Professional girls. Experienced staff. I always visit them on monthly basis for the past 2 years maybe more and i can confirm they really do their job great. Mika, Aigerim will always advise on design and treatment for your nails if needed to. Im happy with the service they provide.

Great service, cool ambience. The ladies are super professional- if you are looking for Russian mani&pedi with overlay, this is a perfect place to do your tip& toes. I’ve been a client in this place since day 1 - and highly recommend the ladies

Went to salon and left with horrible experience. Master has been late for 15 minutes , no one has even apologized.My Pedicure was disaster , gel polish was all over almost all my nails and touching my cuticles, which seemed normal for them . For manicure half of my cuticles has been cut and the lady kept pushing me that I have to do French manicure ( horrible upselling skill).While I was putting back my shoes , they started to close salon and switched off half of the light( it was only 9:15 pm) even though they are closing at 10 pm .Since I was last customer, they were in rush and didn’t do their job properly.For all this disaster they have offered me 20 dirham discount.Definitely not going back , not worth your time and money.

Had the best gel nails experience! The technician was not only skilled but incredibly friendly too. Janet made me feel right at home while working her magic on my nails. The salon has a great vibe, and I left feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend!

CHEATS, RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL TOWARDS CLIENT, DONT ACCEPT THEIR WRONGS AND FAULTS.I recently visited this place and the experience was horrible.An equipment which was needed for nails was malfunctioning and caused a mess with nails which isn’t a clients / customer fault however they felt they were right for their faulty tool. After 2 failed trials due to their malfunctioning tool on my nails they still wanted more trials but I had sore nails since taking them off was also hurting.They insisted I pay for a services I never got saying their products were waisted. How is a faulty equipment a fault of a customer?Even the gel which was supposed to be used was also not available.It was such a horrible service, rude staff, zero customer service.Worst nail experience ever. Even the 1 star isn’t deserved. Horrible services

The staff is friendly and welcoming and Janet is absolutely amazing. So kind and extremely good at what she does. My nails have never looked this good in Dubai. I really recommend.

They never never never start on time! You have to wait. The master can be late on your appointment and not even say sorry. You can face with the rudeness of the stuff and if you don’t like something they will answer you “you can find another salon if you don’t like something!”The quality of service doesn’t cost the price! There’s no good nail technician. Please be careful safe your money and your nervous system!!!

One star is given for good made nails only. It was made in russian technic.Everything the rest was the HORRIBLE. I am a friquent customer at salons and can confirm that this is the WORST SALON in Dubai, i dont know how it still exists.It started from the rude communication with the reception lady. My mood dropped down immediately once I had entered Beauty Forever salon. Both specialists who served me dont have any basic customer service skills, no even fake smile and only sarcastic hateful look. These ladies have horrible attitudes with rude manners. There was a feeling like you beg them to do their job, they are queens, and the customers are their slaves.Moreover, all staff had unkempt disheveled look, which is definitely not acceptable for any beauty field emplyee. No uniform and neat hair style. They looked like witches with their messy hair.I visited this salon over a year ago, and even now, I would like to leave my feedback.Certaily, it is NOT nice to treat people in the way they do.

Horrible experience, they totally damaged my nails, I went to this beauty salon to have a manicure with refil gel and they used the machine for cuticle and gel removal, but they cutted my skin causing a lot of pain. For a week my fingers hurt and were bleeding, after some time I realize that the use of the machine has deformed the shape of my nails so badly it has been used, only experts should use it. I will never go back. Horrible service. Be careful ladies.

The one star is for the warmth and friendliness of the MUA, but that was it. It was all downhill from there.The permanent eyeliner -Im not entirely sure the numbing cream that is applied prior to creating the lines worked because I was in a lot of discomfort and distress and eyes watered a lot and understandably made it difficult for the MUA to do the lines. I waited for 4-5 days for my eyes to heal to review this. The line was way way too natural looking, I already have a thick lash line hence this eyeliner does NOT show at all. Also she attempted a slight wing at the end. Now I see both eyes are NOT aligned. Extremely disappointing. Will not return.The salon -My appointment was at 11am on a Sunday, but there was just chaos and mayhem. The salon was still bring cleaned from the previous day. My service was being done in a little room with a closed door and there was a 3rd person(im guessing another employee in the salon) just barging in and out. This is not seen and acceptable in other salons. There are such minimum decorum kept in salons.

Master was late for more that 30 min. When I came the lady at the reception forgot to arrange time for master “ Oh, yeah you was at 5 pm right” it’s very unprofessional.Service is poor, no difference whether there is a customer or not, all the staff are lying down. Cleaning is also rarely done I understand that the floor there is dirty due to the fact that all day customers, but on the shelves it seems there more than 2 weeks of dust has not been wiped. No uniforms or badges, you have to guess whos working there and whos a customer. And cut it not as I showed her not even trimmed the ends. It was the worst experience. I didn’t want to write but I had to. I think my comment help you to be better.

In this salon, my hair was totally damaged, master zarina even cant say anything or offer anything to solve the situation. Its totally disaster.

Horrible experience , they don’t respect the appointment I waited for half an hour, the staff super disrespectful, they don’t have colors for normal polish and they keep increasing price and put unreal offer just to attract clients,Super bad experience will never go back to this saloon ever

I really love this salon and the girls 🫶🏻 they’ve become like family, I used to go to an Arab salon, they did it haphazardly, eternal cuts, the thinnest coating that after a couple of days chips off haphazardly, in general, as soon as I found our girls from the CIS, life became easier 😄 and They will make coffee and give you some water and turn on the massage, sit and enjoy. You will not find such affordable prices, such service and high-quality work from CIS craftsmen! I wholeheartedly recommend it 👍🏼

I have been a regular client of this salon for a long time. I really like the friendly staff and the warm atmosphere. Delicious coffee ☕️ I go for manicures, pedicures and eyelashes. The location is great, I always go to the Emirates Mall after the salon and feel like a million 🌟

Good location and choice of gel polish colors for manicure, but the masters are very arrogant and don’t even want to explain what they do, how they do it, and why. Whenever you have any questions or doubts, they stupidly freak out and make such a face - as if they are paying you, and not you, for the nails that you will wear for 2 weeks. They raise prices almost at any time; 2 weeks ago it was 150 for a gel manicure, today it’s already 200 and they don’t mind that it’s 25% right away.. Jeannette is the only modest and kind, friendly of them all. But never set foot in this salon again

The masters in the salon do not speak Russian, as indicated in the advertisement and on their Instagram. I specifically looked for a Russian-speaking master so that there would be no question explaining what I wanted.As a result, the hairdresser spoke only English, did not understand anything of what exactly I wanted and cut my hair without taking into account my wishes, but simply as she considered necessary.

Convenient location, responsive staff and salon administrator. Always top notch service. Mika, Aigerim - they do a wonderful manicure/pedicure.I’m the loyal customer of the salon for more than a year - I do manicure/pedicure 4 hands service, hair cut and hair dye. Also, I bring my mom to this salon. The staff, administrators are super attentive, responsive and provide great service. Mika and Aigerim are the top nail masters.
