This salon has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly receptionist. For eyebrows, I highly recommend Aisha, as she does an excellent job. Additionally, Silia is highly experienced in hair styling, dyeing, and using high-quality materials. Definitely worth visiting

All of my experiences here have been wonderful. Rosalina, Elizabeth, and Jenaline are good with their skills, and all of the ladies are very nice. I have had a hair cut, manicure, pedicure, and back massage, and they were all wonderful. The shop is very clean, and the general service excellent.

I went to the nadd Al hammer branch, the service was amazing and the staff were very welcoming and kind specially the two nail tec ( Elly and liezel ) who did a great job fixing my nails after I had a bad experience with another salon.I will definitely be back here again to try other services were the have almost everything.

My go to services are manicure pedicure and massage.The Aswaaq branch is smaller but quieter and as always you get good service. Did my last pedi with Eli (Elizabeth) and I was really pleased.

I had really good experiences every time I came here.The staff is super friendly and kind. They are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable when they talk to you as they are always in a cheery/happy mood.They will always offer tea, coffee, and water when you enter.As for the sanitation, the chairs are sprayed and wiped with disinfectant immediately after a client leaves. The floors are always spotless as they are regularly cleaned with a broom. The products used for the manicures and pedicures, such as the nail filers and such, are all sealed one-time-use products which plays a huge role in the cleanliness of the salon. The ladies also wear gloves while they work. The wax station is clean and the waxing lady never double dips the stick into the wax.In terms of the services that I received (manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading), the workers are very skilled and experienced. They pay attention to detail and take their time to perfect their work. And you leave the salon feeling so fresh and clean. They also offer a some treatments for troubled feet such as a callous treatment.I definitely recommend this salon for amazing results.

I was sceptical at first (Nad Al Hammar Branch), but seeing the reviews on haircuts, I decided to take a risk. I am so happy with how Fateh cut my daughters hair and exactly the way she wanted. I could see Fateh was very professional and passionately doing her work. She was very kind. In fact everyone was! I loved how kind they were with all the customers no matter the nationality. I genuinely want to see this salon succeed since I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade, but I’ve noticed that some staff need training in how to treat their customers better — a polite smile & courteous greeting could be a good start & goes a long way. Good evening to beauty management of this salon , I would like to complain about the bad service of the receptionist called Tina and Halima ,Rest than that all salon stuff are good . I’m a client of nad alsheba branch for 3 years and I never faced any problem. Only with this lady called Tina . First of all when I entered me and my mother we wanted to do only face wax than we end up with wash and dry and my mother bought some product . So one of the ladies asked Halima to wash my hair than she showed me negative energy I told her I don’t want than she didn’t care as if I’m her friend !!!!! Very bad energy than the other lady philipina was very kind she finished fast and she took care of me and my mother and because of her we bought the le kerastaz caviar … I’m always taking ESSAd discount from nad alsheba branch but it was expired so I showed Tina the renewed one to process it she starting saying a lot of drama in front of all the guest than one of the other clients told her use her Essada card to stop this drama than she adressed to me with very rude way that’s the last time we gonna accept this here . So I told her that’s the last I’m gonna come here too !!! Than my mother was processing the payment with 500Aed I told my mother to stop the payment because this Tina was very rude to me . When I finished the service I gave tips to the philipina laday because she was very kind to me . Than I went to the reception I told her if you don’t update essada ill not proceed the payment because I’m not happy with her attitude so I told her give me your manager . She replied in rude way I can’t give you the manager number only in our phone . So I told her no essada discount no payment she replied if no payment I’ll call POLICE for you !!!!!!!!!! I end up by being very disrespected in this salon very bad attitude in front of the gust and my mother so I replied I’ll not paye the end of the amount and let your management call me . My mother paid already 500Aed to Tina . I need your management to contact me through what’s up my number end with 513 already they have my account in your system ! Nad al hammar branchReally loved the salon interior it gives you good vibes. I booked for a haircut and Raja ❤️ did a great job I was happy with the results she gave volume ✂️ 💇‍♀️ to my hair and even when I wanted it to be shorter she recommended the proper length for me and for my face shape, I went out of the salon super happy with the change. Definitely going to be a regular 😊. Washed my hair as well the massage 💆‍♀️ was spectacular 😌Setarah did my eyebrows 👁 I will definitely visit next month 😊.

Staff told me nail polish is halal when it is not. Today one of the staff inserted sharp object under my nail when I asked her not to do so upfront. Bad experience will not come again.

I’m a customer since 6 years I’m this saloon I like it and I like the workers specially.. but it would much better actually if the owner shift the staff to the new one as this one is small .. not sure how I can go for the new saloon in and Al hammer and ale the staff there saloon is bigger and nicer .. this should be closed and even as cost it would be great for the owner .. wish my review adds a value .. still thank you so much for the services and for the nice staff in the old nad Al hammer

I always come to this saloon to do my nails, my eyebrows and my hair. I love love love how Ms. Samah does my hair for weddings, always exceeds my expectations and it lasts all night!! The place is so clean and the environment is so friendly. Let’s not forget how amazing their nescafe taste like also!! I highly recommend this place!!

I have been a coming regularly all the way from Abudhabi to the salon for over 2 years. I called to book an appointment 2 days before Eid and they gave me an appointment at 9pm and informed me if i was a minute late i wouldnt be able to get to get a mani pedi and i fully understood because of the fact that its eid and they have probably taken a back to back appointment all day. When i arrived sharp at 9:00pm they had a waiting list for walk in customers! And told me you will have to wait for a while since we have still not finished the mani pedi for previous clients. I said okay and waited they kept moving me from one seat to another for 4 times and then told me that you should understand its eid and we have accepted walk in customers... why would you give appointments to customers if youre going to accept walk in?! I waited for 1 hour and a half and still didnt get to do the service i had an appointment for ,so i stood up and walked out of the saloon. If you are going to accept walk ins please dont give appointments to your customers.

Lalie is the best hairdresser in town. She listens carefully and delivers spectacularly! Ive been going to her for years all the way from Barsha coz she is worth the trip!

I had visited thrice and my rating would have been 4 stars for the first two visits as I loved their manicure and pedicure and great customer service.I was not that happy with the 3rd visit as my manicure results weren’t that great and there were cuts on my cuticle and the service was just satisfactory .Anyways my first 2 visits for manicure and pedicure were a good experience .

I booked 1 day prior my appointment, for meni- pedi, specifically asked for 2 technicians as I was tight with the time(which was promised). But they took another walk in customer, so I could do only 1 service. Did expect this unprofessional behaviour , really disappointed.
