stylist name sama thrice. after making me sit on the chair for 45 min in half reclining position I gave up as they were taking people of appointments now in the start there were four which I counted , then all of sudden they were 3 more added by them. Some for wash some for colour. I understand that you guys are pretty but may be someone can not feel well and they are requesting you to make it quick and reasonable as they waited patiently for 2 hrs still this kinda of treatment. I dont give bad reviews of its not necessary your hairstylist roza is lovely I like her work I just came because of her and some Filipino ethnicity receptionist. This is so unethical if I m on list just dnt mix with your favourites old clients, and I can see what was happening there in the name of busy, what you guys are just busy for new people. Rest you are ready to accommodate even if the people are just decided now they want blow dry... or something else... if you are telling us your policy of list you should follow it tooo... thank you.The receptionist have no sense of apolozing she was just being rude saying I told you its busy you see.

I am a loyal customer since aswaq branch however since i came to the new branch there are always issues today for the second time i went back as my nail polish color changes to yellow after couple of hours and both times they ask me to pay stating that i came after 24 hours this is not how you deal with your loyal client and i informed them that i will never come back to this salon anymore .I payed for mani pedi 140 before yesterday and today i had to pay another 25 aed for color changeBefore charging customers go change your nail polish type instead of eating our money
