I had a great experience with Elen Joy! She was so gentle while doing my nails, which made the whole process really relaxing. She took her time to make sure everything looked perfect, and she was very friendly and kind throughout. My nails turned out beautiful, and I’m so happy with the results. I’ll definitely go back to her again and recommend her to anyone looking for someone professional and caring!

It was my first time visiting the salon and i had a wonderful experience! ruth ann did my nails , janice blow dried my hair ,kumasi washed my hair, selena threaded my eyebrows, and perry (if i’m not mistaken) did my pedicure. highly recommend them, they are all amazing at there job and so kind. especially janice with her wittiness 😆 they did all my services all at once which impressed me as they also managed to finish everything in 2 hours only! such excellent staff!!

My experience at the salon was overall excellent. I had a full face shaving , eyebrow threading both with ( selena ), manicure with ( cheyenne ) and pedicure with ( ranghna ) , and the staff were very kind and cooperative. However, the stylist ( jennylyn ) who did my hair was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She didn’t even smile or ask how I wanted my hair blow-dried. When I visit a high-end salon and pay a premium, I expect exceptional service and a respectful attitude. I hope action will be taken regarding this staff member to improve the customer experience in the future. Thanks

Airish did an amazing job doing my challenging nail art on regular nail polish. I got her to draw me a Bacardi bottle and Cuban flag for a competition I am attending and she promptly followed my instructions and did as is. Kudos great job!! It’s not easy doing an mail art on regular polish 😊

The customer service was excellent, but the quality of the lashes is terrible. It’s only been four days and I’ve lost about 60% of my lashes. Not to mention the technique in which they’re done was pretty bad. Hard for me to give bad reviews, this wasmy second time going, and unfortunately, I have to say both times the experience was extremely mediocre.Quite literally as I’m writing this, I just had a lash fall on my pillow. Lol. 😂

All the staff know what they’re up too! Ahhh especially Lyne, she knocked me out with her massage skills! Oh and do not trust anyone else but bedashing when it comes to their Moroccan bath lady, Amna I believe was her name! Thanks guys. I feel super energized.

One of worst salons ever, usually they were the best, but recently one of the worst, Recently i did my hair twice with the same lady, Jonaline ( al barsha branch ) and every time she keeps getting nervous while doing, she & they don’t want to do their work professionally, and they’re always angry & upset, and no matter how much you try being sweet to them and let them know what you want, they will keep on getting angry and just leave without completing their work. Everytime i come they should do a huge problem, and i should get mad and leave instead.

Absolutely loved the fast service and modern space they have.I came to it twice and will definitely return. I had one of the best blow dries and whats more amazing is the small cafe inside the salon with all sorts of coffee selections.

Very upsetting and disappointing experience at the AlBarsha branch. Apparently, even if we’re all paying customers, the employees get to decide who gets served. I’ve been visiting this branch for so long so it was extremely disappointing that now it’s not about bookings or paid services, it’s about the staff’s mood and whether or not they decide to accommodate & provide the service. I’ve been coming here for years, I expected better but the service seems to be deteriorating 👎🏻

I have been coming to this place throughout the past years and it does excellent nail services with different technicians. Ranjna (hands) was very helpful and patient with my choices and Ellen joy (feet) did a great job too! totally recommend

✅Great location, easy to park,salon is very clean and equipments are new,also products that used are great selection and cool.I have done Maroccan bath which was really amayzing, staff been very welcoming and profesional,also I have tried their Kérastase treatment and blow dry which was great as well.❌So having positive thoughts in mind about this salon I went for a pedi where in i end up very frustrated by waisting my time.In my 30 years I’ve honestly never had such a bad pedicure. First of all what I had have to be renamed to touch up or express pedicure.❌All procedure been completed in 30 min, without even soaking the the feet in water,foot scrubber was disposable but been applied dry on to of my dry feet without using water or even remover, both feet been done fast and she applied scrub fast fast rinsed my legs with ice cold water with commenting that this is winter now (p.s boilers are there just in case)During cutting cuticles technician direct start cutting without using a pusher or wooden stick, where of course I got my finger cutted to blood.During procedure “certainly”I got offered for additional treatment and buying oil.Just an advise customers will happily consider offers and suggestions from people whom they feel professional, they will never follow advices from people who is hardly knows how to their job.So in summary I try to avoid their nail services, but in general okay okay.‼️‼️‼️I have added picture of pedicure which was done 4 hours back, if you want same resault welcome to bedashing salon.

