Classic Manicure and Pedicure👎The staff was kind and caring, but the classic manicure and pedicure didn’t meet expectations. The service was slow, and the manicure wasn’t done thoroughly—nail filing and cleaning were incomplete, and the nail polish quality was poor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Very good salon, My wife got her hairstyle done from Here, and ive fallen in love with her hair. This is my first time experience in this salon. This salon is very friendly and have a nice environment. Its very affordable too.

This is the worst salon i have ever been. I went there for my keratine protein treatment and they used very very bad chemicals on my hair. Over heating was also done to my hair. Due to this, on third day of my treatment when i did my hair wash, all my hairs became brittle, dry, frizzy and started breaking. The hair smelled so nasty. The experience was unforgetable and unbearable. I had to cut my hair lots to remove the damage and instarted taking medication for the damage done to my hair growth. I also took my cash back from them. Very bad quality service. I do not recommend anybody to go here.

I recently got a keratin treatment at beauty and sense beauty salon and I am so happy with the results! My hair feels so much smoother and looks so much healthier. All stylists were very friendly and took the time to get the treatment done well. The salon itself is also very clean. Good pricing as well. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great keratin treatment.

Asked for something got the complete opposite. used straighteners on my hair to curl, didn’t tell me the curler wasn’t working so i could’ve saved time and money to go somewhere else. they didn’t even curl all my hair and also made me wait 20 mins in the seat clueless as to what’s going on. after i complained i was told i should have told them earlier that this isn’t what i wanted even after showing them an inspo pic. they also mentioned using straighteners would make the curls last longer however i didnt even get out the seat and the curls had fallen and still got charged the full amount. worst experience yet never coming back.

I have purchased a groupon deal for gelish mani and pedi, only to find out that gelish is included for either hands or feet. It was ok, as the deal was good. Although the service itself was fine ( mani chipped off after a day, gelish pedi was great and lasted long) , I felt deceived. First of all, the location of the salon was incorrect on the Groupon app ( and that was the reason I purchased it in the first place) , which came as a surprise when I had to reach the salon on the day. Also, when I reached the place at 10 for my appointment, as discussed, it wasnt even opened yet ... I was let in at 10.10 and waited 40 more minutes before technicians arrived. Ladies were pleasant and relaxed, but the delay and wrong location totally spoilt the experience.

What can i say, my niece and I booked a facial at this salon and it was a great experience for both of us.. The staff were kind, polite, and friendly. Saman gave me a fabulous and relaxing facial treatment. You could see the difference almost straight away. I will most certainly use this salon again and do recommend checking this salon out.

I called and asked for special manicurist and confirmed but when I went there she wasn’t available. But manager and other staff care about my feelings and what I request at the end left happy because management care. It is really valuable caring will make me return to this salon.

Traumatized! I ordered manipadi through Smiles app, home service, the pedicurist over cut my toe cuticle which hurt a lot twice with bleeding, the whole time my toe bleeding, I kept telling her to be careful, ended up canceling nail color and worrying all time about my toes. Really unprofessional. Please don’t allow people who don’t know how to do manipadi to do it on others and hurt them causing injury!

Good hair cut. I liked the haircut Still can be more professional, hair blowdrying was terrible they almost burned my ears and scalp, could have been more careful even after telling them. And my hair length got short than expectation even after mentioning them the same. So that was a real drawback.

I went there for classic manicure and pedicure... I hate to say this but I had the worst manicure ever in my life by this salon. My skin began peeling right after the manicure and the pedicure was nothing exceptional. Besides, I had to wait for 30 minutes for my service and the price they charged me for a mediocre work was not worth it.

Terrible service !! Such a disappointment and waste of money. The staff has no idea about any services. I did eyebrows and hot oil. Please don’t bother going here. The staff who performed the service was rude and when I explained my concern to the owners daughter , she started teaching me (about the service) as if I have never been to a saloon! And this place is soo dirty …. The chair, the equipments - all had dirty hand prints … I am never going back there !
