I needed a renewed body and after the Royal Morrocan Bath I trully got it!! Best Morrocan Bath ever, Nadia is a real morrocan lady and just ask for her she is so nice and a professional, she relieved all my neck tension and scrub out all my stressed dead skin✨ of course I recommend and for sure I will come every month to get the best silked skin I ever had :)

The service at the salon is wonderful. The girls are very kind and do an excellent job, both with mani and pedi, as well as waxing and hair. I really like going there and the prices are not abusive.

I visited after receiving an offer 399 for Moroccan bath, hydrafacial, blow dry and mani pedi. Amazing deal, right? However I wanted to upgrade the basic Moroccan to royal and classic mani pedi to Gelish. They made me pay extra 100 for the royal Moroccan and refused toChange the classic mani pedi. Which was fine with me.However the Moroccan bath took only 30 minutes (instead for one hour based on what I paid for ) !!! and the steam was on only for two or three minutes. And I felt cold most of the time I was there. Nadia was amazing but the steam room was literally cold! When I complained about it they said the ac was on and they wouldn’t turn it off for some reason.The hydrafacial was not really hydrafacial, no machine of hydrafacial activated. I felt it was misleading, the money paid was not worth the services received. Very disappointing

I have tried the salon two times for the same service ,(pedicure and manicure)in order to be able to write a proper review. Every time I faced the same problem, they have been claimed that it’s fast drying, it has not been dried and has been scratched easily from soft touch, one finger the color has been gone from one place just like that without reason and after I get home direct from the salon. Pictures attached, although I’m very careful about my nails, so maintain it well from my side.But having this for 144 AED I’m expecting something to be more sustainable and high quality.The staff are professional though and like to deal with them.

Anne is absolutely amazing—she did my wax and pedicure before, and I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly nice and supportive of the team. Thats why, every time Im in Dubai, I make it a point to visit your salon. The service is simply fantastic!I did, however, have a bit of a disappointing experience with the receptionist Today. They were quite impolite, and I was a bit taken aback. I remember you used to accept walk-ins, and since Ive changed my number and lost Annes, I couldnt book in advance.Just a friendly suggestion: A smile and treating all clients with the same warmth really go a long way. When I visited, it wasnt a busy time—only one other client was there. I approached the receptionist nicely, but their response made me feel like my ability to pay was in question. Please, a smile can make all the difference!Thank you again for the stellar service. One of the best moroccan bath i had. Sumaya is absolutely lovely and very good. Their special moroccan bath is absolute must! It’s 250 dhs but it’s totally worth it. The place is clean and the staff were very nice! This will definitely a go to for me. Highly recommended for this service. By the way, they give me complimentary blower, so nice of them. This is my first time doing a Moroccan bath in this salon. The salon is very clean and this is the most important thing. Dealing with Ms Thoraya is very comfortable and She is cheerful .The whole place is beautiful. Pedicures and manicures are well done.♥️♥️

I went to get my hair washed and curled and had to pay about 120aed for a simple wash and dry. The service was awful and there were men in the salon during working hours and as a hijabi, i was uncomfortable. The Philippine recipient is super rude and too fast judging, not getting my hair done there again if it wasnt for the beautiful Ethiopian woman who did a beautiful job🤷🏽‍♀️

Was my first time doing the Moroccan bath at this salon.Salon is clean, the bath itself has an ample space that you wont feel suffocated during steaming process and I am very satisfied with Ms Thurayas service. She is very welcoming and professional. Other than the loofa which I find a bit overpriced , still very happy first time customer with Ms Thuraya.

I used to go to the salon when I was living in DSO. Services were good.After 2 years I drove for 30 minutes, to get a good experience of Moroccan bath. I was very excited.The lady spoke to me in Arabic. I told her I am sorry, I don’t understand Arabic. She told me to tie my hair which I didn’t understand, she started talking to herself in Arabic, sounded like she was not happy with me.I felt uncomfortable immediately.She did not offer me a change. I kept wearing my underwear, which later became wet because of the shower (quite obvious). She asked me, Nepali? I looked at her and I was about to ask her, does it matter? I just said I am Indian. She kept talking in Arabic and I understood nothing. She was in rush since beginning as she wanted to eat. She kept saying that throughout. Everything was in rush and hurry, felt like she wasn’t relaxed. She made me feel anxious.At the end, I asked two ladies (working in the salon) if they provide underwear for Moroccan bath or not? They said ‘yes but probably we are out of stock’. I was surprised. I couldn’t wear my own underwear as it was completely wet because of the shower.Later the receptionist came and apologized to me for that and provided me use and throw underwear (the one is used for Moroccan bath).I am so shocked. I have a question here, the lady who is providing the service of Moroccan bath, does she know what she is doing?I went there to relax.I am not sure if I am relaxed or not.(Everyone behaved with me very nicely. Fathiya offered me a tea, thanks to her).