It was very bad experience they force me to do manicure even if I don’t want because the rules like this no options and no qualified staff on the phone for explaining. Only hair and too much experience comparing to other beauty saloon.Not recommended

Tried gel overlay manicure. Lady seemed to be not aware how to use the product, not confident, took almost 2 hours. After two days 4 nails’s coats lifted. I came to repair it. Another lady did redo of the whole manicure again. She said the coat was not sealed properly. Took another 1 and a half hour. Again after 3 days 3 nails’s coats lifted.Very bad quality - either gel or technique cause I have never had this issue before though I’ve tried many salons in Dubai.Waste of precious time and money.

I highly suggest Asmita. She’s the best and the most talented hairstylist I’ve ever seen. Me and my sister had our hair color and style with Asmita, and every single person we meet they ask where we did it. Her work such a piece of art MashaAlla. I got my haircut with Jonalyne, I really liked my hair and the consultation process was very patient and she did exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this place especially to people who are picky with their hair.

Horrible experience at this salon, I did my pedicure in 30 minutes and all the time I was telling technicians you are not cleaning well, I had to wait around 20 minutes for other technician!! No one showed up ! the lady who did my manicure she did again my pedicure as the first lady her work is a joke!!! Second day the nail color just chipped !!!! What a bad quality !!! Totally I don’t recommend them

While doing my pedicure the therapist asked me if I wanted to do foot treatment, I said no, she then replied that its the same price, so I said ok since its for free I’ll do it. When I wanted to pay the total was around 300 instead of 168, i told the cashier why is it higher she said because of the foot treatment. The cashier kept insisting that I had to pay for the treatment and that she is sure that the therapist informed me abound the price, although I was confident that I was told that its including the pedicure. She claimed that she was looking for the therapist but could not find her for me to confront her. Although the mani and padi were good but this incident made me cancel the idea of visiting the salon ever again. Of course I did not pay the unfair amount but it left me with the worst experience in any salon I ever visited. I later told my friend of what happened and she told me she experienced the same.

My previous dye attempt didnt go well, but luckily, Shaleeni at the bedashing salon worked her magic in just two hours. Now, my hair looks beautiful, and Im thrilled with the result. Shaleeni is a talented artist, highly recommended for hair coloring. She not only excels in enhancing hair but also adeptly resolves any issues that may arise. Shes the go-to person for a flawless experience.Highly recommended !

Shalini was my hair technician and her service was very good. She did for me roots color and blow dry exactly as I requested from her.Highly recommend her.

I like the place and friendliness of the staff. Katrhrina from customer service is very warm and quick to help. I do my acrylic manicure with Sam and pedicure with Edna if they are available, they both do an extremely neat and good quality job.The only downside are their prices which I feel keep increasing and that I always need to check the bill. At least 3 times in the last few months I realized I am being overcharged, which are they fixed it quickly. So now I don’t trust them with the bill and developed a habit of checking it every time, which is kind of sad and shows lack of trust from my side. Hopefully this will change soon.

They made me wait 40 minutes and Moroccan bath was really fast which was not suppose to be like that, and felt un welcomed. Bedashing Al Barsha is me second home.I’m here almost 3-4 times a week.The reception team: Sashi and Alyssa and previous Kat are AMAZING!!!! I can’t go in with it giving them a hug, they are so welcoming and sweet.Technicians: Reeta, she is the funniest person, ever visit is a unique one cause of her because of her cheerful disposition. Not only is she GREAT at what’s she does but her personality is what sold me.Chandra, I come in for my weekly massages because of her, she’s quiet but the sweetest.Over all I love the staff here they are like a second family.

