Bedashing Beauty Lounge - Mirdif 35

I took my mum here for a manicure yesterday, thinking it’s closer to where we stay and could be the place we keep going to for manicures. But we hated the experience!! The lady convinced my mom that if we pick the breathable nail polishes, she doesn’t do top coats. She didn’t soak her nails, and she just used a water spray. To top it off she convinced my mum that her cuticles don’t need cutting. Please go through the pictures I have attached and SEE HOW OBVIOUS it is that her cuticles need trimming. She convinced my mum saying “it will be painful” if she tries to push back her cuticles. Ofcourse it will be, if you don’t soak the nails!She was least interested in providing the service.There are many more salons in Mirdif which I’d rather go to.Extremely disappointed and never going to visit again.

This is my first visit and I LOVE IT. Clouilyne did my nails and she’s the besttttttt. If there’s more starts I would’ve put it for her. Love your amazing work.

I highly recommend to all my friends my eyelash technician Irish as shes really good and expert with her work. I will never ever visit any other Salon until Irish will still be there to assist me and my friends. This such kind of worker must be kept by the company.

I personally want to post this after they have saved me so much time! I will explain my journey, and I think I will be a new customer at Bedashing and will be recommending it to every human being.I have called the call center and unfortunately it was not assisted properly even though I have been very clear with what I wanted as a service to be done. I asked for “mani & pedi, blowdry with loose waves, nailpolish on my hands only” — what instead the call-center team just booked me for manicure and hair straightening.When I reached the front desk At the receptionist and then informed her About my appointment, she shocked me with what the Call Center has booked for meBut instead of making a huge fuss about it; I just told her that I will be doing my hair with the loose waves and manicure since the pedicure was not availableFew minutes later, the manager was able to adjust the timings and several appointments and squeezed me in for a pedicure due to the call center’s mistake. Even though I have told her that I don’t need the pedicure and will just go in for the manicure to avoid wasting time. But the fact that she tried her best to squeeze me in that is so sweet of her And I am very delighted to have received such a customer service.The team was very friendly and the technician Chose the most beautiful color to match my hands for a wedding that I was going to. My hair was dealt with very beautifully and the senior Hairstylist Was really polite and just made me look like a goddess!!!Thank you so much Bedashing team For the very professional attitude and work, you have served me today and I would be coming again for sure.My only request is to consider bringing back Esaad and Fazaa.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I initially went in for a hair treatment that was supposed to cost AED 600 to fix the frizziness and dents in my hair. The technician convinced me to go for a different treatment, BB Cream, which ended up costing AED 1,200. I followed all the instructions she gave me on how to care for my hair and the exact products to use, but when I washed it 3 days later, it looked exactly the same.I traveled the day after my appointment, and when I contacted the salon after returning from my trip, I was told there was a 3-day retouch policy - something that was never mentioned to me. They also said a retouch might cost the same as the original treatment, another AED 1,200! Why should I pay the same amount for a retouch on a treatment that didn’t work from the start? None of these policies were communicated to me, and I chose this salon for its reputation, expecting results, but I feel like I got nothing in return for the money I spent.After discussing my case with the customer team, they called me only to apologize and tell me they couldn’t reach a solution. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with how this whole situation was handled. I expected so much more from this salon, and I feel like I wasted my time and money.

I booked for 12:40, the hairdresser was about twenty minutes late, and when she started she was going and talking to the reception and leaving me and coming back and going, and the service was bad and the blow dry is not at the level of a professional salon. Also the service, the Mirdif branch is bad

My manicure was terrible, the woman was working too quickly even though there were no customers. I told her I wanted round shape nails, and she did me an almond shape while also thinning my nails. I would rather do my nails at home because I did not like the work.

The services I have done are amazing, I visit the saloon frequently to do my hair and nails. The staff are always wonderful and kind, especially Asma for hair, and Veronica, Cloe, and Shree for nails.

The second experience that is also horrible. Ive wasted 2.5 hours of my time with 3 technicians changes just to do a gelish french pedicure. The entire branch has zero experience in doing a proper french technique. What I dont understand is that how a senior nail technician does not know how to properly do this? Seriously, investing in training and having the technicians be up to date to customer’s needs is important. I had my feet flying there waiting for someone to actually come and finish the work. Leaving the place frustrated and in a bad mood is not something you’d expect leaving a salon where you’re actually expected to relax!!

I always get my eyebrows done here with Puspa! She’s so sweet and always does a great job. Highly recommend her!

