I have been a client at your beauty lounge for a long time, and I recently had another fantastic experience. The service was perfect and well done. I got French nails done by Nguyen, and she is truly the best in nail art. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Ill definitely be coming back.

Can I know why you charge regular French (manicure) as a Nail Art price? All she did was draw a line; where’s the depth in the French (manicure)?The receptionist says it’s a deep French, so she charged me 52.5! When the manager called me, she told me that in general, French is priced at 10.5 per nail. If she was right, why did you take 52.5 AED, how did you count it? it was supposed to be 105 as the manager said.And on your website, it’s written that French is 10.5! In addition, I’m used to paying 10.5 AED for regular French!!Can you please unify the prices across the branches? It doesn’t make sense that each branch has a different price. The issue is that I’m not new to the salon, so I already know the prices.Please find attached my nails and see the regular french. I don’t know why they charge 5.25 per nail and the manager said 10.5 per nail.Contradiction in what’s being said, and the staff are not on the same page!

I did my nails with Cindy and Ruth Ann. They did an amazing job the finish was sooo clean and the polish was very neat and clean. I highly recommend it and all the ladies there were very helpful and kind

DONT RECOMMEND! THE NAIL SERVICE IS RUBBISH! I only went because it was free otherwise I wouldnt pay ANY money for this, I had to take the nail cutter to cut my nail myself and in the picture they forgot the top coat and damaged the colour and now they wont fix it. The Management is EVEN WORSE at handling my complaint and I had to walk out of there disappointed and angry.

Thank you for contacting me today about this review but you didnt resolve anything and have only continued to waste my time for the last months. My nails are still destroyed as you can see in the pictures and you think its a normal way to treat customers. I am sure anyone would agree it is unacceptable. I hope nobody else suffers this terrible and scary experience. If anyone is having trouble with this salon, I think the only thing to do is to report to Dubai Municipality (call 800900) who are very supportive.The worst experience. Customer service terrible. They used a machine to remove my gel pedicure and took off half of my real nail. I have been in pain ever since and my nails are badly damaged. Management completely unwilling to help. Be careful!

Overall, the branch is VERY SUPPORTIVE and friendly and very niiiiceee.. all staff are VERY nice and havr a very high quality services and their skills are great. I do my nails with Rosabell and i do my hair with miki they are VERY NICE! I come to this branch at least every week! I loved their service and cozy environment, the price is affordable and all BUT my nail has already started peeling only 3 days after I got this nail done. :( I’m not sure if I want to come back.

Booked for nail art 3 weeks in advance and sent in a photo and was told the nail artist can do it. Not only did they not have any of the colors i needed the nail artist tried to go to another client in the middle of the appointment. I was so excited before my vacation to get this nail art and now i look like a 3 year old drew on my nails with crayons. Oh and when i got upset other nail staff kept coming up and giving fake ‘oh its so nice’ comments. WORST experience ever that cost 450 aed!!! Will never come back.

I’ve been doing my nails for years in bedashing but today CHINH did it for me. She was relaxing, took her time, was very calm, made me enjoy it. I recommend her 💕!

Bad service plz avoid!! I did mani gelish and few days later it started peeling off!! I complained to them they said they will fix it is an exception, came to the branch and i did a lower price service which they wanted to charge me again!!! I have done my lashes there for the first time and at first they look beautiful and organized not even a week passed by and my lashes are messed up they look unorganized and they are not even comfortable and my skin was pulled down I washed it gently to get it clean but it’s not working and I have done my lashes before and it was not like this. And as you can see my natural lash fell with the extensions.

I did my nails at this place (GEL polish Mani and Pedi) it started to come off after 4 days look at my pinky !! The worse product ever and they are expensive!! I don’t recommend the place. The girls will start telling you that you need treatments just to make pay more, be aware of that. Update they said they will call me and they didn’t!!!!!

One of the worst bedashing branches Ive been to, thankfully I only got a pedicure!🤦🏽‍♀️My mother got a mani pedi and they used a different shade on her feet than the one on her hands, the tech picked up whatever bottle she felt was close enough instead of checking with the other tech the name of the shade she was using for the mani.🤔My mom also reported feeling pain during the treatment as they were far from gentle.Now for the piece de resistance: I eneded up, for the first time in my life, and my experience of at least 220 pedicures so far, contracting a fungal infection in my toenails due to their unsanitary practices.🤢Zero out of 5. Do not recommend.👎

I had a great experience at this branch, Jamuna the hairdresser did an amazing job with my cut, highlights and blowout! The service was very professional and nicely done, I was a bit nervous because I have curly hair but did a great job since she works with all types of hair. I also got my mani and pedi done here at the same time and that saved me a lot of time. Great service and location overall

Jamoona is the only person in Dubai that I trust with my hair, she really get hair and what suits your face and colour! All the ladies are super friendly and really well trained with their nail technicians as well as Gauri for Everybrows and Tao for natural lashes. My go to salon since 10 years + and never was it a bad experiences. Only comment is I wish the massage rooms were sound proof so you really zone out of the salon sounds, otherwise love everything!

