Beautiful clean salon with friendly and professional staff. This was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. I loved my pedicure and was very impressed with my blow-dry I will definitely be back again soon!!

Very friendly atmosphere.I loved how they care for their customers. I was in contact with Manager and Sally. And they are really smiley.Sally did my nails and she did amazing job. She give attention on the details and tried to understand the design i want and delivered the way it is.I will coming back for it.

I want for gelish manicure and pedicure and it was a great experience. Girls are really kind and scrub and massages were perfect. I totally recommend ! +++ for Saly who’s done my pedicure 🩷🙌🏻 and also Sonita for mani

This salon is amazing! They are tied up with EK platinum and very crew friendly, so I was very happy with generous offer they gave me 🥰 The girl who did my pedicure was super efficient and very quick! I requested to change colors on every different toe on my feet and she didn’t mind at all. All the staff were very friendly too and made me feel at home.I also loved the 30min head and shoulder massage as well and made me feel very relaxed.I will surely come back :)

The salon has new management, and have completely transformed the place. Really enjoyed my service for curly blow dry and scalp treatment. Loved the added on head massage.

Its been a while since someone did such a poor job for my gelish manicure. Colour is uneven, nails are breaking. Looks horrible. Definitely not going back

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!Contacted this company asking for an extension of acrylic and was told that they would be able to do it! They absolutely couldn’t!The technician by no way a qualified nail technician! She has completely ruined my natural nail. Let a lone the state of my “acrylics” that I left with! None of them were the same shape and the thickness of them was unreal! Far too much product!Nearly 4 hours!!! sat having my fingers completely tortured.Over filed, far too much product and cuts all over my fingers!They were so thick that my uk technician struggled to cut them! She was completely disgusted at the state of my nails and stated that they should not be allowed to touch peoples nails!My natural nails underneath are all damaged and I’m not allowed any products on my nails until they are fully healed!Contacted the company after they were done because after nearly 4 hours in the salon I just wanted to leave! They made excuses and it was just left!Please go to a more reputable salon! No set should take nearly 4 hours! This “technician” had no idea what she was doing!AVOID!!!

I visited Natalia Beauty Salon to get my lashes done and Im super happy with the result. They toke good care of me and acted very professionally. I highly recommend this place if you wanna do your eyelashes ! Its absolutely fabulous result. Bravo girls!!! 👌 👏🥰💝

Had my roots coloured and hair styled today by a lovely hair technician. Her name is Ana, a Portugese lady with +30 years of experience as a hairdresser. I don’t often write google reviews, nor do I like changing hairdressers, but my gosh, am I happy I came today! This lady knows her work and treats it like an artform. Even the way she combed my hair, with such care! In Dubai you can find many hairdressers but if you prefer expertise and dedication, book your appointment with Ana, she is a hidden gem. Definitely coming back next week for a hair Botox treatment!

So pleased to find this salon. I used to go to a lovely lady called Corita and since she closed have tried many others none quiet hitting the mark. Went to Natalia today and have to say I have found my new spot! Staff were really lovely and welcoming, extremely helpful and accommodating. Customer service is clearly a priority here! Prices are reasonable which can be hard to find in Dubai. My daughter wanted something done to her hair which would have damaged it and they advised against it, I’m sure other salons would have gone ahead and taken the money. Really nice team offering a vast amount of services. So nice to be able to get everything you need in one place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have recently changed their management and I just love this salon!! Usually I do everything at home because I don’t trust salons and their staff aren’t friendly but here !! Its completely different, all of them treat me so well I’m so comfortable here 🥰 it’s little bit far from me but I will always come here because of how nice their service and how nice the staff is here 🥰🥰🥰 thanks !

Do not recommend:Hi ! I decided to this salon after reading about it on a group and I’m deeply disappointed.1. The staff are not ready and look like they are unprepared. No reconfirming my booking appointment, no information about location and parking facilities, I get there on time to realize I’m the first one there they are still cleaning the shop ! The reception calling lash technician to ask why she isn’t around yet ..not a professional setting at all. Payment was made through a link and no response or receipt received either !!2. I did a gelish pedicure and my toe is now hurting ! It’s never happened before and I’m very nervous, I’m traveling in the next 24hours and I can’t help but wonder what has gone wrong!! Surprised to see the quality of the nail polish options for both classic and gelish. I had my daughter do the classic one and her nail polish is ruined already. Only one machine available I was told for drying my nails, ?!!!3. ⁠I did an eyelash extension, my extensions are falling off ! Not happy at all.

Spend 400 AED on custom nails and the lady who came out to our home said she she didn’t have the full colours. Then contacting the salon they blamed the lady. 2 weeks later no one has bothered to resolve. Go elsewhere for home visits

Avoid this place..I dont even know where to begin.Manicure horrible. Left with 4 raw cuticles that hurt me a lotI asked for gelish got overlay gel. Thick nails with a French tip that I could draw myself and still look better.Pedicure terrible. Soak my feet for 1 minute and then proceded with the tool on dry feet.Didnt remove the gel properly. Didnt separate de toes to paint. Not to mention that she did 6 layers of colour.. 6 layers..Not sure how this place won any prize because there is nothing true. Russian speakers no. Cleanliness doubtfulAlso there is no card payment and they dont even have change when you pay cash.Im not returning

Very bad experience on these salon blu dry they doesnt have hair protection and spray also polish very badly there is no brand at us well the services very expensive isnt worth it Im really despointed.

I love this salon and it’s been already a year I’m using services only of this beautiful professionals. Nails done perfectly so as eyelashes extensions and lamination. Always been happy with their work thus highly recommending.

Nataliia is very professional and doing the right checks before putting the lash extension ( allergy or any taken medication ). She assessed my eyes and achieved my expected results. My eyebrow lamination is great too, my eyebrow has stubborn hairs and she made it perfect. After all of these, she send me aftercare instructions how to clean and take care of the lashes. She really do care about the contentment of her clients. I will definitely come back.

I found this Salon basis the good google reviews. Today was my third time session for lashes extension and eyebrows lamination. So here my feedback-1- super clean salon2- owner (Natalia)is very welcoming and takes care of her clients3- very professional staff ( I Did with Alisha she was amazing)4- product they use are very good ( I have sensitive skin)5- they really do the lashes with full care so they last long.I had my experience with other salons, but this one is one of my best experiences. It’s not easy to find a good lash artist especially in Arjan. I had my lashes done over 3 weeks ago and they still look great! I am very happy with Natalia’s attention to detail and looking forward to visiting the salon soon again!

First the place is very very cozy and full of good vibes. Second they are sooo professionnel very ponctuel and extremely clean. I tried lashes for many times and also gel manicure and pedicure. I cant wait to try other services as well.