Honestly, the new Bedashing nail polish last forever and they didn’t chip or change in shades.I also got hair treatment done with Janice. It’s the best I’ve had in such a long time. She gave me proper consultation and checked my hair before deciding what option would work best for my hair type. And she was right.I cannot be happier 😇

I would greatly thank Fadoua & Sameera for being lovely and caring. I LOVED the way my hair was trimmed and the blow dry went beyond my expectations.Thank you bedashing Team for the warm service and most importantly the delicious coffee in place!

My first time experienced here and I was very disappointed! The technician was advertising the products of the salon and pressing on me to do another services ! and also she want to open a product just to make me pay for it, they should not unless the client offer for it, and they didn’t clean and do their job well because they were too busy today ! It’s not our problem of the staff are tired ! Soo poor service! . also my friend she booked for appointment for plastic nails and chrome but when she was doing the technician was pressing on her to put acrylic and she said we don’t have chrome like why in the beginning they said we have ? also she put plastic nails but when she reached home she checked for the bill they lit her pay for acrylic nails 🤭🤭 !!! Poor staff experience and the management should train them well! I will not visit this salon again not worth the money at all.

I was looking for a salon that specializes in hair donations. And I was over the moon to discover that Bedashing Beauty Lounge collaborates with the Friends of Cancer Patients (FOCP).I didn’t have to book an appointment as clients that are donating hair can come as walk-in. I just had to show up and they took care of everything. Combing out my hair, cutting the desired length and packaging it to be sent to FOCP. This is done completely free of cost.I was so overwhelmed and touched by the sincerity of my hair stylist Khadija and coordinator Abby during the entire hair donation process. Because I had lost my only sister to cancer and May happens to her birthday month. So this was a really emotional day for me, and they made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and grounded. Much gratitude and love to these two beautiful souls. P.S. The Turkish coffee was amazing 😻I was so won over by the place. The spacious and sleek ambiance. The hygiene standards and diversity in products. The friendliness of the staff. So I decided to pamper myself with a caviar hair mask as well as a mani-pedi. My body felt amazing and I definitely slept like a Queen that night. And I will be back soon!

While I’ve loved their Nail services at my local branch, I’ve increasingly got frustrated at their lack of concern for their clients’ time as they overbook their appointments. I called and requested specifically to not make me wait, and yet I was made to wait 25 minutes upto the point where I finally walked out. They’ve had ridiculous waits every single time for my last 5 appointments. Why even bother to book appointments when you can’t stick to a schedule?

Luckily as I got the chance to meet an amazing lady named Kumari Rai..you think washing and conditioning hair is for everyone? You are absolutely wrong. She washes your hair with high care and attention not to drop water inside your ear or ruin your makeup and clothes.Always ask for her to wash your hair. It seems today is my lucky day as I met also with hairstylist Asmita who solved my everlasting problem with grey hair. Extremely disappointed. I called coming in for a treatment that was listed in their website for 450 AED maximum price and upon my arrival i was told my final price would be above 1000 AED. The price difference from my expectation to the reality was shocking and I was never informed about any additional payments i’d need to make over the phone when booking my appointment. The technician explained that the call-center wasn’t related to the professionals and that’s why I wasnt informed on the true price, but that is a sign of poor management and communication between the team and salon. If there was additional charges the call-center wasn’t aware of, the salon should’ve re-directed me to the specialist over the phone who can give me a more clear insight on what I will be paying for. Due to this lack of honesty, I cancelled my appointment completely and left. Really disappointed.

I have visited this branch a day before Eid and I was the last person, the service I received was perfect which I didn’t expected. I’ve been served a little late but the whole service was as great as all my other visits! Sam did my nails with so much patience and I totally recommend her. This branch is gonna be my favorite!

I’m regular customer of bedashing albarsha for moroccan bath with sameera, I book for last Sunday, and when I reached i was surprised she’s on vacation and najat is in her place .. i wished they told me before.. the experience with najat was horrible,, as i used the bath and i did everything by my own. She only scrubbed.. everything else i did by my own.. and also i was too long sitting under the steam. I don’t recommend najat ..