Had several treatments including manicure and pedicure by the Vietnamese ladies and they did a great job.As for the hair, I had three technicians and one of them burned my hair to a crisp. I washed it several times and the stench of burned hair wouldn’t go away. Don’t have inexperienced ladies touch other people’s hair. Paying a large sum of money for a treatment and a hairstyle to end with damaged hair is daylight robbery.

So disappointed from the experience. I hope they take appointments more seriously. My appointment was at 5:45 and 6. As i am writing this message its 6:15 the eyebrow technician is performing another service for a client. If there is a misunderstanding don’t double book the clients with the same technician. I now have to cancel and delay all of my other appointments because of this. Really really disappointed.

I would like to share my experience , it’s not a place where we got explaint services in friendly vibes, but also they took care of our health . I had a small oil bag in my neck and the team there they are the only who discovered that and imagine when I went to hospital to check the dr said I have to make an operation and I did thank u Bedashing beautiful ladies ..Also they have best special coffee …ask for the Nescafé coffee ❤️❤️❤️

If you want to lose your hair and get it burned go to Bedashing Beauty Lounge in City Walk.My wife went to Bedashing Beauty Lounge in City Walk for a root color and blow dry, but she lost almost all her hair during shampoo. My wife was very angy and sad, she lost almost 40-50 cms, they almost forced her to sign a waver form but it is clear that the product used in this saloon and the lack of experience of the techniciens is ZERO.I strongly advise you to avoid this saloon as much as possible if you want to keep you hair.

The place is clean and quiet.I usually get my nails done here, and they have some offers each month.Once I had an issue where my nails didn’t last and the manager was able to sort it with a new manicure without questions. Recently had the pleasure of trying this salon out and really loved the experience. I was able to take advantage of eyebrow threading & get my daughter a haircut before the start of the new school year. The salon is quite large but was thankfully not full at the time. I would recommend Rochell for all your hair needs.

Pushy “sales” staff who tells you she’s got the perfect hair treatment without announcing that the treatment alone is costing 330AED, triple the cost of the blow-dry itself. I went in to do manicure, pedicure and blow-dry simultaneously but ended up getting stuck for 2.5h(!!) because the manicure failed to dry after more than 40min of drying and the staff had to do it all over again. She had used “the wrong kind of top coat” the first time around (WTH?!) How to ruin an appointment that was supposed to be a treat. Not going back.

Very good service and staff. I got hair coloring and highlights that I liked so much, I highly recommend Janice for hair services. Their manicure and pedicure were excusite and very refreshing . Their work is precise and exactly as you want it, they make sure you are happy with the results. The price is a bit high, but totally worth it.

Worst pedicure and manicure I’ve gotten in Dubai. While the ladies doing the service were kind, their skills were not. I got nail art on two nails and it was something you can easily do at home and do a better job yourself. (Extra 20 dhs for sticking gold foil badly on your nails). Secondly, the lady doing the pedicure managed to cut the skin on the side of my toe and it was bleeding. I have never ever bled during a pedicure. It is now so painful and red and hurts to walk. I have to use antibiotic creams as well. Do not recommend anyone going there again.

Received a blowout by Jamuna - I have to say it was such fast and fabulous service, absolutely loved her work! My hair has never looked this good 👍Also got a Pedicure by Estepany and she was such a sweetheart, so kind and lovely! Well, I used to have very unsatisfied experience while coloring my hair in other salons by not getting what I want but jamuna this girl is amazing 😉 she made my day and she welled satisfied me with the colors what I wanted on my hair. Extremely disappointed by Bedashing Beauty Lounge in City Walk, I had a very bad experience. They damaged my long hair.

I am a regular at the City Walk branch of Bedashing. My experience has always been great, especially when I get my hair done by Jamuna - I would highly recommend going to her! She always takes what I want into account and I always leave the salon very satisfied how my hair looks.

I have been a client for over 2 years now and I am very happy with the level of professionalism (including the front desk staff at the Bedashing City Walk branch), hygiene and the quality of service (especially by Rosabel, Orlyn and Tracy). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rosabel and Orlyn are impeccable technicians and very detail oriented and they know their clients very well. I have recently also been a client of Ruth Anne and Eryn and they have done a great job! I always look forward to coming for services with these technicians in particular!

My local go to for all things beauty. Always walk out with perfect nails and they have every colour under the sun. Thank you lady Ann, Rukiya, Janice and Meke for putting up with me and going out your way to always make everything perfect! Hair, nails, brows and the lot.

I try to call for a complaint no one answer I did my manicure and pedicure today and the lady how did my pedicure forgot the water open and it come all over my shoes. And my shoes cost 4000 DHS when I ask the manger that I will not pay for the service because that the minimum things should they do as an apologies she told me that she will call the police!!!!Every time I did my nails on bedashing you can just check my profile but I think it will be the last time and I will write this thing on google as well.I didn’t expect that thing from your sideFYII payed for the services 160 DHS

I was a loyal and regular client, visiting the City Walk branch 2-3 times per week for various services, until they cancelled my appointment with only 2 hours to spare, citing that the reason was due to the fact they had run out of acrylic powder. Being the second time they have cancelled my appointment on the same day (its difficult to get appointments so when you schedule your whole week around this, its fairly inconvenient) I was extremely disappointed. I wrote to the owner sharing my feedback and was even more disappointed to have not received a response. Its a shame they dont seem to mind about client loyalty and considering its not the cheapest of salons Im very unimpressed.