Horrible experience as I was not informed about the extra charges that I would be paying for a so-called caviar treatment, even when I made sure to ask them in the beginning. They said that the treatment would be part of the manicure and pedicure package and I would NOT be charged extra for it, only for me to come on the counter and find out that I’m being forced to pay for the treatment and that I should pay on the treatment TWICE for the hands and feet separately. I ended up paying an overpriced amount on a treatment that wasn’t even up to expectations and the fact that they charged me twice was even more ridiculous when I only asked for specific services and made sure from the beginning that I won’t need to pay for anything extra. To not be informed properly and to be treated like that as a returning customer is truly unacceptable and never again coming back with such behavior.

Ellen Mae and Clarince are so skillful at nail art!Veronica is amazing for pedicures and treatments.Puspas massage is the best ive had in any salon, no one can do a massage as relaxing!Irish does the best lash extensions! Very light and beautiful work.Jonalyn is amazing at hair, shes very professional.The staff here are all wonderful and treat clients as their family. I just wish management had such a relationship as well.

I asked to remove my extensions that were done at another salon. Huynh Thi removed them very well, and left my actual nails feeling strong. She then redid my gelish nails and completed the entire process within 1 hour! Great customer service and the most hygienic nail experience I had in Dubai

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this salon to anyone after my recent experience. As a regular customer for years, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of consideration for my time and the overall poor service. I will not be returning and advise others to seek services elsewhere where their time and patronage are valued.

They are professional in services, I did blow-dry with jennyleen and was amazing, I tried many salons in same area I didn’t find the result as I do in Bedashing. Also, cut and file was done by a professional and it was great 👍انصح فيه و بشده لوجود مختصين و الخدمة رائعة

Got scammed for what they call a special treatment which was just regular pedicure after all. Also doubtful about the hygiene... nobody disinfected the station before or after it was used for me. Not sure how they get all these good reviews. The neck massage was okay.

I recently visited bedashing for a manicure and pedicure, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received.Veronica and Clarince were absolutely fantastic!

I went In for gelish manicure choose pink color2 days later the color changed and turned whitish pink and the tip of the nails are reddishIt’s unacceptable for such salon , service and cost to have such a mistake first and last time to visit

After hearing a lot of good reviews about this place, I decided to try it, but my experience was not great, i did gel nail polish, it looked good and i loved the color but the next day my nail bubbled up and the gel polish was removed, i called the salon and they said they have a policy of 72 hours and they were able to fix it for me for free, but now a week later another two nails of the polish is removed! I’ve never had this before as it always stays for 3-4 weeks, and who has the time to go and get their nails fixed for multiple times.

This isn’t the first time I visit the salon for gel nail polish. I have had wonderful experiences with them thus far. Today was a horrible experience. I booked my appointment at 11:45am. They call me less than an hour before my appointment to tell me that they have to shift it to 12:30pm which I said no issues too but I had to move things around from my end. I reach the salon and ask for a simple white gel polish, no design, nothing complex, just a simple white gel polish. The nail technician proceeds to file my nails and then I start to feel a burning sensation and I noticed my index finger is bleeding and she has cut too close to the cuticle. Same with another finger. I mention it to her and instead of taking accountability, she says its because my skin is too dry. I’m sorry I didnt know that the bloody cuticles are my fault. She proceeds to put the white gel polish and it appears EXTREMELY patchy but she continues and says it will be better with a second coat. Spoiler alert it doesnt. And if I didnt say I want it all removed because of how patchy and not smooth and uneven it felt, she wouldnt remove it. And again she had to remove the gel again which as you know isnt super smooth on the nails. And another technician had to come and do my nails all over again. I had showed my disappointment to the new technician to wish she apologized. I was in the salon from 12:30 to 3:35pm. I went to pay and none of this was brought up by the receptionist even though she could see how upset I was. Not even one compensation was given, not even an apology was said. There is so much unprofessionalism when the service provider doesnt take accountability for not only making my cuticle bleed (which has never happened before) but for making me spend 3 hours because of the incompetency of one of the technicians. I’m super disappointed in their service and how they have handled it. It doesnt take much to take accountability of your own mistake as a service provider.

Honestly at this point if I could give Bedashing 0 stars I would. They charge you for premium prices when their service is extremely poor. I’ve tried every hair stylist at this salon and never walked out satisfied. Hair is frizzy, baby hairs they didn’t even bother to touch, and not to mention the amount of times the stylist will bang your head with the blow dryer.Absolutely disappointed with Bedashing. And hope they go out of business for good.