The Moroccan bath in this salon other than its all perfect services is a hidden gem. so relaxing and refreshing. choose the special one you wont regret.. many elegant products of masks, scrubs. hair, face, body and soul treatments other than the basic items for the standard bath you will never find anywhere else. I never felt like this and I have tried everywhere for 10 years in UAE. Fatiha is an amazing girl and very professional and dedicated.

I had been to this salon for a hair root touch-up and also for hot stone body massage. My hair is damaged, and to do the colour correction, I had to re do it. Coming to hot stone massage, its more of hand massage rather than stonwle massage. Ive been taking the stone massage in another salon as well, but its not the same. I regret going to this salon. They dont have a rate chart for the treatments. Unpleasant!!!!

I was a client for few years i can see now the services are becoming bad… i always came back although every now and then i ised to have some bad ey.. i always came back but recent too much !!! the pakistani hair dresser cut my fringe wrong and i have been waiting for it to grow back .. i did my nails and i had to do them again within a few days because the new lash lady did my nails and they where bubbles.. i paid i did again .. also the nail color fell off.. i went to another salon i did for half the price and they lasted for one month…oh and when i complained to the MANAGER she blamed my nails.. and said she has to check and come back to me.. i wanted nothing but an apology admitting that the staff didnot do my nails good which is the truth.. instead of blaming my nails howcome in another CHEAPER salon they lasted? Your prices are high you should offer amazing service and you should treat customers well ( very unprofessional manager)

Unprofessional saloon ! Management always confused.And they dont understand the customers even ive been going for so long and loyal. I liked the saloon before when management were nice and polite but not now. they still manage to treat me in a very unacceptable way! I was only going there for the stuff but the management is 0 !I once had my finger bleeding and i was very understanding and polite that sometimes mistakes happens, also i had an infection!But then when i asked for coming for offer only for two days earlier due to work and some inconvenience they were very rude about it.Not going there again and telling everyone i know not to go there again also.

Thuraya gives the most wonderful a relaxing moroccon hammam. I have had many hamams and the way she does it is the real deal!

Was skeptical at first to try them, but the saloon did not leave me disappointed at all! Good ambiance, well maintained hygiene, warming welcomes and happy faces!Kudos to the receptionist Kim & team for always being kind and patient in answering all my queries via WhatsApp & phone calls. Never had any payment issues unlike other saloons. Never charged me extra.Rasti is very gentle with her hands , she will make sure you feel no pain when doing your hair and fall in love with it!Anne made my pedicure look so good, it lasted me for more than a month.Jory is very gentle while waxing and threading she makes sure she completes her task to perfection causing as minimum pain as possible.Arshi worked her magic in a relaxing detoxifying body massage to ease my body aches.I totally recommend this saloon and tell the girls to trust the beautiful ladies in this team ❤️

Worse Morrocon bath , my nerve is pulled the lady treated me like a carrot , first I’m asthmatic she left me in hammam full on steam and never came back , I had to get up and open door to breathe - worse will never recommend to my network. Ladies don’t !