I have tried many places in Dubai but Bedashing is definitely the best. The quality is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, everything from hair to nails to eye brows and waxing is the best you can get. I highly recommend Tracy for waxing and eye brows. She is very good at eye brow shaping and the best to go to for waxing. Definitely ask for Tracy if you go :)

It was my first time there, I had so many things done and each service was absolutely pleasant. The place is clean and well organized. The staff is very professional, friendly, honest, attentive and truly caring, it was clear they are passionate about what they do. I liked that they didnt try to convince me of doing sth or force sell me sth. Id like to mention that the restroom is very clean and smells nice. It was a pleasure meeting each one of them. Bedashing has become my choice of beauty salon and thats on period.

I had a great experience at bedashing citywalk, they are very professional and prompt. My hairdresser Guli does an amazing job with cutting and styling, and she is very experienced with curly hair which is hard to find! Overall im super impressed with this salon.

I did my hair in this saloon last week with senior hairstylist Guli. She can recommend the colors that will suit you and she is pretty good at making you happy before you leave the place :) good work with blonde, damaged hair, high quality products were used. Highly recommend!

Too much upselling..This place really only seems to care about the money. The staff was kind but continously tried to upsell me which took away from any relaxing. I was here for a ladies night with 4 of us. We were socially distanced and sat in the nail room. We were offered complimentary drinks as well as gourmet options and were assigned 2 staff each for basic mani and pedi. We were at the salon for about 1.5 hours but could have been faster. It only took so long because Im a bit clumsy and messed up nails 3 times and they had to keep fixing.The set up was nice but overall I found I can get a better quality and value at a local salon. I had a basic mani pedi and paid 140 plus 20 aed for tip. At my local salon I get gel mani and pedi for 130 aed and still tip 20aed. The difference is gel quality is better and if youre clumsy like me, it can avoid mistakes since it dries fast.Bedashing salon carries breathable nail colors too (Orly) but you are required to buy the entire bottle if you want that for 55aed.I used their standard colors and my nails lasted about 2 days. I better stick to gel and get better value somewhere else.

I have been with Bedashing for the last 6 years because of Tracy, i followed her from AUH to DXB since she performs excellent service! She completes dare to bare package very fast but clean you will not even have time to feel the pain :). She does my eyebrows, legs too professionally. Went for full head highlights..hairdresser Guli made a right mess of my hair! Half head highlights ended up a lot lighter then lower head! Guli is clueless on length of time to leave dye on hair!! She was unwilling to acknowledge her mistake and very rude!! She had the cheek to request a charge when I asked her to correct my hair!! Management just as bad, spoke to Naeem who said the hairdresser is always right!! Made tis statement without even seeing the mess Guli made of my hair!! The branch refused to correct my hair without an extra charge to me! Ended up going elsewhere to have corrected!! What happened to customer service??? Clearly none at this place!! Stay well away!! 0* service!!

One of the worse first customer experience EVER I didn’t even do my treatments I just walked away & after 10 minutes the actually realised this; ps I wasn’t the only one who had a bad customer experience on the day.They tell you to show up on time or else the appointment is cancelled (showed up before time even) no one attended to me from A to Z they were like oh you have appointment ? Ok.Then she attended to literally 4 walked in people who just wanted an appointment seriously ? What is the running order there I have no idea; aside from waiting for more than half hour, I asked what are the breathable nail polish option which they tell you before hand that you must purchase the whole bottle which I was willing to do; it was dry & in a very bad condition. Oh on top of that I never saw a beauty “lounge” that has a clueless receptionist about the products SERIOUSLY ?!

I would give them -5, my Plexigel full set and gel Polish didn’t last more than 4 days, I am so disappointed of the bad treatment and After-sales service since they just decided to ignore my complain.

The worst place I have ever tried, I tried to do manicure before and I did gelish and the very next day was chipped off. I went again to do my lashes the lady that did them I asked her for 2d and natural look she said they dont have and they fell of the next day and I have paid 500DHS I called and complained went back to re do them and the other lady said we do have 2d! I just think it was almost Eid and they wanted the faster option. The end result they are too ugly and looks so fake and I have paid 500DHS! I really dont advise anyone to go to that saloon the worst I have tried in Dubai.

Citywalk branch should extend the 20% discount till Thursday at least , if not for the full week for the Citywalk residence ; as all the retail / beauty salon around are doing ( special treatment for city walkers)

The absolute worst experience. I put gel extensions and they broke after a week and when i claled them back they were very rude and told me i must have done something and after fixing them they still broke after 3 days.hated them

Really loved the experience number 1 salon that I’ll always go for.

The 2 stars are for the friendly staff but the service is not that good and expensive.. I had a blow dry for 200 and my hair is short and by the end of the night it was frizzy.

They dont respect appointment or customer time they kept me waiting for 35 minutes when i said i will leave because no one is serving me they said ok bye. And i have been customer for 3years.