I did the classic manicure and pedicure. The overall experience was great. The two nail technicians Wilma and Kanika were friendly. Wilma was really good in deep cleaning my nails. I totally recommend her for manicure. On the other hand, Kanika’s work was good and she keeps on constantly checking if I liked her work. Worst experience ever!1 tge technocian pratically riped my head hair off while waxing my face.2 wax was dripped all over my abaya..no protective sheet was placed..which is basoc hygiene in any other faciloty you go to.3 the call center failed to infoem me that the frooming techs were not avaolable in the mormong ans i was shocked to get the same tech that dows naols flr waxingAll in all the worst experience ever ans no amount of compemsation will make me come back or reccomend the facilty to others..shame..

Bedashing beauty lounge at Mirdif 35 is exceptional. Ive done both mani and pedi and I was more than satisfied with how my nails looked. They also have complimentary drinks, and attend to your needs from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.

The best salon and service, i’ve been doing mani pedi in bedashing mirdif for more than 3 years and will continue on doing it with Wilma and Ellen as they know exactly what i like always. Also i have tried doing with veronica and clarinse, they are amazing and very very professional! They are my top 4 and wont give my nails to anyone other than them. I would like to say big thank you very much for hairstylist miss Asma. She did new hair colour and style for me. Overall her knowledge for European hair is amazing, she repair old colouring and provide new haircut for me. Also manicure was done in a good way. Place is clean and girls take good care about hygiene and sanitizing in this new reality. Place is mostly visited by local ladies which is great recommendations. If you expect cheap service it is not however provided service is worth to pay for it. I will definitely recommend to try it.

One of my favorite salons for every beauty service! Had a wonderful caviar plus treatment by Miss Asma who is such a wonderful hair stylists. Not only was the treatment amazing but she gave me step by step explanation which made my experience wonderful and I felt so welcomed. Safety precautions are taken very seriously and done at a high standard which is much appreciated. Always coming back!

I did a gelish manicure and regular pedicure; it ruined my nails and did not last long. The Manicure was pulled off my nails and broke my nails. Note that the manicure color got stained too! If you want your nails to be healthy, dont get your nails done here!! Ive always had healthy nails, but this experience ruined my nails!! For the pedicure, the regular polish did not last, and my nails got chipped too! This is the WORST nail service experience!!

I’m a regular customer since the opening of this branch. however I’m unhappy with my last 3 visits!!! the staff changed and everything changed.. no professionalism, no punctuality and no proper apology.. I booked an appointment with Asma twice, both times I was kept waiting for over 40 mins! and I left the salon without getting my hair done as she was busy with other client, there should be proper scheduling.. definitely not visiting Bedashing or recommend it to anyone.

After suffering with lots of ingrown , I always get my mani pedi done with Marlyn and Veronica they are truly amazing and always recommend good treatments.

I just ask for color only. No manicure or pedicure. Just nail polish it was for 95 AED. Also, it got damaged because they didn’t wait to put the second coat. They put it immediately so the first coat is not dry yet. By the way, I used the drying machine but it still got damaged when I reached my car. I think the price is over for the bad service we are getting. There’s a bitter option with more qualified staff with a range of prices.Its my third time there but Im not going again.

When it comes to manicures and pedicures, Bedashing is the place to go. However, I had recently decided to change my hair color and decided to try their hair service. Worst mistake ever. I had asked for ash blond hair and ended up with extremely ORANGE dry hair. They tried to fix it for me a week after I had went back, and still my hair is super ORANGE. What made things worse was the lady who was working on my hair told me off for having orange hair prior to working on it. She only made it more orange. I am extremely disappointed especially after having paid over 1000 AED for ugly hair. I will never be using their hair styling service again and I hope whoever is reading this review does the same. Very disappointing Bedashing, fix your hair service.

My mom went to this salon to get her nails done with gel… A DISASTER!!! First the polish created bubbles, then the polish lifted. But that wasn’t even the worst part. She ended up getting NAIL FUNGUS!!! In our 15 Years in Dubai not once has this happened to either her or me but she got it from this salon. I’m pretty sure they are not sanitizing their tools properly. I went to another salon today and they told me they hear a lot of bad reviews about this place and also confirmed that mail fungus comes if the salon does not sanitize their tools properly. I can 100% NOT recommend this place. It is absolutely terrible. Never again will they be seeing any of us. There are a lot of places like TNS in lakes that are soooo much better and Professional and that clean their tools properly. This place is simply disappointing. If this was America I would sew them for personal injury. This is just unacceptable.