This place is amazing!!!! Ive done marrocan bath,which was amazing! Nadia did it for me and she was suuuuper! My skin feels so smooth and healthy!! I also did full hair colour and it turned exactly what i wanted. It was a Tunisian lady that did it(cant remember her name :( but she made my hair shine more than a diamond. Consistent and beautiful colour ! Also every one treated me so nice... my first time but i will be a regular customer. Ohh also the prices are so reasonable worth every single dirham! If there was a rating higher than the 5 stars I would have chosen it.! 1. I have went to Moroccan Hammam in Morocco itself and many other Salons here in UAE. NOTHING compares to the experience I had with BodyPulse. I have truly felt refreshed and everybody the second day noticed the difference. 2. I had a very damaged hair (dry because of a protein treatment I did in another Salon) and with a 20 minutes treatment it was thankfully back to a healthier state.Thus, I do recommend the salon very much and I will definitely be back for any hair service I would need in the future and ALL YEAR long for the Hammam :D

She knows her work really well and understands what you are looking for. She gave an amazing cut. Would highly recommend her. Maricel was the one to do my threading of eyebrows . She really made a nice shape. Infact she improved my shape. Got my moroccan bath done by Nida , omg she was awesome. Such sweet female and did it really nice. Got a regular Moroccan bath (hammam). It was such a satisfying session. Their standard hammam is like the royal hammam…wonder what a royal hammam would be!Such good and courteous service, clean facility and the hammam professional was so careful with my sensitive skin. Very good experience. Highly recommended and good value for money.

I visit the salon every 2-3 weeks, and I love my manicure done by Shuvai and pedicure by Anne every time, especially French manicure 💅 Thank you very much!

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, I don’t recommend anyone to do henna in this salon, it was faded from the first day and unprofessionally drawn as when my friends saw it they thought I draw it myself and it was really expensive for a very simple drawing. Such a waste of money!

WARNING : LONG POST!!!! Let me start by saying that I bought a Cobone to avail of their services. This was for a Full Hair Color + Wash and Blow dry. ( Actual value of services was AED 760 or there abouts and Cobone was AED99). The lady who booked my appointment was courteous enough but she did however inform me that the Cobone was only for a hair colour and not Color Correction. I didnt think anything of it as my hair didnt need any Correcting I just wanted a change of color to my otherwise boring black hair.The receptionist was very polite and I was asked to wait for the stylist. After a wait of 10 mins ( in an otherwise empty salon) the stylist arrived and very half heartedly apologized for keeping me waiting. She then proceeded to tell that if I was expecting to walk out of the salon with a different hair color then that was not going to happen as that service involves a lot of steps and a lot of her time and that I;ve paid ONLY AED 99.So finally I asked her to just color my hair black since she said nothing was going to show on my hair. She also made some very rude comments about the condition of my hair etc etc. I sat there in disbelief all the time wishing that I had just walked out right in the beginning. Im obviously never going back there.

Worst place ever, unprofessional team, they give you a price and charge you different rates. Even when you try to speak to the owner. They say she is busy. I am not sure if she is really busy or they are not informing her. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

A gym converted into a salon so theyve low wall partitions. Massage room is also semi close and full of noises and Staff is over talkative. Overall an average place with extremely high rates.

She does the Moroccan bath according to its principles, and she works with a sincere conscience. It is one of the best baths I have tried in Dubai. Honestly, thank you very much. I went to the salon to have a Moroccan bath. To be honest, it was wonderful with Sister Toure. She was excellent and I was very happy with the service and drying. I recommend visiting the salon because it is worth it.

A nice place, and the girls are nice and their work is beautiful and they are keen to make us happy... The hairdresser “Iman” is amazing and her work is amazing. I always use “sweet professional” hair straighteners and I love the result. You should try it and the hairdresser does it with amazing perfection. It never damages the hair and remains soft like water... There are more than one Moroccan pigeon. “Nadia” who is in charge of the bathroom is amazing, she is very ethical and her work is from the heart. You should try it because you will depend on it... The manicure and pedicure are from the hands of “Atiji”. Her work is clean and creative and she has a nice touch with the designs on the nails... I hope they add a henna service so that the salon becomes more complete.

I advise every girl to have a Moroccan bath at Somaya. It is the cleanest and best Moroccan bath I have ever had in my life. Somaya had a very good taste. She always gives me advice every time and asks me something special and tells me next time I will do this for you. After the bath, she makes tea and water, lights incense, and anoints my whole body with oil. I swear there is no place like Somaya. I loved Somaya, a girl with great taste, morals, and good treatment. I give 5 stars to Somaya.

Honestly, the best Moroccan bath in Dubai is with Madam Nadia. May God give her a thousand good health. She is very kind and intelligent and works conscientiously. I swear the negative energy in my body has gone out. It is wonderful in every sense of the word.