This is what I call pampering !!! I have not been to any salon in Dubai which ticks all the right boxes ! Service was 100% I have never seen such a clean beauty lounge ever!!!! The manager Sarah was so nice and assisting my every need, I even bought myself some shampoo , cant wait to try it ! I recommend them to everyone! They are worth visiting. I always get my nails done in Bedashing, but the past few times haven’t been great. My nails are not even , the way of applying nail polish is diff , my nails either chip or peel the next day…

I visited Bedashing Beautys new branch at Al Barsha 2 yesterday. They were offering a few services for free so I got my pedicure done and my friend got a manicure. My friend was done in around 40 mins but my service took about one and a half hour. I do feel like that was too long but I understand how some may enjoy that. The parlour itself is HUGE! Probably the biggest parlour I have ever been to and they have alot of people on staff so I doubt you would ever have to wait when you go. I really appreciate their wide variety of OPI and Essie Nail polishes. My favourite part and probably the main reason for me to ever go back was their Pink Lemonade. It was so so good!

.Reeta is my go-to tech for my eyebrows and, now, facials. She is skilled and sweet and my review of her is 5 stars but, I only wish you had added my previous visits to my points. That was disappointing and upsetting, hence the 3 stars this time.

Had an amazing experience with the best hairstylist zoubaida , for the first time ever I wasn’t afraid of trimming my hair way to much . She trimmed what was needed and advised me to use the great products they have .

I used the mani&pedicure services today, and the nail technician suggested me that I need to wax my skin hair! This is a personal decision if someones likes to wax their hair or not and the technicians need to keep such opinions to themselves. I found this comment offensive and I believe the salon management needs to be mindful to train their employees to not give their personal opinion about their clients unless the client asks them for it.

This salon is one of my favorite salon for manicure and pedicure, but there is a note that I hope to take into consideration when I call to make an appointment to mention to the employee the name of the person I want, but when I go I am surprised that she is not the employee of choice. We ask them by name, they send other female employees! I wish to train the call center staff and then the reception staff to look at the notes table firstThank you

I’ve been here for a haircut that lasted 10mins, the stylist just cropped my hair without even asking if I am fine with the length before she cut it! My hair is not even and looks like I did the haircut by myself. Even I explained to them I am not satisfied, they didn’t offer any solution, instead the lady with the glasses on the reception was just waiting me to pay and offering the bank terminal. Very disappointed, before their service were good.

Zoubaida and Janice are my favorite hairstylists. I have a tall and thick hair however, these two hairstylists would always get my hair done within 30 mins. I also tried the Moremo hair treatment which worked amazing with me. This treatment is the best thing I have ever put on my hair as it makes my hair really beautiful!!

I am beyond disappointed with the way the reception lady treated me. She kept rolling her eyes at me when I asked her respectfully if anyone is going to start my manicure soon cuz I waited for around 10 mins even though I had an appointment. After that, she came back to me to confirm my name & phone no. again. I told her that she took it already when I came in, but she kept on calling me with a different name and saying that someone else booked under that name. I told her that Im not the person she is referring to.. she clicked her tongue loudly and rolled her eyes at me again and left! This happened during the soft opening last month and I never went back even though the nail artist was really good and so sweet. I dont know the receptions name but she was a dark skinned lady.

I have never felt more at home and taken care of at a salon than I have at Bedashing in Barsha. Janice, Reeta, and Roshni tended to me perfectly. I drive from Sharjah specifically for Janice to do my hair and she always impresses. Looking forward to going again soon!

Thats the status of my hair after I finished the service, they sat me in a chair full of greasy fingerprints from previous clients and when I told them to sanitize they did only the obvious spots, I was the only client at the moment and they didnt bother to do the paid service properly, when I finally complained that instead of focusing on drying my hair properly were playing with their phones they said they just need to take the payment and that the manager will call me, instead of the manager the receptionist called to offer free service and wanted to know what the problem was, i wont go back there even if they offer to pay me.Very bad costumer service in an empty place and its a pitty as I was regular at their Abu Dhabi branch

The worst customer service ever! They moved my appointment up to them then they canceled my appointment just because the customer before my appointment is late! And I have to deal with it! Worst management and customer service in Dubai! Appointments are not organized at all and you end up with moved or canceled appointment! Instead of focusing and opening many branches you should rather open one branch and focus on your customer service and management!