Today, had the best highlights done by Noreen and ended with amazing beachwave hairstyle, thank you so much.Had also very good gel manicure and pedicure.The best thing here is the WAX... THEY HAVE HARD WAX, which is less pain and definitely Sonu is the person you need to see.All staff there are friendly, professional and great customer service.I am not going anywhere else but there from now on.Thank you @Bedashing 🥰🥰🥰

I had a hair trim & blow dry appointment at 6pm, and I came right on time. The lady took me inside where it was fully crowded and told me to sit and wait in a separate room. I waited for 30 minutes without anyone coming to check up on me. I talked to one of the managers there about how unacceptable it is to make me wait 30 mins for something as small as a trim. She was very blunt about it didn’t even apologise. So they finally took me out to start but immediately told me to get up and go wait again. I found it very weird and disrespectful. Eventually I was fed up with their service and asked for the branch manager. She explained to me how 2 other ladies were also going to trim at the same time (6pm) but they didn’t even book appointments. I literally came before them and they prioritised customers who didn’t book and were late. Imagine how long I would wait if I didn’t confront them about it. She tried to rationalise the situation but I wasn’t having any of it. How is it my problem that the salon doesn’t know how to organise their appointments correctly? Completely unacceptable behaviour and worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.I also had bad nail experiences at bedashing Mirdif 35, one time I came for nail polish with average lengthed nails and she cut them so short that my nails hurt. I also had to wait 45 mins for simple nail polish once.It was once my go to salon but I am definitely never going back there or to any bedashing branches again. Over priced for the bad services and horrible customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for a good quality salon.

What I like about bedashing is that I can conveniently book through the website. I usually do my hair with filipina (i have long hair and she finishes my blowout within 30 minutes). This time I had my pedicure done with Leonie, who was very sweet and removed all of my calluses after she suggested the treatment (highly recommended). 4 stars because I had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment even though I came on time.

Although I complain to the manager I couldn’t even get a proper apology for the mistakes ! One time the technician is in hurry and wants to go home and the other lady get angry cause I asked her to look for a nail color for me ! The staff are not polite and not asking if I like the shape of the nail or not which I find not professional! definitely looking for alternative saloon it’s really disappointing !

I came to get my hair color (balayage with highlights) and Noreen was my stylist, she made me feel at ease, (I’m very picky) she gave me a great color and her trim was amazing as well! Felt like a full make over for me! I was totally recommend this salon and this stylist for anyone looking for a good hair color and cut ! I did not have a good experience at bedashing. Did my meni and pedi and applied regular nail polish …To start with the pedicure sink was dirty, i could see hair and dirt, they were not great at shaping my nails and the nail polish used was old so when it was applied it was thick an bubbly. My nails look like they were done at home.I got my hair blow dried as well, it was done in a way where my hair stuck to my head .. so that was not great either!

Thank you to the wonderful salon staff, I had attended the salon and fainted the staff helped me feel better and took the best care of me until my husband arrived. Will always remember the managers kindness thank you so much!

The vibes are uncomfy, I went for hair trimming which I booked online, they keep asking for extra services extra charges extra products. I said I don’t wont anything other than the trimming. Oh but your hair needs treatment!! Ok I have eyes, If I want to do I will ask to do . . I’ll never come to this branch’!! They force people to become aggressive to keep them silent!!

My daughter and i had our hair cut and styled by Nareen. She did a marvellous job. We are happy and summer ready. I recommend nareen if you wanna cut your hair. Also, this branch is bright and clean, the staff is keeping the place costumer ready, they sanitize and tidy the space after each costumer. I recommend this place.

I am very shocked with their policy for rhe gift cards, my friend got me gift card for 500 dhs at bedashing and i used only 300 dhs. Today i called them to take an app they told me the voucher is expired since 3 days. The card is only for 3 months. And there is no exceptions at all. I didnt receive any reminder about the card and now 200 dhs is gone like that.. am very disappointed and shoucked with this unacceptable policy

I’m a regular customer since 6 years back around Abu Dhabi, Dubai and RAK branches, however I’m unhappy with my last 7 visits!!! I went to Mirdif, Barsha and even last visit from 2 days in Nad Al Sheba, the staff changed and everything changed.. no professionalism, Only trading is okay..worst pedicure and Manicure, worst hair coloring,, technicians is keeping to talk in Tagalog and thinking that all customers are not aware about what they are talking about,, definitely not visiting Bedashing or recommend it to anyone anymore..

So i have been going to bedashing and have taken manicure pedicure services which is average. Still continued to go because it’s convenient.Recently, i went for a blow out and hollywood waves on my naturally curly hair. My hair was beautifully curly naturally, just wanted a change so wanted a blow out.The hairstylist said she will put a hair mask that will reduce hairfall and then do the blowdry. I said fine. Everything went well . She suggested two products for my hair , bought them from there and went home.After washing my hair a day later , my hair lost its complete texture and refuses to curl back now that i cant leave my hair open .She fried my hair and practically destroyed my curl pattern that it refuses to curl irrespective of what i do.I went back but none of the hairdressers knew what has to be done.I wish , i really wish i could sue them.Will never ever go back in there and definitely curly haired gurls , please stay away

Went for a hair cut, since I have curly hair it was suggested couple of times to try their new hair treatment to fix my hair, and I like my hair, it was insulting . Even though they couldnt even wash it properly ( I was giving the lady instructions, and she didnt follow). And after it was super frizzy and terrible looking came the stylist and she was unbelievably patronising, kept lecturing me very loudly about my hair and how she knows better. My experience was anything but relaxing, will never ever take my hair back there.Also the whole setting is not relaxing, hair section and nails are in the same space, so it was noisy all over. Its a very regular salon trying to give the image of luxury.

I recommend booking a head of time as it usually gets filled easy. Prices are great too, they provide discounts as well for various loyalty card programmes, call and ask before hand. Unfortunately they aren’t as they used to. I got my foot soaked in a boiling water, literally steam coming out of it and they didn’t even rush to get me something to sooth my burning skin! I had to request it. Not once, not two times! I stopped the lady from continuing the service! I go to the front desk to pay, and shamelessly they are telling me to pay for the pedicure!!!!!! And I told them if I was you I wouldn’t let the client pay for the huge mistake you made.!!! But so I dont get into arguments with them, I paid and just walked away. Called the call center to explain! I get a call from the same manager who made me pay, asking me how can I make you happy!!!! Are you serious? After all this you don’t realize the mistake you have done! You ask me STILL to guide you on what to do?! How can a client feel good if the client herself is more professional than you are when dealing with emergencies! I have been going to BEDASHING forever check my file and you will see. I am not a person who takes things publicly but I had to. Until the last minute everything was UNPROFESSIONALLY handled. Because I have experienced the level of professionalism from BEDASHING with the filipina manager. I know how things should be done! Many managers came to mirdif 35 none of them were qualified enough in my opinion. :) I was still expecting another phone call back from the admin office, unfortunately nothing. Thankfully my skin was burning for two hours, and didn’t have to end up at an emergency room! Very sad to lose a loyal customer over poorly handled situation!

When you call this salon and ask about a treatment they give you a price over the phone and when you go they give you another price, this happened around a year ago and my and my family and friends stopped going there and now after a year, i decided to give them another chance since they call and say that now its fixed price and there is no issue with the prices, worst decision i have ever made.

Got a full hair color and a contour balayage about 2 months ago... it was disastrousThe color didnt turn out to be the way I wanted and its not even at all! There are different shades all over my head. The balayage could have been done so much better it looks like the lower half of my hair was colored with sharp poorly blended margins above. Im very disappointed and annoyed with my hair and the fortune that I paid for such bad work.To be fair, the dye did not damage my hair and the haircut was good.

Asma did my hair today. She did hair Color, Balayage, a hair cut and blow dry. I’m speechless because she is amazing and she did a wonderful job on my hair. It’s perfect. I would highly recommend it to everyone who needs a change.

I’m currently in bedashing, Don’t know if they have shortage in staff or they are just overbooking.. had an appointment for my nails started my pedicure 20 minutes later and the manicure lady still didn’t show.. its been 30 minutes now after my appointment started don’t know when will I start doing my manicure… update: started my manicure 36 minutes later.. this shows they don’t respect customer time and waste my time.. there are better salons in the area regarding the quality and experience.. bedashing is no longer the same not recommended at all unless you want to waste your time and ruin your mood

Worste experience ever at mirdif 35 branch with (Tech.Reji) who was recommended by (April the manager) for Eye lash.I spend 3 hours , left with red eye & scratched eye led from the tech tweezers.Thus 2nd time I see Staff ranked are senior & not professional.

The place is clean and they managed to squeeze me in without appointment. I went for hair trimming and the one who did for me seemed a little confused. Anyhow the service was good but overpriced. I paid 80 for trimming and 50 for front french cut.
